Renboo and the missing ovary.
Renboo awoke in a bathtub full of ice, her mind was extremely groggy. It took her a good 15 minutes to make out her surroundings. An unfamiliar bathtub, a bloody drain a small table and a note on the table.
She tried to get up but slipped on the ice, realising that this was going to be much more of an ordeal than originally anticipated. After slipping around and being thankful that no one could see her she finally made it out of the tub.
She slowly made her way over to the small table near the centre of the room. She gripped the note with her trembling hooves and read the message:
Soz renboo we stole ur ovarees cus we needed them, no hard feeling though. It's not liked you would need them anyway, cus your a lesbian and there fore won't get preggers

Renboo was shocked, she was scared but most of all she was downright confused. Why would the princesses need her ovaries, why couldn't they have asked. The questions filled her head so quickly she almost didn't realise how hungry she was. She wished she had stayed oblivious to that.
Her stomach growled so loudly it made her jump, she was absolutley starving. She made her way over to the door slowly, so as not to trip and made her way outside.
The sun glared at her, causing her to cover her eyes with her hoof. Curious a house bathroom that leads outside, outside, where was outside? After her eyes had adjusted she took in her surrounding. A dry desert town reminiscent of Appleoosa, however this town was... Different.
She didn't know how it was different it just was, and that worried her. Even more worrying was the fact the sun was out, but the street was empty. She knew worrying was irrational, and even if it wasn't she was brave she could take anything on. So she walked left down the street.
While she was walking she was looking for a pony to ask for directions. Directions to food. After ten minutes she started to loose hop until, out of the corner of her eye, she saw some pony sitting on a bench. Outside of what appeared to be a restaurant.
"Hey you on the bench" renboo tried to yell, but her voice was croaky and it sounded more like an audible whisper.
The pony on the bench paid her no mind, and kept sitting as renboo got closer she noticed the ponies features. A blank stare, cracked lips, bad smelling but the thing that was most unpleasant was the flies. A small swarm of them around the expired pony. Renboo was immediately filled witha sense of dread, this pony seemed long dead why hadn't anypony given him a proper burial. For that matter where was every pony. She thought about what horrors could be awaiting her in the restaurant, and whether or not she should go inside. Her rational brain told her to get of the town as fast as she could, however her survival brain told her that there maybe food.
She swallow her fears and pushed open the swinging salon doors. She gasped at what she found before her, a crowded cafe. However this cafe looked like one in Canterlot, not like some backwoods redneck town. She looked around the room, in the back sitting at couch was princess celestia herself. Renboo made her way towards her, once again taking her time. She finally reached the princess and sat down opposite her.
"Ah renboo I've been expecting you, you must be very hungry please eat up" she gestured to a banquet if renboos favourite foods.
Renboo wolfed down as much as could, immediately feeling better.
"Why did you steal my ovary princess" renboo demanded.
"Because I'm a princess that's why, me and luna were bored so we kidnapped you and stole your ovary" the princess said without batting an eyelid.
"Wha... I'll tell my friends... We'll make you give it back" renboo said determinedly.
"Ha that is priceless, who are they gonna believe you or a princess, I think you should be thankful we didn't take something you actually needed" said celestia. "Go before I do decide to take something important"
Before renboo could react she was outside the restaurant except now she was in Ponyville staring at the door of sugar cube corner. Renboo was actually starting to get really scared, she flew to twilights house to see if the newly crowned princess would have any answers.
As she was making her way there she heard voices booming in the sky.
"She going into cardiac arrest, nurse get me a defibrillator stat"
"1. 2. 3. Clear"
"Still no pulse, CLEAR"
Renboo felt her eyes jolt back, and her chest felt like a boulder had fell on her. She blacked out.
When renboo woke up she was on a bed with her friends smiling faces staring at her, as she looked around the room she saw a heart rate monitor and Iv drip in her arm, she was wearing a hospital robe. Every thing was blurry and her ears were ringing.
She could make out "hey renboo you okay" and "how does it feel" though she couldn't pin these words to a voice. Her mind was starting to sober up, and so was her sight.
"Hey guys what happened?" Asked renboo weakly.
"You don't remember, you had a horrible accident, you're lucky to be alive" said a concerned Rarity.
"I seriously have zer clue why I'm here" renboo said with a bit more vigor.
Then a thought came to her. Ovary. Where was her ovary.
"Did the princesses give my ovary back?" Ask a worried renboo.
"What are you talking about, the princesses stealing your ovary your here because you had a tiny splinter in your hoove and thrashed around when the doctors tried to operate" Twillight said quizzically "they had to sedate you, but they gave you the wrong tranq and you OD'd"
"Well I just had the craziest dream ever then" renboo giggled.
A few day later the doctors allowed her to go home, she was looking forward to sleeping in her own bed. However the universe had a different plan, taped to her door was a note:
Lol splinter thing was a cover up, brainwashed ur friends still got ur ovary
