I'm only 7 years old. But ponies don't stop talking to me about mama. I don't wanna be like her. Why can't they see that I cringe as I get compared to her? Are they blind? Incompetent, perhaps? Wait, I used that wrong, I meant stupid. I just wanna be my own pony. Not like mama, not like whoever else. Just like Star Twinkle. All I want is to be an individual. I'm in the bathroom. I picked up a pair of scissors and gone. My long navy and pink hair is now chopped short, and I just did my tail. Mama walked in to see what the noise was. "Star Twinkle! What are you doing?!" She yelled. "I was cutting my mane, and tail." I said. She levitated the scissors and fixed it. "Don't do it again." She ordered. "Okay." I mumbled. I went back to my room. Then I remembered I have to play with mama's friend's daughters. I only like Surprise. She's the only one, who genuinely likes me, for me. Her mama's nice too. I call her Auntie Pinkie! Firefly is okay, but only focuses on her flying, like her mama. Posey is too timid, and busy with animals, like her mama. Crystal is focused on fashion, like her mama. Apple Bud is boring, and bland, only focused on apples, like her mama. Surprise is just like Auntie Pinkie, but she loves it, her cutie mark is 3 purple balloons, and she was so happy. Firefly has two blue lightning bolts, Posey has three stupid flowers, Crystal has 3 different gems, a sapphire, a ruby, and an opal, Apple Bud, has 3 different apples, a red delicious, a granny smith, and some yellow apple. I don't have mine yet. I wasn't alone 'til Surprise got hers last week. "Star! Surprise is here!" Mama called. I ran down, past a teen Spike. 'Watch it!" He yelled. I blew a raspberry at him. "I hate when you do that Star." Mama said. I rolled my eyes, and opened the door. "Hi Starry!" Surprise giggled. "Hi Surprise." I said, less enthusiastically. I just wanna go. We played all day and I went to bed once I got home, I ate at Auntie's. I needed a break. I sound dramatic, don't I?
