A changeling named Seta

"there, the first page is finally finished" I said while looking over the page one last time before giving an approving nod and closing the diary book. just then an unnecessary loud voice from the back of my head almost makes me drop my quill [SETA] "shut up and leave me alone" i responded while shaking my head before answering in the hive mind.  [yes my queen] I answered before heading towards the door and picking up a special modified saddlebag. [I just laid another clutch of eggs, come and do your job!] "sigh, of course" [I'm on my way] looking at the diary and shaking my head once again "I hate my life".

"anything more you want me to do my queen?" one of the maids said while putting the last pillow in its place on the bed. "no, you are dismissed" queen Chrysalis said while brushing her mane. looking over towards me with an annoyed look "the eggs are over there, Seta"  I nodded and went to pick up the eggs. The dark green ovaled things where lying in a pile by the bed, this day it was only five which means there will be double the amount tomorrow. "I want them to be all in tact so don't drop any!" she sneered, rolling my eyes while putting the last egg in the saddlebag "of course my queen" I answered and started flying towards the door.

the hatchery is an amazing sight to see, with the incubators lined up against the wall and the newly hatched nymphs being carried to the washing room and the smell is completely clean. The hatchery is a please only the staff that work there is allowed to enter except the queen. "Is it only five?" i turned around and saw one of the hatchery drones this one named Zale. "Yeah, cant wait for tomorrow" I said sarcastically, giving a small chuckle. "so, any hatchlings today?" looking around kinda worried "no not today thankfully, so we can just finish up with these eggs and that's it!" [Seta] the voice catches me of guard "urgh my head..." [yes my queen] I answered. [I have something for you to do, come over here right now!] I turn to look at Zale again "sorry, you have to do this on your own..." she looks offended for some reason so I try to calm her down "the queen needs my help" good that seemed to calm her down. "fine, just go, I can take care of this"

Finally done with whatever the queen wanted me to do I go to my room totally exhausted from today's work i lay on my bed and just start falling asleep. "I have to leave...Zzz"
