Chapter 1 beginnings
“She looks so beautiful when she is asleep.”
“Keep your voice down. Yes that is true. I have got to agree that she is most beautiful when she doesn’t know what will happen.” whispered two shadowy figures in the library, at the darkest part of night, at the foot of Twilight Sparkle’s bed. The two shadowy figures wore black robes with hoods and black boots. The uniform was dressed with seals of the Thieves’ and assassins' guilds combined. The seal of the Thieves' guild contained the same image as Luna's cutie mark but with a knife and thief bag over the symbol. The assassins' seal was covered in painted on blood, and contained the images of a blade crossed with the silhouette of a mare. One of the figures were a pegasis, and the other was a unicorn. They chattered among each other for at least ten minutes about the plan in place. The plan debated was about whether or not to take Twilight prisoner in the hidden guild base beyond the Everfree Forest and even beyond the Drakin Forest. The Drakin Forest is a large forest on the other side of the Everfree Mountain. The Drakin Forest contains the same beasts as the Everfree but also has more beasts than the Everfree.
Earlier that night they snuck in and captured spike and stuffed him in a leather threaded breathe able bag. When he was bagged they threw him in the back of a carriage where spike soon fell asleep. This allowed the guards to go undetected. The guards continued to chatter until they seemed to come to an agreement.
"Fine we'll do it your way. We'll capture her and bring her to the boss and get his opinion!" Stated the obviously frustrated pegasus at slightly higher than a whisper. Just as it got silent Twilight stirred causing the two shadowy figures to scatter and hide. The pegasus hid on Twilight's balcony since it was open, and the unicorn jumped downstairs into the kitchen doorway. She then ran and hid in Twilight's pantry near Twilight's fridge. Twilight sat up and saw spike was not in his bed.
“Spike!” called Twilight. “You don’t need a snack. Get back to sleep. I need you up and able to help me in a few hours.” Twilight was completely covered in sweat from head to toe and her mane and tail were ruffled up due to her having a nightmare. The nightmare had warned Luna, who was watching the dream, what would happen in a few short minutes to Twilight.
“Alright.” replied the unicorn hiding downstairs in the kitchen in Spike’s voice. The unicorn used magic to disguise her voice. Twilight was so tired from staying up all night the night before reading books about being a princess, and she wanted to get some sleep so badly that she gave up waiting for Spike and dozed off again. This worked out to help the guild members with their task of kidnapping Twilight. The silhouettes of two guild members returned to the foot of the bed. Both of the silhouettes were carrying something. The pegusus being able to fly went to the carriage in front of Twilight's door to get some supplies. The pegasus spread their wings dropping a pile of rope silently to the floor and in her mouth was a crowd control bat. The unicorn went to get some supplies as well but used the front door. On the other side of the bed, the unicorn used her crimson magic to levitate a bag and magic wrap. The wrap was designed to restrict any magic if another unicorn cast a special spell that activates the wrap. The wrap was meant to be wrapped around the unicorn or alicorn's lower abdomen to prevent it from coming off in a struggle due to the wings and forward shoulder muscles. After the gets activated is locks onto the targeted unicorn or alicorn. The unicorn’s magic illuminated the wrap just enough to read the words on it. The words said “Magical Resistance Wrap: To prevent unicorns and alocorns from escaping their bondage.” Once everything was in place, they had a little chatter to make sure of the plan.
"We could get paid handsomely for delivering an alicorn much, less a princess much, less a famous pony as beautiful as her.” Just as they finished the pegasus put the bat and their wings down and grabbed the rope. The unicorn got the wrap and the spell to activate the wrap ready. The wraps works until the caster of the activation spell either casts a counter spell on the wrap or dies. The unicorn quickly wrapped the wrap around Twilight and cast the seal on the wrap cutting off Twilight’s magic as Twilight tried reaching for the lamp. The light turned on and for only an instance Twilight was able to see the faces of her attackers. It was the face of a brown unicorn with sandy colored highlights along her muzzle her eyes were a teal shaded with an oceanic color. The pegasus on the other hand was a dark blue, in fact it was a navy blue coat with a little bit of an oceanic color to the wings’ edges. The disorientation from sleep deprivation wore off extremely fast, and Twilight tried to fight back but found she couldn't because of the pegasus's actions. The pegasus was using the rope and bar to tie Twilight up with her hind legs spread to a point in which her haunches were visible and caused pain because of the angle. Twilight couldn’t help but think that she was going to die. Her pain was so sever she burst into tears that poured down soaking her bed, leaving puddle shaped tear stains in the blanket. Just when she thought it couldn’t get much worse the pegasus pulled the ropes to the extreme, safe, tightness in turn locking Twilight in that position with twice as much excruciating pain as before. The pegasus stepped to the other side of the bed were the bag was sitting, and got it, as Twilight realized she could scream for help but it was too late. The Unicorn had planned for Twilight to try and scream for help. The crimson magic seemed to rapidly but smoothly bring out a red gag with a black leather strap. The gag was unbuckled by the unicorn swiftly and sent towards Twilight quickly. The gag twisted around her head, as Twilights mouth opened to scream, and fixed itself firmly in her mouth, around her mane. The pain was so bad Twilight thought she would be better of breaking a few bones because it would only have hurt just once. The last addition to the bindings was a big, brown, leather threaded bag like Spike had been placed in. Twilight’s eyes widened when the unicorn and pegasus worked together to get Twilight in the bag. Twilight’s tears were, at this point, flowing like a river to stop at no avail, and there was nothing Twilight could do to stop or fight back. Once the silhouetted figures got Twilight in the bag they rushed out to get outside soon enough to where it didn’t look bad for them. But by that point in time it was too late, because as they stepped hoof outside they were greeted by a yellow pegasus with a pink mane and tale. In haste to hide their identity they called out to Twilight in the library, though she was in the bag in the unicorns magic, to thank her for letting them borrow several books. Through the air holes in the cloth and leather bag Twilight heard her friend telling the pegasus and unicorn that she knew what they did. Fluttershy had been watching through the window and wanted to stand up for her friend. Though Twilight wasn’t able to call out to her friend, she gave a muffled shout.
“Fluttershy! Run!” was muffled out of Twilight’s covered mouth. Fluttershy refused to move. Her mind was set on defending her friend. To prevent any witnesses, the kidnappers hit Fluttershy in the jaw dropping her to the ground, and wrapped her up with her hind legs spread to the same degree as Twilight's and gagged her with the same style gag, and put her in a bag as well and threw both bags in the back of the carriage half heartedly. In the back of the carriage there was another bag with what felt like, to Twilight, three fillies, 2 big heavy barrels, straw and hay all over the floor of the carriage, and Spike in his bag. The figures heard Spike snoring and guessed that Spike would think it was just a dream so they gently released him back into the library as not to disturb the little dragon’s sleep for their own benefit. The silhouettes jumped in the carriage and told the driver to drive off in haste. The pegasus sat on the right side of the carriage and the unicorn on the left. Having left Twilight’s library in haste, though, the door remained open. Luna was expelled from the dream world and she got worried. Luna told her sister of the worries causing her sister to decide to check on Twilight. When the princesses arrived at Twilight’s library they found spike sleeping on the floor, Twilight missing, and the door wide open. When Celestia flew up to see the bed in the library, where her young pupil had slept for some time now, she noticed marks of a struggle such as the lamp on its side and hoof prints, from Twilight kicking, on the side of the dresser. She knew she had to act fast, so with a swift swoop down she grabbed Spike and shook him to wake him up. With an interrogative burst of anger she asked Spike were Twilight was. Celestia not getting a pleasing answer grabbed her sister and flew out the door that was soon closed by spike. The princesses used magic to call the royal carriage, waiting around the corner, to come and do a swift and clean search.
Twilight was trying to figure out who else was in the carriage with her. There was a bag with what felt like three fillies, but who could it be? Twilight thought long and hard and made a loud cry as she realized it is most likely the Cutie Mark Crusaders. She came to her deduction because Fluttershy had promised to watch the CMC for the night’s sleep over and when Fluttershy showed up the CMC must have been caught. Twilight couldn’t imagine what was going to happen but she was in for a surprise. After a clean sweep over Ponyville the princesses, Celestia and Luna had learned that Twilight was kidnapped and the carriage used to transport the kidnapped ponies fled into the Everfree Forest. The princesses proceeded to rush to the chase.
Celestia hollered “Attack!” This surprised the two silhouetted figures and the driver of the carriage. About came the chase that was expected by Celestia and Luna. Shouts were hollered back and forth. Twilight had researched, on the coming of Galaxia's Visions of the Moon for the chosen, a new world, a dimension where Angels and Demons battled using a new language that Twilight carefully recorded. In the language certain beginnings of the sentence dictated the type of attack and the middle showed the power where as the end showed the caster's identity as a light soldier or dark soldier. The light soldiers were depicted as an Angel, Valkyrie, or Guardian. The dark soldiers, on the other hand, were Demons, Dragons, and Plexicanan Fairies (fairies with a hateful spite for light). She questioned herself trying to remember what significance that universe had when she heard the language of the dragons and guardians spoken. That was a sacred language that Twilight had brought-… Her train of thought was stopped short by a barrel falling over on top of her. Soon after the barrel fell Twilight heard the unicorn shouting for the pegasus to tie down everything, especially the barrels full of bricks. Not even two seconds later and Twilight felt the weight of the second barrel falling on top of her. Noticing and taking an opportunity to escape the carriage turned down into the Everfree Forest where the pegasus got her chance to tie the barrels lifting them up off of Twilight and tied them to the back of the driver seat with some remaining rope resting under the bag Twilight was in.
The unicorn yelled back to the pegasus in a ferocious manner, “We are almost there! I think it is time now to stop their pursuit!” As orders are given, and as she has been doing, the pegasus grudgingly follows her orders; they use the language of the sacred priestess, the Valkyrie, that Twilight had seen in her vision to cast fire and ice at Celestia and Luna’s carriage stopping them in their tracks and impaling Celestia’s right for shoulder. She fell to the ground in pain, causing her sister to panic. Luna, however, was not impaled but trapped beneath layers of ice each weighing even too much for what little charge she had left of her magic. Her duties of raising the moon taxed her magic heavily tonight because she was deep in the dream world of Twilight. She called out in worry for her sister, but before her sister could take one more step towards where the getaway carriage was headed Celestia passed out from the loss of blood of being impaled by the ice.
Luna’s voice rang out through the night sky in desperation calling out the name of her sister. "Celestiaaaa!"All the remaining guards in the area hearing this rushed in to help. The guards got there just in time to bandage up Celestia’s wounds and remove the ice from above Luna who out of desperation, rushed to her sister’s side and wept.
In the back of the getaway carriage, twenty minutes later along a long and twisty road the pegasus stated that she had to go “take care of some business.” Twilight knew that it meant one less guard watching for runaways. Twilight figured she could just try and find her friends and the other ponies later and tried to escape, but she failed as the knife from the unicorn's boot tore through the bag, through Twilight’s hoof slightly and into the flooring of the carriage. The instinctive reaction for Twilight was to jerk away from the blade but it caused her to open the cut in her hoof even more. It in turn caused massive hemorrhaging (bleeding). It took about five minutes after the results of Twilight’s attempted escape for the pegasus to return. Twilight thought they may still have been in the Everfree Forest, but the unicorn spoke her thoughts about being past the Everfree Mountain in the Drakin Forest.
A sassy voice rang out coming from the distinctively bad attitude of the unicorn saying, “What took you so long?! Your little friend here tried to escape.”
In response, the pegasus stated, “Got dang-it! What did you do this time?!” the conversation went on about what all happened on each end eventually they took Twilight out of the bag so as to patch up the wound. Twilight, however, was unconscious for quite a while; she had passed out when the two kidnappers where explaining their sides of what happened. When the pegasus was done patching up Twilight’s hoof the carriage was off to the secret destination past the Drakin Woods. These woods were extremely hostile when the Equestrian royal castle was located in the current day Everfree Forest. The journey was long and treacherous but the constant guard of the carriage driver and the kidnappers kept everypony safe along the long and treacherous path. Upon exiting the forest the carriage was stopped by a dark grey pony with a purple mane and tail. He wore black robes and the same cultist boots as the pegasus and the unicorns but adorned with spikes. They chattered back and forth and finally came to a conclusion to bring Twilight and everypony else who is there to room seventeen. The facilities had several hundred rooms, one room per nation. There were about two hundred sixty five nations surrounding Equestia's lands. In each room, victims from each nation were kept and abused. Twilight was hoping it would be over soon but her journey was just beginning.
