Rarity's annual Canterlot meetup
Well, it seems that if you're reading this, I'm dead. But you already know that, seeing as anyone must have read through the rest of my damn diary to get this far.
But seeing as I'm not around to stop whoever this is, I may as well get to it. I've lived a good life. I've had children, grandchildren and soon enough, magic will have kept me alive long enough to see my first great grandchild be born.
You should have seen the looks on their faces... But I digress, these dozen or so pages aren’t about how I fell in love or how I survived with no meat (damn I miss meat...).
These are about how I spend some time with Rarity. If you’re my grandchildren, your aunt Rarity.
I was on my way towards Rarity's boutique as I needed a new pair of running shoes. Mine had just disintegrated on my last run around Ponyville and fate had decided for the ground to be extra stony.
"God-dammit, son-of-a-bitch," I mumbled, making my way through town wearing my usual white top and blue jeans.
This was the first thing that Rarity had decided to make when she saw me. I had just been thrown through a portal... Vortex... Satan's ass... into this world and had shown up in Ponyville in nothing but my underwear and some tattered, star covered cloak that I had found on the side of the road.
Now don't get me wrong, Rarity was eccentric, but her heart had always been in the right place and more often than not it lead to her being out of pocket... Especially when it came to me.
I had just made it through the death-trap that was Ponyville market and was well on my way to Rarity's.
Walking through the outer sections of Ponyville, a lot of the residents waved and were generally happy to see me. Usually I'd smile and wave back but today was different, I was too pissed off at having to walk barefoot down the street.
I finally made it to Rarity's and knocked on the door. I never understood why she had to have such a tacky home, but I never really understood most of what Rarity did.
I heard her shout, "Coming," from inside and then heard the sound of shuffling and hoof-steps.
I only had to wait a few seconds before she had opened it and stood there, looking radiant as ever.
I got down on one knee and kissed her hoof which she held out. "My my, looking radiant as ever." I looked her in the eyes, "Celestia would be envious..."
She blushed, like usual and then pushed me away. "Such a sweet-talker," she said, helping me up off the ground. "Not that I'm complaining, but what are you doing here?"
I looked down at her and tried my best puppy dog eyes, "My shoes broke, I need a new pair..." I guess it didn't really work, somehow, as she closed the door in my face.
I waited a few moments and she opened with up with a chuckle, "You know I have a lot of orders; it's not easy to run a business like this."
"I know, but I can't walk around bare-foot. I'm not a pony, I don't have hooves... Or whatever those soft things are at the end of your legs..."
"They are indeed hooves-"
I cut her off, "Not where I come from."
She huffed, closing the door, “I suppose you don't need them after all, goodbye."
"No! I do, I really do!" I begged, hoping she would see reason as one of the saner ponies I know. Bad mistake.
She inched the door open with a small smile adorning her face and said, "Well... I could... But you'd have to do me a favour first."
I could tell from the way she was eying my body what she wanted. "No sex," I said, hoping that's all she wanted, otherwise I just made it a whole lot of awkward.
The smile faded slightly before returning, "Don't be silly, I would never have sex with somepony so... uncultured and brutish."
I could tell she was joking, but played along, "I've seen all the times you've been staring at me... I know you want it." I gave her my best bedroom eyes and stroked her cheek, to which she leaned into.
Blushing, she didn't stop but replied with, "Mmm, no... I have something much more lucrative in mind."
My eyebrow went up and she carried on, "The new 'in' thing this season are pets. More specifically, exotic pets."
My mind immediately went with me ending with an embarrassing situation, as favours usually do. "Nope, nada, not doing it."
"Oh please!" She begged. "You would barely have to do anything...” She looked at me sheepishly, nuzzling my hand again.
I moved my hand away from her face, to which she let out a whimper, "I want my shoes for free if I do this." Hell, I should have gotten much more than some shoes looking back at it, but I can't complain, I got a funny story and forged a deeper bond with a friend and family member.
She looked at me like I had just choke-slammed her cat, but nodded. "Fine. If you must be so..."
She pointed at all of me, "You pointed at all of me, Rarity."
"Exactly. You'll get your shoes and maybe a little more." She started chuckling before it evolved into full blown laughter as she backed up and closed the door on me.
I knew she could be dramatic, but damn. This was a whole new level. Suddenly, a slip of paper floated under the door with her magic wrapped around it.
I picked it up and opened it;
Come back tomorrow, five in the morning.
Bring an overnight bag and some bits.
I closed it up and frowned, confused as to why I'd need an overnight bag if she didn't want to have sex with me.
I decided it was best to simply let it go and wander back home as best I could, considering the ground felt like it was effectively made of shattered glass and knives.
~~~The next day~~~
I awoke early enough to have a shower and get dressed without disturbing Twilight. Firstly, no, we weren't together at the time and secondly, I found my own place soon after this story happened, not like it matters or anything...
Anyway, I finished packing my overnight bag, which in hindsight I should have done the night before, walked down the stairs and out of the library.

I had made it to the boutique just before five and knocked. Rarity opened the door looking quite fabulous, as usual, and let me in. "Sit down and make yourself comfortable, I'll only be a second," she said as she led me inside and then went upstairs.
I sat down on the surprisingly soft couch and looked around. The place was dark still, probably so Sweetie Belle wouldn't wake up. It left much hidden in the darkness and made the place seem... creepy almost, what with all the pony mannequins scattered around.
Now, I wasn't scared of the dark, I was just scared of what could be in the dark and I held my bag a little tighter while I waited for Rarity to return.
Not long after, she came down the stairs with a large suitcase, "Be a dear and carry this with me, my horn is exhausted." she passed the bag to me and I made to catch it, hoping it would be light. I was wrong.
As soon as she let her magic fade I plummeted to the ground with a thump and a groan. "The hell do you have in here, bricks?" I asked, managing to lift the awkwardly shaped luggage.
"No, why?" She asked, genuinely surprised my reaction.
"Never mind," I replied with a groan, "where are we going?"
"Canterlot," she squealed. The high pitch hurting my sensitive ears. "Every year, they put in a weeklong event showcasing that years 'in' thing." I could see she was really excited about it, she had a massive grin on her face which made her look beautiful in the moonlight.
I swallowed and asked, "S-shall we go?"
"Oh yes, of course." The two of us left the boutique and travelled to the train station, which only took a couple of minutes as Rarity was insistent we get there early, really insistent.
I sat the luggage down and fought to catch my breath, "Don't ever make me do that again, friend or not, I'd kick your ass."
"I don't know any asses," she replied, smiling.
"You know what mean."
Rarity whistled as she turned away to look at the clock. "Ooh, it should be hear by now!"
"Relax, it's only ten past, it gets here at..." I looked over at the timetable and found our train, "half past."
"I know, but I'm so nervous. Imagine, every pony looking at us with awe, the most exotic pet in the world."
"The only one, remember," I said raising my eyebrow. "I'm not even from this world, how do you know I'll even qualify?"
"Because, there are no rules." she paused and carried on, "at least in writing."
"Okay, do you know what everyone else is bringing?"
"Yup!"
"Care to tell me?"
"Nope!"
I sighed, "This is going to be a long..." I looked at Rarity, "How long are we staying there?"
"A few days, why?"
"Oh, just wondering. You never said."
"Yeah, I guess I got caught up... We'll take you out for one day so every pony can see you. Tomorrow, Luna will be meeting every pony and on Friday, Celestia will join us for some tea, then meet every pony." Rarity sighed and looked off with a glazed over expression. "I don't know if cadence will be there though... She probably will be."
I had only met Celestia once. Twilight had sent a letter saying that I was angry or something after she had hit me with some kind of spell.
To be completely honest, I wasn't angry as much as I was drunk. It turns out, magic totally takes away inhibition and that meant I had no restraint on how to deal with my frustration that I couldn't get home.
Celestia had to come down to Ponyville to talk to me and calm me down. Of course, me being "drunk", I hugged her. She was soft.
Either way, she took it like a champ and declared me safe, albeit a bit strange. Which I didn't really mind, seeing as she had wavy hair and a rump that wouldn't stop.
Damn, I'm really on rumps today.
Anyway, Rarity and I waited for the train in comfortable silence. She was just about finishing off a word-search or something and I was contemplating what she really meant with this whole Canterlot show.
The train pulled up and we boarded. We got on and found a pair of seats by the door. This time in the morning not many ponies were about, let alone on the train so we had the whole carriage to ourselves.
I took this opportunity to ask her, "Rarity?"
"Mhm?" She hummed as her pencil scratched across the paper.
"What exactly is this pet show?"
Rarity looked up from her paper with a confused expression and said, "I told you yesterday... Don't tell me you've forgotten?"
"No, you said it's for ponies to show off their pets." she nodded, "But I want to know what kind of pets... I'm getting a weird vibe from this, if I'm honest."
Placing her paper down, she huffed. From having to stop her crossword or at having to explain something to me that I didn't know. "This show is for..."
She paused until the train whistled and it started departing, clever girl...
"...Ponies to show off their pets, slaves or toys."
"So it's a BDSM show? Great, perfect, I expected this but went along with it in the vague hopes that it really were normal pets, like dogs, cats or some sort of female human would be there."
She stared at me with a little bit of fear and to be honest, I would have as well. "Hey, you don't haven't do this."

I froze, "You wouldn't..."
"Try me. I need some... Release from the work I do. I'd usually get slutter- Fluttershy to be the pet but she's busy and it just so happens to coincide with this year's show."

"I won't, promise." I leaned forwards, "How does she like it?"
Rarity laughed and sat back, folding her paper. "She likes being told what to do. I usually wear my costume and make her lick me clean." Rarity shifted in her seat, "After I sprinkle some spices from Zecora..."
"Spices?"
"Oh yes, they induce some sort of temporary heat, she loves it." Rarity moved some hair out of face and shifted again, "It only last for a few hours, but those are the best few hours of her life."
"Damn."
"Indeed."
"Well, that's more than enough information on Fluttershy... And you..." I leaned back and folded my arms behind my head.
"I'm sure we'll get to know each other better once we get go Canterlot." Rarity had the sort of sly grin that you'd only hope to avoid and I shuddered.
"Of course, you don't have to be the pet..." she whispered, looking out of the window. Her face was slightly red and she was trying desperately to not look at me.
"I guess I could try both..." Sure, I didn't have a lot of experience on Earth with this sort of thing but once I had arrived in Equestria, I made it a goal to try everything at least once. Who knew when some giant bear could come and eat me or a dragon raze the town.
Rarity looked at me, the blush spreading in her face, "R-really?"
"Yes really, I might as well. But I want half of whatever you win."
She nodded vigorously, "Okay."
I found it a bit odd that she'd agree to it as quickly as she did, but wrote it off as a combination of embarrassment, nerves and the fact she obviously hasn't been able to be a sub in a long time.
I smiled awkwardly and closed my eyes. I couldn't really get comfortable on pony seats so I had to make do and hunched to the side as best I could so I didn't break my spine.
God, those seats were uncomfortable.
We made it to Canterlot in only a few hours. No pony seemed to be getting on the train, but I didn't mind.
We left the train and were handed our luggage. Thankfully Rarity had carried her suitcase in her magic this time and we found the castle quickly because it was the biggest building there.
The guards let us in after recognising Rarity for some reason and we followed the maid to our room. The maid bowed and left, leaving us alone.
My heart raced at what Rarity had waiting for me and I closed the door with shaking hands. "S-so... What's on the agenda today?" I ask turning around; my eyes went wide.
I saw Rarity standing there, knee high red and black latex boots with a tight corset around her barrel, pulling her tight, leaving a small gap for her teats. "No, Rarity!" I replied and was met by another whip crack.

I closed my eyes and nodded, "Fine, that's the keyword."
