Dream Writer was standing in front of the school entry and took a breath. On the top of his shirt were two cuts, one long and one short, and he was wearing a jacket similar to Flash Sentry's.
"It's time to show Canterlot High that you are the best at what you choose."
Dream Writer then picked up the guitar case from the ground and entered the school. To his surprise it was empty. He then checked the clock and saw it was close ot lunch time so Dream Writer went right beside his locker and waited. In a few minutes teens were out of the classrooms and going to the lunchroom with Dream Writer slowly behind.
"Take your time Dream Writer. Take your time."
In the lunchroom people were chatting about a lot of stuff, but the one thing on their minds were on was which side Dream Writer would pick. Then when everyone heard the door open everyone gasped at what they saw.
"Miss me?" Dream Writer stated
No one spoke or moved, just turned their heads as they saw him head t words the Rockers table which had Flash, Flash's band, Soren, Sunset, and Twilight.
"Dream Writer?" Sunset asked
"Are you okay?" Axel asked as he saw Dream Writer put his guitar case on the table and then walk behind his key-tar, "Um Dream Writer that's my keyboard piano! that one of the two instruments I play!"
"I didn't know you played two instruments." Twilight stated
"I play that key-tar and the electric guitar." Axel stated
"I still remember the song me and Blackquill sung at Manehatten Middle's battle of the bands. Blackquill, I know you're there and you remember it too."
Blackquill then came out of a shadow holding a M9 in her hand.
"You just can't let go can you." Blackquill said pointing the gun
"I'll never let go until I can find a way to bring you back."
"You have to learn someday to let go Dream Writer! I did a long time ago."
"Can't we just sing it for old times sake?"
"Well. Okay. Only because that was our first anniversary."
Dream Writer: Switch on the sky and the stars glow for you.
Blackquill: Go see the world 'cause it's all so brand new.
Dream Writer and Blackquill: Don't close your eyes 'cause your future's ready to shine.
It's just a matter of time, before we learn how to fly!

"What the?"
Blackquill then turned her head to see Dream writer playing an ocarina.
"D-Dream Writer?!"
"Feel your heart Blackquill."
Blackquil did just that and felt something she hadn't felt since she woke up.
"I'm, I'm alive!"
"I finally found a way to bring you back after so many days to months of research." Dream Writer stated surprising everyone, "I can't believe the song of time actually worked!"
"Y-you mean?!"
"Blackquill I never stopped loving you! I just thought our relationship needed a hiatus is all."
"But you said-"
"I now realize that was a poor choice of words. And I'm sorry. I never meant for any of this to happen."
"Oh *Sniff* Dream Writer."
Blackquill then hugged Dream Writer and let loose the tears in her eyes.
"Dream Writer. I'm so sorry."
"No more apologies. Welcome home."
All of a sudden Dream Writer felt pain in his chest.
"GAAAAAHHHHHAAAAA!"
Dream Writer then fell to the floor with a thud shocking everyone.
"DREAM WRITER!" Sunset shouted as she went to her fallen love interest
"The *cough* song took every last bit of energy and life force I had just to revive you Blackquill. In other words *cough* I'm dying."
"No! You can't die!" shouted Blackquill
"Well the spirit inside that is."
"What?"
"The truth is, is that the real Dream writer was possessed at the age of four by the hero of time after his death."
"Link!?" Normal Norman asked
"Exactly. I've been living in his body for a long time until the day I was no longer needed here. And from the looks of things I was able to complete that goal."
"Then what about the real Dream Writer?!" Flash Sentry asked
"He will think that everything I've done for him has happened in real life. *Cough*"
Link then looked at his body and saw yellow dust coming up and out to the ceiling.
"But I know for a fact that in the future he will brave all odds and save each and every last one of you and your families in a few weeks. I can't tell you what it is, but I can tell you this, 'How many lives can you save in fourteen minutes?"
And just like that Link was gone and all that was left was Dream Writer's heart beat.
"Ugh. What happened?"
Sunset then hugged Dream writer and said, "The best thing ever."
