This is a story about a mare. A mare named Virtuous Bard. Virtue was a pure soul once. She never drank, smoked, or did drugs. A high minded mare, she made no wrong turns, before now, in the path of live. Virtue, at age six, had made a promise to be righteous and kind to all ponies. A promise that later would not be broken, but shattered. Virtue, never talked back to her parents and did her very best in school. For herself, and for her family. To Celestia, she would pray, "Please keep my mother and father safe. Keep us all safe in your warmth and comfort. We praise you Celestia, bringer of light. I love you my queen, my god, our princess"...This is a story about a mare named Virtue, who one day slipped and fell into the dark that it a life of sin and blasphemy. I will tell her story. Our story. My story. I am Virtuous Bard you see. So come little pony, and I will retell the tale of how this once saintly pony came to be called "The Bringer of Death".
