There was one picture Showing Princess Cadence and Shining Armour's wedding day, with a dark figure towering over them like they where being watched. Luna asked, "Dear sister, who is that?" Celestia looked down at her younger sibling and answered, "The unspeakable" Luna looked at Celestia quite confused and then tried to remind herself of who the mysterious figure was. Then Celestia pointed her hoof to the bottom of the window, and written in a gold-sharp font was the name. QUEEN CHRYSALIS Luna wasn't too sure what it meant but she just went to roll with it. They walked on in silence, then Luna asked, "About this Queen Chrysalis" "Yes?" Her sister answered, "what about her?" "Is she real? And why is she on the wall if she did something bad?" Replied luna. "Like I explained, the same reason why discord is there. She is there because the had made a mark in history by not being the good guy, but doing something that every pony will remember for eternity." Celestia explained. "Oh", her sister replied. " do you know anything about her?". Celestia stood in silence, ignoring the question that her younger sibling had just asked her. "Hello? Earth to celestia, are you there?" asked Luna waving and shaking her hoof in-front of celestia's face, she then opened her wings and gently tapped her on the forehead and Celestia looked down at her sister now acknowledging her. She walked on some time more and then stopped. "You were asking?" Celestia replied. "Yes, like I was saying. do you know anything about her?" Luna replied. "And if you do could you please tell me?" Luna had turned around to see if her sister was listening. "... Celestia?! I know you said I was to old for tricks but what about YOU?! Listen, please come out I'm not as smart as you and I wouldn't be able to find you!". Celestia wasn't there... Luna had checked behind her throne, No. She looked behind the crimson and gold bordered curtains, No. Library, Just no. Luna had searched everywhere, she had spent a couple of hours looking now. She was just about to give up when she leaned against the third-to-the-right-sort-of-in-the-middle-but-not-exactly-where-you-thought-it-was-because-it-was-actually-right-infront-of-her statue of a palace guard. Like you would expect, something happened. That arm of the Statue of The Palace Guard that was third-to-the-right-sort-of-in-the-middle-but-not-exactly-where-you-thought-it-was-because-it-was-actually-right-infront-of-her was a switch to a really-kinda-dark-and-creepy-kinda-staircase-thingy. Luna had a look around to see if any pony was around, then she gently placed hoof after hoof down these swirly-curly stairs. Once she got to the bottom, things went more than expected and Luna wasn't to sure if she brought an extra diaper... "Look deep inside yourself!" A voice said. "Deep inside of you!". Luna was looking for an escape banging against the walls and trashing everything in her way. The voice had then faded away. "AHHHHH! It's too dark and it's not fair! I'm the Princess of the night and I can't even SEE in the dark let alone finding a STUPID light switch!" Luna shouted. She had practically destroyed everything in her 'Rage Session' and not realised a sign that clearly said Light Switch On/ "I'm so dumb!!" She shouted in a fit of Rage again. Luna kept on walking down the passage looking at the bare stone-cold walls of nothing. There was a locked gate. "Nothin' is standing in ma way! I'm GON BUST DIS THANG OPEN!" Luna said running head first into a locked iron gate, not knowing it was actually unlocked in the first place. She got it open and was trotting through the tunnel that was leading to a bright-turquoise aura round the rim of the tunnel at the end. Luna had soon reached the end... "NOOO, IT CAN'T BE!" She gasped. Chapter 2 - It is my name..."Who are you? And are you the Oogie Boogie?" Luna asked, shaking all over with fear. There was a shadowy figure towering over her just the stained glass of Chrysalis.Also she was looking for a new exit, for the door had closed. "Me? Are you talking to me?" The shadow replied, stepping forward to show who they were. "What are you doing here!?! You are... But she is... And that's not..." Luna asked "Fair?" The shadow replied, but now the figure was clear. It was her: QUEEN CHRYSALIS "I mean no harm to you! I have nothing to do with the disappearance of your sister. But I do know where she is." Chrysalis Said, lowering her voice to a softly-toned whisper. Slowly walking over to Luna, she took a hoof up and put it round the Princess' neck. "What do you want from me?" Luna asked. Shaking her neck to get this odd-looking hoof out of her sight. Chrysalis stumbled back, looking surprised. "Oh nothing my dear, nothing at all!" The Queen replied. " But maybe a slice of that crystal cake and a cherry cupcake from the Grand Dining Room up there, you know. In your castle?". Luna just stared at her figure for as long as she could remember and the look on her face was as if some pony had just eaten a sandwich full of her least favourite topping. Which shall remain classified. Luna nodded her head and replied to Chrysalis' most peculiar question she had ever heard. "Well I guess I will be on my way now, looking for my sister. Goodbye!" Luna said, trying to sound while trying to look as foolproof as possible and plastering such a fake smile on her face. "Excuse me?" Chrysalis asked, looking quite shocked that a 'dear friend' had to suddenly go back to her own place and continue her search for Celestia. Even though Luna still hadn't found an exit yet. "Why leave now when we can so much together and stay here forever. Because, who needs your sister?" She added. Luna was looking around for an exit before she had even finished. Then, something caught her eye. A barred up exit just to the left, but it needed a key to open. Chrysalis had been watching Luna for quite a while now and by the look in her face she was getting pretty bored of Luna constantly banging her head against the door. Not seeing the keys on the other side of the door where she could easily reach. Chrysalis was now just standing completely oblivious to what was going and she even decided to play dress-up with her changeling powers, she got bored of that and went away for a few minutes. She came back with a cheese sandwich. Chrysalis looked up at Luna (who by chance has a every sore head by now.) and asked, "Need a hand? You look famished, come here have a sandwich." . Luna looked quite puzzled because of one who could cause such villainy is offering her a CHEESE SANDWICH?!?! Luna just made one of those faces again, took the sandwich and walked over to the other side of the room. Luna found a piece of chalk and drew a watch on her left hoof at the time Twelve 'o Clock, she then walked over to Chrysalis and said to her, "Why, look at the time! I must be going." Luna did one of her fake smiles again, it didn't really work this time. Chrysalis heard her loud and clear but that didn't stop her. She slammed the door that Luna was banging open and filled in every hole in the room and whilst bursting into fits of laughter and said, "Why would you want to leave now? Do you promise to make a vow?". Making a book appear out of nowhere she made Luna repeat all the words that she said. "Do you pledge to stay here for ever?" She asked. Trying to do a smile of Luna's to make it look promising. She brought Luna over to a corner of the room. In the corner Luna went. Chains where locked, Luna was stuck no way out. "Oh goody! So you do want to stay?" Chrysalis added. Jump kin around the room feeling like she was the happiest pony in the world. Luna then replied to such nonsense that this pony has realised, the she will be staying here for ETERNITY. "Maybe we could think about it, because I do hope it is still ok to change your mind." . Luna's face didn't look to promising now, Chrysalis knew now. She said to her with such a lowered whisper. "Nobody is going... With my sandwich." Chrysalis shook her head. So Luna spoke up and asked her, "Why would you look so sad when being the bad guy is the thing you do best? Does something concern you?". Chrysalis looked up and took a deep breath. She got up on her hooves and walked over to a puddle not far away from Luna and began, "Oh well, it's started a long time ago." Luna rolled her eyes and interrupted. "Here we go!". Chrysalis sat up and then continued. "I was quite young at the time, and I was a unicorn living in Canterlot and I was a student to Celestia. My name was Forsythia, everyone knew my name. But not for good reasons." Chrysalis explained. "When I got magic lessons, as soon as they were done, I used to go out and use my magic skills for tricks and playing about." Chrysalis started to sniff, and then a tear ran down her face. "At the end of the year, on the highest level, you get an exam and when I got my results... It's when I changed. A fail... I had never been so angry in my life. I had ran away to the undergrounds of the castle, not knowing what can become of me". Chrysalis had now made her puddle even bigger and had been lying in it for a while. Luna was quite surprised of what was this Queen had as a backstory and she had no idea how harsh ponies' life can be, especially if they have became a villain. Luna spoke up and asked, "So, your name's Forsythia? It's cool. Though I do remember a pony who was called Forsythia who had a midnight-blue coat with a green mane. By any chance was that you?". Chrysalis nodded her head and then rolled back over in the puddle. Luna just sat there, staring at the wall. We she stares at a wall she thinks, so Luna was thinking. Then, it came to her. She asked Chrysalis one question, "If you were a pony called Forsythia, how have you become something like this?" . Chrysalis remained silent. Light shone, magic lifted, a passage way had appeared. Still feeling like she was asleep with her eyes wide open. Through the passage she trotted then, she stopped. There was a noise of trotting hooves approaching her. Please! don't hurt me! I am innocent!" she Shouted. It was palace guards requesting to see her about a certain 'incident' that had happened quite a few hours ago. She hadn't remembered this, no memory, no backing up. She has no idea. The guards had one of those weird chariot-things and one of them had told her to get on and stay for the ride. As soon as Look deeply inside of yourself!" a voice shouted. More to her it felt like they were saying don't. "Go away!" she mumbled, feeling like she was asleep but still awake in her own dreams. The feelings she got was too far, she wants to be left alone, in the dark, all alone... It stopped... the voice was gone, she had no idea what was going on. "Hello?" she asked, but she felt like the was talking to nothing but thin air. Then, she heard it. "Forsythia! Where are you?" the voice said. "Your dreams? Maybe?" continued Celestia . "Yes and no, your highness" she replied. "Why, isn't that peculiar, now is it?" the Princess said. "Take her to the dungeons!" She shouted. Then Celestia ordered two guards to come and take her away, but she tried to escape. She smashed the window closest to her and ran away...far away... eternity couldn't even find her...
