When a strange disease spreads through Equestria without warning, it destroys almost every intelligent being it can infect. Even the Princesses have fallen ill from it. The only beings in Equestria who are immune to this new disease are the Cutie Mark Crusaders. The princesses send them on a mission to see if they can find a cure for the disease in any other countries across the planet. Follow this epic journey as they travel through strange new lands and meet new friends and even enemies and even discover a new country.
