"Rainbow! Rainbow Dash where are you?" Again nopony showed up.
Rainbow Dash was nowhere to be seen. In fact, she was in a cloud from above, thinking of the incident.
I can't belive *sniff* i was too slow. She wished to find a way to stop pain and suffering- to stop loss. As tears came down, the rainbow-maned pony had an idea.

"Spike! Where's the spellbook I told you to get me!"
Spike moved his chubby legs as fast as they could go. "Here you go. Do you really think this time travel spell could work?" He said panting.
"I'm sure of it! Now let me see..." Twilight said, starting to mumble the spell. Just then, she heard the door open.
"Why hey there Twilight," She heard Dash say.
"Oh, hey Rainbow. What's with the kni-" She was cut off by the sight of her blood on the floor, and the sound of her flesh ripping from her neck.
"R-Rainbow, wha-what wa-" The purple pony fell to the ground. Dash turned around to see a baby dragon, paralyzed with fear.
"Hello Spike..."
Hey guys. This is my first fanfic, and hopefully not last. Hope you enjoy and give me feedback!
I just don't know what happened. None of us do, well, except Dash.
She was falling. She tripped over a twig and fell off of the same mountain where Fluttershy cleared the dragon from the cave and prevented smoke from engulfing Equestria in a darkness. She was screaming, loud. She tried to use magic, but it wouldn't help.
"RAINBOW!" The cyan pony heard in a dramatic voice.
Rainbow dashed off at top speed to save her. But just as she she reached the edge, she heard a crash; she was too late.
The white pony lay limp, and lifeless on the soil.
Rainbow Dash couldn't believe her eyes. "This can't be happening. THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!" Dash was sobbing now. She was furious. Half because she lost her friend, and half because she was too slow. "DAMMIT! How could I have been too slow? Oh shit, how am I gonna tell the others?"
She hugged the corpse, prayed to Celestia, and left.

will be missed by everypony
It seemed as if everypony in Equestria was at the funeral- even Trixie.
"The Great and Powerful Trixie needs not be here. But she still owes Rarity 5 bits for this hat, and Trixie suggested that-"
"We ain't be needin' your 2 bits on this situation," the cowpony said, holding back tears, "Ah'd be more then pleased if you'd shut your piehole."
Trixie just scoffed and trotted away.
Everypony was solemn that day. Even Pinkie Pie, being the cheerful and energetic filly she was, did not even smile. Celestia and Luna each bowed their horns in honor, and everypony gave their speech.
"Even if she was annoying, boring, and overly dramatic at times, she was still my sister," Sweetie Belle said, sobbing, "And I would give anything to have her back."
Next up was Spike. It looked as if he were affected the most. He was generating gallons of tears by the minute.
"Rarity was the most beautiful, kind, breathtaking, generous, amazing, aweso-"
"ENOUGH ALREADY! GET TO THE POINT" He heard Carrot Top yell.
"Anyway, she was a pony to die for, and I hope you all remember it." Everypony cheered, and Twilight Sparkle walked up to the stage.
"Okay, next up is Rainbow Dash."
Nopony came up. There was a collective murmur through the crowd. Where was she? And why wasn't she at the funeral?
