//-------------------------------------------------------// The Reign of the Star Princess -by KingSpyro169- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Prolouge //-------------------------------------------------------// Prolouge I sat in the center of the Memorial room. My horn glowed slightly as I lit the candles one by one. As the candles lit, two banners became more and more visible. I dropped my magic when the last candle was lit. The two banners depicted two former rulers of Equestria, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. Celsetia's banner was a bright red with a gold trim, While Luna's banner was a dark Blue with a silver trim. I sat there, thinking back to when they were still alive. The three of us were very close, spending a large amount of time together. When we live as long as we do, we're all we have in the long run. I remember we would always go out flying. During the day, Celestia's sun would shine a warm light on us. At night, Luna's moon and my stars would shine down, giving everything a soft glow. We had a great time. Then Celestia passed away, and things changed. Luna took over the sun, while still taking charge of the moon. She gave the task of protecting ponies dreams to me while also maintaining the stars. We would always be more tired than before, and didn't go flying as often. We started spending more time with Cadence, and grew close to her as well. about twenty years later, Luna passed away. Candence and me were devastated that she went so soon after her sister. The task of raising the sun and moon fell on me. It was so much of a burden at the time that I had to give the task of dream walking to Cadence. She didn't mind, but I noticed she would always look tired when I saw her. I was so deep it thought I barely noticed a knock on the door. "Yes?" I called. "Princess, It's time," the knocker called back. "I'll be out in a moment." I stood up from where I was sitting. With a flash of my horn, all the candles in the room went out. I walked over to the door and opened it. I paused for a second to look back inside, before leaving and letting the door shut behind me.
