As Raiden is fighting Jetstream Sam and co-conspirators. Some PMC has designed a new cyborg based off of fabled Raiden. He is given powers that are far more advanced than other robots or cyborgs, a good match for Jack the Ripper.
As Dycerton opened his eyes he was greeted by a head-ache, and the memory of what he "volunteered" for.
He was finishing his training when he heard a loud screeching noise. His systems shut down and he finds himself in a…. odd… situation, he doesn't remember anything like this in his programming.

If you are having trouble imagining what he looks like, imagine Raiden with darker hair and red accents on his armor and other abilities will be explained throughout the story. And yes I named the character after my username, if you have a problem with that, too bad.
