Herald of Dawn

by Enigmatic Insanity
It was only supposed to be a short flight, to strengthen her wing muscles, but the wind felt so good on her back. Now, facing a land that looks the same in every direction, can a hopelessly lost Twilight find her way home?

The freedom of flight leads one to loss of sense. Feeling the sun caress your back, the wind rushing between your hooves – no one could blame Twilight for losing track of time and direction in the face of such a pleasurable activity. However, now that she is well beyond the borders of Equestria, in a place that is nothing but smooth stone for miles around, will she be able to find her way home?

Furthermore, will she be able to find her way before Celestia can completely ruin diplomacy with the country that Twilight unknowingly invaded?
