"Oh that Pinkie, how many times do I have to tell her to turn off the tap when she's finished cleaning?" Mrs.Cake sighed before casually exiting out of the kitchen, taking a quick glance around the bakery for anything out of place and nodding to herself. "Well, it was a busy day today but we got through it well, didn't we dear?"

Mrs.Cake looked over to the counter after hearing a gentle thud, giggling to herself as Carrot stood up while rubbing his now sore head. "It sure was unfortunate for us that Pinkie’s sister decided to visit during one of the busiest days of the week.”

For her part Cup just laughed at her blushing husband before giving him a kiss on the cheek, “It was so smart of you to bake a dozen muffins in advance for Derpy dear.” His blush only grew a bit brighter as he smiled and kissed her back before they both nuzzled each other.

This continued for a few moments before they were interrupted as they heard a loud bump come from the basement downstairs. Both of them sighed while Cup quietly muttered under her breath. “What does she get up to down there? Maybe we should tell her to quiet down or she’ll wake the twins.” No sooner had she said this when the sounds of crying foals were heard.

With a groan and a shake of his head, Carrot moved towards the noise. “Don’t worry Cup, I’ll go take care of it while you tell Pinkie.” He sounded reluctant but he had gone anyway, a fact that made Mrs.Cake very proud that she had married him. She nodded slightly and moved off towards the basement…

Snip…

Snip…

Buzz…

The pony slowly opened her eyes reluctantly, and after a few moments of blinking she realised she was in pitch darkness. ’No..’ she’d thought to herself, ’there’s something on my face.’ Just as this thought entered her mind the blindfold was removed and she quickly shut her eyes as a blaring light was shone directly into them.

“Oh wake up already, I put in quite a bit of effort with your mane so the least you could do is appreciate it.” The voice seemed smooth and slightly high-pitched. For some reason it sounded familiar to the pony but she could not match it to a face.

Slowly, she opened her eyes and looked in front of her where there stood a large mirror. Sure enough her forehooves had been shackled overhead and far apart while her hindlegs were tied together and connected to the bottom of the slab she was kept on.

Looking further down she saw the pink mane clippings under her hindlegs, a quick look back up the mirror showed her face. Gazing back at her was not the face she was used to seeing, her usual positivity had been dashed and what she now saw was a bald, crying, wreck of a pony with some sort of strap keeping her muzzle closed.

For a few moments she panicked, flailing her hooves in their bindings wildly as the desire to escape rose up within her, a flame of hope that burned brightly. At the time, the pony had never realised how easy it was to douse a fire.

After much flailing she managed to get a hoof free, knocking over the overhead lamp to the side and clouding her vision with darkness once more. This managed to annoy her captor, who quickly turned on a light before grabbing the pony’s hoof.

“Shut the buck up already! You ruined the mood lighting and there are foals sleeping upstairs!” Getting annoyed with the crying mare, she grabbed a skewer from nearby and drove it into her hoof. The mare’s muffled screams grew louder for a few moments before quieting down to sobs.

“That’s better, now, lets get you tied up again and see what I have available.” After calmly shackling the pony’s hoof back up, and making sure to lock it this time, she went out of the pony’s vision behind the slab and picked up a rather large cake knife.

“Well this is certainly fitting isn’t it? The baker dies from a cake knife, so tragic. Did you know those straps on your muzzle were leather dearie? Quite astonishing some of the things I found down here.” The pony panicked as her captor came back into view again, wielding the knife as if it was just a toy and placing it on the tray from earlier.

“Oh don’t worry, I’m sure Carrot won’t miss you too much. After all…” With a grunt of effort she stood up on her hindlegs, a hoof on either side of the pony’s head as she leaned in close, “he won’t need you as long as he has me.” She giggled and hopped off the slab before picking up the knife again, holding it against the mare’s cutie mark.

The mare just screamed more, tears staining her coat as she tried and failed to move away from the knife slowly digging into her hip. “Oh come on now dear, you’d think after all this time of doing it yourself you’d be content with being on the receiving end.”

The mare stopped completely, staring into the pink eyes of her captor with a look of shock, disbelief and curiosity. The pony looking back just laughed more, trying to hold back the tears that threatened to spill out. “You thought I didn’t know? Carrot I guess wouldn’t have found out, he’s been so worried over the twins. I, on the other hoof, know everything you’ve been doing, Pinkie.” Mrs.Cake unceremoniously stabbed the knife into one of the balloons on the mares flank, eliciting more muffled screams from pinkie.

Slowly, deliberately, Cup dragged the knife from one balloon to the other and crossing them out with the blade of the knife. “Don’t worry Pinkie, I’m nowhere near as horrible as you, I would never kill another pony.”

She used the knife to peel off the triangle of skin before pinning it to the other side with the knife. “No Pinkie, I’m just going to lock you up down here and let you rot.” Cup  kicked out a support under the slab which caused it to fall backwards quickly and Pinkie to choke between screams from the sudden jolt.

Mrs.Cake smiled as she pushed the slab out of the room and into a corridor. Pinkie saw the remains of her previous victims as she passed their rooms. Bonbon was still hanging upside down, supported by the hooks in her hooves. Berry was still strapped to her chair although cider was slowly leaking from her sides as her body had begun to rot. Octavia was still srng up on a wooden board, piano wire having serrated her body into four neat slices.

One by one Pinkie looked on at her kills, noting how they seemed to be more creative depending on how recent it was. She would’ve smiled if she weren't in excruciating pain. When she came to a the last room however, she saw it empty but for black walls.

Mrs.Cake just opened the door, pushed Pinkie in, and closed it behind her. “Don’t worry Pinkie, I’ll make sure to feed you everyday until you’ve learnt your lesson.” Pinkie noted the shackles were now unlocked and she quickly broke free, untying her hooves in a hurry. All too late though as Mrs.Cake was already long gone, so she resolved herself to banging uselessly on the door.

Mrs.Cake calmly walked through the corridor. Coming up to the last room she sighed and knocked on it a few times. “Pinkie, no more banging around down here. You managed to wake up the twins. You don’t want to get punished again do you?”

Cup smiled to herself as she heard  the shuffling of hooves and a reluctant “Yes... Mrs.Cake...”

“Good girl, now be good and next time I let you out make sure to turn off the tap alright?”

Yet again all she heard in reply was “Yes... Mrs.Cake...”

Her smile grew wider as she peeked in through a window and spotted a despondent Pinkie Pie, lying against a wall. “Goodnight now Pinkie.” she said in a smooth pitch before going back down the corridor and up the stairs, locking the door behind her before going over to hug her husband and nuzzle her foals.
