Chapter 2 Suit Up

The Crusaders stood in the wreckage of the lab and heard the muffled voices of Twilight and what they assumed Token. The Girls heard   footsteps and Twilight entered the lab but to the Crusaders surprise Token wasn't with her it was a pegasus, The pegasus was wearing gold armour and his skin was black as coal, his mane and tail were chocolate brown and no crutie mark could be seen through his armour.

"Girls, this is Token's younger brother Cole" Said Twilight as she indicated to the pegasus

Cole said nothing and looked around at the lab and then at the Crusaders who just grinned.

"So this is all your doing." Cole said as he raised an eyebrow at Twilight

"yeah, I must of added a little to much chemical x." Twilight replied

"wait hang on a second, you don't think we did this do you?" Apple Bloom said

Cole turned to Apple Bloom and before he could have a chance to answer Token voiced could be heard from the intercom over their heads.

"will every pony please report to the dinning hall, Dinner will be served." Token's voice echoed

Cole gave the girls a glare and trotted of to the dinning hall.

"I don't know about you but I'm hungry." Said Sweetie Belle

"just one minute girls, I know it's going to be really hard for you but these power may have to between just us." Said Twilight

"But Twilight, I can finally fly." Scootaloo said

"When I said every pony I meant every pony." Token's voice echoed once again

"We' better get going." Said Twilight

The Crusaders nodded in agreement and they headed out of the lab.

When girls finally arrived at the dinning hall every pony else was already seated and was waiting for them. As they took their places at the table the butlers placed down the first course, a bowl of hay fries.

"Hey Token that Intercom you have is pretty neat." said Twilight as she dug in to her fries

"Thanks, with a house as big as this and with having so many guest come so frequent you don't always know where every pony is." Said Token as he casually whipped his mouth with a napkin

"Brother, these fillies trashed our lab!" Cole exclaimed

"No we didn't." The Crusaders said in unison

"that wasn't them, it was it me." Twilight said quickly

"Calm down Cole." Said Token "Please excuse my brother he's a bit too serious." Token continued

"what were you doing in the lab any way?" asked Rarity

"I was Trying to find a way to bring back some pony's magic." Twilight replied

at that moment every pony stopped eating and looked at Twilight

"Did you see the pony who did it?" asked Token

"No, why?" Asked Twilight

"Token told us about a mysterious pony who's stealing unicorns magic" said Rainbow Dash

"That's interesting but why are you telling me?" said Twilight

Twilight at her friends and back at Token

"You want us to help?" Asked Twilight

"What do you say Twilight? Your friends are into it," Said Token

"Ok but I'm not sure of what help I'll be." Said Twilight

suddenly Cole jumped up from his seat looking furious.

"Brother, you're not expecting to get results from these girls are you!" Cole exclaimed

"Cole I trust them" Token calmly replied

"if you trust four girls more than your own brother who by the way is head of the police force then so be it!"

Cole kick the table with his back legs making food drinks fly everywhere then he ran out of the dinning hall

"Don't worry about him he's just mad because he never earned his cutie mark and he's a pegasus and he can't fly." Said Token

Just then the Crusaders sunk into their and slowly left the dinning hall with out no pony noticing.

"Did you hear what Token?" said Apple Bloom

"I heard the bit about the not being able to fly." Said Scootaloo

"I know that means a lot to you Scootaloo but me and Sweetie Belle was thinking about our cutie marks" said Apple Bloom

"Hey maybe this is a sign" Sweetie Belle said

"A sign for what exactly?" Scootaloo asked

"Think about it, we arrive in Las Pegasus then next thing we know a mysterious pony is stealing magic." Said Sweetie Belle

"I don't know, didn't Twilight say to keep it secret?" Said Apple Bloom

"then we'll just go out in disguise." said Sweetie Belle

Crusaders retreated back to their rooms and dressed in their thickest hoodies. Scootaloo wore a wolf mask to hide her face, Sweetie Belle wore a hockey mask and Apple Bloom wore a clown mask. when they were dressed they headed for the town.

"Sweetie Belle, Are you sure no pony will recognise us in." Asked Scootaloo

"I'm Sure, keep an eye out for any thing suspicious." Said Sweetie Belle

"You mean like that." said Applebloom

Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo stopped dead in their tracks as Apple Bloom had indicated to group of pegasi heading into  tall building, the girls followed and when they entered the they saw a group of pegasi in front of a stage. on the was another pegasus but this one was in costume. The Crusaders made their way through the crowd to get a better look and as they made their way to the front the girls let out a silent gasp. The pegasus was wearing the same outfit as the mysterious mare do well.

"Are you all tired of those unicorns running our town with their fancy magic!" The mysterious pony boomed

All the Pegasi started cheering and stomping their hoofs while the Crusaders stood and watched uncomfortably

"But now this we'll have all this." Boomed the mysterious pony "But before I can tell you anything, get rid of those intruders" Said the mysterious pony indicating to the crusaders

All eyes were on them now and they slowly started walking towards the door but it was blocked by two bulky pegasi.

"Stand back. I warn we have super powers." Said Scootaloo

With the comment all the pegasi started laughing

"I don't they're taking us seriously." said Sweetie Belle

"Then we'll make them take us seriously" said Apple Bloom

Apple Bloom suddenly slams the ground with her hoof generating and earthquake. The building starts collapsing and the pegasi start fleeing but the mysterious pony leaves he gave Scootaloo a smirk. When the Crusaders made their out they saw and old earth pony staring at them. The Earth had orange skin, a white mane and tail, her cutie mark is a book. she indicated them to follow so they did.

The girls followed the old earth to her old cottage.

"Is this about that building, I'm really sorry." Said Apple Bloom

"No dear it has nothing to with that, my name is Desna" Said the old pony

"Then why are we here." asked Scootaloo

"Because something isn't right in this town." said Desna

"And you want us to help?" Sweetie belle squeaked

"If you haven't realised we was too afraid to use our own powers and besides we're just kids." said Scootaloo

Desna headed over to her bookshelf and then open the book she got out on the floor. The Crusaders glanced at the book and saw three fillies who have the same powers as the Crusaders

"These were once our heroes." said Desna "And these are their costumes." said Desna as the book shelf turned around

"The costume for the element of fire is fire proof, the Ice costume keeps your body temperature at a normal level and the electric costume while it does conceal your mane and tail and that is the basis for your powers your can still perform electric attacks." Said Desna

The girls scanned the suits, The fire suit was sunset orange with flames overlaying the eyes circling the ankles and one big flame on the flank. The Ice suit is Ice blue and has on big snowflake overlaying the eyes, snowflakes circling the ankles and one big snowflake on the flank. the electricity suit was black and had a lightning bolt overlying the eyes, lighting bolts cycling the ankles and one big lightning bolt on the flank.

"I do understand that I am asking a lot of you so you don't have to"

Before Desna could finish the girls took the suits and darted out the door.

"This is so exiting." Said Sweetie Belle

"I know but we need names." Said Scootaloo

"I think I've already got our names." Said Apple Bloom

"All our names?" asked Sweetie Belle

"Yeah why?' asked Apple Bloom

"Maybe we would like to pick our own names" said Sweetie Belle

"Can you think of anything?" Apple Bloom asked

"Ok go ahead." said Sweetie Belle

"Anyway I was thinking of the filly flame, the filly frost and the filly thunder." said Applebloom

"Yeah and how about as a group name we have fearless fillies." Said Scootaloo

"Fearless fillies yeah!!!!" The Crusaders exclaimed in unison
