Hector Graham was what you would call a multi-fandom guy. He wasn't directly involved in most, but he was in others. One such fandom he recently entered was that of the Japanese live-action series Kamen Rider. After finishing his most recent entry, Kamen Rider OOO in an effort to catch up, he saddles up for a local Con. Wielding his wallet of cash and his very nice replica of the OOO-Driver, he ventures forth. His plans however are scrapped when he is called to Equestria by an unknown force to defend it from a dark power. To do this, the same mysterious force has granted him the abilities of the Rider known as OOO, but it has also scattered all his medals across the magical land. On top of everything else, Hector must gather the medals before they fall into the hands of the villain calling himself Vilacus, lest Equestria falls prey to his twisted designs.
