The Chronicles of A Canterlot Chef

     James Greenwall, Has been living in an apartment in upstate New York for about eight years now, with his roommate Anthony Lee, for four of those years. James is a sous chef at a fine dining establish located in upstate New York, called "The Bannered Mare". He has been working there for five years now working his way up from cold side line cook, to grill cook, to sauté cook, and finally to sous chef. Originally James had come to New York just to attend culinary school but ended up staying after one of his old chefs from school got him an interview at the Mare (without his knowing), When James found out about his surprise interview he was pissed to say the least, he had intended to return to Chicago after finishing school. Well, he went to the interview got the job and worked his way up from there.

James is a very charismatic individual, he carries himself well and is very responsible however he does tend to have a very short fuses temper. His roommate Anthony on the other hand was almost the exact opposite; Lazy, irresponsible, and never got mad at... anything really. James and Anthony somehow managed to live together for four years without killing each other, until one day James left for work one day then  just... Vanished... No one ever heard from him after that.
