Derpy Hooves is the most well-known mailmare in Ponyville, largely because she as a pony makes everything memorable...in a way.

Having said that though, she does often get into trouble with the boss due to her wonky eye causing a lot of problems. Like falling parcels of varying size to home-wares to PIANOS. Seriously, who thought that transporting a piano BY HOOF several hundred metres in the air was a good idea, lamented Twilight one day as she lay in a hospital bed.
