A new world and a new home.

Another week has gone without Flitter. Another week full of empty. But at the weekend I can see her again. I was so lucky and she promised me a special present whatever it was. I was so glad. I wanted to do some things before she arrive again since I got a mail ... from the princess...from Princess Celestia.

Spike gave me the letter.

Dear Joshua,

I hope you are fine, I want to see you at the Canterlot Castle this afternoon, if its ok for you. If you haven't got the time please tell me and we will find another appointment for our meeting. I have to talk with you about some important things. I want to talk with you in private. So please come alone.

Woha, the princess wanted to see me. I hope I didn't do anything wrong? No, everything was ok, I can´t remember that I did something wrong. Maybe its about my stay here in Equestria. I hope I haven´t to go home again. Of course I missed my father but I liked this place so much and I founded my true love and I wont lost Flitter. I loved her so much and she did the same.

"Hey Josh what´s the problem?" Twilight asked.

"I got invited by the princess."

"Oh that is awesome. You know she is fine."

"Yes but .."

"But what?"

"I am a bit nervous because I don't know what she want from me."

"Oh believe me she is fine and don't worry she never hurt a pony before and of course she wont hurt you too."

"I didn't say that she wants to hurt me but ... the uncertainly."

"I know what you mean. Good luck Josh."

"Yea thank you."

2 hours later:

Finally I arrived in Canterlot. I am every time surprised how big the castle is and how much beautiful this place was. I could see the gates to the castle. Two guards stood in front of them.

"Hey ehm ... the princess wanted to see me."

"Oh you must be the human she wanted to speak come inside." said the guard.

The guard led me through the gates and I followed him, because he wanted to show me the way to the thorn room.

One other guard opened the gate. OK, stay cool Josh.

I walked forward to the princess.

"Hello Joshua how was your arrival here in Canterlot?" she asked.

"Ehm ... so far so good."

"Come on, guards let us alone." and the guards left the castle.

"You wanted to speak with me princess?"

"Yes its about your stay here in Equestria Josh."

I knew what will come now, I guess I have to go.

"Do you like it here?"

"Of course princess, I´ve never seen a place so peaceful and nice like here before."

"I am glad to hear that Josh. So I want to offer you something."

"OK and what?" I asked.

"You have the choose now to stay here forever or you can go home. I need a decision."

"Of course I wanted to stay here. I found my friends and ....

"Flitter? You like her really much." she smiled.

"Yea ... really."

"You two can´t get enough of each other."

"How?"

"I can see inside of your memories."

"Oh really?"

"Yes, but don't you miss your father?"

"Of course but ... I lost everything on earth and your princess offered me to stay here as long as I wish and I wish to stay forever. I have a mare here where I have to look out."

"Oh ... that sounds really cute Josh."

"Ok never mind you can stay here, you are a good boy. The next thing is have you ever ask yourself why you here?"

"I don't know maybe, by an accident?"

"I watched you all the time. I wanted to know more about humans. I thought all the time they are all evil but know since you here, I know they aren't evil, not all."

"Ok?"

"Never mind what the future will bring, I know one thing now, not all humans are evil and you was the best example for this. I wish you the best. I hope you enjoy your stay here.

"Oh of course I will because I have a marefriend which ... is very energetic and shy at the same time."

"Tstststs, I understand. Good luck with her."

"Thank you princess, thank you so much that I still can stay here."

"No problem and ..." she leaned to my ear.

"Flitter like white chocolate."

"Oh thanks Princess."

"And now ... goodbye and have a nice day and if you need something."

"You will be the first who will know it."

"Goodbye Josh."

"Goodbye our highness."

YES! I can stay here forever. I know my father will miss me but whatever he is doing now and whatever the future will hold for him, I hope the best for him.
