Chapter 1: Son of Discord
It was Like any other spring day In Ponyville, the Sky was Cloudless, it was warm,but not so warm that it was hot.
And Nyx Was Running for her life,the Black Alicorn Filly was walking home from playing with Sweetie Belle, when 3 stallions started to chase her, she weaved from street to street,but the stallions were gaining on her.In a Flash she took a wrong turn and ended up in a dead end alleyway behind the clock tower.she Turned around to run back the way she came but the Stallions were blocking her way.She saw,now that she stopped, two were unicorn's and the third was an earth pony.
"We Got you Now,you damn witch," the Earth Pony said.
One Unicorn had a Knife and the other had a long tube with a fuse on the end,a gun. Nyx's eyes widened as the three full grown ponies drew closer.
"SOMEPONY HELP!!" Nyx yelled, the three stallions sneakered.
a voice called out,"You Three Stop Bullying her" it said, the three of them turned around,Nyx saw a colt around her age at the end of the ally, his fur was a deep white,like the guard ponies. His horn stuck out a blond mane, his orange eyes were behind Thick glasses that would have gave Rarity a heart attack.
The earth Pony smiled darkly "You think you can stop us?"
"I know I can" the Unicorn colt said and there was a puff of dirt next to him and he was gone.
"Where did he go?" One of the stallion unicorn asked the other
Nyx jumped as she felt a hoof on her shoulder.she turns to see the colt. He winked at her and said "It'll Be alright,I'll deal with them,"
the stallions turned,the unicorn with the knife yelled"THERE HE IS,SHOOT HIM, HE WITH NIGHTMARE MOON."
The Unicorn with the gun levels it at the colt's head,there was a loud bang,a cloud of smoke,and Nyx screamed.When the smoke cleared the Colt was unharmed.His fur was rippling, like waves on a lake, between pink and white. The Bullet from the gun was stopped just a inch from his skill, all three Stallions were stunned.
"Now...Are you done? Can I have Mine turn?" The colt asked
"WELL NEEDLE POINT? STAB HIM!" the earth pony yelled
the unicorn with the knife charged them. The Colt Charged also,his fur changing color as he did, from wavy Pink to deep red, he slid under the unicorn and punched him in the place most painful. the colt keep sliding to the unicorn with the gun, whom was trying to re-load it, and just Kick him in the face,so hard the he fainted. With the unicorns knocked out, the earth pony tried to run,he didn't get far before a pink cloud hit him.
"and that's how we do it in manehatten," The Colt said
Nyx was in awe,she watched the hole thing from a bubble shield the colt casted before the unicorns attacked,
"How?....Who are you?" She asked
The Colt smiled, "You'll find out soon" he said before disappearing.
Nyx wasted no-time getting home to twilight.
"Twilight,Twilight," she said bursting into the door
Twilight Sparkle turned around
"Nyx? are you all right? why are you home early?" She asked
"sweetie got sick, so i came home early,but then i was attacked ,then this colt saved me" Nyx said
Twilight blinked, she begins to try understand what Nyx had Just said
"Oh my celestia, are you hurt?" She asked "and where is this colt?"
As if on cue there was Knock on the door.Twilight opened the door, outside was the colt that saved nyx, his fur was back to being white,although it was darker then before,almost gray, he was panting like he was out of breath.
"Are you Miss.Sparkle?" he asked
Twilight nodded, the colt pulled a scroll from his mane,gave it to her, then he passed out on the door step

Standing before you,well if my guess is right most likely sleeping somewhere in that tree you call a house, Is The third most chaotic being in the world,next to maw self, His Name is Lightning Strutamore Deadbolt Gizmo, and is in everyway my son,(well in the same way's your Nyxie's Mother).
He Was Made By me Casting off a good part of my power,giving it a mind of it's own,and setting it loose on the world.of course, tia was not happy about it,"If your going let him run around canterlot, at lest make him look more like a pony", so I made Him a pear of glasses to hide his appears,same way you hide nyx with that head band of her's when you leave town,at anypoint you'll get a letter from miss.sunshine her self in about....2.9876521 minuets after reading this letter for the six time.

Nyx Look up from reading the letter for the six time she looked at the clock and began timing.
Twilight had Put The Unicorn Colt in the sofa in the living room.she did,as discord said, had a confused look on her face.
"But Why Me?,Why not Fluttershy? She Know him better," She Thought out loud
"I don't know Twilight,this sounds like a trap," Spike said from the pile of books he was sitting on,"I Mean this is dis-," The Baby dragon stopped mid-word as his cheeks bulged out.
"that must be Celestia" Twilight said,as Spike Belched out the letter,
"Yeah,nopony else uses magic fire to send letters," He Muttered Under his breath.
"Wow Discord was right, that was 2 minuets,"Nyx said.
Twilight rolled her eyes and opened the scroll from the Celestia,
Dear,my fateful student, Twilight Sparkle,
It has came to my attention that discord is up to something,he was in Canterlot with a colt. I beleave they're next stop is ether Fluttershy's house or your house, i pry for the latter. This Colt is a well of unstable Magics that may go off at a drop of a hat.
I Like You to keep an eye on him, he maybe a danger.

When Twilight was done reading the letter,she turned the paper around as if there was text on the back.
"What does she mean, she wants me to keep an eye on him" Twilight huffed,setting the letter on a table "Does she take me for a foalsitter?"
Nyx Shrugged "I don't know,but is he danger to us?"
"I don't Know hun,i just don't know" Twilight said Look at the still sleeping colt.

A few hours later, Gizmo Woke up on a sofa,his head was pounding.Last thing he could remember was the front door of a tree.
"Who Spiked my drink?" He Muttered to him self and sat up.
In retrospect, it was probably a bad idea use that much magic at one time.Sighing he looked around,he was on a sofa in a living room. From A Reading table an owl blinked at him, then it flew out the Doorway. "Ok....Creepy" He said, getting up off the Sofa.
A Purple Unicorn Came in the room,Gizmo Looked Her Over, The Air around her seemed to strum with power.
"Oh,good your awake," She Said "My Name Is Twilight Sparkle"
"Most Ponies Call Me Gizmo,It's Much shorter then my full name" Gizmo said ,Yawning, "you Know what happened Last Night?"
"You Came to my house,gave me a letter,and passed out on the steps" Twilight Listed
"Sounds Like Something I'd Do" Gizmo said scratching his Chin
"Also,I Can Feel A Strange Magic From you" Twilight said
Gizmo Blood Ran Cold,His Fur Rippled turning a shade of light Blue. this was not go,if she guessed who he was, she'd might end him in his short life. Twilight blinked, nopony had the power to change there fur color....unless they had an illusion on they're body,And this colt did have a pair of glasses on. it wouldn't be to hard to weave on illusion on them,like nyx's glasses or her maneband.
"I-i don't Know What your talking about" He Said quickly.
"Take Off your Glasses" Twilight said Still following her train of thought
"N-no,"

"I-I W-won't take them off"
"Why Not?"
"I.....i need them to see,I'll be next to blind if i take them off"
"I am not asking you to move or do anything when you take them off,i just want to see your face with out them" Twilight said Kindly
Gizmo Sighed,he knew that ,unless he took them off, They where going to be here tell sun-plot raised the sun. He reached for his magic and started to take off his glasses,then he saw a movement behind Twilight,it looked like a shadow with Blue Eyes,it creped down stairs to watch them. Gizmo Shook his head, Jamming his glasses More on.
"NO" He Said Firmly
Twilight sighed,not seeing Nyx had gotten out of bed to watch,she said "Don't make this any harder then this has to be."
The Colt Shook his head harder, Twilight Lit her horn,and took a step toward the colt.
"NOOOOOOOOO!!" he Screamed ,and a glob of cotton candy appeared on twilight's horn, Fouling up her spell.
Gizmo was curled up on the floor,crying. Nyx Rushed Over to him. Twilight was shocked,"n-nyx What are you doing out of bed?" She asked
"A better Question is Why are you trying to harm this colt?" Nyx Retorted.
Twilight was stunned, She Never intended to harm Gizmo.Only to understand what this magic field around him was....well maybe she had came on too strong. the Looked Down at the floor,"I am Sorry, I just wanted to see what's with the strange maigc around you was,i was sent going to hurt you"
Gizmo Sobbed Quiltly for a bit then sat up,"I'll Show You What i am truly am,But you must promise your not going to hurt me" he said
"OK" Twilight said "Cross my heart,hope to fly,Stick a cupcake in my eye" she did the appropriate movements for a pinkie pie promise
Gizmo Lit his horn and slowly pulled his glasses off his snot, as soon as they cleared his face,the spell on them lost power and his form started to change,While his face remained the same,the whites of his eyes turned orange and Blue, a long fang grew out of his mouth,his fur on his chest changed feathers like a griffin's, 3 of his hooves changed in to a paw,a claw,and a talion,his tail was elongated and scaled,Two Bumps on his head said more horns were going to grow in at somepoint,and 2 miss-match wings sprouted from his back, a Bat wing and a Pagasi wing.
Nyx And Twilight gasp, Gizmo Blushed "S-so...this is my true form" He said
Twilight Circled Him Muttering to her self, Nyx Just stared at Him.
"Twilight, He Looks Just Like Discord," Nyx said, Braking the quiet air that had filled the room.
"He's a Draconequus,and seeing how he is part of discord, i am not surprise," Twilight said completing her 4th pass around him.
"C-can I Put My Glasses Back On?" Gizmo Asked,he didn't like when other ponies know what he was.
Twilight Blinked "You want to hide your self?" She asked,it shocked her, she'd thought that the son of chaos wanted to be unbound and free,like his father.
"I-i just Like My Pony form Better" Gizmo Said Putting the Glasses Back On,and went back to looking like a normal pony,except his for changing color.
Twilight Nodded, she understood, he must have want to fit in,and it was hard for nyx to be accepted by everypony at first. it wold have been harder for somepony who didn't look like a pony.
"I Guess I'll Be going Now" Gizmo's words Snapped Twilight out of her thoughts
"why?" she asked
"Who wouldn't want me gone?I Look to much like my father,discord, to stay anywhere." He replied
"But Where would you go?" Nyx asked
"I don't Know....Someplace" Gizmo Saids
Twilgiht thought for a moment then said "You can stay here"
Gizmo Looked Up,"are you sure,random Chaotic things happen around me" He said
"Your Are No Worse then Pinkie Pie,Stay here" Twilight Said With A Nod
Gizmo Started to cry again,Nopony Wanted him to stay anywhere "t-thank you" He Sobbed Out
"Oh He is going to be worse then nyx" Spike said
"HAY" Nyx protested
Spike and Twilight smiled,
On the Out Edge of Ponyville,and the Everfree, Shadows Started To Move, growing and shifting to a ruff shape of two ponies. One was a Unicorn with a red horn ,red crystals for a cutie mark,and green eyes with purple fire flowing out of them.The Other was an Alicorn everything about him Was Black,his eyes,his horn,even his cutie mark was just a blacker spot on his fur.
"Munn bnmmm Crystals mmmnnng" The Unicorn muttered.
"All in good time ,Sombra, Also Quit Mubbleing to you self. Nopony Can Understand you." The Alicorn said, Soon they'd both have REALLY Bodies
"I Said, Needs More Crystals,Dusk, you sure They both are here?" Sombra said More Clearly, sometimes Dusk,Even if he was the bringer of shadows,night,and darkness, was a pain in the Crystal Butt.
"Yes Sombra,"Dusk said "they are here, I watched From the Shadows. Both the Filly Nightmare moon ,and The Spawn Of Chaos are here" they're forms started to melt back in to shadow, "Soon they're power will be ares to take"
