Power is Corrupt

Blackfield just finished putting the last of her stuff away in the drawers and fell back onto her bed tired out of her mind. She had a dozen thoughts running through her head. New town, new friends, new job, new life, and above all the fact that she had just defeated Crescenta, goddess of the moon, with the help of her friends, now known as The Seven Deadly Sinners. She wanted to fall asleep, and was about to until a knock at the door forced her eyes back open. She groaned and trudged to the door, ready to rip off the person at the door's head. When she opened it, she wasn't surprised to see Pinkamena on the other side, though she was relieved to see she had food with her. Head ripping postponed...... For now.

She let Pinkamena in and led her to her new dining room where they sat and had their first official meal as friends.

"So," Pinkamena said with a mouth half-full of Pot Tai. "How you feelin'? What with this whole new town and just getting done Defeating the moon goddess."

"i dunno..." Blackfield responded. "I guess i'm mostly just focused on whether or not Crescenta is ok. I mean i know she tried to kill us and all, but you gotta admit you can she her point of view on it. I mean a little change around here probably wouldn't be too bad."

"Eh, if you ask me, i like not having any murder laws or anything like that. Good for business if you know what i mean." Pinkamena said after swallowing another mouthful of food. "I mean haven't i told you what the secret ingredient is for my cupcakes~?"

At the mention of this, Blackfield eyeballs the double chocolate chip cupcakes Pinkamena had said out for desert. Blackfield was practically orgasming over the thought o biting into one of them but now....... Blackfield closed up the empty box she was eating from and made a back-throw shot into the trash can, hitting it dead on.

"Nice shot." Pinkamena complimented. "Lemme see if i can make that."

Pinkamena folded up her empty box and attempted a shot over Blackfield's head, which ended up missing completely and hitting her in the head.

"Ah!" Blackfield exclaimed, laughing afterwards.

Pinkamena laughed along with her, and grabbed the box of cupcakes, opened it up and took a bite out of it. Blackfield eventually gave in and decided to look past the cannibalism and grabbed her own cupcake and bit into it. Oh yeah, she could definitely look past the cannibalism.

A little after Pinkamena sharing her recipe for her baked good, she smiled and looked Blackfield dead in the eyes. "Welcome to the family~"
