It was a peaceful day to be honest playing on the playground a regular 6th grade life, I was talking to a colt that lived in the same orphanage as me complaining that we were never going to be adopted and so on little did I know I would meet a new friend when one left...
"Why do you have to go." I asked with tears in my eyes.
" I'm sorry skate rider I really don't want to leave you behind but I can't change there mind about adopting me." said my friend. "But I promise our friendship won't end here I promise or my name isn't storm chaser!"
"Yeah right you're moving to cloudsdale I'm staying in ponyville that's a three day fly!" I exclaimed attempting to calm down.
"Yeah It is..."
"Storm chaser are you done yet?!" Yelled the orphanage advisor. "Your new family is waiting!"
"Well I guess that is it bye skate rider I'll miss you." said my friend giving me a hug. "I'll see you in the future ok, and don't forget my promise the one about we came the same day we leave the same day might be broken but I promise I won't break this one alright."
"Ok bye storm chaser I'll miss you too..." My voice trailed off. I couldn't believe that my only friend was leaving me,I would be all alone no pony to defend me from the bullies, no more skateboarding none of that stuff. I was completely alone in this world. what I was wondering first my parents leave me here abandoned and now my best friend it wasn't his fault though I slowly walked back up in to my room and fell asleep I didn't care that is was five o'clock I wanted this day to be over.
The next day... I was walking to school when all of a sudden I hear a voice say "Hey your skate rider right."
I turned around to see a unicorn filly she was around my age she also seemed very fashionable too.
"Yeah I'm skate rider what do you need." I responded I've seen this filly around school she was always was reading a book or writing something.
"Uh never mind it was a stupid question anyways." she responded looking down.
"What was it" I asked again I was curious what did that unicorn wanted to say.
"Well you seem down and lonely I always see the bullies picking on you and your friend that usually sticks up for you isn't here."
" my friend was adopted yesterday and now I have no friends to hang out with" I responded I saw that she started to beam.
"Omg! Omg! I'm always in need of a friend! Im always alone too soo would you like to be friends!" She responded I liked the idea I was in need of a friend anyways so why not.
"Soooo what do you say."
" Well I think it's a wonderful idea! You know my name but I don't know yours."
" Oh I'm mint writer I love to write books if you can't tell by my cutie mark! I'm so silly forgetting to introduce myself aren't I!" She said laughing.
"Yes yes you are." I said laughing along I compleatly forgot about about my friend there's a new pony to start a friendship with and there would be one more to meet 5 years later
"Well I don't know if rarity will say yes..."
"Come on it's just a job she'll say yes, you and her are the most fashionable ponies in town together the two of you can make some fancy frilly dress collection."
"It's not that easy skate rider, you just got lucky that dj pon3 noticed your music and wanted you to be a dj at club sonicbloom."
" Well show rarity some of your dresses then you'll be working at Carousel Boutique in no time." said skate rider, attempting to convince me.
" wait that may not be a bad idea" I said getting interested.
"Ok then off i go." Said skate rider. I used my magic to stop her. "Your idea your helping me."
"Awww" said skate rider. " I would help but I know nothing about dress making." Said skate rider . I realized she was right her professions were always in dubstep music, skateboarding, a bit in art, baking a lot of things but dress making wasn't one of them.
"Fine." I said putting her down skate rider quickly flew away yelling "see ya!"
" ok so what do I need I'm out of fabric " I thought to myself and started to walk into town.
Later I was looking at a booth when a Pink haired Pegasus pushed me out oft he way.
"Excuse me!" I said looking at the Pegasus she looked sorry I looked at her cutie mark it was a ball of yarn with crochet hooks pointing inside I thought that she might come in handy.
"Oh I'm sorry I'm mint writer what about you?" I asked trying my best to be friendly.
"I'm curly fries!"
I thought that was a weird name but quickly forgot about it. "Do you know how to sew?"
"Yeah I do!" Yelled curly fries "do you need help with something." She asked.
"Yeah I'm trying to make a dress so I can impress rarity and hopefully get a job at Carousel Boutique."
"I'll be happy to help!" said curly fries. "I have lots and lots at supplies at my house lets go!" She grappled and hoof and led me to her house I looked at her collections of fabric and other things like that I was amazed the dresses were made in no time and we were both stunned by the results.
"This looks amazing!" I said "I must show skate rider!"
"Who's skate rider?" Asked curly fries.
"Oh!, she's my bestest friend
