Shady Eclipse, an Alicorn that wasn't known for being friendly to others. He was always being away from the other ponies because he was told not to make friends from his father. His father's name is King Mark Shooter, a unicorn King of a Castle with many soldiers at his disposable. Even though Shady wants to, he has to listen to his father even if it was to harsh. For all his life he was studying and training for something. His father never told him what it was that he was training for he always says that it was either for something big or just being prepare for anything. On his 18th Birthday he wasn't given a party or any celebration, he just got a new book, a weapon, and a gold bracer. It wasn't much but Shady guessed it was better than nothing. On the night of his birthday he was asleep just tossing and turning try to find a comfortable spot, after that he was sound asleep lost in his dreams. During one of his dreams he sees a mysterious figure, for all his days as a teen he sees this figure again and again and believed it was nothing but now this time the figure became more clearer.
"Hello? Who are you?" said Shady as the figure came closer. "Stay back, I don't want to hurt you."
"Trust me, you wouldn't do much in a dream anyway." The figure said as it became clearer, revealing it to be the Princess of the Night.
"Luna! What are you doing here?" Shady said as he ready himself for an assault.
"Stay yourself Shady, for I am not here to pick a fight. I am here to tell you a story." Luna assured Shady as he still kept his guard on.
"Look if you came all the way to my dream just to tell me a story I could have read myself a story." Shady smirked.
"Shady the story I'm about to tell you is about yourself. It is the reason why I tried to find you." Luna said with a serious face.
Shady then lower his guard and astonishment that Luna was trying to find him.
"Why were you trying to find me? Why is this about me?" Shady now concerned.
"You are not who you are, you were grown up wrong."
"What are you saying?"
"Shady, your life is a lie. Your Father is not your real father." Luna said with a sad tone.
"I...I don't believe you! I can't believe you! You better leave right now if you know what's good for you!" Shady said with anger and tears.
"Shady, I want to show you something. If it brings anything to light you'll listen to this story, if not then i'll leave and never come back. Deal?" Luna now gambling on this.
"Fine, but this is your last chance." Shady said with doubt in his mind. "So what is it?"
"This" Luna, using her magic, levitated a necklace that had a ruby jeweled heart with a sliver lining. Luna then said. "Do you remember this?"
"I don't...wait...what I, argh!" Shady's head was hurting a little bit from looking at the item. Then a tear fell down from his eyes as he says "What is this? Why am I crying?".
"You memory is remembering a time when you see this item as a piece of your own. A forgotten memory is trying to show itself to you." Luna said with a worried look.
Now believing Luna's words and out of options Shady comes out "Please tell me,if this necklace is really important to me to make me cry then tell me. Who Am I?"
Luna with a smile began "Very well then, Lets begin. It was a night time where at a Royal Castle and it was a month after you were brought into the world."
As Luna said her story the dream world around started taking shape with every detail being what was said by Luna.
"Your Mother and Father, your real Mother and Father was there with you as the night passed on. Seeing their precious bundle looking lively made them feel happy to see their son being happy." Luna said as Shady softly interrupted her.
"So these are my parents?"
Luna nodded, "Yes your mom Dusk Bliss and your father Zing Dawnbreaker."
Shady couldn't touch them but he can tell "Mom.......Dad."
Luna continued, "As they watched you play you mother made you a necklace that had a meaning... i cannot say what it means."
Shady looked confused as Luna then said "Its best for you to remember."
With a nod Shady closed his eyes and focused on remembering on what they said then as he almost had it his eyes opened with a white flash. Shady was now looking up at the ceiling with a mobile in view. Looking at both the Stallion and Mare he can here their voices.
"Shady..." said his father, "You'll grow up to be a fine stallion. You'll do great things with your life."
"Yes..." said his mother, "So I made you this." She then showed Shady the same necklace. "With this necklace it will show how much we love you. Even though we all have hearts of our own, we will always be one big family. Our Hearts are one, we'll be together."
She then put the necklace in a box and placed it in the drawer, with a kiss goodnight the memory faded. With tears overflowing in his eyes he then sees more in his past memories. It was dark and screaming and noises were heard from the hallways a figure appeared at the crib, it was his mother trying to pick him up. With a confused look he sees his mother taking him and running through the halls that had small fires on the walls. We reached outside to find the forest in view, before we reached it we stumbled and fell on the ground. Of course Shady would be crying being a foal but he did see his mother with an arrow in her body. Blood slowly escaping her body she crawled to her baby to try to calm him but soon was found by a black figure. After a scream another arrow was shot ensuring her death, the dark figure appeared in front of the foal and was about to slay him before seeing the wings and horns indicating that he is an alicorn.
"Hmm, maybe you can be of use to me." Said the dark figure as he pick Shady up, with a closer look It was revealed to be none other than Mark Shooter. After that the memory faded and Shady was back in the dream world with nothing but clouds around them. Shady fell on his legs and cried as he now knew what happen. As he cried he felt hooves around him as if it was a hug, which it was from Luna.
"Its okay, I'm sorry for what happened in your past. I know its hard now."
Shady sobbed as he manages to say "What am I going to do now?" As he said he felt something around his neck, it was the necklace from his parents.
Luna then wispered, "That is something for you to figure out for yourself." Luna stood up on her hooves as she said, "If you want you can make your way to Canterlot. We'll help you in your time of need."
Shady sobbed less and showed a happy look he then turn concerned for something else as he said, "Wait, Mark was planning on something. Its time I know what it is. Then I'll make my way to Canterlot."
Luna with a worried look said "Are you sure, what could he possibly planning?"
"I don't know, but it has something to do with me. I'm not leaving until I know what that bastard's up to." Shady Replied with determination.
"Very well, I will see you soon and Shady....Please be careful" Said Luna giving him a hug as she faded away.
Shady then woke up from his slumber revealing the night was still young. He then sat up feeling something around his neck which was indeed the necklace in the dream.
"It was real, then I know what I must do." Shady said as he then got up, unlocked the window as he begin to sneak around the castle looking for clues to what the truth behind all of this was.

This story is going to be a story with a grave start, a staggering middle, with a finisher that will possibly make you cry. I hope this story gives everyone an Idea that not all Alicorns are Mary Sues (Whatever that means.).
A Shady Lie
After being aware of who he is, Shady decided to runaway from this life but first he must know what Mark Shooter was working on all this time. With determination he quietly went out the window and made his way to Mark's study, the one room he was never allowed to enter until this day. As he made his way he was careful of leaving no tracks as he slip pass the guards roaming around the castle. He finally made it to the main castle halls inside and approached the doors of Mark's study.
"Alright, let's see what you were planning all this time."
Shady said as he opened the door and closed it quietly as guards outside past the doors. He started searching for files and papers to see if there was anything important. Minutes passed by as sweat began to pour down Shady's neck as he tries to calm down because every second counts and somepony is going to figure out Shady is not in his room. As he looked around he spotted a map on Mark's desk, looking real closely it showed sketches of plans. Forward Progress, Flank, Take over....
"Oh no, these are war plans. That means *gulp*" Shady couldn't believe this but this was gravely important as he folded the map and placed it in his saddlebag. "But how does this tie with me?" Shady was determine to find out what's going on but all of a sudden he hears bells ringing. "Oh no. They Know!" Shady grabbed random stuff and place it in his bag as he jolted through the doors and attempted to escape.
"STOP!" said the guards as they charged at Shady. Shady wasn't going to fight he had to run, he turned around to escape down the halls. Hearing many hoof stomps of guards getting louder while being pursued he manages to loose the guards that were following him. He looks around to find a way out, He sees a window with a small hole from his recent incident. Thank Celestia he thought as he flew towards the window making sure he wasn't spotted. As he made it outside the gates the forest was in sight, he was in the clear until.
"Not another step!" Said a familiar voice as Shady turned around to see Mark in front of the gates.
"Mark!"
"What not "father"? Are you slipping so far to forget to address your father?"
"Shut up! Your not my real father. You Never Were!
"Oh really? Who was it that took you in when you were all alone to die?
"Its Because Of YOU I'm Alone! YOU KILLED MY REAL PARENTS!"
"Whatever, now son..."
"Don't you call me that. You have no right!"
"You will come back, go up to your room and i'll forget this ever happen. Save yourself a horrible experience and come home." Mark requested with a stern voice
"This isn't my home, it never was to begin with. I've experience enough to know the truth *grabs necklace* and now I have a goal, I Will Kill You!" Shady said with tears slightly shedding.
"Well how about we do this now you and me." Mark suggested.
"....no, Not today. You have to be stopped but not with what i have got. But I promise you, you will get what you deserve!" Shady vowed.
"What a shame, and here I thought we can spare just to blow off some steam. Archers!" Mark said with over 20 archers taking aim. Shady stepped back as Mark continued.
"Leave nothing left, FIRE!!!" Mark Ordered with many arrows being shot towards Shady. With instinct kicking in, Shady used a smoke spell to cover himself as arrows shot towards him. After a few seconds of silence the smoke cleared and revealed arrows on the ground but lack one Shady.
"Dammit! Guards I want that trash brought back here immediately. I don't care if he still breathing or even used his last breath, I WANT HIM NOW!!!!!!!!"
With an echoed voice carried over the forest Shady continued through the land in search of a way to get to Canterlot. As he continued through the forest he progress was slightly slowed from an arrow shot on his Right Fore-leg. With little time he grab his bag with his teeth as he attempted to remove the arrow from his leg. With a muffled scream of pain the arrow was removed with blood dropping from the used arrow. With no time left he wrapped the wound hastily as he proceeded though the forest for what seemed like forever. He remembered that this forest had a name but couldn't remember what the name was. The Night slightly grew darker as he continued through until he reached a dirt path and questioned.
"What, a path?" Shady said as he looked both ways to see where they went. Keeping a fast pace he went down the path to his right and ventured to an opening through an open land. Aside from being in that castle all his life, seeing this felt warmly happy but now's not the time. Just before he could continue he began to drift away from reality, it must have been the arrow wound. The blood still continued to drop but Shady focused to see a random Cottage out of nowhere. Out of options he proceeded towards the cottage as he slowly loses consciousness. He made it to the door as darkness started to cover his eyes, using the last of his strength he knock three times loud enough to wake up a bear. He was happy to see a light turn on but the last knock was it, he collapsed onto the floor just as the door opened to see a yellow mare looking over him before his eyes closed.
At the castle in Mark's study he began to toss books and papers towards the other side of the room in anger.
"Damn it! Why did this happen?! It was supposed to be perfect! NOW, I in a mess because the one and only thing leading this war to greatness is NO LONGER HERE! AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!" Mark Violently sad as he tore his room apart in pure rage. All was nearly destroyed until a guard came.
"Sir!"
"What Is IT!!!" Mark roared.
"We weren't able to find him through the forest but we did notice this *showed an arrow with Shady's Blood on it* He couldn't got far if he was hit." The Guard assured.
"....Good." Mark calmly said. "I'll keep the arrow as for you and the others. Find Him! Search every city nearby the forest to find him." Mark ordered as the Guard Saluted and made his way.
"You can run Shady but you can't hid from your true destiny..."

Author's Note
*Important* I'll be updating the story to what was said in the story, so yeah Fluttershy is put into the story but as a small part so don't expect too much from her, This isn't a Romance story. Anyway as you can tell Mark is super mad. But there is more than meets the eye. It'll be either a couple of days or weeks before I continue the next chapter, depends on how much time I have. A Shady Lie
It was morning and Shady was lying on a couch while asleep. With hours going, dreams passing, and tears shedding he finally woke up. Looking around for a reason why he was in a house, he tried to remember what happened.
"Wait, I was running away. Through a forest, I was bleeding out, saw a house. I'm guessing I was found. But by who?" As Shady Questioned more he hears whistling going on in the other room. It was like a voice that sounded of a beautiful maiden of the land. He slowly got up only to react in pain with some cast on him.
"Argh, my leg!"
"Oh, your awake? Good to hear." The voice said as she appeared for a clearer view of herself. Shady was thrown back to see the mare in plain site.
"Um...who, who are you?" Shady timidly said.
"My name is Fluttershy, what's yours?
"Um Shady, What happened?"
"Well after last night when I found you lying there, I took you in and treated your wounds. You looked dreadful as I carried you to the couch. After I mended your wounds you were having a dream or a nightmare that made you cry, I was so worried what you've been through." Fluttershy said with worry. Shady then said.
"Don't worry, It's just a past thing. I don't won't to tell you."
"Oh okay, if its alright with you. So Shady what brings you here to Ponyville?"
"Ponyville? Never heard of it but that doesn't matter. I need to get to Canterlot as soon as possible. Fluttershy do you know who to get there?"
"Well you could take a train to there. There's a train station in town, i'm sure it won't be a problem."
"Thanks Fluttershy, now I got to AHH!" Shady was interrupted as he tried to get up only to be in pain again.
"Now now, you can't go out there with a bad leg like that Shady." Fluttershy said as she put a hoof around him.
"You don't understand, I have to get there. I have to warn the princesses about this important information!" Shady said as he forced himself to get up only to be stopped by Fluttershy.
"Please calm down, I'm sure you'll get the information to them soon. But you have to rest up, you were about to die with that amount of blood loss. Facing facts she was right, he nearly lost his life just escaping the forest.
"Shady, tell me something. How are you an alicorn?" Fluttershy asked with Shady's expression changing.
"Well my mother came from a family line that had a connection with the royal family. So I guess i'm sort of a royal figure, But I don't want to be treated as such understand?"
"Oh okay." Fluttershy said understanding.
"Listen, I know we just met and I don't want to involve anypony else but could you help me to the train station to get to Canterlot?" Shady Requested.
"Why, what's so important that you have to get Canterlot so badly?" Fluttershy wondered.
".....there's a potential war that's going to happen. In my bags are plans and maps that these guys are going to go with. That's why I need to get there now to alert Princess Celestia and Luna of this."
Silence befell the room as no pony said anything else, even the animals were speechless about what they just heard. Fluttershy finally broke the silence.
"Okay, I'll help."
"Are you sure Fluttershy? This is big."
"No need to worry we'll just go to the library and alert them our selves." Fluttershy said that made Shady guess.
"Wait I thought we need the train to get to the Princesses?"
"I forgot to mention this, but there is another princess nearby. I'm surprised you don't know about her."
"I guess I would be, I've been shut out from the world. So can we get there then?" Shady asked.
"Well I could help you get over there." Fluttershy offered.
"Thanks, we have to get there now." Shady said as Fluttershy helped him get up. Taking the back way to town, with one hoof around both of them, Fluttershy and Shady made their way to Ponyville while attempting to avoid any of the guards that were looking for Shady. Assuming they either they made it to the town or not. When they made it to Ponyville they passed by many ponies that looked at Shady strangely, either it was he was new or the fact that his appearance of being an Alicorn. When they made it to the library Fluttershy knocked on the door , and within minutes a pony opened a door. With a shocked look Shady was greeted with the presence of a Alicorn princess, Princess Twilight Sparkle.
"What's going on Fluttershy?" said Twilight.
"Twilight this is Shady." Fluttershy said as Shady presented himself.
'Princess Twilight, Its a pleasure to meet you. I'm Shady Eclipse.
After introductions have been said, Shady told the story of what's going on. More silence filled the library as Twilight was shocked to hear this news.
"My Goodness, I don't even know what to say." Twilight said while astonished.
"Yeah, before I could even find out why this plan involves me. The alarm bells went off and I escaped." Shady said while putting his hoof on his necklace.
"I'm sorry for your loss, What can I do to help?" Twilight offered.
"I need to get a hold of the other princesses to alert of this plan." Shady requested.
"Sure, I'll write a letter to the princesses to see if we can drop by." Twilight said as she wrote the letter. After she was done she transported the letter to princess Celestia, now we must wait.

So yeah I'm adding the Mane 6 icon to this story for safety. After making it to Ponyville Shady got lucky so far but how far will his luck get him? Only time will tell in the next chapter. Sorry if this was short but I'll try to make it a bit longer if I can. Until next time!
A Shady Lie
After a few minutes of introductions and conversations, Twilight received a letter regarding Shady's request. The letter reads as follows
"Dear Princess Twilight Sparkle, I have been discussing this with Luna and she agrees this is something that we would like to discuss as soon as possible. Please make your way to Canterlot soon so we can discuss with Mr. Shady Eclipse. My only wish was this sort of thing never existed but I guess somethings are bound to happen.
Your friend, Princess Celestia
"Well, I guess you got your audience with the princesses Shady." Twilight said with some happiness.
"Good, now all we need is to get there. Fluttershy you said there was a train to get there, right?" Shady questioned as Fluttershy agreed.
"Yes Shady, the train can get us there around an hour or so."
"Well I guess its better than nothing, I say we head out now before certain stallions show up."
"Agreed Shady." Twilight nodded. "Fluttershy you find Rainbow Dash and Apple Jack to tell them to meet at the train station while Shady and I go look for Rarity." With a nod Fluttershy raced out to find Rainbow and A. J. as Twilight and Shady went their way to find Rarity but little did they know there was a stallion that overheard the conversation.
"So, a train ride huh? This should be interesting..." The shady figure whispered as he ran off.
After minutes has passed everypony was at the train station all and accounted for as they walked into the train. After more introductions were made the train began to makes its way to its next stop, Canterlot.
"Shady, do you know what you are going to say when your with the princesses?" Twilight said with concern.
"I don't have a planned speech but i'll just tell them straight out, all I know is I bet Princess Luna will back me up on this on. If it wasn't for her..." Shady couldn't continue for his mind was bearing horrible things that might have happen.
"Don't worry i'm sure everything will be fine, right girls?" Twilight reassure.
"You bet, ah bet there be no problem with this." Apple Jack replied.
"There No Way we're going to let this happen to Equestria, No Way No How!" Rainbow yelled.
"You have my support Shady." Fluttershy nodded.
"Can't let this world be filled with sadness now can we?" Pinkie Pie said.
"I agree, Those no good ruffians will learn the meaning of punishment in a whole new way!" Rarity said as the all shouted in unison.
"YEAH!!!!"
"You guys, thank y..." Shady was interrupted as windows from both doors shattered to show two Stallions wearing armor appeared.
"Shady Eclipse!" said one of the Stallions. "You are ordered to return to the castle now, comply now or we will use force!" He warned as he readied his weapon.
"You think I'm going to go along with your plans and come back?!" Shady shouted as his horn started glowing with rage. "THEN COME TAKE ME IF YOU CAN!!!!!"
Shady's horn now glowed a solid color and grew farther from his head in a shape of a blade from a sword. He readied himself for the fight of his life.
"Girls, attack!" Twilight Commanded as A.J., Rainbow, Rarity, and Pinkie advanced along with Shady. Fluttershy was keeping an eye out for more bad guys, which they did came. With a shout from her everypony was aware more enemies were appearing. With weapons drawn, magic firing, and screams getting louder the fight lasted for more like 10 minutes as they now appeared in the tunnel way during the train ride. Magic Flashes the train cart like a strobe light in a DJ party. With Canterlot appearing in the distance the Guard Stallions realized they are running out of time and hasten their attack. Flutterhshy after assisting Apple Jack was not aware that a guard was about to attack her, this caught Shady's attention as he acted fast.
"LOOK OUT!!!!" Shouted Shady as he made his way in the way from Fluttershy. Fluttershy screamed as Shady took a spear wound to his body, not giving in he took the spear and smacked at the stallion followed by a headbutt which caused both ponies to go down. Time was up as Canterlot was only minutes away, the Armored Stallions escaped leaving only the one unconscious behind as one of them said.
"You got lucky, next time is your last time!" The stallion disappeared after warning them.
"Fluttershy, are you alright?" Rainbow said showing some scratches and bruises on her.
"Yeah but *GASP!!* SHADY!" Fluttershy flew over to the impaled alicorn as he was controlling his breathing.
"Glad to see you alright, hey give me that book Twilight." Shady said as Twilight said as she gave Shady the book. "Thanks" he thanked as he gripped with his mouth as he tore on of the sides off of the spear which he proceeded with removing. This scene showed him screaming his lungs out with most of the sound muffled as he removed the spear making nearly all the ponies cringe at the pain he was showing. After the removal he covered his wound by applying pressure to it and requesting a first aid. Twilight and Apple Jack searched the train cart as Fluttershy and Rarity came to comfort Shady along with Rainbow Dash tied the unconscious stallion up. After fixing up the wound with some magic healing and first aid bandages Shady decided to take a few minutes to rest as Canterlot came closer. With this crises averted what would happen next was wondering in the minds of Twilight and the other ponies as they were closing in to their destination.
Back at the Castle.
"You Worthless Bunch of Dung! How could you Let Him Get AWAY!!?!!" said Mark with fury beyond reason.
"But sir, he had help along with him. I don't know how but these mares he has with him have some sort of experience with this kinda thing." the guard giving his excuse.
"WHAT?! Tell Me We're there 6 of them?"
"Yes sir!"
With that Mark slammed his desk realizing his plans are about to be foiled. Then an idea came to him.
"Get out of my sight, NOW!!!" With that command the troops escorted themselves out of the room leaving only himself to think.
"I have no choice, we must proceed with the war with haste. I'm going to need to fasten this experiment sadly." Mark said as he looked down at a small container with a red liquid in it.
"Soon a new evolution will rise, all will be won..."

A Shady Lie
After the arrival towards Canterlot, the gang alerted the guards of the events that transpired in the train. The Guards apprehended the tied up stallion and escorted him to Prison, he'll be questioned for his crimes. After looking at the sights of the city the group approached the gates to the Castle, home to the two princesses. Shady showed not only relief but fear at the same time, happy to have made it but frighten on how the outcome will be. They approached the inner halls waiting just outside of the main doors to the throne room. Shady, showing sweat and fear, caught everpony else's attention.
"Shady are you okay?" Fluttershy asked.
"Well I don't know, I just can't imagine who they will react to what I have to say. My mind is racing too much." Shady said as his breathing began increase.
"Shady you have nothing to worry about. I'm sure they'll listen to you." Twilight said trying to calm Shady.
"Darling if anything goes awry we got your back, after experiencing that train incident of course." Rarity said as everypony nodded towards Shady.
".....Thanks. I'm sorry I never had....friends before." Shady said as a tear started showing in his eyes, Fluttershy approached Shady close up giving him kiss.
"Thank you for saving me." Fluttershy said as she hugged Shady, Shady was blushing at the kiss, as for the hug he was at first surprised but the return the hug with that tear finally shedding. A group hug was inevitable as everypony hugged together, a minute passed as a guard pony came up to them.
"The Princesses are ready for you. You may enter."
With that the group opened the doors and enter the throne room and proceeded to the two thrones which bared the two Princesses. Standing in their presence they all bowed in honor. Celestia began.
"You may rise *all other ponies rose*, Twilight we have to catch up but first may I ask for your name? *looking at Shady* From what I heard from Luna you have went through a lot to make you way here."
Shady Approached the steps and said,
"Greetings Princess of the Sun and Moon, My name is Shady Eclipse and yes I have traveled from afar to meet with you your highness." Shady said as Celestia asked.
"I see that you are an Alicorn, it's not everyday that I see a pony with the such features come here for an audience. May I ask how it's possible?"
"I was born from my parents by the names of Zing Dawnbreaker and Dusk Bliss. I believe that one of them came from a short line in the Royal Family. I wish I could talk more about this but I have some new that must be said."
"Very well, you may proceed." Celestia said as Shady Began his story.
"Thank you. I came here today after being realized of who I am by Princess Luna to alert you of the horrors of this info, as you may not know there is a Wretched king named Mark Shooter. He is planning a war on the land."
The Princesses gasped at this astonishing as Shady took out his bag, papers, items, and a map detailing about the war. They looked it over to hope this was false but looking at the staggering evidence both of them realized it was real. Turning back to Shady they began to ask.
"This is a troublesome problem. May I ask how were you able to attain these information?"
"After realizing who I am, I questioned what was he hiding all this time. So I did some sneaking around to discover all of this. After seeing this I begin to question what relevance does it pertain towards me but before I could start the alarm bells began to ring and I had to escape. That was after awhile I stumbled onto Fluttershy's House in a state of panic and fell unconscious. She took me in and tend to my wounds which I recovered immediately which lead me to them and lead me to here. For I now owe my life to not only Princess Luna but to these ponies for sticking with me through this turmoil." Shady ended with a smile on his face.
After hearing Shady's side of the tale the two princesses began to converse to see where to go from here. Shady stood there wondering what they are going to say next while keeping his cool. Soon afterwards they turned to Shady and began.
"Shady we just have one thing to say, what are your considerations for Mark Shooter?
Shady thought about this. One the one side the stallion raised him and let him live. On the other side he was raised for this war to be apart of this, being used. It didn't take long until he said.
"I want that bastard to pay for his crimes, for this war, and for what he did to my family. I WANT HIM DEAD!" Shady announced with tears running through his face, after realizing his outburst he said. "my apologies."
"It's alright Shady, everypony understands what its like to lose a family member. How the rage inside us wants to see what needs to be done. But understand this, our rage can go far but too far can make us lose ourselves. We will help you end this war before it begins. We want whats best for this land and a war won't bring that. We wish for you to help us plan a strategy for a raid against this place. We also request that Twilight and her friends to be here just in-case that they could be in any danger." Celestia requested.
"Celestia, I accept." Shady answered.
With that, The group decided to get comfortable and enjoy the sites except for Shady. Even though they said they would prepare the plans tomorrow, he felt a little shy to be around the others thanks to the years of living in secret. He stand by the window just gazing the Canterlot grounds seeing how everypony in the streets were talking, laughing, enjoying the day. Shady didn't know what to make of this. After a few minutes a familiar face open Shady's Door.
"May I come in Shady?
"Fluttershy? I thought you were with your friends?"
"Well I was about to head out with them but I was hoping you would come too." Fluttershy asked.
"Thanks Fluttershy, but I'll be alright here." Shady continued to look out as he noticed Fluttershy approached him with worry.
"Shady, what's wrong? Aren't you happy you made it and now we can stop this disaster?"
"I'm happy about that its just before we entered the throne room when you hugged me, I never felt a hug like that since I was still with...my family. To feel loved by somepony else was something that I never felt in a long time. I just, I just miss that time in my life." Shady turned around to find Fluttershy shocked with a hoof over her mouth.
"Shady, I i'm so sorry."
"Don't be, because thanks to you and you friends, I now have ponies I can consider my friends." Shady started to approach Fluttershy for a hug but felt a little uneasy. "I'm sorry I'm kinda new to this hug thing,"
"Don't be Shady" Fluttershy said as she pulled him in for a hug. Shady then felt easy to hug back Fluttershy and the two stood there embracing each other.
"Thank you." Shady said as he yawned. "It's getting late, I guess i'll turn it in."
"Um Shady, If its alright with you can I sleep with you?" Fluttershy said with a timid voice.
"Sure no problem." After both ponies getting ready for bed they approach the bed and slipped under the covers.
"Good Night Shady."
"Good Night, Fluttershy."
With the two ponies beginning to fall asleep Shady was finally getting the one thing he deserves most of all, A peaceful night's rest.

No this is not a love scene, its just a friendly scene. Now you heard nearly all of Shady's side of the story. As the ponies sleep into a peaceful night, they await a crucial day for tomorrow. The Day of Planning the Raid. I nearly teared up just reading and writing this, but all of it is going to pay off. I wonder what Mark Shooter is going to do after the failed operation, find out in the next chapter!
A Shady Lie
Luna's Moon continued its course through the night as the day began to come and in the bedroom, Shady was having a good night's rest. It wasn't long until some signs of squirming started showing as Shady seems to be dreaming of something.
"Mo...Mom....da ....Dad....." Lucky wispered as it catches Fluttershy's attention.
"Shady?"
"No... don't...go."
"Shady, wake up."
"Please......come.back..." With a tear from Shady's eyes Fluttershy can't take it.
"SHADY WAKE UP!"
"AAHH!!" After the shock Shady woke up frantically looking around realizing he's still in his bed.
"Shady, are you alright? You were talking in your sleep and it sound like you were sad." Fluttershy asked
"I I'm sorry Fluttershy for making you worry, It was just a dream."
"Its more than a dream Shady, You were crying" Fluttershy points out as she wiped a tear away from Shady's face.
"Again i'm sorry, its just that *sniff* I can't stop thinking about them, I miss them." Shady said as he puts his hooves on his face to control his emotion.
"Shady I know you miss them so much and it hurts to remember the only time you been with them. But you have to understand that as much as we wanted to we can't turn back time. If it matters, I have a hard time saying goodbye to all the animals I cared for died."
Shady looked at Fluttershy with a sort of understanding look.
"I'm sad yes but sometimes we just need the nice memories instead of the worst to truly move on. If we can't move on from the past, then we'll be forever lost in the present. Please Shady, don't beat yourself for their loss. They wouldn't want you to do this."
"Then what am I supposed to do? How can I get over this?" Shady questioned. Fluttershy began to think of a way.
"How long is the meeting?" Fluttershy asked
"Don't know, It could be maybe an hour or more. Why?"
"Just something for you." Fluttershy got up from the bed and proceeded towards the door. "You should get ready for your meeting, after that try to find me at a place where serene meets grace." Fluttershy exit the room.
Shady with a puzzled look began to wondered where she meant but she was right. Shady nodded, freshen up, and proceeded towards the meeting room. It didn't take long until all the generals and the princesses to arrive, the meeting began. Shady shared his experiences to give an idea of what the building would look like, also explaining the small stuff he found while he was snooping around. After about 2 hours, the plan was set and they plan on executing the mission tomorrow. Shady proceeded out to see Twilight just talking to her friends so he decided to quickly chat.
"Hey Twilight."
"Shady, good to see you. So is everything set?"
"Yes, everything will be set for tomorrow. Say um can you help me with something, Fluttershy told me to meet her in a place where serene meets grace. Do you know where that is?"
"Hmm... If its Fluttershy she maybe at the royal gardens. That's where she hangs out the most of the time while we're in Canterlot."
"I'll try that out, thanks Twilight."
"Anytime Shady."
Shady proceeded towards the gardens to find a marvelous view to behold. The streams of water, the beautiful grass, and flowers shine under Celestia's Sun. Shady nearly forgot to look for Fluttershy after looking at the place. Shady continued down the path to find Fluttershy sitting on a bench.
"Hey Fluttershy!" Shady called out.
"Hey Shady, enjoying the view?"
"Enjoying it? I love it! This place is so much of everything, its even breath-taking."
"Would you like to sit with me Shady?"
"Sure Fluttershy." Shady replied as he took a seat next to Fluttershy. The was a few minutes of silence until Fluttershy broke it.
"Shady, I want to help you try to calm your mind. Help you move on." Fluttershy offered. "Seeing a friend in pain is something I can't stand to watch."
Shady looked at Fluttershy as he said, "So how are you going to do it?"
"I'll take you out to town, You can enjoy much more than the gardens, but you must let me help you. Will you let me?"
Shady thought about this for a second, He was in isolation and had no connections to the outside world. He didn't even know what a restaurant is. It didn't take long for Shady to comply.
"Sure, I'll be glad."
"Good!" Fluttershy hops off the bench while holding onto Shady's hoof.
"Come on! There's so much to do!"
"Whoa!" Shady forced out of sitting and followed Fluttershy to the big city. They continued to the streets to their first stop a fancy restaurant. There they sat down and ate a mean dinner, Shady was confused on what the ponies were saying on the count that they had a hard to hear accent. Afterwards they continued to a showing of the Wonderbolts where they saw a fantastic show and was able to chat with Spitfire and the gang. Then with the Sun slowly setting and the sky turning crystal orange they proceeded to a area in the middle of town to see a firework show where Shady gazed among the display with astonishment, this made Fluttershy happy to see what Shady was experiencing. Then Luna's Moon came up as the duo was at a night dance as they dance some upbeat music which soon moved to a slow dance where Shady Danced with Fluttershy enjoying the moment. It was now late and the duo returned to the Castle as they are about to rest up because of Shady's plan for tomorrow.
"Thank you Fluttershy, for everything you've done to help me in my time of need. I'm forever grateful." Shady said as he bowed to Fluttershy.
"Your welcome Shady, I enjoyed our time to. If there's anything you need, please let me know." Fluttershy turned as she made her way back toward her room.
"Wait Fluttershy." Shady said as Fluttershy turned back.
"What is it Shady?"
"Here's my personal thanks to you." Shady kissed Fluttershy on the cheek showing how much of a friend she meant to him.
"*Blush* Thank you Shady." Hugs were given and they proceeded toward their bed chambers. As the night moved foward Shady was in his bed fully asleep with no sign's of hesitation or squirming. He was now getting a well deserved rest. For tomorrow brings a day to end what little despair he has left.

OMG I nearly cried at this part. But its true of what happens to us when we lose someone important to use. I have to endure this a lot considering I have a big family but I wan't give you much details. The Next chapter will be around the same day as this chapter, in Mark's Side. A Shady Lie
At the Castle deep in the Forest, there was groups of stallions training up for a war. Arrows were shot, swords were slashed and screams were made to prep them for whats coming. In the insides of the castle shows Mark Shooter as he attempts to figure out plans after the incident with Shady. He begins to panic as time was not on his side, for he knew that he didn't have long until certain higher authority would get notice and take action.
"No, No, NO!!!" Said Mark as he flung some papers around the office that was raided by Shady. "I can't take it, all my life's work led to astray because of one Horrible Miscalculation!!! AARRGGHH!!!"
Showing his rage, he basically showed what an angry person would show when all his years work to be in shambles. Until he glares the arrow that was recovered from the forest as he see the red blood.
"....that's it. I don't need that pathetic soul for this war to go on, I'll do it myself!"
Mark began to run tests and progress to perform a never attempted process. After Hours of prepping and multi-testing...
"Almost, Got it!" Mark said as he raised his beaker of glowing blue liquid as it shined all around the room and out the window. He begins to hesitate for it was only one sample for the blood on the arrow wasn't enough to distribute into multiple samples. He doesn't trust anypony or have any subjects to test it and he was running out of time but he was running out of time, so he decided to save it for a moment's truth.
"Even though I have these lackeys, I'm sure I'll favor against those group that stand to go against me. The plans will go accordingly, the invasion begins the day after tomorrow. Soon this world will be plunged into a world where such things as "Friendship" and "Love" Will be slaughtered with no mercy. All will understand that power always dominates! And Everypony will gaze upon my grasp to cower and quake under my hoof!"
With that speech he began to create a hidden compartment to hide the unknown liquid in secret from the others. He proceeded to the throne room and made his way to the open view to see his army training to the core. He sits on his throne with a wicked smile on his face with harsh and horrid thoughts running through his mind as he laughed, laughed, and laughed.
(Back in the Bed Chambers)
Shady was sleeping the night away until he awoke suddenly. Lots of stuff was running through his mind that he couldn't sleep so he opened the window and flew on top of the tower. He sat on the ceiling as he laid back to stare at the night sky where the stars shined the night away. He sees the stars of many sizes, he just wished he could stare at the sky forever. After an hourA voice out of nowhere breaks Shady gaze.
"Shady, Are you alright friend?" It was none other than Princess luna checking on Shady.
"Hey Luna, I'm just looking up at your night's sky. Its Beautiful."
"Thank you for the kind words Shady but I fear that you are hiding something. Please tell me what's on you mind?"
"Its just that everything I experienced from my old life and my new is just too overwhelming for me. I'm happy that all that I use to live will be gone soon but I want to see him dead with my own eyes and my own action." Shady looked down.
"I Understand your pain." a familiar voice said as she appeared to be revealed as Celestia as she continued, "I promise you when we capture Mark Shooter he will pay for his crimes and for what he has done."
"And we'll be there for you." a voice said as Shady looked as he sees all of the mane six behind him. The approached him with understanding as Rainbow said "I can't wait to see the look on his face when he gets captured, he be like "You never take me alive!!" and the princesses will be like "We already have!" and he'll drop his jaw endlessly through a bottomless pit!"
"Yeah!" everypony else says with agreement.
"...Your right. I know I have a undeniable hatred to him but if he has any respect I'll see him face to face deciding his fate." Shady said as he hang his head up high as his friends and princesses sat with him looking up to the sky while engaging in inevitable hugs. Soon later everypony went back to their bed chambers which left both Fluttershy and Shady gazing a little bit more. Afterwards Shady returned to his chambers, as he closes his window he was stopped by none other than Fluttershy. She wants to sleep with him again in which Shady happily accepted as he and Fluttershy slept the night away.

This chapter happens around the same time as the last chapter just to tell you all. I'm getting real close on adding the Romance theme to the story because a lot of this story is edging towards it. So can any of you guess the mysterious liquid that Mark has and will the mission be successful? The next chapter will explain how it all will go down! Also don't worry I know that Shady can be a little bit of a doubter or whatever you call it but please ensure that he will be more ready than ever before.
A Shady Lie
Judgment day has arrived, the day when Celestia's troops and Luna's Troops gather together with one goal in mind. To prevent a war from happening. The mission was decided to be a stealth mission but if something goes wrong Shady and the others have learned a flare spell to alert the standby troops to attack at will. Celestia decided to exclude the mane six from this mission for she wouldn't want any of them to be hurt. Although they insisted on coming along they understand why the princess suggested they stay. There they are the troops are at the front gates ready for battle as Celestia began to speak.
"Everypony, today is the day we prevent a war over Equestria! We have lived many years of peace and serenity and we wish for more to come! Shady Eclipse, the pony who escaped to warn us about this new war, is ready to end this sleeping war from ever starting it! Before we venture to this mission, Shady has a few words to say!" Shady stood at the podium ready to speak.
"Mares and Stallions, I like to thank you on giving me a chance to fight for a good cause. When I was still in that castle I was unaware that this thing was in the mist to happen. But thanks to Princess Luna for showing me who I really am, I escaped with my life on the line with the information needed to end such a horrid thing. I also would thank...my friends, you gales were there for me when I was on the run. Twilight, Rainbow, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and especially you Fluttershy. I will make sure this mission will be a success and Mark Shooter Will Pay for his crimes! HIS TIME HAS COME TO FACE THE MUSIC!!!"
The crowd of troops and ponies cheered at Shady's speech. As they began to march out Shady was stopped by a voice.
"Shady!" Shady turned to see Fluttershy coming towards him.
"Fluttershy! What are you doing here?"
"I just want to wish you luck, and please be safe."
"Don't worry, if all goes well you'll see me again." Shady turned and was about to walkaway.
"Shady.."
"Yes?" Shady turned to be surprised by Fluttershy's kiss followed by a hug, Shady accepted as Fluttershy whispered.
"Promise me when its over, come home."
"I Promise."
With all said Shady made his way with the troops as he sees Fluttershy slowly moving away until he can no longer see her. Hours has passed as the sun was still up but slowly the blue skies started to become slightly yellow as the troops camped just a mile away from Mark's castle. Shady reading himself with armor that would prove useful for mobile combat, as he ready himself Celestia came over to him.
"That was a meaningful speech Shady. Are you sure you ready?"
"Thank you Celestia and yes i'm ready for this." Celestia turned only to be stopped by Shady question.
"Celestia, can I ask you something?"
"Of course Shady, what's on you mind?"
"...I'm not sure why but, I have this feeling that kinda gives me some warmth but at the same time i feel happy. What does it mean?"
"Oh Shady, don't tell me that your in love are you?"
"Love...LOVE? That's what it is?! Wow." Shady said with a surprised tone.
"Tell me something Shady, Did you start feeling these thing while with Fluttershy?
"Ye...Yes, wait am am I in love with Fluttershy?"
"It seems that way Shady, It also seems that She shows concern for you. Anything happened?"
"She came up to me before I went out with you all to find that she kissed me and I promised to return home. I think I know what to do after this is all done."
"And what is that Shady?"
"I'm going home..."
After a few more hours it become the time to send in the stealth troops along with Shady to infiltrate the Castle and taking it out from the inside. Shady and 5 other troops, 2 Pegasi and 3 Unicorns, advanced into the castle preparing to cripple them. Shady told beforehand to his troops the number of blind spots in the guards patrolling area. Everypony entered the area, 2 of the troops took out some guards and where near the gates ready to take it down, another 2 troops were taking out the guards on the upper levels carefully not letting the others find out, the last group was Shady and a Unicorn troop were inside carefully surveying the area looking for the throne room to finally take Mark in. They made it into the throne room and bared the doors to prevent any guards from interrupting as Shady approached the throne to see Mark sitting on this only throne.
"Well Well Well, I'm surprised you came back Shady, I was hoping to see some lively action from the Princesses."
"You'll get your "lively" action when I turn you in!" Shady says as his horn began to glow as the light extended forming into a saber sword. "You dug your own grave for letting me live, now let's bury you in it."
Shady began to charge as Mark began shooting multiple arrows at Shady, he evades the arrows while jumping into the air for a slash attack. Mark jumped away as Shady sliced the throne into to pieces as he sees Mark Shooting more arrows. Shady begins deflecting them as he starts stepping back due to the power of the arrows, Shady then conjures twin shields on his forelegs and blocks the arrows with ease. Mark sees this and shoots an arrow that ricochets off a pillar and hits Shady's left hind leg. Shady then jumped into the are and spread his wings and unleashes swords slashes projecting from his horn which hits Marks armor. Mark shows signs of flinch but still stands, Shady continued the barrage of attacks as Mark jumped away and channels his energy into the arrow letting loose an arrow as fast as a lightning bolt. It slightly slashes Shady's cheek as it passed him, Shady then dive towards Mark as his body was encased in magic in the form of a larger blade. Mark tried to intercept the attack but found himself in a losing situation.
After the attack Shady's blood loss was next to nothing as Mark's blood loss began to slight rise from low to mid low. Mark found himself in a losing state as shady spoke up.
"It's over Mark, You dreams for domination is over! By now all of your troops are incapacitated and are unable to fight. We thought of everything that you try to throw at us. There's nothing you can do."
"Or really, then how about this?" Mark says as he reveals the mysterious liquid from his armor. Shady wasn't sure what it is.
"What is that?"
"Its something I brewed up, I don't know what it will do but its better now then it is later. If i'm going out then i'll take a chance!"
Mark shouts as he begins to drink the liquid in a fast pace. After a few seconds some signs of distortion in the air began filling the room around Mark. Shady backed away slowly as Mark began to rise up from the ground as black streams of magic engulfs Mark as dark lightning bolts began to strike around him. Shady commanded the other troop to alert the princesses, the unicorn nodded as he used an object to break a glass window and cast a flare spell. With the Flare being noticeable the Princesses ordered the troops to move into the castle. Back in the throne, the area began flashing purple and black as a figure showed inside the ball of energy. After a few minutes the room flashed throughout the castle begin noticed by the other troops. When it was all cleared Shady could hear nothing but laughter, he opens his eyes to see Mark but he looked taller and he had.....WINGS!?!
"What the..." That's all Shady said as he saw something unbelievable. Mark is now an alicorn!
"Yes, The power, it feels so Thrilling! I must thank you Shady, for if it wasn't for you this would have never happened."
"What are you talking about? How am I responsible?!"
"When you ran away you left a simple arrow still containing traces of you blood. I took the opportunity to make a potion that would the new revolution to this world. Sadly the blood was so small I only have enough to make one potion and I must say this will be a brand new era. All Hail To The King, Mark Shooter!" Mark announced as he laughed and laughed.
"You bastard! How could you! I don't care what goes on now, I'm Going To Kill YOU!!!"
Shady shouted as he charged his magic for an attack, he shoots a beam attack that was deflected with ease from Mark. Shady in astonishment starts trembling with fear as he made another attack under fear, Mark stopped the attack and made the same charged arrow attack at a faster rate and fired at Shady. It pierced through Shady and brought him to his knees. Shady was in trouble and running out of options, he gasps for air trying to concentrate on Mark as he starts charging his magic.
"I must say it'll be sad to see my work die off, but i'm willing to let that go. Any last words?" Mark says as his charged attack was set to fire.
"You are no king, you not even a pony, just an abomination!" Shady says as he starts to lose focus. Mark was about to fire as Shady whispered, "I'm sorry everypony..." He closed his eyes ready to accept his demise. He hears the beam fire and a loud explosion but he doesn't feel it. He opens his eyes to see a barrier surrounding him. That magic came from the two princesses as they were in the room.
"Ah the princesses, a pleasure to meet you royal appearance."
"What have you done?!" Celestia ordered an explanation.
"I've changed dear Celestia, I changed for a new purpose."
"Purpose, what pray tell do you mean by that?" Luna asked.
"I plan on ruling the world with an iron hoof. Knowing all too well that I can rule on my own."
"You won't get away with this!" Celestia says as she is about to make a move. But Mark halted her.
"Don't worry, I plan on making a wager. Have Shady be ready fight me with all his strength and meet me alone at the place where it all started. I will wait 2 days no more. If you don't come then I'll destroy all of Equestria starting at that little town you called Ponyville."
Mark made a malicious laugh as he vanished from the throne room, Shady only gazed out before passing out with all the pain he endured. The battle was over but the war was halted for now. All that's left to do is to ready Shady for his Final Battle.

So the mission was not successful and Shady now looks at a near impossible scenario. Mark Shooter is now an Alicorn and with his new power and immortality, he plans to rule Equestria on his own. The gloves are off, and both Princesses know what needs to be done. Yes I intended on the next chapter to be the final as the last words "To Be Concluded" are meant for that purpose. The Final Battle will decide the end...

The reason is because I have ran out of ideas and the story is going nowhere. To be honest this was all out of the top of my head and I just can't believe I got this far but now its over. I know I said in one of the notes about finishing this but for some reason I just can't continue anymore. Although I will say this If you would either like to continue the story or even re-invent this story then you have my 100% permission but leave a comment and tell me about it. Again I am truly sorry for this unexpected event and I hope you can give me a chance to make it up.
