It's been a year since Trixie was humiliated by her greatest opponent, Twilight Sparkle. She's spent the time training, intent to get her revenge. Upon her return to Ponyville, the townsfolk keep referring to Twilight Sparkle as a "filly." Why does Trixie seem to be the only pony to recall an adult Twilight, and could this filly truly be her enemy?

This story does fit into my personal canon following "Magic's Dawn." I tried to make it less important to understand the entirety of that story, but it certainly does help. Feel free to let me know if there's anything I need to explain better, I want to learn how to write stories that reference my older stories, so that I can improve on that.I thank you for any tips you can give me, and will attempt to personally tell all reviewers thanks directly. ^_^
