Chapter 1 - The Nicest of them all

" Hi Sunset Shimmer!"
"Yeh hi!"
" How's your morning?"
"Wanna sit beside me at lunch?"
Everyone had gathered round Sunset Shimmer outside school. They were all wanting to do something with her. Everyone loved her now. Anyone who got to do something with her was very lucky, she was always busy doing other things. Like helping other with the tasks that they couldn't accomplish and being the student council president.
Everyone wanted to be like her, everyone. Even all the boys wanted as much luck as her. She was considered the luckiest girl in the school. She was always friendly to all students and teachers, never complained and was never mean or hateful to anyone anymore. One morning, before school, Sunset Shimmer received a letter from Equestria.
Dear Sunset Shimmer,
I would like to inform you that Princess Twilight Sparkle will be visiting the school.
And will be expecting to see you again for certain reasons.

Everyone else in the school had heard from Sunset Shimmer that Twilight was coming back to visit all the students. And Sunset Shimmer had decided to have a welcome back party for Twilight, everyone was invited.

Days had passed and everyone at the school was talking about the party for Twilight, it was only a few weeks until the big day. Everyone in the school was acting normal as usual, in classrooms doing work, in the library reading books and Sunset Shimmer going round the school collecting her daily fame.
"Hey, look! It's Sunset Shimmer!" Someone shouted. Everyone then gathered round her, pushing and shoving to get to the front of the sea of delighted faces, who were expecting to be answered by the famous one.
" Hey, Sunset Shimmer! Wanna come to my party?" Someone asked her, handing the girl an invitation in a gold envelope.
" Um.. Maybe next time" She replied, pushing through the crowd. Then one of the students noticed the reason Sunset Shimmer didn't want to talk.
" Oh no! I just remembered!" She said to herself while she was pushing through the crowd.
" Please let me through!" Sunset Shimmer asked, trying to get past two students who were waiting to speak to her.
" ATTENTION!" Someone from the back shouted. It was Snails, being lifted up by Snips.
" LET THE GIRL THROUGH!" He continued. Then everyone moved aside to let Sunset Shimmer through. She caught up with them and all three rushed into the library.
Sunset Shimmer sat down at the library table and Snips shut and locked the door so no-one could get in. Snips and Snails then sat down across the table from Sunset Shimmer.
" Did you forget?" Snails asked, shuffling a little closer to the table on his chair. Snips then did the same thing.
" Well um-" Sunset Shimmer replied.
" Of course you didn't forget!" Snips exclaimed, jumping from his seat. Snails then hauled up onto the table a big book which was all covered in dust. He gave the book a big blow and all the dust went away, and he then handed the book to Sunset Shimmer.
" Perfect! This will do nicely for this special event." She said opening the book and looking for the right page. Snails got up can came over to her.
" There, page One hundred and forty-two" He said pointing to the page number in the three-hundred page contents. Sunset Shimmer opened at the page and gazed in wonder of what she has just found. The Map Of Equestria. Sunset Shimmer pointed to a circled location, probably circled by her. The mirror room, The Crystal Castle. The book Sunset Shimmer had in front of her was one of the ancient books from the back of the top floor in the library.
Sunset Shimmer picked up a bookmark and placed it on the page, she closed the book and took it to her locker. No one had noticed her because it was class-time. And the majority of the school was in their classes.

It was now the week that Twilight was coming back to the school. It was the most talked about event in the entire school apart for the Fall Formal. Everyone was preparing for the party and Sunset Shimmer was back in the library with Snips and Snails. No-one really went onto the top floor of the library, so that's where Sunset Shimmer, Snips and Snails were sitting plotting something for the party.
" Ok, so when she gets here, we go through the portal and then we smash it. Okay?" Sunset Shimmer whispered, because there was some students in the library. Snips and Snails both nodded their heads in agreement. She then reached under the table and opened her bag. She then stood up and put a sledgehammer on the table. Snails looked confused.
" So, um what are we using the sledgehammer for? Are we repairing the old garden shed at my house?" Snails asked, pointing at the sledgehammer.
" No you fool!" Sunset Shimmer exclaimed.
"Remember the plan" She continued in a strict voice. Then, Snips and Snails dived under the table and opened their bags too. They then came back up and put a map and a key on the table beside the sledgehammer.
" These are some other things that you might... Erm... We might need when the plan takes place. Snips said pushing all three of the items forward. Sunset Shimmer looked down at the library clock to see what time it was, Four O'Clock. Exactly.
"Remember, we do not speak of this until the party is about to begin. Do you hear me?" She said. Banging her hands on the table and giving all three pieces of equipment to Snips and Snails and pointing to the door.
" Yes miss!" They both replied, nodding their heads and putting the items into the bags that then followed. They marched down the stairs and out of the library.
" This shall end very well...!" Sunset Shimmer lowered her voice to a lighted whisper.

Chapter 2 - At the welcoming
Darkened lifes,
Darkened days,
All ended,
Because of her ways

It was the night. She was coming. Everyone was excited. Even Sunset Shimmer. They all gathered round the statue, waiting for Twilight to come. It was the big moment.
"She's here... I think"
" How about now?"
"Look!"
"She's here... For reals dude!"
Twilight had arrived, expecting to see Sunset Shimmer in front of her, waiting for her arrival. But she wasn't there, in front of her. And everyone had expected that she would be inside. So they all went inside the school.
" This party is neat, dude!"
" She really outdone herself!"
" This is awesome!"
Everyone looked around the hall, the place was decorated with banners and streamers in bright fluorescent colours. The stage was set up for the band for the night, the floor was a dance floor heaven and there was a food bar to the far right. Twilight couldn't believe what Sunset Shimmer had done for her, she absolutely loved it.
The band got onto the stage and started their one-hour set up session.
" Wow! This is the most amazing party ever!" Twilight said, walking over to the stage to see who was performing for the night. Flash Sentry and his friends were doing a session for even more practice because they had a concert coming up.

" It's working!" Snails exclaimed, hopping up and down in excitement. Sunset Shimmer, Snips and Snails were hiding behind the portal, waiting for the moment to go. Which was now.
" Go come on! Quick!" Sunset Shimmer said, pushing Snips and Snails into the portal.
