It was just one of those normal days, and I saw Twilight wearing a diaper. I thought it looked rather cute on her. Then I saw her shaking and heard a soft squishing sound. Twilight was showing off a sheepish grin. I couldn't help but snicker. "Had an accident, Twi?" "Yeah," she answered. "We'd better get you changed." We went up to the bathroom and I sat Twilight down on her back. I grabbed the diaper box from the cupboard, and some wipers as well. "Alright," I said, "Let's see what happened, shall we?" I hoisted her legs upwards and slid the dirty diaper off. To my shock and amusement, there was just a tiny bit of brown. "Oh, it's just a little skid mark, nothing to it. I see you went #1 as well." A small amount of yellow was seen at the front. She had peed more than pooped. I threw the dirty diaper away and rolled Twilight on her tummy. Took a second to study her rump. It wasn't a TERRIBLE mess, but it wasn't a pretty sight, either. "Screaming squirts," I thought to myself. I grabbed the wipes and went to work, gently tugging her tail upwards to get the diarrhea from under it. After a few seconds, her bottom was good and clean. While I admired my handiwork, I suddenly heard a spluttering wet sound leading to a nasty eggy smell. It was at that moment I realized the "rectal horn" has been honked. "Whoa, Twilight!" I laughed, "Did you poot?" "Oops, yeah, excuse me," Twilight answered, blushing, "I guess that daisy sandwich I had didn't agree with me." "P.U., I could tell," I nodded. I waved my hand back and forth in front of my face as to waft the stinky air away. I slid the new diaper on Twilight's butt, fastened the tapes, and she was ready to go. "Feel better, now?" I asked Twilight. "Sure," she replied, "I never felt better..." she farted again, but this time, a squeaker. "Okay, now I never felt better," Twilight giggled. I shrugged it off, and that was the end of that.
