The flowers were blooming. All the snow was starting to melt. Twilight Sparkle was inside the forest searching for discoveries. "Aaah what a wonderful day." Said Twilight while she was walking around. "This is the perfect season to start looking for new discoveries." She was looking left and right, up and down, upper left and lower right. Almost in every single direction imaginable. She sat down and rest under a tree. She got her snacks Spike made for her and started eating. Twilight left her bag on the ground. She finished her snack and went in the bag to have a drink. While she was reaching the bag to look for it, she noticed something inside the bag was moving. She let out a gasp and took her hoof out of the bag. She looked inside to find out what was in it. "Oh my gosh! It's... It's..." Twilight got her saddle bag and got her insect book. "Let's see let's see... Ah here it is.": "The love bug is a type of insect from the love species. It is known to be one of the most dangerous insects in Ponyville. If a pony was bitten by one, the effects will make them fall in love with the next pony of the opposite sex.". "The infected pony will become amorous with the other pony and will eventually make sexual actions to him/her.". "If you see one, back away slowly. If a pony is infected, they must have sexual intercourse with the other pony he/she fell in love with in order to be cured.". Twilight exclaimed "Oh my! The love bug does sound really dangerous. If a pony gets bitten by it, then it's the Princess Molesti- I mean the Princess Celestia incident all over again." She got one of her specimen jars and trapped the Love Bug inside. "Your pretty cute to be a dangerous insect in all of Ponyville." She said while laughing. "I think I should go back home, it's getting late." Twilight ran back to her house in Ponyville. Once she got there, she put the specimen jar on one of the tables in her library. "Time to go to sleep." She said while yawning. She walked to her bedroom and slept on her bed. The Next Morning The sun rose from the hills that covered it. The sunshine traveled to Twilight's bedroom window which created a bright color that woke her up. Twilight yawned and put her hoof down on the floor one at a time. "Aah that was a good sleep! Time to go study in the library." Twilight ran into the library and closed the door behind her. The entire library was dark. The only thing illuminating it was the faint morning light shining behind her. "It's way to dark in here." She said. She started to walk across the room to reach the closed window across from her. As she was walking, she felt that the library was a mess. "What happened to the library?" She said with a confused voice. All of a sudden, she felt her specimen jars scattered around the room. "Oh no!..." She started to run to reach the window across from her. As she opened it, the morning light illuminated the entire library. "What in all of Equestria happened here!". The entire library was a complete wreck. Her books were all over the floor and her specimen jars were everywhere. She saw that every jar still had her specimens inside of it. "Thank you Celestia!" She with a relaxed voice. "There was probably an earthquake. Yeah that's it.". She started picking up her books and jars that were scattered all over the floor to their correct positions. As she finished stacking her jars, she noticed there was still on left. When she started to walk towards it, she noticed there was no specimen inside of it. "Oh my Equestria!...". She ran back to her jars and started looking at all of the things inside of it. Everything was there. Except the love bug. "Oh no oh no no no no no! One of the most dangerous things in all of Equestria is somewhere in this room. She started to look in every corner, bookshelf, table, floors, and anything that existed in her library. "It's not here!!?" She said with a panicky voice. "It's somewhere in this house I just know it!" She looked in her bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, backyard, and front yard but, it was to no avail. The love bug isn't in her house. It was in Ponyville. "I need help!!!". "Applejack is good at finding things, I'll ask her." Twilight ran to Applejack's house to look for her. She knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer. The door opened and Applejack was at the other side. "Howdy Twi!" "Listen Applejack I really need your help. I accidentally lost the most dangerous insect in all of Equestria and it is somewhere around Ponyville." "Oh um... Sorry Twi but my cousin Braeburn is comin' to Ponyville and I have to look after him. By the way what in tarnation are you looking for anyway?" "The Love Bug." "WHAT?!! You lost the love bug and it's somewhere in Ponyville?!!! Now I'd really love to help you but Braeburn still needs me. The only thing I could give you is good luck. See ya later alligator!" "Wait wait wai-". Just before Twilight was about to say something, Applejack closed the door. "Maybe Pinkie Pie could help me out.". Twilight began to run to Sugarcube Corner. She opened the door and ran inside. There she saw Pinkie making suspicious-looking cupcakes. "Oh hi Twilight. Oh that rhymes Hi Twilight, Twilight Hi. Anyway, you want a completely non-suspicious cupcake that I didn't put any drugs in it that will make you fall asleep?" "Umm... No... Anyway I really need your help I'm looking for something in Ponyville and I ne-" "And I need your help? Sure I love scavenger hunts! What are we looking for anyway?" "The love bug.". When Twilight finished her sentence, Pinkie started laughing. "Oh Twi that's a good one!" "No no I'm serious, we need to look for the love bug." "Your serious?" "Yup!" An awkward silence started as they both finished talking. "Okey Dokey Lokey! I'll come to you house later on. I'll bring Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. The more the merrier!" Said Pinkie Pie. "Okay but be sure t-" Right before Twilight finished, Pinkie closed the door and left her outside of Sugarcube Corner. A Little More Than a Few Minutes Later... Twilight Sparkle heard a knock on the door. "Oh its probably them." She heard Pinkie yelling behind the door "TWILIGHT SPARKLE YOU BETTER OPEN THIS DOOR OR MAY PRINCESS CELESTIA FORBID YOU FROM EQUESTRIA!!!". Twilight ran to her door and opened it. There she saw Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy. "Come in everyone. Take a seat I already prepared a plan.". The three ponies walked in and sat down as Twilight explained her plan to them. "So I'm pretty sure you guys heard of the Love Bug, but haven't seen it. This is how it looks like." She took a picture of the love bug that was on her desk and showed it to them. "As you can see, it looks like a ladybug. The only way to distinguish it to a ladybug and a love bug are it's spots. The ladybug has regular spots and the Love Bug has spots shaped like hearts." "We will all split up, I'll stay here if you find anything." "Pinkie you look around the places that hosts public transportation." "Okey Dokey Lokey!" Said Pinkie with an excited voice. "Rainbow Dash you look around the apple orchards." "I'm on it!" Said Rainbow. "Fluttershy you look around the business buildings." "O-Okay but, can you explain to what the Love Bug can do? I mean if it's not too much trouble..." "Well according to the book, if anypony gets bitten by the Love Bug, they'll fall in love with the first pony they see with the opposite gender and they only cure is if you... Um... Chapter 1Fluttershy exited Twilight's house and split up to start looking for the love bug. As she walked on the path, she looked around the ground from left to right. "Hmm where is that bug?" she said. After a few moments of walking and looking, Fluttershy bumped her head on a building. "Ow!..." she said with a soft voice. When she looked up, she saw the Sugarcube Corner. "Maybe I should start looking here.". Fluttershy entered the building and started to look at every single detail around the building. She looked under the fridge "Nope!" She looked at the tables "Not here!" The kitchen "No..." She even looked inside the food "It's not here!" "I guess it's nowhere to be found in here.". She exited Sugarcube Corner and looked at the next building. "Nope next building." "Nowhere in this one..." "Negative." Fluttershy let out a soft sigh and thought of other places to go to. "I think I went to every single building here.". After she finished her sentence, she sat down next to the last building she searched. "Maybe some meditation will help.". Fluttershy continued walking around Ponyville. In the distance, she saw Doctor Whooves. "Oh it's Doctor Whooves. Maybe he knows something about the love bug." Fluttershy started to run to him. As Doctor Whooves finished his sentence, Fluttershy started to walk to him. He saw a trail of water behind her. "Fluttershy are you wet?" he said. "Oh I'm here? Hm that didn't take to long. So where should I look first... Oh the colts restroom!". Pinkie Pie burst through the door and the ponies that were inside looked at her with surprise. Her body shined under the sun which made a shadow of herself on the grounds of Ponyville. Her steady pace made the cold breeze go through her body. "Man, this is a really nice day! To bad I have to look for that stupid love bug!" she said with a disappointed voice. Rainbow continued flying through the sky. Eventually, she began to descend on the ground as she got closer to the apple orchards. She started to see the red figures of apples beneath her. As she was almost at the ground, Rainbow saw Applejack's house. "Maybe I could pay Applejack and Braeburn a visit." She softly landed on the grass and walked to the house. She knocked the doors with her hoof. The door opened and Applejack was inside. "Hey there App!" she said with a cheery voice. "Oh hey there Rainbow." said Applejack. Her voice sounded worried. She didn't sound like her usual self. "W-What's wrong?" Rainbow asked. "Braeburn is acting unusual right now." "What happened to him?" "I have absolutely no clue. He's just sittin' over there crying and his face is redder than a ripe apple! He keeps muttering something about somepony." "Oh, well I hope he gets better. See ya App!" "Alright bye." Applejack closed the door while Rainbow was walking to the apple orchards. AJ walked back inside to comfort Braeburn. She sat down next to him. "Braeburn what happened?" she asked. "P-Pinkie Pie... He began to walk upstairs to her library without making a lot of noise. "Twilight where are you?" he said quietly. "Right behind you." said Twilight. Just before Caramel was able to turn around, Twilight Sparkle ran behind him and pushed him on a chair. She quickly tied rope on his back onto the chair. "Woah! What's going on?!!". She approached to him while holding something behind her back. "Twilight what are you doing? What happened to your eyes?" Caramel noticed that her eyes were red. Her eye color wasn't the same as he remembered the last time he saw her. She had an evil look on her face. "Hello there Caramel. You know that's a really funny name for a colt." Twilight lost 63 HP! Applejack ate an apple. Applejack maxed out her HP! Twilight is gaurding. Applejack tried PK Starstorm Q. Twilight Sparkle lost 921 HP! Twilight Sparkle is defeated! Applejack gained 9,817 EXP. Applejack leveled up to 65! Applejack realized the power of PK Lifeup Q! (Note: Earthbound reference.) Twilight's eye color turned back to it's normal color. The love bug escaped her hide and tried to escape. "You aren't going anywhere you varmit!" Applejack used her hat to trap the love bug. "Ha got you now!" She ran to Twilight to see if she was okay. "A-Applejack?... I'm s-sorry..." "It's okay sugarcube." "That wasn't me... It was the love bug." "I know Twilight, you go get one of your specimen jars and trap it. I'll take care of Caramel." All of a sudden, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash burst inside of the room crying. "Twilight Sparkle! Something happened to all of us!" yelled Fluttershy. "We molested somepony!!! ProlougeIt was a normal Spring day in Ponyville. The animals were starting to wake up from hibernation. The flowers were blooming. All the snow was starting to melt. Twilight Sparkle was inside the forest searching for discoveries. "Aaah what a wonderful day." Said Twilight while she was walking around. "This is the perfect season to start looking for new discoveries." She was looking left and right, up and down, upper left and lower right. Almost in every single direction imaginable. She sat down and rest under a tree. She got her snacks Spike made for her and started eating. Twilight left her bag on the ground. She finished her snack and went in the bag to have a drink. While she was reaching the bag to look for it, she noticed something inside the bag was moving. She let out a gasp and took her hoof out of the bag. She looked inside to find out what was in it. "Oh my gosh! It's... It's..." Twilight got her saddle bag and got her insect book. "Let's see let's see... Ah here it is.": "The love bug is a type of insect from the love species. It is known to be one of the most dangerous insects in Ponyville. If a pony was bitten by one, the effects will make them fall in love with the next pony of the opposite sex.". "The infected pony will become amorous with the other pony and will eventually make sexual actions to him/her.". "If you see one, back away slowly. If a pony is infected, they must have sexual intercourse with the other pony he/she fell in love with in order to be cured.". Twilight exclaimed "Oh my! The love bug does sound really dangerous. If a pony gets bitten by it, then it's the Princess Molesti- I mean the Princess Celestia incident all over again." She got one of her specimen jars and trapped the Love Bug inside. "Your pretty cute to be a dangerous insect in all of Ponyville." She said while laughing. "I think I should go back home, it's getting late." Twilight ran back to her house in Ponyville. Once she got there, she put the specimen jar on one of the tables in her library. "Time to go to sleep." She said while yawning. She walked to her bedroom and slept on her bed. The Next Morning The sun rose from the hills that covered it. The sunshine traveled to Twilight's bedroom window which created a bright color that woke her up. Twilight yawned and put her hoof down on the floor one at a time. "Aah that was a good sleep! Time to go study in the library." Twilight ran into the library and closed the door behind her. The entire library was dark. The only thing illuminating it was the faint morning light shining behind her. "It's way to dark in here." She said. She started to walk across the room to reach the closed window across from her. As she was walking, she felt that the library was a mess. "What happened to the library?" She said with a confused voice. All of a sudden, she felt her specimen jars scattered around the room. "Oh no!..." She started to run to reach the window across from her. As she opened it, the morning light illuminated the entire library. "What in all of Equestria happened here!". The entire library was a complete wreck. Her books were all over the floor and her specimen jars were everywhere. She saw that every jar still had her specimens inside of it. "Thank you Celestia!" She with a relaxed voice. "There was probably an earthquake. Yeah that's it.". She started picking up her books and jars that were scattered all over the floor to their correct positions. As she finished stacking her jars, she noticed there was still on left. When she started to walk towards it, she noticed there was no specimen inside of it. "Oh my Equestria!...". She ran back to her jars and started looking at all of the things inside of it. Everything was there. Except the love bug. "Oh no oh no no no no no! One of the most dangerous things in all of Equestria is somewhere in this room. She started to look in every corner, bookshelf, table, floors, and anything that existed in her library. "It's not here!!?" She said with a panicky voice. "It's somewhere in this house I just know it!" She looked in her bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, backyard, and front yard but, it was to no avail. The love bug isn't in her house. It was in Ponyville. "I need help!!!". "Applejack is good at finding things, I'll ask her." Twilight ran to Applejack's house to look for her. She knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer. The door opened and Applejack was at the other side. "Howdy Twi!" "Listen Applejack I really need your help. I accidentally lost the most dangerous insect in all of Equestria and it is somewhere around Ponyville." "Oh um... Sorry Twi but my cousin Braeburn is comin' to Ponyville and I have to look after him. By the way what in tarnation are you looking for anyway?" "The Love Bug." "WHAT?!! She opened the door and ran inside. There she saw Pinkie making suspicious-looking cupcakes. "Oh hi Twilight. Oh that rhymes Hi Twilight, Twilight Hi. Anyway, you want a completely non-suspicious cupcake that I didn't put any drugs in it that will make you fall asleep?" "Umm... No... An awkward silence started as they both finished talking. "Okey Dokey Lokey! I'll come to you house later on. I'll bring Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. The more the merrier!" Said Pinkie Pie. "Okay but be sure t-" Right before Twilight finished, Pinkie closed the door and left her outside of Sugarcube Corner. A Little More Than a Few Minutes Later... Twilight Sparkle heard a knock on the door. "Oh its probably them." She heard Pinkie yelling behind the door "TWILIGHT SPARKLE YOU BETTER OPEN THIS DOOR OR MAY PRINCESS CELESTIA FORBID YOU FROM EQUESTRIA!!!". Twilight ran to her door and opened it. There she saw Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy. "Come in everyone. Take a seat I already prepared a plan.". The three ponies walked in and sat down as Twilight explained her plan to them. "So I'm pretty sure you guys heard of the Love Bug, but haven't seen it. This is how it looks like." She took a picture of the love bug that was on her desk and showed it to them. "As you can see, it looks like a ladybug. The only way to distinguish it to a ladybug and a love bug are it's spots. The ladybug has regular spots and the Love Bug has spots shaped like hearts." "We will all split up, I'll stay here if you find anything." "Pinkie you look around the places that hosts public transportation." "Okey Dokey Lokey!" Said Pinkie with an excited voice. "Rainbow Dash you look around the apple orchards." "I'm on it!" Said Rainbow. "Fluttershy you look around the business buildings." "O-Okay but, can you explain to what the Love Bug can do? I mean if it's not too much trouble..." "Well according to the book, if anypony gets bitten by the Love Bug, they'll fall in love with the first pony they see with the opposite gender and they only cure is if you... Um... How should I explain it.". Pinkie jumped in and said "Is if you have sex with them!". She has a big smile on her face as she finished her sentence. "Uhh yes, what Pinkie said.". Fluttershy's cheeks turned bright red and said "Oh my!..." "We should start looking now.". The four ponies left Twilight's house and went to look for the dangerous insect.
Chapter 1Fluttershy exited Twilight's house and split up to start looking for the love bug. As she walked on the path, she looked around the ground from left to right. "Hmm where is that bug?" she said. After a few moments of walking and looking, Fluttershy bumped her head on a building. "Ow!..." she said with a soft voice. When she looked up, she saw the Sugarcube Corner. "Maybe I should start looking here.". Fluttershy entered the building and started to look at every single detail around the building. She looked under the fridge "Nope!" She looked at the tables "Not here!" The kitchen "No..." She even looked inside the food "It's not here!" "I guess it's nowhere to be found in here.". She exited Sugarcube Corner and looked at the next building. "Nope next building." "Nowhere in this one..." "Negative." Fluttershy let out a soft sigh and thought of other places to go to. "I think I went to every single building here.". After she finished her sentence, she sat down next to the last building she searched. "Maybe some meditation will help.". Fluttershy crossed her legs and let out a deep breath. "Ooom... Ooom... Ooom..." as she continued oooming, she felt an itch on her hoof. She ignored and payed no attention to it because it would ruin her concentration. After a few minutes, she jumped up and thought of an idea. "Oh maybe I should ask the other ponies if they've seen anything.". As she started to walk, she felt an itch on her forehead. She scratched it and said "Probably just the dry air.". Fluttershy continued walking around Ponyville. In the distance, she saw Doctor Whooves. "Oh it's Doctor Whooves. Maybe he knows something about the love bug." Fluttershy started to run to him. All of a sudden, she felt an itching pain on her body. "What is with this dry air?". She started to scratch. Without knowing, she started walking to Doctor Whooves. "Wh-What's happening to me?!!". As Doctor Whooves finished his sentence, Fluttershy started to walk to him. He saw a trail of water behind her. "Fluttershy are you wet?" he said. Applejack tried PK Starstorm Q. Twilight Sparkle lost 921 HP! Twilight Sparkle is defeated! Applejack gained 9,817 EXP. Applejack leveled up to 65! Applejack realized the power of PK Lifeup Q!
