The Story In Which I Couldn't Die
DEPRESSION: severe despondency and dejection, typically felt over a period of time and accompanied by feelings of hopelessness and inadequacy.
This is how I felt every single day after my break up with Ice Striker. Only hours after I had broken up, I had started to slowly waste away. So slowly, that it was painful. All of my friends had come to help and support, but nothing worked. A week after the depression had set in, I went to Dr. Whooves. He did his best to help, even used that glowing stick thingie on me. But even with the glow stick, I only received a four inch tall container of anti-depressants. They helped, that's for sure. But then I started to overdose. I wasn't regretting it until I began to get really sick. Then I got back to suicidal depression thoughts.
I began to attempt to kill myself. I began with hanging myself in my closet, and after I just woke up from the black out on the floor, I went on to 'cliff diving'. I aimed for all the sharp pointy rocks, but nothing happened other than a black out once more. That was also how I attempted to drown. But I only wound up on the beach. But the weird thing about that was a small flash back of a familiar face. I went back home to plan my next attempt. I actually went to the kitchen first to play with a knife. Purposefully, I had brought the knife close to my neck and swished it across several times. The last swish was when I finally cut myself deep enough to let all the blood drain out.
Again, another black out and wake up. The face was back, but it was more clear this time. It looked like someone from my past, but again, I couldn't be sure about that.
