I hate my friends. I HATE them. One day i'm telling them they're my best friends, and the next day, they don't believe me. "Applejack, don't lie to us, you have other friends you care about!" Exclaimed Rainbow,"Why do you have to keep it from us? We all know that you care more about your family than your friends!" "Why do y'all say that?!" I asked. They all groaned,"Remember when you had to help us rebuild Rarity's house? well, when we looked over, we saw you hanging out with your family. You weren't helping US at all!"
"Well i'm sorry, but FAMILY'S MORE IMPORTANT THAN FRIENDS YOU KNOW!" I sniffed. I made a bad decision. But I didn't care. I wasn't going to apologize when they were growling at me for being with my family. Twilight walked up to me, she stood there, and whispered in my ear,"Applejack, please tell me the truth. Do you still love your family more than us?" I felt puzzled. I loved my friends more than anything, and my family too. I didn't speak a word to her. "AHEMM!" she groaned,"Do you like us, or your family more?!" She started yelling. I whispered slowly,"I love both of you." She looked very red, there was no purple left to her coat. "WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO MEAN?! WE THOUGHT YOU LOVED US!!! YOU KNOW WHAT?? go." I looked at everyone, then looked at her,"What?" "you heard me. GO!! NOBODY WANTS YOU HERE!!!" I started to water up. Why would they say such a thing? I started to walk away, then I turned my head. I glared at everybody, and said with regret," I don't need any of you. I bet one day all'a you will come crawling to me, begging for forgiveness. And im'a gonna tell y'all,'No.' Because I DON'T NEED ANY FRIENDS LIKE YOU!!!!!" I trotted off in anger.
I got to my home, finally now i could relax with my family. But nopony except Spike was there.I walked up to him," Hey. Spike. What's up?" He looked at me," Where's your friends?" I looked over in the field, and sighed,"Well, um.. uhh," "C'mon Applejack, spit it out,"
I swallowed hard, I couldn't lie to Spike. So I held back my tears until I couldn't no more,"They aren't my friends anymore." I started welling up tears, sniffed, groaned and screamed. He patted my back, and asked why. I recollected myself, and told him," I was hanging out.. With my family, and my friends.. They thought I didn't love them at all." Spike hugged me. He wasn't like my old friends, he must have knew that family comes first. "It'll be okay Applejack." he said softly. I had to do something now. I could try to apologize to them, and maybe they could forgive me!
I ran out to Twilight's house, and knocked furiously. She opened the door,"Oh, it's YOU." She looked around,"What do you want?"
I pulled my hat off,"I've come to apologize. I'm sorry about what i said, i know that wasn't right of me to do that. Can you forgive me?"
She grinned," of course I forgive you," I smiled,"But you're still not part of our new group. We got a new buddy to replace you, because you've been gone for twenty minutes." My smile faded. A strange pony came walking out."Meet Lisa. She's our new HONEST pony here in our group." The pony looked at me, and i got a good look at her. She had many scratches from what looked like to be a cat, her coat was a pukish green color, and her mane was a fuchsia pink. Not a good look on some pony. she sniffed at me, and told what everyone thought was the truth," You must hate your friends. That's why I'M here. NOT you." she whipped her tail in my face (which smelled like rotten apples), and slammed the door on me. How could they be so mean? I couldn't do it anymore, and so I started to run, I didn't know where I was going, but I didn't care anymore, I didn't care how much my friends hated me. I just needed somewhere to hide from the shame.
