I'm the Doctor!
Laughter quickly broke out in the corridor of the school. Ditzy quickly runs out of the collage, into a nightly depressing outdoors, with tears flooding her eyes & sorrow gripping her mind. She has never got use to this pain & misery that her everyday bullies receive her, sadly she never well. Now the insults & hoof pointing gotten worse, pony's now have given her a new nickname "Derpy" Ditzy quickly runs out of the campus straight towards the dark decedent woods near the school.  
Her mother has always told her that "Your beautiful just the way you are!" Ditzy even remembers how her mother would rock her back & forth so peacefully when she was a kid, she also misses her fathers strong warm hugs & caring chats that would always brighten up her day. Now Ditzy is a grown mare & she should know how to handle herself especially from self minded bullies, but the pain is just too munch on her heart. As she slowly walks she found a old torn down broken fence & she began to cry while resting.
"I just dearly wish I could escape all the drama & stress!"
sniffed Ditzy as she lied calmly on the old bench. Just then all the crying was interrupted with faint hoofprints being heard behind her, with anxiety building up in Ditzy she quickly turned around & began to look for the cause of the disruption. "H-Hello" Said Ditzy with a rather frighting voice, goosebumps quickly crawled on her skin as the hoofprints got louder & closer.  
Eyes quickly made a apprentice as Ditzly looks closer behind her.
"Umm, is anypony there?"
still no response. The hoofprints grew louder & louder until a shadow life figure is seen closing up on the unarmed mare.  
"Please stay away from me!" Screamed Ditzy with such a frighting voice, the poor mare was scared half to death, she was ready to make a dash for it until she finally got a clear response from the figure.
"Oh dear Oh dear! Shhh please stay quiet we don't want any intrusion don't we?,
Oh & sorry for giving you a rather unnerving fright."
"It's fine my name is Ditzy, by the way but everypony calls me Derpy."
"Introductions,Introductions of course I am The Doctor!"
Sadness was replaced with curiosity,she wanted to ask more about his name but then again she did not want to offend this rather extremely out of touch "pony" maybe not asking about his name was for the best, but something doesn't seem right about him.
"I overheard you crying. If you don't mind me asking whats wrong?"
Ditzy looked up at him, she was now confused nopony had ever ask that same question besides her own family. Her curiosity increased to a higher level of wonder.
"Oh um, I keep on getting picked on by others all because my eyes are disarranged & I seem socially different from
others. I just want to escape this place & be free for who I am!"
"Escape! did you say Escape!?"
The Doctor began to smile from ear to ear with excitement in his voice. Ditzy looked back at him & noticed a pair of metal goggles on his forehead & a wooden brown coat around his body. Now something seemed really off about him. Inside a pocket of the coat was a weird cylinder type of object. She never seen such technology like this nowadays, questions began to rush through her head about this pony or whatever he is. Is he a collector, is he a inventor? needles to tell but he seems to be well dressed for a night like this.
"What is all this stuff Doctor? I've never seen anything like it."
"I could say the same about this place Ditzy. All of this technology is overwhelming to me!
I like it!"
The Doctor began to pull out a bright golden pocket watch & he quickly looked at it for a clear inspection.
"Oh dear it's half past midnight, Hey Ditzy you said you wanted to escape the place right?"
"More than anything in the world mister! I would love to run away from here!"
"Come with me to my lovely, darling Tardis!"
"Tardis?"
"Yes it stands for Time & Relative, Dimensions, in Space. Or I guess you can call it a big blue box like everypony
else."
The Doctor pulls out his hoof hoping that Ditzy accepts the invitation with him. Ditzy got off of the old bench & accepted the Doctor's request to her, they both walk to the woods together along side a narrow dusty path. It was rather hard to see two feet in front of them but they never had a problem staying on the dusty trail. They hiked for about 30 minuets until a bright blue light was flashing in front of her. Without hesitation she walk towards it closer & closer, until a shape of a light blue box was formed.
"Hello sweetie! Did you miss me?"
Said the Doctor but derpy was puzzled. It was a Police box? quickly before she can act The Doctor pulls out his Sonic screwdriver & unlocks the door. He looks back her with a big grin on his face.
"Why a Police Box Doctor?"
"It's a rather long story all I know is that the cloaking device got busted somehow but that's not important."
The Doctor opens the door & steam quickly flows out of the Tardis Ditzy looks at The Doctor with a surprised face.
"Allons-Y! well lets get started!"
Ditzy has never ever seen anything like this from her point of view everything was different. It was bigger on the inside...

When both of them entered the Tardis Ditzy was mind struck,Book shelves covered half of the room, around every corner was a display of some form of culture, some of the culture Ditzy learned in school. It was almost like a museum! different doors lead to different rooms, each room had a story, a theme to it. An upper floor was filled with many other displays & doors & even more book shelves, I guess the Doctor loves to read. many Chandeliers hung above the room as the light source, the ground was a smooth white floor with a red carpets leading to the main door. in the middle laid a control panel with new age technology something that she has never witness before. Everything seems so different but yet it's fantasying to experience all this. It's like a whole different world in here! a world full of imagination & creativity, everything was so beautiful plus it was way better than her original home.  
The Doctor jogs to the control panel & begins pulling levers & pushing different buttons, at his nearest corner.
"H-how did you get all this machines? Are you a inventor or something?"
"I'm a Timelord. Are race is about thousand years more advance than yours. We were born with machinery like this."
"Okay mister but you look very similar to us ponies."
"And you ponies look just like us Timelords. Go figure!"
The Doctor runs around the console like a lab rat. He continues to pull levers & push buttons until, a loud strange noise echos the room.  
The Tardis is alive! Ditzy is finally escaping just as she wanted. A big smile is show to prove it.
"Now tell me anyplace you love to visit."
"Wait what! what do you possible mean Doctor?"
"This is a type forty Tardis that is able to take us to any place, any planet, any universe."
"There is more the one universe?"
"Yes! I want you to think of every universe as a bubble. Try to imagine that if you well."
"Every bubble represents a pocket of time & space. The Tardis can jump from one bubble to another!"
Happiness filled Ditzys heart with content & joy. She can finally be free from all the worries of life, no pain not any longer she was set free.  
the race of thoughts run through her head, she doesn't know were to go first unless it's far from that harsh place she once called home.  
The Doctor walks to a typewriter & begins to type like a monster. just like every typewriter a paper slowly pops out of the top with a rich black ink laid on the thin paper.  
But the written symbols look different from Equestian English. All of a sudden the roar of the Tardis makes it's presents once more.
"Come with me I want to show you something."
The Doctor took Ditzys hoof & they both walked up to the front door, The Doctor takes out a key & places it gently on the lock. He slowly turns the lock & the door was now opened, reveling bright colorful starts along side roaring meteorites Ditzys eyes grew big for what she was experiencing. It was outer space! something that she thought she would never see. Everything was mind blowing & incredible, a calm quiet universe was out there for her to explore & discover.
"Have you ever seen anything so wonderful & beautiful?"
"Never had before Doctor. I've been anticipated this moment for what seems like centuries now!"
"Well then I'm glad you came aboard! Let's go."
"Outside the Tardis? We'll surely fall!"
"You forgot? gravity doesn't exist in space."
Ditzy slowly walks out of the Tardis only to find herself floating in midair. It was almost like swimming but with no water or lake or even a huge ocean, well of course if outer space counts as a huge ocean of wonders. The Doctor swims up beside her & he began to stare at the cosmos with his dark blue eyes.
"You don't want to know how long it took me to fix, the breathing habits up here. It was a challenge."
"Am I dreaming? if so please don't pinch me! This is way more better than that terrible world!'
"Your far from dreaming. I've been going on adventures such as this since 1963!"
"1963? but you look young how?"
"It's a long story. I have 13 lives but after saving Gallifrey the Timelords granted me allot more. This is my 15th life."
More meteorites clash through the vicinity near them, The Doctor looks on with a child pose of joy. A smile quickly appears on his face as he stares on with enlightenment, he begins to fall calmly on his back so he can enjoy the peace of space. Shortly after Ditzy also laid to rest being mind blown. The Doctor quickly pulls out a book & a pencil, than he quickly turns to a clear page & he begins to start writing.
"What's that? A journal or something?"
"Close. It's my Diary. I always keep this with me for recording discoveries, on my trips."
"So why are you doing all this for me? Nopony else takes me on any trips. then again my family was really poor."
"Well it's always good to have a friend. A companion to experience amazing new phenomenons with."
"Thanks Doctor! I never really had a friend before."
"It's my pleasure! Does your parents know your out here?"
"My parents are dead. they were my last friends I had until I meet you."
Ditzy's eyes begin to fill up with uninvited tears. She slowly turns to one side side & begins to cry. The Doctor was felt extremely sad for her & what she went through with, all the chaos at her home planet. He swims towards her & gave her a shoulder to cry on.  
They both hugged each other with a welcoming grasp of convert.
"I'm so so Sorry Ditzy. I know for a fact you don't deserve this. Come lets get back in the Tardis.
The Doctor Grabs his jacket & they both walked to the Tardis. The Doctor shuts the main door only to be greeted with an awfully ear shrinking   
alarm. The Doctor quickly dashes to the controls & begins to push buttons & pull levers once more.  
The Tardis begins to take off with it's usual sound.  
Finally the alarm shuts off, The Doctor pulls down his monitor & begins typing on the dark black typewriter. The screen begins to flicker up with static.
"Whats going on Doctor?"
"A message, I'm receiving a message. but by whom?"
"Hey Doctor look!"
The screen of the monitor quickly regain single once more, but in the monitor a figure of a elderly pony with a black suit was shown.  
He was standing on a metal frame walkway with a dark background.
"Ahhh that's better. Doctor! So your my replacement hmm. Haha I've seen better!"
"Doctor who's that!? Another Timelord?
"Well he's my first life. My first form. He's me!"
"Correct my dear child! I'm you! hmm I seem to be stuck up here. How very disturbing."
The first Doctor looks down from the metal frame only to find a huge problem. He was nowhere. He pulls out a pocket watch & begins to stare frighteningly. He tucks the watch back in his pocket & looks back at the two travelers.
"That seems to be the problem, A time breach. Here I am staring at my 15th life, & I bet he has no clue on the event."
"Here I am staring at my 1st life who's, not giving me an ounce of information on the situation."
"Don't get smart on me young man! We are dealing with a time breach. That's why I'm here. The pocket is open."
"Time, breach how?! I thought I crossed it years & years ago."
"It's The Master my child! He's performing a illegal experiment on civilians. the chemicals are exposing time it's self."
"The Master? I thought he was put on trial & sentenced to death."
"Think not my child. He cheated death. Now he has Timelords working for him. He corrupted them I say!"
"It cant be the master who corrupted them. It has to be a higher power of some sort. Were is the test site?"
"Equestia but be very protective of your surroundings. The chemicals in the air, caused a hostile outbreak."
"Outbreak? Oh dear this sounds exciting! I presume."
"remember It's far from over my dear child! It's far from being all over!"
The 1st Doctor begins to fade away & the screen begins to static once more. The Doctor quickly pulls out his screwdriver & begins to repulse it on the monitor, with hopes of getting another greeting from his former self. His hopes were crushed when he received no response. He places his screwdriver back in his pocket & starts to type on the typewriter once more. Once the paper pops out of the typewriter, he grabs it & inserts it in a long thin crack on the controls. The crack quickly swallows it up.
"Alright Ditzy there is a chest back there grab whatever supplies you need. We might be here for a while!"
"I'm confused what is going on?!"
"I'll explain later. Now your planet & our universe is in danger!"
Ditzy rushed to the chest grabbing almost everything out of it, meanwhile The Doctor reaches for his diary & screwdriver & other strange looking machines. The roar of the Tardis is now present once again. They have landed on Equestia.
"Ditzy listen. We are in a alternative universe. A rather chemical covered universe."
"What do you mean Doctor?"
"Everything is going to look different. & trust me it's not pretty. Are you able to handle it?"
"Yes I am."
The Doctor pulls out his key once again & places it on the lock. He slowly turns the lock until it peeked. He slowly opens the door.  
What they saw was rather very disturbing than the previous world.

The land of the dead
Ponyvill was indeed different from what use to be. The streets was decaying & covered with overgrown. The once colorful bright buildings was now old & muggy with a untruly disgusting color of brown. It was like a shanty town, everypony looked as it they were sick many others were thin as a toothpick. Food was real scarce & rare by the looks of it, this testing caused a terrible effect on this once life filled planet.
"The one planet destroyed by the doing of others."
"All this just happened after we took off Doctor?"
"No. When we took off we traveled five years into the future. Well the possible future."
They both started walking on the warn down street. Ponies could be seen searching the trash for whatever they can find to eat. Others were coughing & sleeping in dusty old boxes, The Doctor was in shock he had never experienced something like this before. Around every corner a military blockade barrier was spotted, with huge walls topped off with barb wire. Whatever is beyond that barrier is another secret that might have more detail on the situation. Every house was falling apart from the waist down. As they continued walking dead ahead of them was another military barricade but the only difference is that a Royal Guard is guarding the area.
"Halt! in the name of The Master!"
The Doctor looks on with fearful eyes.
"The Master? Did you say The Master?"
"Yes! This place is contaminated & nopony should be allowed further."
"This whole planet is contaminated! Can't you tell? Don't you see all the civilians getting killed from the chemicals?!"
"Sir. I'm doing as I'm told. Don't force me to do something you'll soon regret!"
"Ha! I'm a Timelord, Killing is a bit of a challenge."
"Timelord or not I take orders from the Master, & that's final!"
"The master caused all this remember? These tests almost destroyed this whole planet. Can't you see?"
"That's nonsense! Lies made from those craved conspiracy loving madponies. I never heard such a lie."
"Maybe the madponie is telling the truth. Your just a puppet of The Master. Your strings are being pulled."
"I think not my dear friend. Now please obey my command before we have more trouble!"
"Wait one thing please before I go."
"Whats that sir?"
"This area is a Quarantined area right? I forgot to introduce myself. I'm The Doctor!"
The Guard begun to walk beside The Doctor. Searching him as if he was a unexpected criminal, everything was rather strange & awkward for Ditzy but for The Doctor he looked as if he was used to it. As if it was a everyday thing, he never made a sound or moved he just stood there. Upon exception The Guard noticed the cutie mark of The Doctor, He quickly pulled out his sword & placed it upon the cutie mark genitally.
"That Cutie Mark, I've seen it before. So your The Doctor eh? The Master has been expecting you."
"I know. Now whats with the sword?"
"You are an Enemy to The Master. You are wanted Dead or alive."
"Well aren't I popular!"
"Give me a good reason why I shouldn't kill you."
The Doctor begins searching his pocket, until he pulls out a small medical case. He handed it to The Guard & whispers in his ear.
"Because I can save you. I want you to pass this down to the Medical center here. Save this planet!"
The Doctor & Ditzy walked off towered the barricade. near the main doors was a control panel, The Doctor pulls out his Sonic Screwdriver & disables the panel. The doors slowly open. On the other side of the barricade was filled with more sick ponies, Just like the previous place.  
Everything seems the same. The Doctor was expecting the are while they continue walking down the rusty path. Markets crowd the town, each one representing a different brand of products. All of a sudden A scream broke out, in one of the nearby alleys a light blue pony was running being chased by two other ponies. The Two ponies looked different, Their fur was dark green & their eyes were red. Everything about their eyes was red. The Blue pony tripped & begun to crawl for her life, One of the attackers garbed her by the tail & started pulling her back. The Doctor runs to them & pulls out a small box shaped piece of machinery & points it at the critters. He quickly pushed a button & a light lazier shoots out blinding the zombies for a few Minuets.
"Run!"
Demanded The Doctor. All three ran into another ally & started hiding under near it's walls. The Blue pony begin to star talking after chatching her breath.
"W-what W-were those things?! Who are you?!"
"I'm The Doctor."
"It's you! I knew I've seen a flying Tardis somewhere but I thought I was Hallucinating."
"You happen to seem Familiar miss. If you knew who I was & all about my Tardis that must make you a..."
"A Timelord! Did you noticed my cutie mark. it's so obvious."
"Right! Why did they send you down here? did they ever think twice about sending a mare to do a stallions job."
"Yup. Your The Doctor Alright. I'm down here for the same reason as you. To stop The Master & to restore time."
"Do you ever got your equipment before entering a town like this? You saw what happen did you?"
"Doctor my Tardis crashed before I even landed here. It's still under critical damage & I'm more focused on fixing."
"Instead of focusing on your mission? I'll help you with your Tardis later but now we need to form a plan"
They both look out of the side, whats strange was nopony was there besides those two zombies. The place was dead silent it was rather odd & specious, questions begin to run through The Doctors mind. Everything was unusual & it seems as if it was a part of a plot or trap.  
The two zombie ponies ran off back to the other ally & all was quiet, The Doctor & the other Timelord step out of the ally & began to look around in shock. Only one more problem has begun. Ditzy was nowhere to be found.
"Ditzy! Have you seen Ditzy!?"
"Ditzy? I never heard anypony named Ditzy."
"Grey fur yellow main, about your hight."
"Oh her. She was being dragged over in that Direction."
"Whats your name?"
"Colgate."
"Well Colgate we need to find Ditzy. I never wanted her to end up in danger such as this. C'mon let's move!"
The Doctor & Colgate started walking through the town, nopony else was yet to be seen. The Doctor was prepared for the worse, in case of any unwanted guests & also for the protection of Ditzy. The sun blasted heat through out the place, no food & water was supplied in the area. In conclusion both began to starve, but they were still following the location were Ditzy is at. All of a sudden a scream could be heard & it was coming from a building in front of them. The Doctor quickly ran along side with Colgate. Right in front of the Building was a small supply cabin blocking the path. They both rushed to the side of the cabin & found the door. after a few kicks to the door it finally collapsed, & both entered. Waiting for them in the room was a huge surprise. The 3rd Doctor was in front of them. It looks as if he was working on somthing.
"Why hello Doctor. Came here to save the galaxy I presume."
"Yes you seem lost my friend. whats that your working on?"
"It's actually a Dalek gun. These things are easy to be modified. I just need to connect these wires first."
"Dalek gun? What for?"
"I sure do love to ask questions don't I? It's been modified with Screwdriver contentions."
"So what I'm predicting is that, the gun is a new form of a Sonic Screwdriver?"
"you are indeed correct my dear fellow. & Your gonna need it more than myself."
"Me? How much trouble can I possible get into. I already have a Screwdriver.
"Yes I see But this one is highly advanced. It can even work on wood. It's a gun too."
"A gun! Fascinating! I might need it to give those things out there a little hurting!"
"Indeed now you need to get going! Your fellow friend needs your attendance."
The 3rd Doctor quickly fades away in the dark only to leave behind the Dalek gun & a raggedy travelers bag. The Doctor took the gun & placed it in the old dusty sack & they both head out the back door. They began to cut through a series of buildings to reach Ditzy's location. Once they reached the main building more screams are heard. The Doctor & Colgate broke down the door & found two zombie ponies holding down a civilian stallion, Ditzy was tied up to the wall. The Mouth of the stallion was help open, One of the zombies Puked out some form of burning acid into the stallions mouth. Both Zombies ran off. The Doctor quickly ran up to ditzy & untied her, but the stallion began to turn green. The eyes of the once named stallion turned blood red & he began to attack Colgate before The Doctor phases him with the Dalek gun.
"Ditzy! Are you okay? I'm so finally glad to see you!"
"D-Doctor W-we C-cant stay here! I hear them! They are coming!"
A faint vibration shook the house.
"RUN!"
Yelled The Doctor. They both jumped out of the window of the building. Right behind them were thousands of zombies climbing over the fences & running through the ally ways, chasing after them. All three started to run to the nearest house. They entered the house & The Doctor quickly slams shut & locks the door. Thumping surrounds the house, but it was strong enough to hold them in... For Now.....   
Upon scamming the room, allot of cybernetic objects from previous adventures were found. Cyberman parts mostly flood the room.
"Cyberman parts? Here? Is this some kind of effect from the time breach?"
The Doctor picked up one of the rusted helmets & noticed it was a classic model rather than the newer version. He pulls out his Screwdriver & begins examining it. Armour was scattered across the room as well.  
The Doctor began looking through drawers & cabinets searching them fiercely. Ditzy said.
"Doctor? what are you doing?"
"Scanning the room for anymore parts."
"Why It's just old junk that's been decaying for what seems like years now."
"Old Junk? Ditzy this could be a clue to the whole event. The true story about the time time breach."
The Doctor found a cyberman arm in one cabinet & he anxiously starts scanning it. He looks at the Sonic Screwdriver & began to smile, another clue was found. The story was finally becoming clear for him. He began to laugh in joy & started hugging the cybernetic armor.
"What is it Doctor?" Said both Ditzy & Colgate.
"Later, we escape first!" Said the Doctor
The Windows began to break & the sreaming of the zombies blasted their ears. A hatch was located on the ground & The Doctor opened it, Quickly escaping the house. The others followed him, the hatch door was slam shut & a pathway was found. Whats odd was more cyberman parts were found scattered on the dirt filled walls. The Doctor's smile grew larger.
"I got it! Haha It's all so crystal clear."
"Get on with it Doctor!" Said Colgate in a tone of menace.
"Alright Alright. Do you noticed the Cybemanic parts?"
"Yes I obviously noticed."
"This Planet wasn't Equestia to Begin with."
"What do you possible mean by that Doctor?"
"Think. this is a burial ground of classic cybermanic materiel. This Planet was colonized by ponies."  
Ditzy looked surprised & said
"They never teached us about us colonizing this planet."
"Because time was wiped from their minds by The Master. This planet was Mondas. Home of the cyberman. Ponies came from a different dimension."
A ladder was located at the other end of the grave tunnel. The Doctor climbed up it & helped the others up as well. they both walked out of the house & heard what seems to be a riot. They ran closer to the yelling of the crowd, smoke flared the hoard of ponies. The Doctor & the gang hid behind a fence, but he noticed something. A huge podium was in front of the crowed standing on it was The Master. whats more disturbing is that Twilight Sparkles, Princess Celestia, Princess Luna were locked in a cage with a protesting crowd against them by all means.
"Greetings Everypony We are here today in creation of a new order on saving this planet, every breathing second a fellow civilian gets harmfully sick without any care. Food is lost, water is unable to be restored & those three so called princesses are running tests to feed, their own ego's. But a new age is finally upon us, Me myself will end this chaotic era once & for all. Everypony will belong somewhere & grow with development, I'll be sure each will receive equal rights. We start now! Those three down there won't be living for any longer! in two days tops they will be exterminated from their own selfish lives. Everypony please take your time to believe in your true ruler.... I'm The Master & a new age is upon us!"

The truth behind the wall.
The crowd of of ponies cheered ever so happily over the effect of the speech made by the disguised wolf, The master.  
Around the vicinity of the area more ponies ran to the protest that was taking place, Twilight & the other princesses began to receive hatred from the crowd, insults & trash was thrown at them nonstop. They threw so much trash that it filled up half of the cart. The Doctor quickly sneaks closer to the carts without getting noticed by anypony else noticing him
"Twilight! Hey Twilight!
Twilight looks over at him & immanently turned back starting to Ignore him. The Doctor started to whisper once more.
"I'm here to help please listen"
Twilight looked back with an expressionless facial pose. It looks as if she was wondering about him. The Doctor picks up a nearby stick off the ground & starts to attempt pick pocking the lock on the main door, sweat drips down he's stressful face. The other two companions stayed in a ditch by the fence, trying not to be noticed by the protesters. right beside the podium was a wooden long flat table containing a guillotine, two armored ponies walk up the steps leading to the guillotine, they were dragging somepony with them. It was shining Armor. Twilight began to scream "NO!" as they locked his brother up in the guillotine. The Doctor walked up to a clear open place & yelled.
"Stop! This is enough! You made your point Master now let him go!"
The Master looked down upon The Doctor & began to laugh. The crowd looked at The Doctor & began to growl. All of the ponies from the protesting were zombified, & somehow they still cheered for The Master. It was mind control, even under infection The Master can still get their attention.
"Well if it isn't my old friend! The Doctor. What a wonderful weather were having."
"Master you have to stop please! Do you know the dangers of a time breach!?"
"Time breach you say? My power must be expanding beyond my mind!"
"Listen To Me!!!"
"Oh dear please don't get fighty Doctor! After all I have a family around you!"
"Family? It would only be a matter of seconds before they began to target you as an enemy."
"We'll see about that my dear Doctor. Everyone! Attack him!"
The crowd started running up to The Doctor with screams & yelling increased from them. The Doctor ran up the stares up to Shhining Armor, behind him was a sword. He quickly pushes the other two guards off of the balcony & grabs the sword as he stars to slash the handles that hold the stairs together. The stares finally collapse, & the zombies began to slowly climb up the tower. The Doctor lifted the guillotine & rescued Shining Armor. The zombies were quickly climbing closer to them, The Doctor scanned the area until A roof of a building was close to their position.
"Over there Jump!"
Shouted The Doctor. They both jumped to the roof of the building & started running knocking every single object to the grown while doing so.  
The Doctor shouts at Ditzy & Colgate & said
"Run! Get to a safe Place! I'll come back for you all! I promise!"
Ditzy & Colgate ran towards a huge gate & exited through the cracks near it, The Master noticed Colgate's cutie mark. She was a Timelord.  
He quickly jumped over a wall behind the stand & started after them. Zombies surrounded both The Doctor & Shining Armor, The Doctor pulled out an apple from his pocket & threw it on the ground. They both fell down when the ground broke apart, A hole was on top of them. The Doctor grabs the Apple & pulls the stem off of it only to fire a laser that restores the ceiling from it's regular form, The hole was gone.  
Shining Armor looks over at the apple than at The Doctor.
"Why an Apple?"
"What!? It's better than pears!"
Ditzy & Colgate continued running through the streets passing infected ponies along the way.
"Colgate were are we going!?"
"To my Tardis It's in a warehouse out of this contaminated are. we'll be safe inside!"
On the rooftops near them jumping from building to building was The Master, in pursuit of them. He wanted to gather information from them about The Doctor. Ditzy turned around only to see The master on top of buildings coming extremely near them. they both pushed open a door of an house & entered, once they were inside Colgate started looking for objects & placed them in front of the door so nopony can get in.  
Bashing & thumping crashes on the door. The Master is here.
"Ditzy look out that window over the fence!"
"It's the warehouse!"
"Yes! My Tardis is in there, but it's to risky to run out. The would differently see us!"
"What Do we do now!?"
"We hide."
The Doctor scams the room in a hurry, trying to find a source for help. A source of communication. He looks out the window & noticed a radio, he quickly bashed open a window & jumped through the other window of the Building beside them. He climbs into the room & shouts
"It's not a long jump! Cmon they are breaking in!"
Shining Armor jumps into the room with The Doctor. The Doctor walks up to the Radio & pulls out his Screwdriver & begins to scan it.
"What's that?"
"Everypony always ask me this. It's a Sonic Screwdriver. Now I need to pick up signals from this radio."
The Doctor continued but was getting awfully aggravated for how long it took to scan. The zombies began climbing the house slowly getting closer to the windows. Finally the radio turned on in a flash, The Doctor started saying random Numbers & jumped out of the room to the grown. Shining Armor followed. The Doctor ran up to Twilight's prison cage & yelled.
"Use your magic! break free of the pin!"
"I can't The Master sucked it out of me!"
"Hahahaha Very funny Okay Thanks for the Joke! Now break free!"
"I'm not joking! I'm powerless!"
"Oh cmon can't I ever have an easy day for once!?"
Ditzy & Colgate sneaked across the house trying to find an alternative exit. strangely the bashing through the door stopped but they still have a higher risk of going out the back, somepony might spot them. They now noticed just like the other house, more Cyberman parts are scattered over the place, everyroom held more parts than the last.  
One room however was spray painted with an Gallifrey symbol on the wall that states these utter words "There Here Doctor" Colgate Ran up to the wall & began feel for some clue or passage way.
"Only if I had my Sonic Screwdriver!"
"Colgate whats with all these Cyberman parts? Is it some colt or anything?"
"More like a Religiousness following. My best guess is that they worshiped the Cyberman for, hope."
"Of the Plague?"
"Yes Ditzy! now help me grab something to bring down the wall. I can feel an hallow path."
Ditzy began to look around for anything strong piece of equipment. Colgate continued to scam the wall for any more hallow parts, just then Ditzy walked back in the room with a huge couch with her. Colgate lifted the couch with strength & begins to slam it against the wall. after about three good slams the wall finally gave in. Another passageway was found. It was lit up only by a couple of torches, not much light filled the hallway. Colgate & Ditzy walked towards the passageway & they both noticed the cell rooms in every corner they turn. Each cell held a sacrifice table with a full Cyberman body laying on it, judging by evidence such as this these ponies were extremely diverted into these Cyberman things. It was a rather unsettling sight. They both entered a large room with a stone ancient coffin in the middle, the walls were stoned & covered with cave art. What was rather interesting about the cave art was the fact that it was covering the history of Mondas, way before the pony race colonized the planet. On the outer right of the wall a painting of The Tardis was seen landing near a mansion, that looks to be located on mondas. Colgate walked towards the coffin & said...
"Ditzy help me out opening this coffin. If I'm correct the last Cyberman of existence should be in here."
Ditzy started pulling the other side of the coffin top until it finally popes off. inside reveals an golden colored cyberman. The face mask was colored purple & the helmet was shiny black.
"Now this is a time that I really wished I had my Sonic Screwdriver!'
The Doctor once again begins to pick pock the lock of Twilight's cage. Zombies began running towards them, Shining Armour runs to one of the dead guards & grabs the sword for defense. The Doctor looks at the crowd of zombies & at shining Armor, He yells to him saying
"That sword want do much you know! We need to get to higher ground until my friends arrive."
"And leave my sister here!? No way! This sword may do an awful lot!"
"Your sister will be fine! Trust me I promise!"
"No Doctor No!"
The Doctor looks over at Twilight & said.
"I'm sorry! But I'll come back for you trust me. I always come back for those I care about."
Twilight smiled under his words & replied back.
"Go to my library, find a golden box that holds a crown. Take it. & find the rest of the elements of Harmony."
The Doctor bowed down & started to run into the ally. Shining Armor continued fighting the zombie horde but was outnumbered, he retreated following the Doctor. They both entered a building without the zombies knowing, Shining Armor looks at The Doctor & said...
"Are you sure she'll be fine?"
"Yes! Whats your name sir?"
"Shining Armor."
"A pleasure to meet you! I'm The Doctor."
"Doctor? Doctor Who?"
"Ooh I like that....Doctor Who. Sounds catchy."
The Doctor walks up the flak of stairs all the way up to the outside Balcony, he looks around as if he was forgetting something. The wind continues to blow his dark brown mane.
"Colgate & Ditzy where are you two?"
Shining Armor walks beside him & begins a little chat full of questions & wonders of The Doctor & his unusual behavior.
"No offence but you seem awkward. Something is different about you."
"Oh me? Haha It's fine, I'm actually here to forgive The Master & hopefully put an end to this chemical plague."
"Forgive The Master?! Your mad! my sister & both princesses are held under respectability over something that never even did. How can you ever forgive him?"
"He's one of the last surviving TimeLords."
"TimeLords?"
"It's an race from another planet. We were the most richest & superior rulers of the Galaxy, until one day the Daleks came. The Time war wiped out almost all of our species. Me & him are the last left of our kind."
"Than why is he doing bad deeds than good?"
"Because he's a psycho path. He complains about a drumming in his head."
"Drumming but how?"
"Every once in a young Timelords life they get a opportunity to look into the future."
"The future? so he knew about all this to began with?"
"Indeed but now we must get moving I'll explain later."
Cobwebs & dust cover The Cyberman from head to toe, Colgate continues to drag out parts from the coffin & examines them closely for any clues & such. Colgate takes off the upper part of the helmet only to reveal couple of cable wires & a fresh wet brain,this suit of armor is over 200 years old & is rusting slowly but the brain has never decayed over than period of time. From this information than something important   
must be placed inside the brain. Colgate puts her hoof in digging for a feel of some object, than after a minuet of searching she felt something touching her hoof. she pulled it out & it was a memory chip. She closely examines the chip & found a series of wires hanging out its side, she noticed the disconnected wires inside the helmet. In response she sorted out the wires in the correct aliment & connects them with the chip. Just then light flared from the eyes of the Cyberman helmet & hits the wall as if it was an old 50's styled movie theater, on the flared screen a countdown began from ten to one.The film showed a planet melting from some source, but while the melting was happening a battle was taking place in what seems to be a futuristic urban city. VI Cyberman units were rushing in the streets caring a heavy iron block with a light attached to the from the front. The sky's were filled with millions of Pegasuses with iron armor shooting arrows to the army below. Earth ponies charged the streets after the Cyberman, over to end this attack each cyberman fired something from their blocks the light on the front lighted up & disintegrated the ponies into dust. buildings began to collapse to the ground making the battle more deadly, Unicorns started using magic to bust through the ruble & for attacks. Right behind the crowed of Cyberman was an Iron futuristic tank, it started to shoot different areas from the sky to the ground killing & electrocution millions of ponies in the battle. The sky's were red filled with many old styled pony command ships. Just then the hatch of the tank popes open & the same Cyberman from the coffin was shown. He looked around the battlefield examining it, than he spotted two golden carriages holding princess Celestia & luna in each cart. The Cyberman Leader pointed towards them giving out the simple command "Delete" & the video shaded out.  
After the video ended a wall fell down blocking off the passage way. There was no other way out for Colgate & Ditzy. Nobody can get & Nobody can get out...

Old Helpful Friends
The Doctor & shining Armor rush through the streets of sick ponies. The Doctor quickly rushes to the Tardis & pulls out his key, Shining Armor's face grew puzzled.
"Out of all the most unordinary things I've witness here I am standing in front of a time traveling police box!"
"More like a Type-40 Tardis Now get In."
"Get into that small cramped thing?"
"Oh your far from small & cramped! Take a look inside."
The Doctor unlocks the door & walks inside, Shining Armor's eyes grew bigger & his jaw dropped The Doctor looks directly at him with a smile on his face.
"I get that allot."
Said The Doctor. He quickly runs into a room on the left, Shining Armor followed, the room was filled with different generations of computer of computer technology, Some even newer. Some older, The room was pitch black with a screen in the middle, It was almost like a school computer lab. The Doctor pulls out a bag of sand, the sand was from the surface of the planet, near the screen board was a mechanical box with a hole on top. The Doctor puts the bag in the hole & then the screen flashes pictures, some show a 3d scan of an infected pony others show odd shaped bacteria, one of the pictures that caught The Doctor's attention was a mark 1 Version 1 classic Cyberman. The Doctor rushes to a nearby computer & begins typing, after he got finished the screen flashed a new picture which was a fog of smoke & smog. Just then the screen flashed into a normal pony breathing the smog & slowly morphing into a zombie pony. After that the zombie pony mutated in a newer scale of an human Cyberman. The Doctor put his hoof under his chin & said...
"So tell me Shining Armor do you know about those zombie ponies?"
"Well obviously yes!"
"Well that chemical infecting them was from deep below. That's where the Cyberman decayed."
"So The Master is using underground sources for the factory?"
"Indeed Now that chemical also has the cybernetic energy & organisms placed in it."
"So what are you trying to say Doctor?"
"The zombie ponies are just a phase. within 1 week they will turn into humanized Cyberman."
"So this is what The Master wants?"
"Yes! He wants to rebuild Mondas & use the newly formed Cyberman as an army. we are witnesses to a new form of Cyberman evolution."
The Doctor walks over ta an old chest near the screen board, he opens the chest & pulls out a destroyed Cyberman helmet.
"All I need now is some form of strong power to activate this. This thing can lead us to the testing ground."
The Doctor walks back towards the chest & pulls out a travelers bag, he places the Helmet in it.
"Now it's time for a Tea Break. My friends that I contacted should arrive shortly."
"I'm feeling rather hungry myself Doctor. Got any food located in here?"
"Oh yes come with me! I'll show you around."
Colgate walks towards the coffin & peeks inside, what she noticed was different colored wires, each one might be able to hook up to another, if this is true than all of them might be able to hook up to the Cyberman helmet so they can contact The Doctor. Colgate quickly grabs all the different wires & begins to figure out the order each color.
"Colgate what are you doing?"
"Trying to figure out the color order of these wires."
"Why? It's not like it's going to open any walls or anything."
"Trust me I know what I'm doing! That Cyberman helmet has a communication barrier."
"But that barrier would just block off any form of contact."
"I know, I'm trying to destroy it."
Loud roars grew outside the Tardis. Millions & millions of zombies surround the Tardis, The Doctor dropped his tea cup. They both closed the Tardis doors & ran to the counsel, The Doctor pulled down the mounter & begins turning the buttons that are connected to it. Static appeared & The Doctor was loosing his patience. After a minuet a figure appeared on the screen, it was Colgate & Ditzy.
"Colgate? Ditzy? Where are you two?"
"A Cyberman tomb. Me & Ditzy were being chased by The Master & we found this place along the way,"
"The Master probably saw your cutie mark. But that doesn't matter. We can communicate! Now stay there."
"That want be a bit of a problem Doctor. The walls dropped & there is no possible way of us escaping."
"Alright. Now I have backup arriving shortly. Since we are in a time breach than I might use some old friends."
"Old friends?"
"It's some past companions I had. I can't even step outside my Tardis. we are surrounded by those things."
"Well we gather more information of Mondas. Apparently from what I read, there was some sort of war."
"Correct & before you continue I have something you might want to know."
"What is it?"
"Those zombie things are just a phase. The factory is burning cybernetic coal, which is what infects them."
"Yeah I think I already know about that part Doctor, now get on with it!"
"Don't rush me! within a week Those zombie ponies will turn into Cyberman. Mondas might return."
"Unless we don't stop them."
"Correct now...."
A loud blast outside interrupted The Doctor before he could finish, gunshot began to make a hearing appearance. The Doctor began to smile & said...
"Hold tight! My friends had arrived!"
The Doctor turned off the monitor & grabbed the travelers bag & walked out the front door, outside was a military truck with some pleasured old faces. It was a platoon of the Royal Armed Forces & the commander was no other than Brigadier Stewart. Sparks came from the dead zombie corpses, each corpse exploded & robotic parts flew out. Brigadier walks up to The Doctor & said...
"New face I suppose."
"Ahh yes! Thanks It's a relief to finally get those things off our back."
"I do indeed grant my welcome. Now who's your friend?"
"This is Shining Armor. Brother of Princess Twilight Sparkles & once commander of the Royal Guards."
"Royal Guards you say? Than we shall get along just fine! Now Doctor I'm moving my troops through different sectors of the town, from my knowledge there is a train station near this area. Meet me there within the hour! As of right now The master found a way back to the Facility. I'll give you more information then. Good Luck!"
Brigadier & his troops slowly faded away as each platoon entered different alleys, The Doctor & Shining Armour began to walk back to the main objective, Find Colgate & Ditzy. After twenty minuets of walking they both ended up in a park packed with crates, each crate had the same logo on the side. "International Trading Alliance." The Doctor found this suspicious. He begins to open the long, huge, & hard crates, with his Sonic Screwdriver, Inside laid different boxes filled with some green liquid substance. The Doctor pulled out his Sonic Screwdriver & begins scanning it. Screaming of menace interrupted the examination, they both ran out of the crate only to be surrounded by more zombie ponies. in front of them was a huge building with an old rock door. They both made a dash for the door only to be chased by the zombies. The Doctor scanned the control barrier beside the door with the Sonic Screwdriver, nothing happens. The zombies are getting closer & closer. Finally the door opens & they both rush in, the door closes blocking off the zombies from getting in. The room was filled with cave art & mechanical controls.  
On one corner was a room with a fire pit, that seems as if it can melt almost anything, & on the other was a tomb with a coffin in the middle.  
The walls were scribbled with Cave art of the past, & the room was lighted up by torches with everlasting blue fire. Shining Armor kept a strong focus on the tomb & said...
"That tomb what could possibly be laying in it."
"This is a tomb of one of the many Cyberman rulers. Shining Armor, only the high ranked can be rested with honor & dignity. We should be pledged to experience a tomb such as this! Now Shining Armor please help me figure this machinery out."
The Doctor pointed at the fire pit next to them, they both walked towards it finding A control room & a twenty feet low hole with burning lava at the very bottom. The hole was covered with a glass barricade, the controls must be able to open them somehow. Shining Armor looked very closely at the controls & shouted with excitement.
"Doctor there has to be another door around here! I can tell by the order of these controls!"
"Excellent! try giving one of those controls a go will you."
Shining Armor quickly pulled a electronic lever, than the glass barricades opens & shuts real quickly. The lever was hard & solid, it was almost impossible to pull it.
"Doctor I think a certain object of some sort, must be thrown into the pit in order to open the door."
"Real smart indeed! I knew I could count on you Shining Armor!"
"Only two problems. The lever is too hard for me to hold for a long amount of time, & we have no idea what must be dropped into that pit."
"We'll think of a way, it just takes a little bit more of investigation."
Just then a loud bang was heard from the other room, two loud steps made it's presents felt. The Doctor & Shining Armor rush to tomb & the stone coffin was empty, what was even more strange was that there was no Cyberman located. They both walked out of the room into the main hallway, on the ceiling was the helmet of the Cyberman. Robotic tentacles hooked onto the roof, both cybernetic eyes glow of red fearful lights. All of a sudden the helmet dropped & different pieces moved vastly on the ground, all the pieces came from nowhere. Soon a body was formed, than arms,then legs, until a fully functioned Cyberman stood looking at them with only one word to say.
"Delete! Delete! Delete!"
Both The Doctor & Shining Armor dogged the attempted attacks.
"Shining Armor we need to lower him to the pit room!"
"Are you sure that this may open the doors?! It seems off that Cybermen used Cybermen to open the doors."
"Trust me! It's better to be sure than die trying."
Shining Armor threw a rock at the wall catching the Cybermans attention. He quickly runs to the glass barricade with the enemy following him. The Doctor runs to the lever & begins a attempt to pull it, but just what Shining Armor said it was to hard, The Doctor grabs a long strip of cable wire close to him & wraps it around the lever. He tugs the wire to a nearby rock & wraps it around. It only made too little progress. The Doctor pulls out his Sonic Screwdriver & points it to the lever, it increased the chances.
"Shining Armor use your magic now!"
Yelled The Doctor. Shining Armor pointed his horn to the lever & pulled it completely, The glass barricade opened freely poring The Cyberman to his doom & Shining Armor close to his. The Doctor rushed & grabbed his hoof quickly. He pulled him back up to safety & they both laid near the pit. After a few minuets Colgate & Ditzy came rushing into the room. They both cheered with happiness to see him. Ditzy flew up to The Doctor & said...
"The doors are open! we have a way out! Are you okay!? I'm sooo glad to see you guys!"
"Oh yes we are indeed alright. We just happen to run into a unwanted guest that's all."
"Hehe that happens allot around here!"
"Shining Armor. I must say how were you able to use magic? I thought pensioners had magic erased from them."
Shining Armor placed his hoof along side his horn. A strange vibration was felt.
"I guess it's some element in this tomb that restored it."
"Never mind that! all that matters now is that you have a magical ability for use. Now we must get to that library Twilight mentioned."
"Oh my sisters Library. I know the way!"
"Excellent! You can lead the way if you don't mind. Now lets get out of this place! Brigadier might be waiting outside to guide us."
The group walked out of the tomb than the tall building. The gang walks pass the warehouse into a loading dock filled with the exact same crates with the exact same logo. Suspension & wonder grew into both The Doctor & Shining Armors mind, beyond the loading dock was an island that is barely visible. Shining Armor keeps up a good stare to it, this gives a good clue from where the crates are being shipped from. Shining Armor walks towards The Doctor.
"That island beyond there. I find it specious."
"I do as well. We better contact Brigadiers group at the train station."
They all began walking through the maze of crates, with only one goal. Get to the train station, there is indeed a high possibility of the factory located beyond that point. All of them marched for what seems like hours & hours through the crates, every time an exit was found it turned out to be a place they already visited. The crate maze grew more hard & aggravating to them as they worked hard to find an exit, all of a sudden a Pegasuses pony was seen flying up in the sunny sky with his shadow shading the gang below. Colgate looked up directly at the pony & started to yell until Ditzy covers her mouth.
"Shhhh Colgate! look at the uniform it's a Royal Guard!"
"So what Ditzy? It's a guard! we have help!"
Shining Armor walks up to Colgate & said.
"Shes right. The Royal Guards serve The Master. now remember?"
Colgate shook her head. All of a sudden hoof steps were heard walking on the burning sand, getting closer & closer to them. Than that one hoof step turned into many, Ditzy looked carefully to the outer left to catch a close glimpse of the sudden interruption. It was two Royal Guards examining the crates & checking the area of intruders.
"What is it Ditzy?"
Said Colgate. Ditzy placed her hoof on her mouth genitally & whispered "Shhhh!" The two Royal Guards grew a conversation that seems to be an answer to the loading dock affair.
"Alright lets make thins quick! Lets check these crates fast so The Master can be alerted overtime."
"Whats the whole deal with The Master & these factory crates? I seems off that he would place them here for safe keeping, rather than getting rid of them like any other pony. I wonder if it wasn't the princesses that held these experiments."
"Don't be ridiculous Cloud Chaser. There here for possibly investigation."
"If you say so sir but I'd rather go with my own ideals."
"Better not share that kid! The Master would kill you if he knew about your opinions."
"Alright! calm down! we better get back to that facility on the island."
Cloud Chaser was a young Stallion Pegasus pony with a lavender coat, a chocolate brown mane, chocolate brown eyes, & a compass cutie mark. He was forced into the Royal Armed Forces not to serve The Master but to feed his family, He was extremely poor like everypony else, & he has a rather different feeling for The Master. After the conversation from the two Guards All four decided to quickly find a way out & to contact Brigadier at the Train Station. As they walked through the crates The Doctor kept on thinking about Cloud Chaser, questions began to rush through his head. Maybe that Stallion knows about the truth, The Doctor just hopes he is not hostile against him. As they continued to walk through the crates Ditzy walked close to The Doctor.
"Doctor I have a different thought on the Pegasus. Maybe he is not what his uniform fits him to be."
"Trust me Ditzy I know. I wonder if he knows anything about the Cyberman activity."
After hours of walking they finally found the exit. All of them began to rush to the Train Station, with no chance of stopping anytime soon. The Doctor stopped & pulls out the Dalek gun & tosses it to Shining Armor. Shining Armor waves at The Doctor for a sign of thanks. before they began to talk they started running once more through the streets littered with zombies, Shining Armor didn't hesitate to shoot down the hostile ones. All of them continued to run, they were greeted by a tall bridge on top of the bridge was another pony just starring at them. He or she didn't seem but continued to stare at them. Shining Armor pointed the Dalek gun towards the figure but The Doctor puts his hoof gently on the gun & shakes his no. Once again they started running, they never looked back for nothing than they ended up in a small section. They were about to move ford until a robotic scream was heard. beside all four was apartment buildings, straight in front of them was a gate door. In front of the gate door was a pony with cybernetic glowing red eyes. Almost half of her body was covered from head to toe with robotic continentals, The Doctor looked dead ahead at it & said...
"My God! The Cyberman cycle has begun early!"
Around each of them more cybernetic ponies walk slowly out of the shadows stalking them. Shining Armor pulled out a Dalek gun & points it towards the one in the middle. The Doctor begins to scold him.
"That weapon is no use right now! I think they are not hostile unless we attack."
"Not hostile? they are surrounding us with tensions! it would be the best to hold out some safety."
"Look I've dealt with these type of scenarios. The best you can do is trust me."
The Doctor walks up calmly to the middle cybernetic pony.
"We mean you no harm. We ask very calmly, what do you want from us?"
The Cyberpony walked up to him slowly, the eyes suddenly turn blue from red. The Doctor found this as a non threat. finally the Cyberpony begins to speak.
"We are not ponies anymore.... We demand comfort.... We demand help...."
"Who did this to you all? I want an answer! of coarse I can guess who."
"The Master..... We follow The Master now.... We follow The Master now...."
The other robotic things joined together repeating the same phrase over & over again. The demand grew louder & louder almost harming the sanity of all four, The Doctor walks up to the cyberpony & begins to continue the conversation.
"Oh dear. I'm sorry my friend! I'm sorry for all of you! I'll be sure to end all of this by any means necessary!"
"We....Can't allow....We...Are now his puppets.....Soon you will be too Doctor..."
All of a sudden a shadow of another pony hits the ground, walking through the crowd of robotic ponies was a pony with scrambled lush black hair, a grey coated mane & a tuxedo that seems to not fit him properly. He walked up to The Doctor with a long smile on his face & hugs him to death. The pony walks up to the enemy & grew a rather harsh frown on his face but still hugs the robot anyway. The pony begins to talk.
"You cant consult me as an ally to the trembling little creep! Now I warn you! I'm The Doctor, well I use to be until I was exiled to earth. Well look at me now I'm back! now I better diverse a plan to stop you."
It was the 2nd incarnation of The Doctor! he walks up to the group & begins to greet them happily, he begins to pull out the flute & plays it softly. He starts to dance under the warm feeling & connection with his device, he was content with the sound of the soft music being performed. The Doctor walks up to his past memory & taps him on the shoulder. The 2nd Doctor turns around.
"What is it? What do you want?"
"Another one of my old phases."
"Ahhh so your me in the future. I don't like my looks but I shall get use to it."
"I couldn't take my looks seriously at first but after a while, you may find it editable."
"I didn't came here from a time breach you know. The Timelords piped my space memory to this location at the same time as you. The galaxy is under siege."
"You don't say? We were actually on the way to the train station to meet up with Brigadiers troops."
"Brigadier!? I miss that old chap! I'll come with you!"
"And how do you suppose we are doing that? with these half Cyberman things blocking our path."
"Well that's going to be bit of a stretch. Just be glad there not hostile! that would be a bit of a challenge."
"Indeed. That station isn't far from here & this place holds some sort of magnetic energy. I got it!"
"Well go on tell us!"
As The 2nd Doctor returns to play his heart out, The 15th Doctor pulls out a strange piece of machinery from his travelers bag. It was some type of detector, it began to scan the vicinity of the area. A light from the detector began to flash fearfully, The Doctor followed the direction from which the detector picks up. He ran pass the Cyberponies into one of the apartments on the right, this lead to the underground basement filled with sacks of milk. Beside him was a shadow of a Royal Guard preparing to siege him, The Doctor grabbed the milk & carried it. Right before he was about to exit the basement The Royal guard swooped in front of the door blocking off the exit path, it was Cloud Chaser the Pegasuses pony. Cloud Chaser begins to look at The Doctor with a fierce but yet worried emotion.
"Your not leaving this area without giving out the information of that sack!"
"Wow hey I'm not hostile! I'm The Doctor, look it's my Screwdriver see."
The Doctor pulls out his Screwdriver to show. The ears of Cloud Chaser plops down with his face freeze in shock.
"So it's true... The Doctor really does exist."
"oh yeah I do don't I? Hey do I know you from somewhere?"
"Not that I know of."
"Never mind. Now I must go. I'll see you around stranger."
The Doctor pass by Cloud Chaser & out of the door, he meets up with the crowed again. The 2nd Doctor turns his attention to the milk sack & smiled while placing both of his hoofs together in excitement.
"Well excellent work my future self. I think I would rather get use to my new appearance now! Lets sort things out now, shawl we?"
"My Sonic picked up a high connection with this milk. What's strange is that the Sonic Screwdriver only scan's metal, somehow it's picking up information about the milk."
The eyes of the Cyberponies grew red & all of them started to speak.
"The....Sonic......Screwdriver.......Is a.....Lie....!"
The 2nd Doctor walks up angrily at the Cyberpony in the middle & begins talking in a tone of menace.
"A lie isn't it? how dare you claim that the Sonic Screwdriver is a lie! now I shall complain."
The 15th Doctor looks directly at the Sonic Screwdriver & back at the Cyberponies, are they right? is the Sonic really a lie. Than again this was the second phase of the Cyberman evolution upon the ponies, intelligence isn't really on the high stander. The Sonic Screwdriver reviles the milk being some form of burnt metal acid. The Doctor pours a small bit of milk on the ground & the Cyberponies began to scream & back off one feet. Colgate walks up towards The 15th Doctor.
"Doctor I've seen this before! oh & who's the other pony?"
"Well it's about time you ponies decided to speak. That other pony is me well was me. That dose not matter now explain this milk thing here will you."
"It's holy substance. The Timelord spy's used it against the Daleks during the Time war. It's able to shut down any mechanical object with one simple spray."
"I don't want to harm them. I just want to shut down the phase from continuing. If we get to that facility than we might be able to release a cure through the pipes of the facility."
Shining Armor runs up to the two with a delightful manner.
"My magic! I got it! Doctor I can stun them to a long sleep with my magic."
"Excellent! How long to be precise?"
"Two days."
"Good!"
Shining Armor's horn begins to light up with magic & after a minute beams began to shoot out targeting the Cyberponies. All of them slowly faint with a helpless tension, the red lights gave out as they grew weak. All five began running to the gate quickly exiting the area that was once near them. They ran out of the ally into a open field with very few houses. In front of them laid the Train Station but nopony was there. The area was competently abandoned, all five walked up to the Train Station. Behind them a faint noise of marching was heard. All around the area a group of Royal Guards charge after them with swords & other weapons. Ditzy walks up to the 15th Doctor.
"I don't suppose you have any other suggestions now Doctor. Do you?"
"I'm afraid not."
All five look in awe as the Guards come closer & closer.

As the Royal Guards grew closer there apprentice became rather different, all fiver of them were surrounded by the vicious Guards. Shining Armor pulled out the Dalek gun & began to grip it with forceful tensions preparing to fire at any giving moment, Ditzy flew up looking for an alternative exit from the sticky situation, Colgate rushed inside the Train Station looking for a form of communication, & the two Doctors sit in front waiting for the arrival. Once The Royal Guards drew closer to them the three waiting outside began to notice the rotten flesh dangling from their bodies, whats strange was that the insides were robotic no blood not nothing just robotic steel insides. The 15th Doctor looked directly towards The 2nd Doctor.
"Do you see that?"
"No. Do point it out to me."
The 15th Doctor pointed his hoof to the green shredding skin being replaced with Cyberman parts. The 2nd Doctor nodded as if he finally understands.
"Ahhh I see now. Well we better sort a plan before we all get killed!"
All of a sudden Cloud Chaser flew straight from the sky down to all 3 standing out, Cloud Chaser runs straight into the Train Station carrying a brown block with a lever on top. Cloud Chaser peeks out the window as if he wants the Guards to come closer, he places his hoof on the lever being prepared to pull when ready. The Two Doctors look at each other in confusion for who that Pegasuses was. Cloud Chaser lifts the window & yells to all three.
"Hurry now get in!"
All three rushed into the building & ducked. Cloud Chaser pulls the lever & then the far buildings exploded with such force. The force & wind came crashing towards them knocking The Guards all over the place, the windows began to collapse as the strong winds blew into the Station. Glass flew almost at every consecutive place inside, equipment held inside the Station flew over the place crashing upon the walls & floors. The wooden roof began to break away & flew out of site. Cracks grew upon the wall, as the building began to collapse. Ditzy flew outside & gave the command.
"Hurry get out before it's too late!"
The rest inside the station ran out moving as fast as there feet can allow them, behind them the Train Station began to blow out of sight with the wind violently bringing flying objects with it. The wind settled & everything was calm again, Ditzy walked up to Storm chaser & said.
"What in the world was that?"
"An Atomic detonator. This things can come in use someday. Shining Armor is that you?"
Shining Armor gets up from the ground & shakes his head, removing any form of dust from the explosion.
"I beg you pardon, but who are you?"
"Oh you don't remember me. Well it's been a rather long time since we last meet."
"Well you do look like somepony I use to know. Wait Cloud Chaser is that you?"
Before Cloud Chaser was able to continue Ditzy pushed them out of the way from a fast moving armored jeep. Inside was Brigadier Stewart & behind came forth another jeep, Brigadier noticed The 2nd Doctor & grew puzzled.
"Now that's a face I'm familiar with. Whats the news on the factory & sorry for being late."
Colgate walked up to the jeep & begins to explain the situation.
"We were in a shipyard & right across from us was some sort of island. The shipyard had a loading dock filled with crates that, seemed to be shipped off from that Island beyond."
"Then that's our destination, The two Doctors ride with me, Shining Armor & your friend hop on to the other jeep, & what about you two?"
"You forgot The Doctor is not the only one with a Tardis."
"Your a Timelord as well?"
"Yes did you notice the Cutie mark?"
"Right. There is no time for chatting we must get to that island."
The two Doctors jumped into the back of a jeep with Brigadier, Shining Armor & Cloud Chaser got in the other jeep, & Colgate with Ditzy began to move on back to the warehouse. Along the way back the towns were silent filled with knocked out Cyberponies from earlier, Ditzy looks on with fear from the possible future, raindrops began to hit the sandy ground as they once sunny skies get covered by clouds. Thunder begins to rage across the area & the rain started pounding the ground. To avoid getting wet Colgate & Ditzy began running to a nearby house for shelter. Ditzy looks over at Colgate & said.
"We have no choice but to keep on moving, we must meet the them at any giving time."
"Right but we need to think of a way to get to my Tardis quicker without granting any attention."
"I got it! Your a unicorn Timelord. Do you have any knowledge of a teleportation spill?"
"I do but it's risky. We don't want to end up in front of a guard or anything."
Ditzy sat down & placed her hoof upon her head & began to think about other options. Colgate looked out the window checking for any safety route. A beeping began inside a room near them, Colgate & ditzy walked across the house checking for the source of the beeping & they found one last room, Ditzy tried to open the door but the lock was jammed shut, Colgate begins searching the living room for any object for pick locking. Ditzy looks back at her & said.
"Wait your a unicorn remember?"
"Yes but I'm still learning the rope of using proper magic. I'm not that advance yet."
Ditzy look down in front of the door, near her hooves was a shaggy Ditzy lifted the mat & found a shinny blue key with a purple diamond on the top. Ditzy placed the key upon the lock & opened the door, inside the room was a rather unbelievable sight. It was another giant blue box standing in front of her, it was the Tardis well a different looking Police Box. It seemed more lighter than the other Tardis, Colgate walked up & was stunned to see another Tardis. The doors of the Tardis quickly popes open & a Stallion pony walks out & fell to the ground with a thud. The Stallion was wearing a dark brown heavy long loopy jacket with a scarf wrapped around his neck, both Colgate & Ditzy look upon him with wonder. Ditzy began to speak.
"Is this another past phase?"
"I'm afraid yes!"
The strange Stallion opened his eyes & whispered into Ditzy's ear.
"Timing Malfunction."
"Please rest mister. Who are you anyway?"
"I'm The Doctor. remember Ditzy?"
"How do you know my name?"
"Memories. Time breaches can be critical! may I have a cup of tea real quick?"
The Doctor laid on the couch calmly sipping the warm hot tea, moving his head while looking around the house. The rain rumbles on the roof of the house & both Ditzy & Colgate look on with questions running through their heads. The Doctor pulls out a book from his long lumpy jacket pocket & begins reading. The book was labeled "Age of Gallifreyan Exploration." The book was black with the Gallifrey symbol on the back. The Doctor opens the book & begins reading, he places his hoof into his other pocket & pulls out a white paper bag filled with gummies, he begins snacking on them while being occupied with the book. He looks up at both of the wondering ponies & puts his hoof forward holding the bag.
"Jelly Baby anypony?"
Both Colgate & ditzy shake their heads no, The Doctor places the bag upon the table & continues reading. The sun begins to settle upon the risen & the night sky rules the land. The Doctor places his book down & walks towards the window peaking outside. Stars filled the sky sparking with such beautiful emotion, the moon glazed peacefully in the sky shining a reflection on the puddles of water from the storm. The Doctor walked away from the window & towards both Ditzy & Colgate. In a nervous tone The Doctor began to speak.
"How is it night time? Luna is locked up somewhere she can't raise the moon under that state, how is this possible?"
The Doctor walks back inside his Tardis & grabs a shrouded old hat & puts it on. He grabs the book that was laid upon the desk & puts it back inside his long hallow pocket. Ditzy & Colgate look on upon the nervous Stallion. The Doctor scrambled around the house looking for supplies to bring with him, than he walks back inside the Tardis & begins searching for his belongings. He walks out up towards Colgate.
"You said your Tardis is busted am I correct?"
"Um y-yes s-sir."
"Colgate don't be shy it's me The Doctor! well I was once The Doctor but that doesn't matter now I'm The Doctor!"
Meanwhile upon the facility The Master arrives inside the building being greeted by his Loyal servants & workers. The Master was a blue Timelord with shaped blonde hair & bright yellow eyes. The Master was an Earth Pony now controlling all of Equestia, he walk up to the dungeon section of the facility where all three princesses lay hopeless. The Master even captured Discord since he has a magic of power & the loyalty of the ponies. The master grinned from ear to ear looking at the helpless princesses, the dungeon was filled of Oder & decaying rot, the place was nearly overgrown. A old wooden chair was resting in the middle of the room, The Master walked towards it & began to sit staring at the defeated enemy's.
"Under a day or two all of you worthless pieces of thrown away trash will be wiped permanently from the galaxy. I wouldn't want to mess that day for all my life, all of you once had a place of thrown & respect but now here you all are powerless from your own ignorance."
All of the prisoners stand there looking at him with utter disgust, the room was lighted up with torches & instead of bars for the separate rooms it was strong fabric, of glass. Every cell contained a toilet, a table for eating, a sink & a stone bed that rested on the cold hard ground.  
It was almost a depressing site. The Master looked on at the ponies & felt happy inside.
"No word huh? Looks like I have the upper hand of the argument!"
Quickly the door bashed open & a worker of the facility rushed in with important news. The Master looked puzzled at the frighten Soldier.  
The Guard was sweating from head to toe or hoof with fear & emotion, The Master felt uneasy with a hint of anxiety from the available news. The Guard rushed in front of The Master & was ready to receive the bad news.
"Master my apologies but I'm afraid I have some rather bad news to give you."
"Come on now! Get on with it will you!"
"Our messenger founded two odd looking transportation devices heading towards our location."
"Well who's on it? Rebels,Conspiracy nuts,residence members?"
"All the carts are being controlled by the looks of high commanding officers. In one cart there were two ponies one is a Pegasus & the other was a unicorn. But the other cart."
"Tell me now! I command you so desperately!"
"Two incarnations of The Doctor sir."
The Master looks on with shock & fear, he quickly walks to the wall behind him & pushes a block in. The room began to shake & raddled as the wall moved away. Once everything was calm A huge room appeared with huge silver sphere in the middle, the sphere was being holed up a support beams, & under it was the new eye of harmony invented by the favor of The Master. blocks of Controls surround the eye, The Master walks up & begins pushing different buttons & pulling different levers, on his side was a track monitor, The Master pulls it down & starts turning the two knobs on it trying to track down the brigade. He finally found them heading close to an old abandon town near the coastline, he turns on the x-ray scan & founded a large chip controlled Kraken under the town. The Master places his hoofs upon each other & begins laughing very extreme.
"Master I know I've been working here for months but what in the world is that?"
"Heheh The Dooms Day Clock. Within the length of two days everything upon the Galaxy will bow to me! I would finally get the control of the Universe I craved for."
"Well you already control Equestia. What more would you possible want."
"Immortality & power. Hope will soon be under my favor."
The two jeeps rage across the desert night sky leaving nothing but relief behind them, Shining Armor & Cloud Chaser sat at the back talking to each other & chatting about memories & such. The Two Doctors sat staring at the night sky admiring the stars, with hopes of a better future for Equestia. They passed by many mountains & savannas getting closer & closer to the coastline. Cloud Chaser lays back on the bunk of the jeep admiring the fresh breeze from the wind moving through his mane. Shining Armor continues to sit nervously, while thinking about his wife Cadance.
"Hey Armor are you sure your fine? you seem very uneasy right now."
"It's my wife. The Master has taking half of the princesses, besides her. Shes in danger I can feel it!"
"Wait? When was it the last time you two saw each other?"
"About a week ago I think. Guards & soldiers entered our room at the castle & took me away from her. I was sentenced to death until he saved me."
"Who?"
"The Doctor. Something is odd about him. It's if he's not even a pony."
"This plague has really gotten to your head Armor. We are all crazy here."
"Cloud Chaser! I know he's not from here. I walked into his Police Box space craft thing. Oh whats the name of it I can't remember."
Dead ahead of them was a bridge with both sides lifted upward to the sky, pass the bridge was the coastline & a old torn down village. Boats hanged out over the water with a strong sack of rope, that was connected to a house on a boardwalk. whats separating them from the town was a deep dark trench with odd slime rolling down it. A group of peasants guarded the bridge from any infected or Royal Guards. The 15th Doctor jumped out of the jeep & walked up to the peasant group. Other peasants walked slowly examining the inside & out of the jeeps, making sure it's not a hostile contact, while examining they grew curious & abstracted. They have never ever seen a jeep before, nor is there technology that advanced yet. A mare peasant looked at The Doctors eyes & asked.
"Friend or Foe? Clean or Cut? Helpful or Harmful?"
"Well I don't understand your rather strange language but I'm The Doctor."
"Answer the Questions Doctor!"
"Friend, Clean & very helpful!"
As they both continued the conversation Cloud Chaser begins to look at the town once again but noticed something different. Wagons were scattered across the area & were torn down by some sort of force, fresh bodies of ponies laid dead & the bodies are fresh & possibly still warm. inside the buildings from the windows sparkling blue lights began to flash followed from very unsettling screaming. The conversation went on for about ten minuets until The 2nd Doctor walked up towards them & said.
"Oh for heavens sake! We are not infected my dear friend! we are safe clean travelers trying to look for a warm, safe area to sleep for tonight."
The 2nd Doctor pulled out a bright red bag with a golden rope laced on top of it & tossed it to the mare. She opened it slowly as if it was some form of weapon. Inside was Gold Dust worth millions of bits for supplies. The mare looked over at another peasant & nodded her head for him to lower the gate. The tall long wooden lever took up to ten peasant to pull down. Once the bridge was lowered the jeeps began moving through to the village but they were never prepared for what was waiting for them there.  
Meanwhile Colgate, Ditzy & The 4th Doctor were walking their way to the warehouse that holds Colgate's Tardis. The Doctor continued to snack on JellyBabies looking around for any signs of trouble. The Doctor looks towards Ditzy & asks.
"Were you ever aware of this before I came."
"Not really no. But ponies started worshiping some Stallion that promised a future for Equestia."
"What kind of future?"
"Peace,freedom,Justice & Immortality."
"Must be The Master I'm guessing."
"Maybe I never seen the Stallion before."
All three made it to the warehouse & sneaked their way inside, but the inside was full of old antiques instead of loading crates, there were different stands selling different kinds of items. The warehouse was an new trading ground for bits of money, all different kinds of objects were found, from medieval pony times all the way up to Equestian culture. The Doctor was very pleased to experience this. In the middle of the warehouse was an old fancy closet, with a beautifully peach colored surface. Colgate walked up to it & used her magic to grab a key on the top of the closet. She places the key in the lock & opens the door only to revile a larger interior inside. In the middle of the room was a blue console with a series of different levers & buttons, different tables were all over the room, each holding scientific objects & tools. the walls were light blue matching the same fur color as Colgate & had round light space beams. Colgate looked back at Ditzy & The Doctor & said.
"Welcome aboard my Tardis! Now can you fix it?"
The Doctor took off his hat & scarf & said
"As long if there is a place that can lay my belongings."
The Master walked to his desk at the facility & sat down on his warm relaxing chair. The golden door that lead to his office opened & suited business ponies walked in. All ten of them bowed before him showing their respects towards The Master, in front of his desk was a long table packed full of seats. Each pony sat down & began begin sipping on a cup of tea. The Master pushes a button & then a laptop reveled itself from the desk. The Master began to to speak.
"Friends of Equestia & enemy Timelords I'm here gathered with you all today to celebrate a lunch of an new era for our corporation & for this planet."
All the lights flashed out & turned their attention to a glass locked cage. Inside the cage was a demonic creature wearing some dark black shredded cloak. It was no other than the once powerful Tyrus. The Master looked on at him with a long evil smile on his face.
"The Dooms Day Clock will soon be active & I will be reborn from the past. Tyrus, a once evil dweller is now a victim to my power. Once The Dooms Day Clock is in effect than Tyrus's body will soon be mine."
The officials in the room started to clap after hearing this surprise. All of a sudden the lights flashed on reveling many Daleks surrounding the room. near the door was no other than their leader Davros, The Master began to break out in laughter over the terrified faces of the business ponies. The door once again opened up reveling the leader of The Cyberman. A alliance was formed & it was not of the faint of heart, it was of pure evil.
"Now for your help The Master grants all of you a chance to be free!"
The jeeps rolled into town & the crew got off for investigation, the place was filled with dead pony corpses but they were still warm & fresh. The ground was covered with some odd slime, lights continued to flash from the destroyed buildings & everything seemed different than usual. Just then a large tentacle exited the sand & threw the two jeeps towards them, only killing about three soldiers. More & more tentacles poped out attacking them violently. Cloud Chaser founded Brigadier dyeing slowly on the ground. Brigadier said in a sorrow restless voice.
"Find the Two Doctors now! & stop that thing!"
Brigadiers eyes slowly shut. Brigadier is now dead.

The Kraken's tentacles dropped it's way smack into the underground surface ready for the attack on the helpless group, The two Doctors scramble into a nearby house for cover the beast, inside was pitch dark with rumbling shacking the house from side to side, easily making both of them slip along the way. The place wasn't all dark, up stairs lights began to flash with bright sparks hitting the cold surface of the floor, both The two Doctors walked up unsure of what is waiting for them both upstairs. Just before they got to the door the house collapsed hitting the surface with a huge unwavering thud, Shining Armor runs up to the impacted crash & finds The two Doctors laid upon the ground with a painful tone. Tentacles surround them with no possible way out, then all of a sudden gunshots exploded with anger in the night sky as bullets penetrated the Kraken. It was Brigadier trying to stop the blood fest, he yelled to them the command.
"Go! Get to the boats!"
The 2nd Doctor turns back at him & said.
"Oh no, no, no! Your coming with us! you cant stay here with the possible danger!"
"Only one Stallion must stay behind to destroy the beast, & it's me. I'm just a past figment, I'm already dead."
All three including some of Brigadiers troops ran to a motor boat on the docks & started the engine. The 15th Doctor looked back at Brigadier & started to try to convince him into coming.
"I'm sorry Brigadier but if this is what you want then I must accept it. Thanks for your help old friend!"
Brigadier started to wave at the boat as the Kraken swallowed him whole. The boat started to move out of appearance into the night sky with Cloud Chaser flying along with them. The 15th Doctor looked backed sadden over a death of a good friend & also curious over the strange lights founded in the upstairs room. Cloud Chaser landed on their boat with winds plashing through his mane. Shining Armor walks up to The 15th Doctor & asks.
"Are you okay Doctor?"
"I'll recover eventually. Do you still happen to have that Dalek gun?"
"I do but I think it's overheated."
"Let me see it real quick."
Shining Armor passes the gun to The 15th Doctor. The Doctor looks at it closely & noticed something very peculiar. It was another cybernetic chip from the arms of the Cyberman.
"I think we found a hopeful cure to this impediment."
"& what would that be?"
"This is a cybernetic chip. We can use this to reform the Cyberman back to their original state."
"Well why isn't it working? Whats going on?"
"Don't worry it's under stress rough terrain, it should recover soon. I've been wondering about Colgate & Ditzy though. I better find a way to make contact with them."
Meanwhile at the facility The Master walks outside with Davros & The Cyberman leader. Outside was filled with smoke pipes & different platforms, around the vicinity were Daleks & Cyberman working together in a pack of an alliance, below the platforms & smoke pipes was a long steel gate closed shut tightly. The Master looks towards Davros & said.
"The Dooms Day clock is ticking. I wonder how many will fall beyond are feet?"
Davros looks towards The Master & said.
"We've been waiting months for the demise of our enemy's. Now they can sleep within their own tears & blood!"
The Cyberleader begins to enter in on the chat.
"This planet was once ruled by the great & powerful race of Cyberman. Now it's being controlled by a pathetic inferior race known as ponies."
The Master looked up to The Cyberman Leader & said.
"Soon my friend soon."
All three stare down at the lands & beyond. At the main console inside Colgate's Tardis, The Doctor lays under the console connecting different wires & scanning each with the Sonic. After a few connections the doors shut & opened repeatedly, then after one good scan the doors shut & began working back to it's original state. Small sparks began shooting out of the console whole where The Doctor was laying down working, The Doctor looked over to Colgate & said.
"Open one of the round things & pass me a ranch please."
Colgate didn't hesitate to follow commands to get her Tardis fixed for good, Ditzy looked at The Doctor differently & asked.
"What are the round things?"
"I don't know but I love em! unforgivably my future 15th self decided to change it to some steam punk library museum type of thing. Of course You've already met my 15th life when he took you out of your sad state & swam with you in space. Tell me Ditzy does he still carry that diary of his with him?"
Ditzy blushed remembering the first time she meet The Doctor at the forest.
"Yes! he is very content with it as well. It seems as if he wants to write down every memory so he'll never forget the good times."
Ditzy giggled until the engine sounded & Colgate's Tardis prepared for takeoff. The Doctor got out from under the counsel & placed the hedges back to it's current position, Colgate ran up to him & gave out a huge hug for a sign of gratitude. Colgate started flicking switches upon the lime green counsel & ran around happily.
"Next stop The Island of deeds!"
Yelled out Colgate with excitement in her voice, Ditzy began to grin over her happiness & joy, she loved to see other ponies happy because it fills her heart with more warm content rather than dark. The Doctor pulled out a chair & started reading his book once more. A loud ding was heard throughout the the interior of Colgate's Tardis, Colgate walked over inside one room once she walked out she was carrying a tray of hot warm butter Tea & a few sandwiches. She offered the Tea & food to Ditzy & she rejected it.
"Are you sure your not hungry Ditzy? The island is a few hours away from here."
"I'll be fine Colgate but thanks for the offer. I just have him on my mind right now."
A few hours pass since the Kraken swallowed up Brigadier, The 2nd Doctor began playing with his flute recorder to ease of the worries for a while, The 15th Doctor kept studying the chip & wondering more about it's nature. Cloud Chaser kept his eye out for the island & fly's into the night sky to pass time, all the boredom was soon finished when a futuristic cargo ship quickly moved it's way towards their path. Lazers & bullets rain upon them like a pack of angry hornets. The 15th Doctor stood up & yelled.
"Hold Fire! we greet you no harm!"
A speaker from the ship was now in effect as somepony said.
"Come aboard & state your identity & purpose."
A platform dropped upon both sides for both crews to get on. Once aboard the platform the levers began to raise it up from the waters, on top a crew of what seems to be new age military ponies wait to greet them. It was the middle of the night once the ship was present, once the group was on top a light yellow Pegasus mare pony dressed in fine clothing walked up to them & asks.
"State your Identification."
"No need to be pushy! I'm The Doctor & this is Shining Armor, Cloud Chaser, & my 2nd incarnation."
"What that strange untidy small Stallion?"
The 2nd Doctor gave the mare a stern & angered look & said.
"How dare you consult me in that type of way! I've been saving the universe over & over again way before you were ever born!"
The 15th Doctor giggled in humor over the argument & said.
"It's true I'm a Timelord that spent most of his life facing off against enemies that would blow your mind out of it's hinges & beyond. By the way what are you ponies anyway? I never seen anypony with technology this advanced around here."
"We are Torchwood & we are very aware of you quite well Doctor."
"What's Torchwood doing here in the first place? Oh dear don't tell me you ponies are really under consideration with forming an alliance with The Master."
"The head adviser shall answer your questions Doctor. Now please come along but your friends must stay."
"Why must they stay I demand a answer!"
"The adviser wants to only speak to The Doctor."
The 2nd Doctor jumped up with force & said.
"What about me I'm also The Doctor."
The 15th Doctor looked back at him & said.
"Stay with the group! I think they might need a Doctor in case of any conflicts.
The 15th Doctor & the mare began walking towards a door near the outer bay. The rest of the group was guided by Torchwood officials to the guest area. The Doctor & the mare walked into the advisers office, once inside it was like a living room. A fire place rested upon the side with different bookshelves surrounding it. Different pictures of different historical events from The Doctor hanged upon the wall, in front of him was a desk with a chair facing away from him. The mare walked out shutting the door behind him, a shadow of another Pegasus Mare was glazed onto the wall. The Doctor calmly asked.
"Who are you?"
It didn't take long for the Mare to respond to him.
"I might be your closest friend right now unless you get on my bad side."
"And how is that possible Mrs.Torchwood Adviser?"
"If that's what you wish to call me I'm hundred percent consumed with it."
The Doctor looks around the books & checks them out with such interest. He grabs one & said.
"Such a wonderful collections of stories you have here. Ahhh "Outcasts" One of my personal favorites!"
"I'm glad. Now lets get down to business. The Master & this planet."
Meanwhile Celestia begins her struggle to rise the sun with few effects. The Master walks to The Dooms Day Clock & stares down into the closed Eye of Harmony. The Master stares for a minuet & begins to track The Doctors Tardis with the monitor. Once he found The Doctors Tardis he began's to pull different levers to guide The Tardis inside his facility, right then the landing sound of The Tardis was present & it appeared in front of the Dooms Day Clock with the light flashing on top. The Master was pleased to see The Blue Box & began to open The Eye of Harmony, draining the power of The Tardis & soon The Doctor's. Inside the Torchwood vesicle The Doctor continued his meeting with the Adviser until it was soon interrupted with The Doctor fainting onto the ground with unbelievable pain. He muttered to the adviser saying.
"It was you wasn't it? You work for The Master do you!?"
"Would you look at that. The Doctor is dying? I never expected that."
"You stopped me from getting to the library. You know that the library holds an element of power, so under the will of The Master you stopped us from pushing farther."
"The Master has won Doctor! there is nothing we Timelords can do about it! he formed a alliance with Davros & the Cyberman leader."
"Timelords? Who are you?"
The chair slowly turned around reveling a grey Mare pony with long dark black hair & blue eyes just like The Doctor. Under a horrific aight The Doctor stared with shock as the adviser replied.
"My name is Discorded Whooves, & I'm The Doctor."

The Master stares at the "Blue Box" with reward & accomplishment, at last a Galaxy was soon to be opened for a place under his control, as well as time itself. The Master opens up small cabinets attached to the bottom of the Dooms Day Clock interior, inside was a series of different power sucking wires, The Master turns a switch near the cabinet & his Sonic Screwdriver piped out from a container on the top. With the Screwdriver The Master can force open the counsel control scheme in The Tardis. The Master grabs the infinite wires by the mouth & walked inside The Tardis to be greeted by the 15th Doctors persona. Like what Ditzy had saw, it was a living library, Museum type of scenario that seems to fit The Doctors personalty. The Master ignored the features even though it sparked his high interest, he walks up to the counsel & scans the bottom with his Sonic Screwdriver until the bottom side iron pad plopped off. Inside were different empty holes that seem to have a fitting connection with the wires, under no hesitation The Master quickly plugs them in & walks out to the Dooms Day Clock.
"Ahhh it's finally time. A new era of peace & begins tonight as I finally open The Eye of Harmony. The Dooms Day Clock is about to reach the hand of 12. It's the rebirth of The Master!"
Under a pull of a lever the eye slowly begins to open with light glazing blue lights flash from the crack, getting brighter & longer. The Tardis take off engine begins to spin out of control with sparks blazing through the windows. The ground starts shaking violently as the eye gets closer to the finished process, after the shaking & rumbling of the scene the eye was now opened. The Doctor hit's the ground with a thud yelling with anger & pain, Discord Hooves watches her decisive self dying right in front of her.
"Discord Hooves! I thought you said you were me?! Why isn't this wave effecting you?!"
"The Master granted me internal light. I'm not supposed to be effected."
"Don't you see the truth about The Master!? He wants to control time & the universe! Your following evil not good!"
"What's the point of rebellion? he's the other surviving Time lord. We must not go extinct!"
"He's my only brother! I haven't even told him yet. Huh funny brother vs brother. That's my point. I don't want to kill him I want to help my younger brother!"
Said The Doctor yelling in pain. Inside Colgate's Tardis The 4th Doctor begins to feel the effected of the eye being opened, he fainted to the ground staring up into the ceiling. Ditzy & Colgate ran up to him with anxiety & concern. The Doctor stares once more at the ceiling until Colgate begins to feel the effect as well & started to faint beside Ditzy. The Doctor begins to speak.
"The Eye of Harmony is opened. The Tardis is dying & so am I."
"Doctor! Colgate! Please don't die!"
"Y-You are the o-only hope Ditzy. Find The Doctor that you truly know. Re-remember?"
"But I don't know how to fly this thing? How? Doctor I'm scared."
"D-don't be. You know how t-to fly it. Trust me. Now get on with it!"
Ditzy walked up to the counsel with stress & worries not knowing what to do. She closed her eyes & counted to ten, with hopes of calming herself down, butterfly's filled her stomach & she began to break down in tears with fear. The Monitor began to beep constantly & Ditzy began to pull it down to her viewing. On the screen it reads "Incoming Call." Ditzy stared to twist buttons in a desperation on trying to gather the transmission. After a few tries the face of a familiar some pony appeared on the screen. It was The 15th Doctor tapping on the screen trying to get a clear connection with Ditzy.
"Ditzy is that you?!"
"Doctor! is that you?"
"Ditzy your alive!"
The Doctor started smiling with joy in his voice. Ditzy also smiled with a feeling of comfort & hope once seeing The Doctors face again.
"Doctor! you came back for us!"
"Indeed I was missing you all so dearly! Now is Colgate taking the effect?"
"Effect? She did pass out from something & so did another pony that you may know."
"Another pony? Is that a scarf & hat hanging back there?"
"Yes! It's your older phase!"
"Oh dear it's the Time breach. Now I need you to listen closely alright? The power of The Tardis is being sucked from it's power. It's effected my Tardis dearly. Colgate's Tardis is already dead, so there is no point of using it."
The Master watches on through the visible lights coming from the opened eye, he stares on thinking of any way to cut off power contact with The Doctor until tomorrow, when The Dooms Day Clock strikes into full effect. Tyrek remains chained locked inside his imprisoned cage, looking all depressed & afraid. Once tomorrow comes The Master would regenerate into Tyrek's body, giving The Master far more power than before. The Master stares on into the conversation until The Cyber man Leader enters the room.
"Master we are receiving movements coming towards the island."
"I guess our visitors aren't' aware of the peace movement we have formed. Gather the Daleks & your Cyber man & greet our guests fashionably."
"We Obey!"
The Cyber leader walks out & leaves The Master back alone thinking about his next scheme. The Cyber leader walks into another prison section filled with scared fillies & ponies alike. However The Cyber leader wasn't alone, with him was an army of Cyber man & inside the prison section was a cyber transfer being able to form any pony into a humanized Cyber man. The Cyber leader opens a cell door reveling a young brown Stallion crying for his mom. He walks up to The Cyber leader & said.
"Please I want my mom!"
"Your mom is unreliable. You will be sent free from your emotions & feelings. You shall be upgraded to our formation. You will be like us."
The Cyber leader grabs the young pony calmly & guides him into the transfer machine. Once he stopped inside the door begins to shut behind him & he starts to scream as sparks fly form the top. Once the door opened the once young scared Stallion is now a full metal war machine, he was a Cyber man.   
Under the depths of the Torch wood shit The 2nd Doctor fights to regain power & consensus. The group of military soldiers & Cloud Chaser & Shining Armor run up to aid him with worries of his feelings. Shining Armor holds The Doctors head up & asked.
"Doctor your dying! How? Whats going on Doctor speak to me!"
"O-oh my w-word. The eye is opened, my powers are fading."
"Is the effect happening on the other Doctor?"
"Indeed h-he is m-me right? I'm fading out of life Shining Armor I'm dying."
"No your not! your staying with us Doctor! Your way better than death! Please don't die."
A light blue flashing light begins to build from his hoofs moving up through his body. The 2nd Doctor was fading out of existence as his appearance begins to fade away. smoke builds up around The 2nd Doctor as he gets pushed out of life into nothingness. Underneath the ship tentacles begins to build it's way up to the main surface of it, the Kraken was back for more, Ditzy & The Doctor began to continue chatting away.
"Alright Ditzy I think there might still be a way to power Colgate's Tardis back up, but it might, be all timy wimy."
"But Doctor how am I ever going to drive this thing. I'm possibly not use to such technology as this."
"Do you have any experience under the technology & motor level?"
"I was taking classes under that level for about two years. So I guess I do in a way."
"Yay! Good! now I need you to unattached the bottom of the console & reset the engine. Now can you do that?
Ditzy bends over & removes the frame plate & finds different wires & such all connected to what seems to look like a regular car engine but with one difference. In the middle was an orange glowing light with such different atoms flowing through it, Ditzy kept her attention upon the light without looking at anything else. Once her eyes got closer a loud beem. Light shoots out into Ditzy mind possessing her. The single between the two suddenly grew static & all communications were lost. The Doctor tried using the Sonic Screwdriver upon the computer inside Discorded Hooves office but nothing worked, it was sunny outside with some rather heavy winds. Near the corner of The Doctor's eye was a tentacle swooping slowly through the waters near the ship, The Doctor quickly dodged out of the room onto the ships main deck until Torch wood officials stopped him from moving any further. Discord Hooves walks up to the hostile of the security & was rather surprised seeing The Doctor being alive.
"Doctor? You should be extincted by now! how are you still here?"
"That doesn't matter! right now this ship & it's crew is under a threat & I demand to know where my companions & friends are located."
"Doctor I know all of your tricks & I'm fully aware of what your capable of, but now I don't know if I should trust my past face. After all you are a thief."
"I was a thief. I did it to keep my granddaughter out of the danger of The Daleks during The Time War. You know it as well as I do. You are me in the future don't you see?"
"You Doctor are the one who killed many of your fellow Time lords during that war! I never ever want to experience myself under that face ever again. Your a mass murderer.
The Doctor looked on with sad memories of the past roaming through his head. He remembers after regenerating from his 8th incarnation, taking off from his Tardis & destroying Time lords & Daleks alike. His memories began to fade off into the distance as Torchwood employees began screaming & running from a tentacle diving onto the ship. More tentacles crawled up onto the surface & started a attack on the ship. Shaking increases inside the ship as Shining Armor & Cloud Chaser looks up finding the source of the Shaking. Cloud Chaser looks at Shining Armor & asks.
"It's that Kraken again isn't it? Please tell me it's not!"
"I'm afraid so. We must get to the other Doctor, if he is still alive under that case."
The soldiers agreed to stay with The 2nd Doctor until he's healed. Shining Armor & Cloud Chaser started off towards the outside deck in pursuit after The Doctor. Tentacles continued to strike the ship destroying it piece by piece, Discord Hooves started to rush inside one of the main halls in the ship, The Doctor chased on after her to find out what her objective is. Sailors & other aboard the ship were quickly being snagged in the ocean stopping right inside the mouth of the kraken, chaos surrounded The Doctor as he chases his dark side down into the ship. Shining Armor & Cloud Chaser walked carefully around every corner, screams fainted above them with such horrific emotion. A dead end filled with ruble & destruction was dead ahead of them, upon the left was a speciously looking room with a sign that reads "High Ranked Torch wood Officials Only."
"Torch wood officials only? This must be good at a full extent!"
Said Cloud Chaser sarcastically.
Shining Armor was about to open the door until a tentacle flew in through the right sided wall smashing into the door. Shining Armor & Cloud Chaser quickly ran into the room before they were attacked by any enemy. The tentacle flew out of the room leaving the two alone in a strange test lab. A long dark hall leaded them to a strange long object built into the ground straight ahead of them, on the walls containers containing zombie pony's ponies from earlier were seen with a light green liquid bubbled up inside. They both walked towards the strange object that caught their attention earlier. The object seemed to be a half sliced sphere build upon the ground, surrounding it was a fence with different poles around it. Cloud Chaser looks down at the strange sphere & said.
"What is it?"
"I don't know. Only The Doctor would know."
"We must figure out the functions. After all this is a strange organisation."
"I say we don't mess it anytime soon. Who knows what that thing is capable of!"
Beside the two the door slammed open & right in front of them was Discord Hooves, The Dark Doctor, she walked in with a guilty look upon her face mixed with a bit of anger as well. The Doctor soon cached up to her & began to turn his attention to the strange object upon the ground. He looks back up at the dark Mare with questioning in his mind. Then he asked.
"Where & how did you get this?"
"Doctor it's not as it seems you know."
"No time for any begging I want an answer & I want it now! were did you get this?"
"From your Tardis. In case you've forgotten I'm you & we both share the same Tardis. This event is a time breach so it's common for me to transport the Tardis Eye of Harmony back in here for safe keeping."
"The Master can't destroy me without opening that eye right in front you. I wonder if he's planning a search for it. You consulted the Eye back here to protect me didn't you?"
Shining Armor turns towards The Doctor & asks.
"I don't mean to be rather ignorant here but what's The Eye of Harmony?"
"Ha it's not you being ignorant! haha your just wondering that's all. Well The Eye of Harmony is the one of many sources that holds the power of time travel & the one you see right here holds the power of my Tardis. Only one eye is in existence & it's this one. Well I guess you can say two since The Master built another one."
"So that's how your loosing your power?"
"Ahhh yes of course! Now what's with the zombie ponies in here? is this meant to be some failed Halloween decoration?"
The Doctor walks up examining the containers & exploring them. He looks up at one pony & notices Cyber man features growing into them. Red eyes, Mechanic arms Etc. He walks back towards Discord Hooves & said with a tone of menace.
"Why are keeping these things! Tell me now I demand an answer!"
"Simple. Experiments."
"Experiments? did you just say experiments?"
"Indeed I did!"
Said Discord Hooves with a eerie smile on her face.
"This ship is going to that facility isn't it? You all captured us without giving yourself away, very clever I won't lie. We got captured by The Master, we are prisoners."
The room began to tumble & shake from side to side. Water begins to soak in through the walls turning the room into a swimming pool with every leak. The ship was sinking, The Doctor quickly scrambled over the place looking for objects to block off the water flow inside the ship.  
He gathered crates,small containers, & such different objects to keep the room intact. Cloud Chaser,Shining Armor,Discord Whooves watched the frightened Time lord as he panics covering the narrow holes. The Doctor looks back at all three & shouted.
"Are you going to help me out any!? The Eye must not be destroyed!"
The Doctor continued to focus on barricading the walls with different abstracted objects, but the wall couldn't & wouldn't hold in, the crates were sent flying & water pored in the laboratory. All four ran out of the room & slammed the door behind them, of course The Doctor used his Sonic screwdriver to keep the door in place for a good measure. The hallway they were in was almost completely dark, besides the flickering lights above them. More tentacles thrashed through the walls attacking them, all four started to run avoiding the attacks from the tentacles.   
The Doctor stopped running & took a long stare down the hall, water began flowing violently through the holes left in from the tentacles. The Doctor looks back at Discord Hooves & said.
"We need to destroy that thing."
"But how Doctor?" Said Shining Armor.
"For starters this is a Torch wood ship & Torch wood is best known for holding such machinery. If we cant destroy The Karken then we surly can protect the ship until it gets to the island."
The Doctor pulled out his Sonic Screwdriver & started to pick up any form of electronic material that can aid the group from the ugly beast. Luckily The Sonic picked up a clear strong signal but it was unfortunate that the signal was coming from the half flooded halls below them. The 2nd Doctor laid helpless from his power onto the cold hard surface, The Soldiers were running low of ammo from shooting the tentacles that intruded them. Of course the room was halfway flooded with water almost reaching the ceiling, The 2nd Doctor's lifeless body floats onto the clear waters while the two soldiers began to look for a way out. The 4th Doctor & Colgate eventually regained concessions only to find Ditzy controlling Colgate's Tardis without any mistakes. Colgate walked up to her until The 4th Doctor stopped her.
"I wouldn't move any closer to her Colgate. She's now one with The Tardis, well of course your Tardis."
"One with The Tardis?! what could you possible mean Doctor?"
"Ever heard of Bad Wolf?"
"Oh no!"
Ditzy turned around to them with a golden glow upon her eyes, then she turned back to the controls & started back to using them. A loud dong was heard through out The Tardis as Ditzy continues to mess with the controls. What was strange was the fact that Colgate's Tardis was disabled from the power, it was stuck in the middle of nowhere in time & space. The monitor above them was blinking the words "Timing Malfunction." The Doctor, Shining Armor, Cloud Chaser & Discord Hooves swam through the waters following the signal from the Screwdriver. The blade of the Sonic started blinking rapidly & it was leading them towards a room lighted up with red, with a small staircase leaded them towards it. After walking up the staircase they eventually got inside the room only to be greeted by a Paradox Machine. The Doctor smiled with joy & turned towards Discord Hooves & said.
"A Paradox Machine! Yes! we can activate it to build a barrier around the ship!"
Cloud Chaser looks straight at the sinking doorway that leaded them to the room. Water was moving up slowly as the ship sinks.
"What about the holes caused by the attack!? water is still filling up the ship!"
The Doctor turns towards Discord Hooves & said with a sarcastic voice.
"I wonder if some pony should of planned that ahead during the attack."
Discord Hooves turned back in a fate of embarrassment. The Doctor walked up to the Paradox Machine & started to search for any sign of controls or knobs that the Sonic can handle. The water slowly started to rise into the room & thumps raged across the vessel from the Kraken, The Doctor continued to search for any way of activating The Paradox Machine but nothing filled it's presents. The thumping suddenly stopped & then all was quiet, besides a intercom interruption that placed a smile upon the face of The Doctor. The intercom started to state it's female voice upon the ship.
"Warning! Warning! Emergency shield activated. every personal please report to the main sector!"
Shields quickly filled the holes left by the attacks & The Paradox Machine was in full affect, with steam popping out giving off the sign of activation. The water eventually went upon a halt from rising any further. The ship was safe & contented but took a huge series of damaging blows from the attacks. Ditzy continued to fiddle with the controls of Colgate's Tardis, both Colgate & The Doctor looked upon her active movement, it's been almost an hour since she started to work upon the Tardis. After what seems like forever sparks jumped up from the counsel a huge explosion caused Ditzy to fly back hitting the wall with a huge forceful impact. Than Colgate's Tardis started to regain power as the engine roared through the area, her Tardis was now teaming with life again but how? Colgate & The Doctor ran up to Ditzy in a heartbeat, checking to see if the impact wasn't harsh against her. A yellow glow elevated through her body & she opened her eyes to find herself hugely wounded from the explosion,
"W-what h-happened?"
Said Ditzy with no such knowledge of the recent event. The Doctor looked upon her & answered her question with no interruptions.
"Last time I checked you were possessed by Colgate's Tardis. Tell me what did you last member?"
"Umm I think I was speaking to you. Well your future you, & I was resetting the Tardis until I stumbled upon some strange glowing light under the engine. Than that's it."
"Oh dear your now part of The Tardis! & your one of the lucky ones to survive."
Before The Doctor can continue to explain the engines roared once more & Colgate's Tardis landed on a unrecognized location, Colgate rushed to the monitor only to find out that the area they landed was planned ahead of time. The doors suddenly opened reveling a deck of what seems to be a badly wounded ship, The Doctor grabbed a hold of ragged old hat & his colorful teaming scarf & walked out, Colgate & Ditzy followed behind. The ship was not moving one inch & was being holed down by the Kraken, Colgate's facial expression told the whole story, Ditzy was rather surprised that the tracking system worked. Two Torch wood guards ran up to them & gave out the command.
"You are trespassing a private location. You must state your identity please."
The Doctor looked at the two guards & said.
"Identity? After seeing a strange closet appearing out of nowhere, in front of your eyes with three strange wondering figures walking out of it, your asking for my identity?"
"Sir if you don't give out your stats then you'll be killed upon sight!"
Said one of the Guards in a voice of command.
"Well that's no way to treat a guest isn't it? Here have a jelly baby! it makes me feel cheerful on a bad day."
The Doctor reaches in his pocket pulling out two pieces of the gummy delight & handed them to the guards with no hard feelings. The two guards were spectacle at first & started to sniff the candy for any signs of poison, The Doctor shakes his head with a open innocent smile left on his face.
"Alright now I'm the Doctor & these are my companions Colgate & Ditzy. Now where are we & what's going on?"
Shining Armor looks towards the door which was blocked off by deep thick water, alarms started to go off, many windows filled the room with a good sight of the beast, The Doctor walked towards one window over on the right & begins to look upon the Kraken studying it closely. The Doctor soon remembered the Cyber man helmet he was carrying in the travelers bag, The Doctor dropped the bag onto the floor & pulled out the helmet, once the helmet was clear of the bag power grew back inside of it & brought the half dismembered Cyber man back to life. The eyes of the helmet started to rapidly flash off near the sight of the Karaken, The Doctor ran towards Shining Armor & asked for the chip from the Dalek gun. After receiving the chip The Doctor ran back towards the helmet & placed the chip inside the helmet. Out of wonders Shining Armor asked.
"Are you okay? What's going on?"
"Shining Armor That's not a real Kraken! It's a Cyber ship! but why is it invading us?"
All of a sudden a dark senator voice was felt.
"Because I want you to experience a return of a global revolution! Hello my friends!"
A hologram appeared in front of the Paradox Machine & it was The Master sitting on a long black chair staring upon the group. He was wearing a dark black suite & was holding upon a face of evil. Discord Hooves look up at him in anger & frustration & yelled out.
"I thought we made a deal! you betrayed me Master! & soon you'll betray your allies as well."
"Why the long face Hooves? I can never trust a simple phase of The Doctor & that includes you. I can however use your potentials to my advantage, with a rise of an empire upon us I can use some pony to take care the dirty work."
The Doctor walks towards the screen staring up at The Master & said.
"I'm here Master & I want to inform you that whatever your doing, is & will eventually corrupt your conscious. Please give in you must!"
"Why should I Doctor? please explain. Ever since we were kids our father would always favor you over me. Under his eyes you were the most effective child upon his life. What happened to me? I get a bloody drumming from staring into the vortex.
"Master please I can help you! We are the only two left & we are brothers! You are my flesh & blood & I won't kill you, but over times such as these the eye will hunt you down."
"It's always about the eye isn't it Doctor? I know as well as you do that The Eye of Harmony greets you power. Now I know the Eye of the Tardis is upon that ship & if we don't make a lawful agreement than let's just say this vessel will soon, have visitors. So long my friends until the next time we speak."
The hologram faded out & a violent banging forced it's way into the ship. Under one hallway a group of soldiers & guards gathered together pointing their weapons towards a door that the loud thump came from. With guns pointed fearfully towards the door a sudden spark blew the door open, what was strange was that there were no Cyber man entering the room. Instead the Torch wood soldiers were greeted with one simple word. Exterminate.

The guards began to sound off their rifles & gave the Daleks a good fight, with all the bullets fired, none of them gave a huge wound on the Daleks. The Daleks sounded their weapons & started to blast the guards into pieces, one by one the guards started to crumble like a thin cookie. More guards entered the hallway only to get destroyed by the Daleks. Cloud Chaser lost his attention after The Master went off air Cloud Chaser slowly walked to the back corner & started to weep & eventually broke out in tears filled with hate & sadness. The Doctor, Discord Hooves & Shining Armor looked over at him feeling extremely emotional over the sad & furious pony, Shining Armor especially because he too went through the harsh actions of The Master. Shining Armor walked up towards him & wrapped his arm around Cloud Chaser's cold body & said with a calming voice.
"Cloud Chaser, I need you to know that everything is fine. I'm in a notorious spot with this harsh leader just like you. My pregnant wife is out in the cold harsh lands hiding from the forces of The Master, My young sister is set to be killed tomorrow & also the princesses, our parents that raised me & my sister, are now in a suite of armor. I'm a loner here & I understand you!"
Cloud Chaser looks back towards Shining Armor with tears filling up upon his eyes, & tried to speak without breaking down again.
"Shining Armor that man is a monster! when I was a young kid me & my brother would always play around all day on the once beautiful land, we would share stories, hike to new locations & enjoy life itself. My mother & dad would have always take us to different events & places during the weeks. I remember hunting with my dad & talking to my mom when I feel sad or stress. Until that day The Master invaded this planet & killed my mom & my dad right in front of my eyes!"
The Doctor looked at Cloud Chaser & felt painful & torn apart inside, over what his brother The Master has done. The Master is indeed a monster with no help or any control over his actions, The Doctor mostly blames the Time lords over the insanity of The Master. Flash backs entered Cloud Chasers head. The flash backs were about him waking up to a loud explosion outside his home, his mom rushed into his room & told him to hide in the attic with his older brother.
"Mommy what's going on? I'm scared!"
"Get to the attic with your brother! mommy & daddy will be there with you soon."
Cloud Chaser ran downstairs to the old dusty attic that was filled to the top with old antiques that was once used around the house. His brother was shaking in the corner with tears running down his eyes as he holds a small pistol that was loaded with a clip, more explosions roared outside thumping the ground with motion. Then suddenly the door of the attic opened & hoof steps crumbled it's way down near them, as the old stairs creaked beneath the hooves. The shadow figure walked towards the two frighten boys getting closer & closer by every step. The Shadow figure quickly placed his hoof over the mouth of the two boys & said.
"Shhh It's me dad! don't move mommy is coming down!"
The two boys nodded their heads & stayed quiet for as long as possible. Suddenly the mom walks down locking the attic door behind her, she moves towards the dad & said.
"Honey we need to get the kids out of here! is there any alternative route we can take?"
"I'm afraid not dear. We better stay hiding until help arrives."
Footsteps were thumping above them causing a sudden interruption. The family waited in the corner keeping quiet at all means, just then the roof exploded causing it to collapse, the attic door was bashed open & Cyber men entered the room marching towards the group. One of the Cyber man walked up towards them. The mom asked.
"What do you want from us?!"
"We don't wish to harm you but if you don't follow organised orders you will be deleted!"
The dad stood up with anger & started to stare the Cyber man down as he asks.
"Orders? What do you mean orders!?"
"We came back to claim Mondas once again. Every pony living the vicinity of Equestia should & will be upgraded to fit our liking. You will become like us!"
The mom slowly reaches his hoof towards the pistol that his son was holding. upon almost grabbing it the Cyber man places his hand roughly onto her head & shocked her to until death, the Cyber man looks back towards the dad & stated the words.
"Delete! Delete! Delete!"
The Dad yells at the kids to run as fast as they can until the Cyber man shocked him to death. Cloud Chaser looked over at Shining Armor & wondered about his personal past with The Master. Shining Armor looked very uncomfortable as if something was on his mind, boating down at him. Shining Armor was filled with anxiety as he wonders about his wife, Princess Cadence the only Alicorn left that had never been captured yet. Daleks roam across the ship holding many of the sailors hostage & forcing commands upon them, the orders were given clear to The Daleks by Davros. The orders were also forced upon the prisoners as they had no choice but to follow it. Davros entered through the destroyed door that leaded him into the ship, Daleks quickly formed with each other awaiting commands from him.
"What is our orders Davros?"
"Find The Doctor, control this ship towards the island & exterminate The Master!"
"We Obey!"
The Doctor examined the helmet & begins to pick up a clear strong signal coming from within the ship, before he could say anything else the ship started to tug strongly & they started moving once again. The Doctor picked up the helmet & started to follow the signal waves.
"Looks like the ship is moving once again. Ha clever Cyber man, although I would rather prefer a more smooth start but at least we are moving. Now Discord Hooves why is there a Torch wood ship sailing the seas of Equestia?"
Said The Doctor as he looks back at her.
"We were given orders to aid the facility & the army assembled there. However I do regret it now!"
"Good! I couldn't stand the fact that my future self would actually form an alliance with evil! now come along we better take a look on what our friends are hitting up this time."
The Doctor walked to the entrance of the room & stopped, water alerted them below & was extremely thick. The Doctor dropped his travelers bag & jumped into the water & started to enjoy himself, The others did the same as him but never really enjoyed the ice cold waters beneath their hooves. They followed the signal of the helmet & started to swim to the location it was scanning, around them was torn down debris from the fight earlier. It made it way more difficult for them to move around, lights started flickering down the path & the halls got more thicker & darker, it was dead silent. To pass the time Cloud Chaser asked more about Shining Armors event with The Master.
"Do you know where Cadence is by any chance Shining Armor?"
"No & I wish I knew! I still have that feeling that she's under dangerous courses & I'm eager to find out."
"We best be hopeful that she's okay. If The Master get's his hooves on her than we are done for."
Shining Armor begins to talk in a tone of menace, as he replies to Cloud Chaser.
"If he touches her or my sister than I'll be sure that he'll pay for good!"
Shining Armor's face begins to light up with red from anger & started to think of many ways how he'll destroy The Master. Doors suddenly opened & right before them was two Daleks pointing their guns & weapons towards them. The Doctor grew shocked over the appearance of the Daleks, as he was expecting Cyber man rather than Daleks. The helmet started to shut down & was in no other use at the moment, the Daleks stated a command to The Doctor for the first time rather than trying to kill him in the past.
"You shall come with us Doctor. Immediately!"
The Doctor turned his head to the side like a puppy. He continued to wonder.
"Daleks!? What are Daleks doing on the ship? let me guess. So you can Exterminate me huh?"
"You shall come with us! You shall come with us! You shall come with us!"
The Doctor placed he hooves along his ears trying to drown out the commands of the Daleks & then he yelled.
"Alright I'll come if you shut up! & I thought the constant exterminate was annoying."
The Doctor & the crew followed the Daleks into the main bridge of the ship, inside the bridge were Ditzy,Colgate & The 4th Doctor. The Doctor & Ditzy ran up to each other & started to hug each other to death Colgate soon jumped into it, Cloud Chaser soon noticed the cutie mark on The 4th Doctor & started to grow confused. Sadly both Shining Armor & Cloud Chaser had no pony to be aroused with, Shining Armor's wife is in danger & Cloud Chaser's parents are dead & his brother lost. Dead ahead of the ship was the island being surrounded with fog & moistened sky's from the heat, from a far vibrated view a shipping deck was lined & a long line of Cyber man waited for the arrival of The Doctor. The facility building was also seen as clear as day, The Doctor soon noticed his 4th incarnation & started to grow excited over the discovery.
"My 4th face! It's such an honor to meet such a ineradicable individual, that I gladly call my self!"
The Doctor joyfully tightened the scarf around his hooves & felt a warm content under the pleasure sensation.
"You even have the scarf still! I should wear one of these again you know to look stylish."
The 4th Doctor began to grin at The Doctor with happiness in his heart, besides Cloud Chasers heart. Cloud Chaser still remembers the past memories of his beautiful family, he still remembers the perfect nights he would spin with his brother being involved with board games which was his brother's favorite time killer. Shining Armor didn't feel sad but felt anxiety shooting through his veins, he was extremely concerned for his wife & his younger sister Twilight & tomorrow is the day that she would be executed. His main goal is to find her & save her from The Master, everything else was secondary to him. Daleks surrounded them with their weapons pointed strictly towards them, The Doctor started to talk in a innocent tone & said.
"Please. There is no point of killing us now."
"The Dalkes demand silence! you shall answer our commands if you refuse, you will be exterminated!"
The group grew quiet in response to the orders received. Meanwhile The 2nd Doctor woke up from his long rough sleep only to find himself floating onto slowly pasting water, he started to search through his clothing making sure everything is in place. Luckily his Sonic Screwdriver is still in place & was ready for use under any sticky situation, ship scraps floated upon the water from the Kraken attack that happened earlier. The two soldiers laid asleep on the scraps, The Doctor swam up to them & woke them up. finally one soldier got back up & was surprised to see The Doctor in full force, the soldier had a short blonde main & a semi green outfit to go along with it. Before he could speak The Doctor hushed him & started to keep an ear open for a strange clanking sound he heard.
"Sgt Benton do you hear that?"
Said The Doctor as he continuously looked around at every narrow corner.
"I don't think so Doctor."
Inside the half flooded room were four large open vents & each one leaded to a different part of the ship, however the noise The Doctor kept hearing was coming from all sides & was surrounding them. The Doctor looked out the left vent & saw a damaged & darkened hallway with flickering lights, after another flick of the light source a pack of huge, slimy, brown mutated hound dogs were seen walking slowly as they growled with warning. lumps of flesh was missing from their bodies & different forms of eyes were placed around different parts of it's body.
"Oh my word! You might want to take a look at this."
Sgt Benton quickly swam towards the vent & looked into the hallway. He soon captured a glimpse of the mutated hounds.
"A new enemy I suppose Doctor?"
"I suppose so. Now Benton we need to diverse a plan to get past those things. Let's see what we can work with shall we?"
The Doctor looked around & saw an open trench with the ocean water filling the gap, pipes & other objects were sticking out of the walls Beneath the trench. The Master walked into his office & sat down onto his chair, he rested his hooves onto the desk & started to countdown every minuet until the ship finally arrives to the island. A long evil grin was posted upon his face & then he started to speak to himself with that dark deep voice of his.
"It seems that Davros couldn't handle an alliance with a powerful Time lord. I knew his mind would soon cross him, within the hour Pandora will be unleashed onto the galaxy & The Doomsday Clock will strike twelve. A new era will be presented & I will be reborn. Ponies & other species have commented a sin & I for one will adjust the need of a pure wide order."
Ditzy's started to grow lopsided & felt narrow headed, The 15th Doctor toke noticed & asked.
"Ditzy what happened?"
"Doctor there is something I need to tell you."
"What is that?"
"When I was rebooting her Tardis I've noticed a golden flashing light in the middle of the engine & I..."
"Oh no! Ditzy please tell me you didn't make any contact with that orb."
Before Ditzy could continue to speak her dizziness grew in the way of her speech & she fell to the ground, than a huge sudden pain took impacted inside her chest & caused her to scream in pain. The Doctor quickly rested her head onto his hoof & started panic, he pulled out his Sonic Screwdriver & started scanning her chest area & made a strange discovery. Cloud Chaser, Shining Armor, Colgate & The 4th Doctor rushed in to aid her, the Daleks pointed their weapons until The Doctor started to yell at them.
"Lower the weapons! cant any of you chunks of metal have any form of mixed emotions built inside of your narrow hallow shell?"
The Dalek's replied to The Doctor with some unexpected news.
"The female's insides are shape shifting! she is growing a second heart!"
Ditzy looked up at The Doctor & grew worried & asked.
"D-Doctor w-whats g-going on?"
"Ditzy I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!"
"W-what d-do you mean Doctor?"
"Ditzy that orb placed a mutation effect onto your body. Right now your insides are shifting into a new fitting area, your growing two hearts as well. Ditzy as hard as this may sound but it's true, Ditzy you changed from a pony into a Time lord. I'm so sorry!"
Tears filled The Doctor's eyes as he had to uncover the truth to his companion, it was heartbreaking to him as his friend was in pain from the change inside her body. The changing would end within an hour but she would forever be a Time lord. The 2nd Doctor & Benton jumped out of the vents & onto the warmth of the lower surface, the noise attracted the hounds. The mutated creatures started to charge after the two, The Doctor & Benton ran as fast as they can to the opened trench near them. Both jumped into the trench while the hounds followed behind them, The Doctor & Benton grabbed onto different pipes that outline the opened trench soon the hounds fell beneath them into the water below, they started to howl skin crawling tune towards the two. Soon the other soldier picked out of the vent to check up on the event, he soon spotted The Doctor & Benton climbing up under hard conditions. The soldier helped them up & all three started to move carefully throughout the ship, more barks & disfigured howls echoed through the halls & decks Sgt Benton looked over at The Doctor & said.
"Doctor stop! look over yonder."
The Doctor looked beyond the dark path & couldn't see anything at first glimpse, he kept his eyes at the position & spoke quietly back at Benton.
"I don't have a clear sight on anything Benton. Maybe your just a bit capped up from your sleep."
The Doctor smiled & started to move up until he saw yellow glowing eyes towards him as they slowly moved closer to the group, a light flickers & showed a pack of mutated hounds slowly walking towards them. More hounds confronted them from behind, they were completely surrounded. Back inside the bridge the Daleks started hacking into the controls for full piloting of the ship as they got prepared for the full invasion on the island, the monitor hologram soon was displayed with the face of Davros as he started to give commands.
"I want to speak to The Doctor."
The Doctor stood up & replied back to the invitation.
"I'm here Davros."
"Doctor it's such a shame that a powerful Time lord is now here being contaminated by your rival brother The Master. It's such a shame that a Time lord is killing off one of the survivors of the greedy siege of that pathetic excuse of a planet. Looks like the Time War has placed such an effect on you Doctor, lets be acceptable of the facts you are slowly being molded into a darker mass hysteria, of yourself. Why be known as The Doctor when your personalty, is now a form of a cold hearten monster?"
The Doctor stood frozen in one spot looking upon his past lives, Discord Hooves started to grin as red tears flew down her check. She walked up to The Doctor & said.
"You've forgotten Doctor. I'm also you! I'm that one face that you'll never wanted to encounter upon the future. I've destroyed many innocent & many responsible. Doctor the day will soon come when you are me & you start to face the real you! rather you like it or not, it will happen & trust me. I'm worse than The Master & all the destructive creatures combined!"
The Doctor started to tear up & replied back with anger & emotion.
"I won't ever be held on trial & be mistaken for a cannibal. Discord Hooves your not The Doctor! your just a shadow of my past self. The Doctor is a name that I have always lived by & not even one thing can take that knowledge from me. I remember an old face, a face that I have never forgotten & I never wont to meet it again. Now here I am being forced into a face time with myself. I'm always prepared to stop the possible future & that future is you!"
"Well Doctor looks like I'm being delusional once again. The facts have been written down & despite how much you pleaded yourself onto an alternative exit from me just remember. Over 6 billion Time lords were killed that day you came, & your only brother is slowly dying from your successful attempts on destroying him. Why kill your own flesh & blood instead of helping to deal with his insanity? remember your past & think about your future!"
The Doctor turned towards Hooves & with anger built up inside of him he started to yell with hate & fear to his darker self.
"I'm not killing him! I never wanted to wipe him out of existence & I surly won't start today! & don't think for one minute that I'm a thief & a murderer, I did what had to be done, under the name of peace & sanity. As for you Davros! if you want to accuse me of murder than go right ahead but just remember, your the one who sent the Dalek fleet to siege Gallifrey your responsible for the death of many innocent civilians. I can never say the same for myself."
Cloud Chaser walked up to The Doctor with a tone of confusion & asked.
"Doctor whats going on? whats this whole thing about you murdering your own race? I demand to know now!"
"Cloud Chaser please let me explain."
"No! your The Master's brother aren't you? Your own species came down to our planet & killed off half of the civilians here, with the rest being morphed into Cyber man. My family was killed too you know! I loved them Doctor! now I cant see them ever again because of your kind bringing the war down to us. Your no different from your brother! this whole time when I thought I was safe & contented I started to travel with a mass murderer! no more."
Cloud Chaser leaped towards a nearby filing cabinet & pulled out a pistol aiming it towards The Doctor, Shining Armor & Colgate rushed up & & pulled his tail, trying to avoid another death within the ship. Discord Hooves was pleased with the outcome as she stood back & started to watch the conflict being placed upon her eyes. Colgate started to talk to Cloud Chaser while fighting him back.
"Drop the gun! don't you see whats happening to you Cloud Chaser? your turning into a heart filled with hate! please drop the gun & let The Doctor explain okay?"
The hounds drew closer to The Doctor & Benton, The Doctor soon observed the the mutated creatures & started to notice something suspicious about them. A Gallifreyan symbol mark was placed upon the forehead of all of them, The Doctor just stood there waiting for them to attack. The four from both sides leaped towards them & disappeared in mid air. The Doctor started laughing & said.
"Ha! I knew it was a test from the Time lords! I suppose they found me to quite a rebel huh."
Benton looked over at The Doctor with a sign of relief & said.
"Strange. Why would the Time lords test you anyway?"
"Well you see Benton, during the Time war many years ago I somehow commented a crime, but it was under a good cause though! Benton your a soldier & I would seem to think that you can relate to my reasons."
"When your facing a conflict that is effecting your personal life than I can indeed relate to that. Now please tell me more."
"Right well, I had to keep myself protected, so there on in I had to face the outside world & try to resolve my conflicts. So I ran away!"
"You ran away? I think your just being observed over the event."
"Not precisely. You see I had to protect my Granddaughter Susan. Fighting the war would only leave her in more danger than she's actually in. So we had no choice but to hijack the Tardis. Than we ended up in London & we were soon compromised by her school teachers, fast forward two years later we landed on earth but it was being invaded by the Daleks. During that invasion Susan fell in love with another man & I found a better solution for her, but that's a story for another day."
The Doctor & Benton started to begin their search for the others. The Master stayed rested onto his chair as he waits in the cold dark room, the Doomsday Clock was soon ready to strike twelve & The Master was very anxious & excited to see the outcome. The large dark office soon shaded light as the doors open, walking towards The Master was The Cyber leader being accompanied by two Cyber man. The Master knew what their attentions were towards them & he was ready for the strike.
"Master The Cyber man came to an understatement & a conclusion over our primary meeting."
"I am aware of this proposal you've made with your forces & I just want to congratulate you dearly. If your final wish is to kill me than I'm strongly acceptable of your actions, not because Mondas is now rising from it's ashes but for the key of Pandora's box to be reviled."
The Master stood up & said.
"Now go ahead delete me, kill me, make me a shadow of the past!"
Before The Cyber leader could fire his weapon the factory alarm went off & the workers were in place ready for any attack. Back onto the ship hundreds of Daleks moved to the deck of the ship, the argument continued back inside the bridge until Ditzy finally awoke from her Time lord transformation. Ditzy still looked the same besides her cutie mark, instead of it being bubbles it was replaced with the same hourglass that The Doctor & Colgate had. Ditzy looked over & saw Colgate & Shining Armor holding Cloud Chaser back from shooting The Doctor. She yelled out the words no! & charged after after Cloud Chaser. Her hooves begin to flash up with yellow lights alongside her eyes as well, & she punched Cloud Chaser with such power that it sent him flying through the window out of the bridge & onto the outside deck. Discord Hooves begins to laugh under joy over the event & Ditzy laid over at a corner & started to cry. The Doctor walked over to her & started to calm her down & said.
"Ditzy it's alright. It's not your fault."
"Doctor whats happening to me?"
"Many things. Ditzy this trip has effected you deeply & for that I apologize but for us to survive in one piece we cant harm any allies of ours."
"But Doctor he was pointing a gun directly towards you! why was he? I need to know please!"
Discord Hooves soon jumped in towards the conversation & said.
"Yes Doctor tell her the truth & tell her about your future! I'm sure she's eager to know."
Shining Armor jumped in after her & said.
"Why don't you shut up already! we've all had a long lasting trip, I understand that but that doesn't mean we have point our hooves towards each other. Whatever happens must be resolved & I don't think turning ponies against each other despite their past ain't helping. We all stick together no matter what."
The ship finally arrived at the island & the facility was nearby. The battle with The Master is about to begin.

Rain began to pour down violently & the once sunny sky is now covered with dark clouds, Cloud Chaser laid on the deck covered up with scratches & blood from the impacted attack that received from Ditzy. Many Daleks were seen upon the ship deck along side their leader Davros, each one staring at the island preparing for the Cyber man. Back in the bridge the Daleks gathered The Doctor & his companions together & gave their commands to them.
"You shall come alongside us, immediately."
Colgate looked towards one of the Daleks & said back.
"What if we refuse?"
"Than you will be exterminated!"
Without any further questions the group followed them down to the ship deck, meanwhile Benton & The 2nd Doctor alongside another soldier kept walking through the rumble up to the main surface of the ship. The halls & rooms were awfully quiet & deserted with many others flooded to the top with ocean water, The 2nd Doctor felt forgotten from the other group & continuously wondered how Shining Armor & Cloud Chaser disappeared once he woke up. The one question that he thought about during this adventure was how he got transported away from Zoey & Jamie his two favorite traveling companions. The walking stopped as a stairway was in front of them, the stairs leaded up to the main exit door & without hesitation The Doctor, Benton & the other soldier opened the door & was greeted with a Dalek. The Daleks hovered out of the ship & onto the wooden plank as they were greeted with the Cyber man, one of the Cyber man soldiers looked upon the Daleks & said.
"This area is off limits. You must leave or we well take further actions."
"The Daleks don't obey orders from an inferior species. We demand an entrance or we shall begin extermination!"
"If extermination is your response than you should consider no entrant beyond this point. All orders come from our Cyber leader. You will turn back before any harm is done!"
As the argument continued The Doctor rushed up to the torn down body of Cloud Chaser, & started to search through his travelers bag looking for anything that can aid Cloud Chaser. The Doctor looked behind him & noticed that Shining Armor was staring with shock at something. The Doctor looked towards the direction in which Shining Armor was staring at & saw the library that Twilight told him about, he looked back down at Cloud Chaser & said.
"Hang on please. your getting out of here I promise."
Cloud Chaser started to gag as he speaks back with The Doctor.
"No Doctor! I cant live a life like my past anymore, everything I had everything I striped for is now gone. I guess I should make it a terminate lost for me, I want to see my family again Doctor I would fight for my life just to see them again, & now I've won. Maybe this is for the best because I don't want to live anymore."
"Cloud Chaser your not going to die! please just hang on I've lost many friends during my past adventures & I'm not going to loose another one, not today!"
Before The Doctor could continue a Dalek interrupted the two & forced The Doctor to move back in line with the rest of his companions. The group of five were pushed down to the loading docks where the confrontation with the Cyber man was taking place.back on the ship two Daleks noticed the bruised body of Cloud Chaser, both Daleks moved up to him to finish off what has been done. Cloud Chaser looks back at the Daleks & started to raise a rather painful smile to them, before he was shot by their lasers. The 2nd Doctor & Benton was soon transported to the loading deck as well finally reuniting with the other group. Shining Armor soon remembered the Dalek gun that he used, he walks up to The Doctor & whispered.
"Hand me that travelers bag will you."
"What for Shining Armor?"
"It's the Dalek gun. I think it's done recharging but I need that chip in order for it to work. Doctor you've got to trust me on this!"
"Alright but make sure it's for a good purpose!"
The Doctor handed over the travelers bag to Shining Armor, before any pony else could see them. Shining Armor picks up the heavy sack wraps it around his back for safe keeping, suddenly the boarding ramp of the ship slowly dropped. Davros came down from the boarding ramp to justify the order of the argument, one of the Cyber man took a long notice at Ditzy & started to speak out in command.
"The female Pegasus is irrelevant! she must receive full interaction."
Ditzy looked over at the Cyber man & asked with a nervous tone.
"W-what d-do you mean by f-full interaction?"
"You have been exposed to a dark matter of energy. A side effect of intense power was placed into your conscious body & has built it way to mold you into a different pony. The Cyber man are looking for a new evolution to our race, you have the potential & honor of being placed into a suite of armor. You will be upgraded!"
Ditzy started to move slowly behind Colgate. The 4th Doctor finally after a period of hours started to speak up to the Cyber man & said.
"I think not my friend. I highly disagree with your proposal & I'm sure everyone else does as well. We are here for a purpose & that's to end the ongoing conflict in which is effecting the universe & your standing in the way. Now without a further to do please be a gentleman & take us to your leader, before I destroy this planet with a deadly Jelly baby!"
"The Cyber man shall accept your request but under one respect."
The 2nd Doctor struggled to get around the crowd of Daleks but finally got up to the Cyber man & said.
"There always a catch isn't there? they love making catches. Now what do you wish for?"
"To keep the Pegasuses under our wing."
"I'm sorry but I'm afraid we cant accept the request. Unfortunately our friend is not up for sell & that's our final statement! Now if we could move along, we can save some precious daylight."
"You shall not proceed any further. You shall be deleted!"
Before the Cyber men could sound their weapons Shining Armor pulls out the Dalek gun & blasted through the crowd of Cyber men. The Doctor's & their companions made a break towards the library & slammed shut the door, The 15th Doctor pulled out the cyber helmet & started to search for the element that Twilight mentioned to him. It didn't take long until the helmet went rapid & The Doctor started to follow it's signal, the scanning leaded him to an upstairs room which use to belong to Twilight. The room was old & torn down but that didn't stop The Doctor from searching every corner of it, a closet was near the bed & it didn't take long until the helmet sounded off fiercely near it. The Doctor opened the closet & founded a strange glowing object.
"Come up here! I think I found our little solution to the problem!"
The fighting continued outside as the Daleks were winning against the Cyber man, The Cyber leader kept his distance from The Master & was prepared to strike him down with his laser. The Master stood on both his bottom hooves & plodded his arms out & then he was shot by The Cyber leader, his body fell to the ground with a thud. The Cyber leader along side his backup, walked out of the room leaving The Master helpless as he slowly crawls to the Doomsday Clock. The Doctor's & their companions managed to finally get to the facility & spotted The Master entering the dungeon floor, without any warning they followed him inside to confront him. The Master looked up at them & started to chuckle to himself & said.
"Well friends the time has come & I fell honored to be joined today with not one but three Doctors! I guess the more the merrier."
The 15th Doctor shouted to The Master & said.
"Stop! Master please, come back to your senses & take a look at the chaos that's becoming unfold. I know you've been through allot & I can help you please trust me!"
"I cant trust anybody anymore Doctor. Every creature has commented a sin & I'm just adjusting their minds for a better purpose, nobody not even you would understand that. I want you to take a good long look at the history of our planet, us Time lords would've been more conservative towards each other despite being mistreated or judged. This is my message my promise & I'm making one proposal that seems rather abstracted towards me. Join me Doctor & together we will help adjust the universe with one step at a time!"
"By one step you mean by killing off others that's against your will? that's nonsense & murder! even I wouldn't bring myself down to destroy other galaxy's & change history. haven't you took a look outside? Daleks & Cyber man are out there going head to head just to kill you. Now you want to form an alliance towards them? Master I'm warning you, release the princesses & regain Equestia back to it's original plot or I would force the consequences upon you!"
The Master ignored the request & walked up to The Dooms Day Clock & said.
"Than it shall be done."
The Master pulled a lever & the big sphere hanging over The Eye of Harmony slowly shook the room violently, the once tall mossy dungeon walls was soon morphed into dark black mountain rocks, & the once dirty prison floor was soon replaced by different series of rocks but with huge cracks of lava in between. The Dooms Day Clock has transported them into a different dimension, they were inside a volcano. Soon a strange glow was building up on The Master, the glow soon covered his entire body & started to raise him from the ground. The glow started to light up instantly & then a huge explosion took place, The Master was regenerating into a more sadistic creature. After the explosion the group got back up looked straight ahead & saw a different & more powerful Master, he regenerated into the great & powerful Tyrek. The 15th Doctor looked over at his companions & his past faces & said.
"Quickly we must split up into groups. Ditzy you come with me, Benton & number two there should be a power console at your left I need you two to activate it & fire the laser at The Master when he is in place. Number four & Colgate there is a second power console on your right & I'm sure you two know what to do! these lasers would be able to hold The Master in place. Now Shining Armor I need you to fire the Dalek gun towards The Master, give him a good hurt! me & Ditzy will enter The Tardis."
Ditzy looked over at The Doctor & asked.
"For what?"
"We'll think of something. Now lets get moving!"
The 2nd Doctor & Benton rushed quickly to the console & waited for the other two to get to the other console, Shining Armor started climbing one part of the volcanic mountain & equipped the Dalek gun. The Doctor & Ditzy ran inside The Tardis & rushed to themselves in place. A loud dong was echoing throughout the main interior & The Tardis wouldn't start.
"Oh No!"
Said The Doctor.
"What is it Doctor?"
"The Master must of sucked the energy out of The Tardis, blind me! I think I might have another way of boosting the energy back up, but it might be risky. I think that crown I found in the library might have a hint of infant power hooked into it, I got it! I could use that element to power The Tardis back up!"
The Doctor pulled out the connections cords that was plugged in The Tardis console & placed the Element of Harmony inside the engine, he then quickly begins pushing random buttons & pulling different levers & by his surprise The Tardis started to take off in flight motion. The Doctor cracked a huge smile & started to dance around with joy, Shining Armor soon fired the Dalek gun towards The Master along side with the support of the two connection consoles below. The Doctor rushed into another room that contained a vault, he soon pulled out his Sonic Screwdriver & unlocked the vault door. The vault slowly opened & inside was a stand holding a strange metal carved box.
"I never thought this day would come but it looks as if I have no choice."
Ditzy looked towards the box & said.
"The Acolyte source! the most disgraceful & deadly weapon that could ever be used by the Time lords. This weapon was only used once during the Time war & was soon hidden by you!"
"How do you know about this?"
"I don't know I guess it had something to do with that power from Colgate's Tardis. You shouldn't use it though Doctor! the Time lords would surely put you on trial!"
"Ditzy the Time lords are a dead race. Plus we have no choice I've never ever dealt with a force that powerful in my whole life! The Master would surly destroy us if we don't put an end to him first."
"B-but the power will kill you!"
"I know Ditzy, I know."
The Doctor rushed to the main interior & jumped out of The Tardis with source at hand & before he could reach towards The Master a huge explosion happened. The Tardis crashed to the floor with a thud & The Eye of Harmony started to suck The Master out of his newly regenerated body into his previous one & a force was pulling The Master inside the eye. The Doctor rushed up trying to help him & said.
"Take my hoof!"
"Never! you killed me Doctor! The Master is now dead because of you! this is your consequence, embrace it!"
"No! Master your my brother. Your my flesh & blood & I can never leave a loved one behind, please come to your senses & turn to the good rather than the evil. Please I'm begging you!"
Without any response The Master was soon sucked out of existence, & The Dooms Day clock exploded out of sight. Behind The Doctor Ditzy was floating in mid air with her hoof pointing directly towards the area where The Dooms Day Clock was once at. Her eye's were glowing with a beautiful yellowish tone & her body lighten up with the effects. The power of The Tardis was filled within her, The Doctor rushed in & catches her. He looks down at her & said.
"Oh no! the power has consumed you, D itzy are you aware of fast you defeated The Master?"
"What happened?"
Ditzy's eyes grew back to her original state alongside her body, than the volcanic area was soon changed back to the main prison room. All of the Daleks & Cyber man were discharged & destroyed from the disappearing effect of the Doomsday Clock, peace was restored once again. The 2nd & 4th Doctor's Tardis landed in the room, & The Doctor walked over at the group & said.
"Well it's been such an adventure hasn't it? well I guess this is our farewell until next time."
The 4th Doctor took off his ragged hat & places it upon his chest as he bows down with a huge grin upon his face. The 2nd Doctor smiles & said.
"It's been quite a trip. I felt honored to be apart of it! But remember Doctor, try not to get yourself mixed in with trouble will you? you don't as much stress than it is?"
"Don't I ever fall into trouble?"
"It has been known. Now I should get back to Jamie & Zoey. Those poor chaps have been waiting for me under a strange climate."
The 2nd Doctor walked over to his Tardis & gave his companions a cheerful wave as his Tardis along side with him disappeared. The 4th Doctor smiled over at The 15th Doctor as his body along side his Tardis also slowly disappeared. Colgate, Benton, D itzy & Shining Armor were the only companions left in the room. The Doctor walked over at Colgate & said.
"Despite a new Time lord being born I've always wondered, how are you still here? I thought me & The Master were the only two left.'
"Your not the only one with a Tardis you know? I've always been in hiding from any threat. I've explored different planets & many new places & I might just stick around here for a while. In my final response I say thank you Doctor! thank you for giving us a peaceful route from this dark chapter. You know what? this was fun!"
The Doctor smiled & shook her hoof with respect, Colgate started to walk off waving bye to the group. The Doctor looked over at Shining Armor & said.
"Well I wish you the best of luck finding your wife. I think she's under safe keeping now though, especially with The Master defeated."
"You may be right Doctor! I wish I could come along though but my loyalty belongs here & with my wife & kid. I also want to wish you the best of luck as well. You've teached me so munch during this trip & for that I say thanks! thank you very munch Doctor & I hope someday our paths will cross again."
The Doctor smiled & hugged Shining Armor & then Shining Armor was on his way to find his missing wife & kid. The Doctor, Ditzy & Benton walked inside The Tardis & was on their way out of Equestia. The engines roared & the light flickered as wind, thrashes any nearby objects as The Tardis took off. Inside Ditzy walked over towards The Doctor & kissed him on the check, The Doctor started to blush & Benton broke out with laughter in the background. Ditzy looked over at him & asked.
"Where now Doctor?"
"I want to take you two somewhere & show something that was once a part of me.
"Gallifrey? Doctor please tell me we are going to Gallifrey. I've always wanted to go to Gallifrey!"
"Magnificent! let me get the controls settled first. It's best for you to learn about our planet, after all your now a Time lord! how exciting!"
Benton turned over at The Doctor & said.
"Will there be danger?"
"Probably but I wouldn't worry if I were you. After all this is a time machine!"
The Doctor started to run around his console pulling levers & pushing buttons like he usually does. He ran towards the typewriter & starts typing the location & time frame, like always the type writer spits out the papers & The Doctor grabs it by force. The engine of The Tardis roared & they soon landed. The Doctor pulls down the monitor & without a rather joyful face, he was frozen shocked.
"Oh dear!"
"What is it Doctor?"
"Take a look for yourself."
The two looked through the monitor & was greeted by different explosions & flashes. They did land in Gallifrey but during it's darkest times. They landed during The Time War.
