Each of the statues were easily 15 to 25 feet tall. Slowly the largest of the seven statues began to crack and fall apart, revealing beast that was trapped within it. Slowly the large beast began to move, it took four steps each step the dragon took caused the ground to shake, it took one more step and let out a thunderous roar. Seconds later the other statues began to fall apart allowing the other dragon-like creatures to move, they all roared in unison their roars echoed throughout the cavern. The largest, a wyrm with silver and gray scales, and large wings with large bright colorful magic rings around it's tail and horn and inside it's wings, rendering it flightless and greatly suppressing it's power, stretched out his wings. "Finally, we're free. Let's get out of this cave." he said, walking towards the entrance to the cavern. "Yiazmat, wait." said one of wyrms, he looked identical to Yiazmat except he was slightly smaller and had dark red with orange and red rings to suppress his power, his rings and wings had arches on top. "No." Yiazmat said walking away.without looking back. "I'm going to have a look around, we are no longer in Ivalice, Hell Wyrm." Yiazmat stated. "Well, i'm staying here to try and summon the lesser wyrms." replied Hell Wyrm walking to the back of the cavern, casting a spell to try and teleport a few inferior wyrms to do their bidding while they recover from from being trapped in a stone prison for more than two thousand years. Yiazmat reached the entrance to the cave when he heard one of the wyrms say "I'm coming with you." "Fine." said Yiazmat "But don't kill anything unless it's absolutely necessary" "Okay" The sun was starting to go down. The two wyrms walked around the cavern for about an hour there appeared to be nothing but forest as far as they could see. They had to kill a few timber wolves but they had no problem with it, as far as they knew there was nothing that could pose a threat to them. Soon they came upon a group of about 30 massive timber wolves each one was about half Yiazmat's size, the two wyrms happily glanced at each other. "Do you want to take this, Fafnir?" Yiazmat asked "Yeah" replied Fafnir, he was a battle scarred wyrm he had no wings, his claws were covered in dried blood, he had a one of his horns was broken, and he had debris sticking out of his back. With a loud roar Fafnir charged at the timber wolves. The first timber wolf to get with in range of Fafnir's claws was dispatched with one swipe, immediately six other timber wolves tried to rush Fafnir but he swiftly turned and swatted them away with his tail and used his breath to freeze and shatter thirteen more before impaling another with his unbroken horn. "Judgement!" roared a voice from behind as several red orbs flew in front of Fafnir then exploded as fire started to spout from the ground in front of Fafnir; killing the rest of the timber wolves. "What was that for!?" Fafnir roared "I got bored." replied Hell Wyrm,with a slight look of amusement on his face. "And I spotted a nearby town." Fafnir swiped at Hell Wyrm, his claw connected with Hell Wyrm's side he was largely unaffected Hell Wyrm hit Fafnir back sending him flying, and knocking over several trees before hitting the ground. "Get up Fafnir." Yiazmat said coldly "We're going back to the cave." "But what about the town?" Hell Wyrm asked. "Have you been able to summon anything?" Yiazmat asked ignoring the other wyrm's question. "A few hellhounds." Hell Wyrm replied. "Good enough. We'll send them tomorrow." Yiazmat said, with anger in his voice. ***************************************************************************************************** The CMC and Mane 6 stared in awe at the Everfree Forest, they heard loud roaring and they saw several bright explosions as they watched fire spouting high into the sky. After the fire subsided they saw a large dragons head with a large red ring around his neck just above the treetops. All of the ponies remained silent except for Twilight. "Before any of you say anything, we're going to check it out tomorrow afternoon, no sooner and no later." she said sternly "M-Maybe i-it can wait?" asked Fluttershy her voice barely audible "No." Twilight said, her voice shaking from fear of what they might find. "Get some sleep, everypony we're gonna have a long day tomorrow." "Okay" the other ponies said in unison as they started to head home Twilight entered the library and frantically started to search for a book that would tell her what she just witnessed.She searched for several hours until she finally found a book on mythical beasts and legends.She doubted that the book would help her in any way but she read it anyway. She came across a chapter called Wyrms and Guardian Beasts it told about how the legendary wyrms Yiazmat, The God Wyrm, Hell Wyrm, Fafnir, Tiamat, Lindwyrm, The Behemoth King, and Th'uban and how they were sealed away in Equestria. She also read about Yiazmat's unimaginable power and how powerful the others were. The description of Hell Wyrm made her tremble in fear because it described what she saw in the Everfree Forest. After she finished reading she forced herself to go to sleep and prepared for what would transpire the following day. Hellhounds"Send them." Yiazmat said with no emotion in his voice as he signaled Hell Wyrm to release the hellhounds he summoned. Hell Wyrm gladly did as he was told. Hell Wyrm sent hellhounds to the nearby town of Ponyville. The hellhounds tore through the Everfree Forest easily killing any creature that was unfortunate enough to be in their path. After about two hours they emerged from the forest behind Fluttershy's cottage as the sun started to come up. The hellhounds immediately began to tear her animals apart with their horns, teeth, and claws. Fluttershy was awoken by her animals' cries of pain, she immediately darted to her window to see what was wrong. Fluttershy opened her curtains and saw most of her animals dead on the ground, the only animal left alive was her bear and it was fighting for it's life but the fight was over as quickly as it started. As soon as Fluttershy saw her bear die she ran out of her cottage screaming at the top of her lungs, the hellhounds were right on her tail as soon as she got out of her cottage. ***************************************************************************************************** Twilight awoke to screams of terror as Fluttershy ran through Ponyville screaming with the hellhounds not far behind causing everyone in Ponyville to panic. Twilight instantly started shooting beams of magic from her horn at the hellhounds, getting their attention off of Fluttershy and onto herself. Twilight put up a barrier between her and the horned glowing dogs and called out "Get the other elements!!" Fluttershy nodded and flew as fast as she could the other Elements of Harmony were already heading to the screams and purple flashes indicating that Twilight was already trying to resolve whatever problem that was causing all the other ponies to run away. Rainbow Dash was the first to get to Twilight and was shocked when Twilight screamed "Kill them!!!!!!!!! Kill them now!!!!!" Rainbow Dash did as she was told and flew as she could and viciously kicked a hellhound in the head crushing it's skull and snapping its neck: killing it instantly. Just before Rainbow killed the hellhound the other elements got to the library coming up behind Twilight, they heard her telling Rainbow to kill them. They were shocked at Twilight but they didn't have time to register what just happened before Twilight's barrier shattered and the hellhounds charged at the elements as Twilight called out "We have to kill them!!" "Ah'm on it!" Applejack called back, galloping towards two of the eight hellhounds that were left. "I can't!!!" Fluttershy screamed, tears streaming down her face, she was paralyzed by fear. "We have to Fluttershy!!!" Pinkie Pie called out as she bucked a hellhound in the face killing it. "Fluttershy, snap out of it!!!!" Rainbow Dash yelled. Rarity was luring the hellhounds away from Fluttershy when one got behind her. "AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!" Rarity screamed as a hellhound sank it's teeth into her leg and pulling her to the ground, as she was falling the hellhound impaled her with the two horns on top of it's nose, tore it's horns out of her stomach and bit down on the back of her neck while she was convulsing on the ground less than two feet away from Fluttershy. She watched in horror as one of her best friends was being killed in front of her. "Rarity!!!!" a little filly's voice screamed "Fluttershy save her!!!!!!!!" Fluttershy couldn't move. A beam of energy shot past Fluttershy, taking the hellhounds head off. After killing the hellhound Sweetie Belle moved to the others killing them all seemingly effortlessly. She darted past Fluttershy to her sister with tears in her eyes. "Rarity, don't die!!" Sweetie Belle screamed "Please don't die! Please..." Rarity stopped breathing. The rest of the Elements of Harmony stood speechless as they watched Sweetie Belle's sadness turned to anger then she turned to Fluttershy "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!!!!!" she screamed "RARITY DIED PROTECTING YOU!!!!!!" The remaining elements watched in shock as the filly backed Fluttershy into a wall. "YOU SHOULD HAVE DIED NOT HER!!!!!" Sweetie Belle yelled as she hit Fluttershy in the face several times until Twilight restrained her using her magic. "YOU COULD HAVE SAVED HER!!!!" Sweetie Belle started crying. "It's all your fault..." "Calm down Sweetie." Twilight said. letting Sweetie go. "Where did they come from?" Sweetie Belle asked "The Everfree Forest." Fluttershy replied "Let's go girls." Sweetie Belle said to the other Cutie Mark Crusaders that had been watching since just before Rarity got killed. The crusaders nodded and followed Sweetie Belle into Twilight's library and grabbed a copy of the book Mythical Beasts and Legends that Twilight left out, it was open to the chapter Wyrms and Guardian Beasts; open to a picture of Hell Wyrm. The page it was left on had enough information to tell the CMC what sent the hellhounds and went into the Everfree forest while the remaining elements got Fluttershy to the hospital due to Sweetie Belle breaking Fluttershy's nose. About ten minutes later the CMC were in the Everfree Forest and heading to the cave where the book said that Hell Wyrm was sealed. "What are we gonna do if we find Hell Wyrm?" Scootaloo asked "We're gonna kill it." Tiamat"Something's coming." Yiazmat said signaling a grey female wyrm over to him "Tiamat, guard the entrance, take care of anything that gets too close." Tiamat nodded, quickly walking out of the cavern. "I hope something comes..." Tiamat said to herself.as three fillies walked out in front of the cave. They all stood still, waiting for the someone to make a move. Several minutes passed, then Sweetie Belle spoke up. "Where is Hell Wyrm?" she asked in an angry voice, as her horn began to glow. "In the cave." Tiamat responded "But you aren't getting in." "Girls, ah think we should go back home." Apple Bloom said, hoping that Sweetie Belle would come to her senses before she got them killed. "Apple Bloom, Scootaloo, go back to Ponyville and get Twilight and the others. I'll take care of this." said Sweetie Belle, as she charged at Tiamat. "Alright, let's go Apple Bloom." Scootaloo said, turning and running away to Ponyville with Apple Bloom, hoping to get help before Sweetie Belle got hurt or killed. As soon as the other two fillies went out of sight Tiamat made her move. Tiamat hit Sweetie Belle in the side knocking her off her hooves and sending her tumbling into a tree. She was unaffected by the pain she felt in her side, she shot a magic beam at Tiamat, hitting the wyrm in the side making it roar in pain and anger that the small weak-looking filly wasn't dead yet. "DIE!!!" Tiamat turned around and swatted Sweetie Belle with her tail, Sweetie Belle rolled for several feet when got up her face was covered in blood and she had a crazed look in her eyes, Tiamat flinched when she saw the filly get up looking largely unaffected, in fact she looked stronger. Tiamat started to slowly back away trying to buy time to think of what to do next. Sweetie Belle charged at Tiamat leaving her no time to react. Sweetie Belle got behind Tiamat and ducked just before Tiamat swung her tail at the bloody filly. Tiamat turned her head towards Sweetie Belle as she shot several beams of magic at her eyes, blinding the wyrm. Sweetie Belle finished off the wyrm by breaking the ring around it's neck the ring fell onto it's neck cutting it's throat open. "Now for Hell Wyrm..." Sweetie Belle said, she couldn't wait to kill Hell Wyrm, not just to avenge her sister but because she enjoyed killing Tiamat and the hellhounds. She walked in the cave and saw Yiazmat and Hell Wyrm standing side by side. "I know why you're here, but you aren't nearly strong enough to kill me." Hell Wyrm warned. Sweetie Belle shot several magic beams, each of the beams were stopped inches from Hell Wyrms face by a magic barrier, "Stop trying" Hell Wyrm said as Sweetie Belle tried to stab Hell Wyrm with her horn, just before her horn touched Hell Wyrm she was stopped by another barrier that sent a shock throughout her body making her scream in agony. As soon as she got up Hell Wyrm threw her across the cavern and she fell limp to the cave floor. ***************************************************************** The remaining CMC and Elements of Harmony got to where Scootaloo and Apple Bloom left Sweetie Belle. They all gasped when they saw what Sweetie Belle did to Tiamat. "D-Did Sweetie Belle do this?" Twilight asked, clearly worried about what Sweetie Belle was capable of. "I think so..." Scootaloo said as they heard a scream come from inside the cave. "That sounded like Sweetie Belle!" Twilight called to the other ponies. "Let's go!" Rainbow Dash yelled as she flew into the cave with all the other ponies not far behind. When they entered the cavern they found Sweetie Belle on the ground covered in blood, and barely breathing. All of the ponies crowded around Sweetie Belle in an attempt to protect her. "You don't stand a chance against us." Hell Wyrm said "So we are not going to fight you yet." Yiazmat said as he walked up to Sweetie Belle, casting a spell to completely heal Sweetie Belle and revive Rarity. "This is the only chance I will give you to prepare for what is coming." with that statement he and Hell Wyrm cast a spell that opened a rift in the cavern. The rift released thousands of monsters out into Equestria. The ponies in the cavern stood speechless as Rarity jumped out of the rift with odd-looking creatures after the monsters stopped coming. "Where are we?" one of the creatures asked as all of the wyrms walked out of the cavern. "The Merged World." said Yiazmat before he started walking to the entrance to the cave "I'll be waiting for you." "Where?" Sweetie Belle asked before Yiazmat left but got no answer. Everyone turned around when they heard something that sounded like a horde of zombies. "Let me take handle this" Scootaloo said as she repeatedly stomped on the ground causing lightning to strike and kill a zombie every time she stomped. "Wow." Twilight said dumbfounded as she sat on the floor of the cave trying to think of a logical explanation as to how Scootaloo was capable of controlling lightning. After all the zombies were killed everyone in the cave walked outside and saw that the monsters from the rift were scattering throughout Equestria "We need to get back to Ponyville!" Apple Bloom called out to the others who were staring in horror imagining what the monsters would do to Equestria.

Sweetie Belle got behind Tiamat and ducked just before Tiamat swung her tail at the bloody filly. Tiamat turned her head towards Sweetie Belle as she shot several beams of magic at her eyes, blinding the wyrm. Sweetie Belle finished off the wyrm by breaking the ring around it's neck the ring fell onto it's neck cutting it's throat open. "Now for Hell Wyrm..." Sweetie Belle said, she couldn't wait to kill Hell Wyrm, not just to avenge her sister but because she enjoyed killing Tiamat and the hellhounds. She walked in the cave and saw Yiazmat and Hell Wyrm standing side by side. "I know why you're here, but you aren't nearly strong enough to kill me." Hell Wyrm warned. Sweetie Belle shot several magic beams, each of the beams were stopped inches from Hell Wyrms face by a magic barrier, "Stop trying" Hell Wyrm said as Sweetie Belle tried to stab Hell Wyrm with her horn, just before her horn touched Hell Wyrm she was stopped by another barrier that sent a shock throughout her body making her scream in agony. As soon as she got up Hell Wyrm threw her across the cavern and she fell limp to the cave floor. ***************************************************************** The remaining CMC and Elements of Harmony got to where Scootaloo and Apple Bloom left Sweetie Belle. They all gasped when they saw what Sweetie Belle did to Tiamat. "D-Did Sweetie Belle do this?" Twilight asked, clearly worried about what Sweetie Belle was capable of. "I think so..." Scootaloo said as they heard a scream come from inside the cave. "That sounded like Sweetie Belle!" Twilight called to the other ponies. "Let's go!" Rainbow Dash yelled as she flew into the cave with all the other ponies not far behind. When they entered the cavern they found Sweetie Belle on the ground covered in blood, and barely breathing. All of the ponies crowded around Sweetie Belle in an attempt to protect her. "You don't stand a chance against us." Hell Wyrm said "So we are not going to fight you yet." Yiazmat said as he walked up to Sweetie Belle, casting a spell to completely heal Sweetie Belle and revive Rarity. "This is the only chance I will give you to prepare for what is coming." with that statement he and Hell Wyrm cast a spell that opened a rift in the cavern. The rift released thousands of monsters out into Equestria. The ponies in the cavern stood speechless as Rarity jumped out of the rift with odd-looking creatures after the monsters stopped coming. "Where are we?" one of the creatures asked as all of the wyrms walked out of the cavern. "The Merged World." said Yiazmat before he started walking to the entrance to the cave "I'll be waiting for you." "Where?" Sweetie Belle asked before Yiazmat left but got no answer. Everyone turned around when they heard something that sounded like a horde of zombies. "Let me take handle this" Scootaloo said as she repeatedly stomped on the ground causing lightning to strike and kill a zombie every time she stomped. "Wow." Twilight said dumbfounded as she sat on the floor of the cave trying to think of a logical explanation as to how Scootaloo was capable of controlling lightning. After all the zombies were killed everyone in the cave walked outside and saw that the monsters from the rift were scattering throughout Equestria "We need to get back to Ponyville!" Apple Bloom called out to the others who were staring in horror imagining what the monsters would do to Equestria.
