Merlin Mustang is walking through the street of the crystal empire with his fellow wonderbolts. The war is over and now he has one thing to focus on. Rainbow Dash. It's finally his time. Or so he thought.

Dark Tag is toward Evil Line

This story will branch into 2 stories… In a way. Once you read past the first or second chapter you will understand the crossover and why I'm doing this.

There will be the Hero (Good) storyline and the Infamous (Evil) storyline. They will be similar but have different outcomes and grow farther from each other as the small choices take effect.

Introduction

Wonderbolts are suppose to be able to adapt to any situation. Especially when you had just gone through the largest war in Equestrian history. The Wonderbolts were the best unit in the equestrian special forces. Now that the war is over they are back to their usual job as performers. Still though. You must be able to adapt.

This though... Is pushing it to the limits.

Merlin Mustang walked down the streets of the crystal empire with his fellow wonderbolts. It was night and the party was just starting. The wonderbolts' show had just ended. This show was free for all ponies in the crystal empire. It was to celebrate the finish of rebuilding the large city. The war had it's toll.

For Merlin today was the day. He knew it. Soarin and Spitfire were off to the side talking and Rainbow Dash was all alone. This was his moment. Merlin slowly trotted closer to Rainbow Dash as they moved down the street.

Damnit Merlin... Think of something to say.

Merlin puffed his chest out and held his head high full of confidence. He was going to do it! "Hey, Rainbow Dash." he blurted out.

Dash quickly turned around to answer. "What's up Merlin?"

As son as she turned around his look of confidence started to fade as he slumped his neck back low and dropped his ears. "Well... I uh..."

"Is there something wrong?"

Shit.

"Uh well... Nice weather isn't it?" Merlin said.

Damnit

Rainbow Dash look up at the night sky. "Well yeah I guess. We did set up the weather after all." She said as she looked back to Merlin. His face was starting to turn red. Luckily for him there were neon lights blazing all over the city as the crystal ponies celebrated.

Think of something else damnit!

Merlin finally got an idea. "Well yeah but the weather is only good because you-"

Merlin was cut off by a large explosion rocking the city. The last thing they knew there was a huge sphere of electricity expanding through the city straight towards them.
