A new world and a new home.

Earth-Washington/USA 20th March 2014:

Hello, my name is Josh Carter, I am 16 years old and I lived in Washington. I have blue eyes and brown hairs. I was a normal teenager boy who lived his life. My life wasn't very nice. In school I had good marks but no friends. Everyone laughed about me because I wasn't a womanizer and yes I hadn't got the coolest clothes but is this really a reason to segregate me? I loved my parents. I haven't got a brother. My biggest hobby was to watch the sky, the stars. Yes I love it. I was so glad that my parents supported me with that. My dad bought me a telescope for 1,000$. He is the best. One day it escalated. My mother died on an accident, my marks become worse and the pupils started to annoy me all the time. My life was ruined. I thought about suicidal. But one day I landed on a mystery country. The country was settled by ponies but they were the best. They showed me what friendship really mean. They did everything for me. They helped me to get a new life. And that's my story...

Josh Carter FOV:

I was sitting in my room and played on my Computer. Today was an awesome day for me. The human kind found another planet which is very similar with our world. Isn't it fantastic? Finally! Man I am so nervous. The president of the U.S will address an audience in the TV. Only 15 minutes and the audience will begin...

15 minutes later:

"Hey Josh, come down the president is on the TV. The audience begins now." said my father who waited in the living room. I run upstairs

"Did they already start?" I asked.

"No, but you are punctual, sit down. Here your cheeseburger." said my father. I sat down. My whole body trembled. Then the President went to the camera. The president started,

"People of America, no people all over the world. This day is a special day for all of us. This day is the day which answer us a question who we ask since we look in the stars. "ARE WE ALONE IN THE UNIVERSE?" And then he answer.

"NO!" we aren't. Some of our scientists with help from our German friends we found a planet which is very similar with ours. And the best of all is it isn't as far we though first. No it is very near. The planet lay in the next solar system Alpha Centauri. This world has some special points..."

He started to explain the similarities with our planet. It was so fantastic. He showed us a picture of the planet. The planet had a lot of mountains and was full of water. This planet was complete green.

"And maybe but only maybe, this could be our new home planet if there is no rescue for our earth but it won’t go so far! We tried to contact this planet since without a result. Maybe this planet has no intelligence live forms. On the next day we started to discover this planet more exact."

Then the president went from the camera. Man that was awesome. A new planet which is similar with ours is AMAZING!!!

"Hey I bought you the new telescope, maybe you can see the planet or the star of this solar system." said my dad.

"YES OF COURSE I WILL DO THAT!" I replied. My dad laughed.

"Ha ha, you are still the same Josh."

Josh Carter POV:

On the evening, I asked my dad.

"Dad?" he looked at me and answered.

"Yes Josh?"

"Do you think we will travel to this planet one day?" he looked at me and said.

"Maybe, why not?"

"Man, I wish I could live in the future." My dad drank something and said,

"Maybe they will take you along to their planet with their space ships." I started to laugh,

"Ha Ha very funny dad."

"No no, really I think they are more intelligence as we I am sure." More intelligent, space ships. I noticed that because ... you will see. I asked my dad,

"Dad what do you mean how they look like?"

"I don't think they look like green or grey men." Then my dad changed the theme.

"Josh, how is it in school at the moment?" I had tears in my eyes.

"They still annoying me, I don't know what I have done?"

"Calm down Josh, I know it is hard I miss mum too maybe you should go to another school. I wish you could have a better live Josh." He held me in his arms. I missed my mother. The other pupils hate me and I am a poor crazy boy who is interested in Aliens. No wonder that everybody hates me. My dad finally said.

"Hey come on Cheer up! We look at the sky this night ... together." we went upstairs and entered my room. We watched the sky all the night. We founded the solar system.

"Oh dad I can only see a star."

"Yes it's the brightest star of all."

"Hm maybe on the weekend we could drive to the Big Air Telescope maybe you can see there more." My face was full of pleasure.

"REALLY YOU WOULD DO THAT?" He smiled and said.

"Of course but only ... you do your homework now!"

"Ok dad." and I throw me into his arms and hugged him.

"Dad you are the best."

"Oh really ... thank you Josh." I know this was ... stupid. No 16 years old boy would hug his dad, but he was everything for me.

I sat on my room and did my homework. Suddenly something strange happened. While I was doing my homework my mirror started to glow. I looked back, stood up, went to him. I thought, Hm ... maybe I need more sleep.

After doing my homework, I went to the bathroom, took a bath ... I liked it more as a shower and brush one´s teeth. I went back to my room, then I saw, the mirror started to glow again. I looked at it. The frame glowed. I shouted.

"Dad? Dad?" I don't know why he couldn't hear me. So I shouted again.

"DAD!" still nothing. I then heard a voice speaking.

"It's time for a new life Joshua Carter." Did I hear right? A voice? Did I hear a voice? I went forward; I felt something pulling at me. I went back, then forward again. Then something strange happened what I couldn't explain...
