A caravanner by the name of Hymn stepped out of her camp in the middle of the night to investigate a nearby light behind a hill. She doesn't find any raiders, but rather she finds a path to another world, one where she is bound in contract as the familiar of a frustrating, and rather short, mage. Faced with her sudden servitude and the opportunity of a world untouched by the war, what will Hymn do?
