Queen Chrysalis lay on a rock in the Everfree Forest, where she had been banished after Cadance and Shining Armor's wedding, thinking of ways to get back at Twilight Sparkle for rotting her plans. Suddenly, she hard a loud explosion outside of her cave. She went outside to discover a portal. Yes, a portal to an animated-looking world. Just then, an ingenious idea popped into her head. Immediately, she disguised herself as Sweetie Belle and ran out of the forest into Ponyville, where she found Twilight, Spike, and their five friends.
Help, Help!
Chrysalis screamed.
What's wrong, Sweetie?
Twilight asked, concerned. Chrysalis replied,
It was a monster! A huge one! And it was chasing me, but luckily it wouldn't come out of the forest. Close your eyes and try to picture it by my description. It was yellow with green teeth and...
without hesitating, she put blindfolds over Spike and the six ponies. Using her magic, Chrysalis quickly transformed back into her real self and carried Twilight and her friends over to the portal. She threw them in, and to her amazement, the portal closed.
After a few minutes of laying silently on the ground, the seven friends heard a soft, sweet voice.
Sam, did you do this?
they heard the voice say.
You can accuse me of a lot of things, but not this.
replied a much rougher, annoyed-sounding voice. Suddenly, a brown-haired something took off there blindfolds.
Are you okay?
said the same sweet voice they had heard only a few moments earlier.
I'm Carly, and this is Sam.
. Carly looked at a blond girl that was the same, mysterious thing that Carly was.
What are you?
Rainbow Dash asked. Carly looked a bit confused.
Where humans, just like you idiots.
Sam answered, sounding even more annoyed than before. The friends looked in a window, and they found they looked just like Carly and Sam, only different cloths and hair. Spike found that he was a dog. They agreed to go to Carly's house and meet Carly's big brother Spencer. The six former ponies and the former dragon had so many questions they where afraid to ask, in fear of being called idiots by Sam once again.
By the time they got to Carly's, Rainbow Dash and Sam had started a friendly conversation.
Let's get you in some thing a little less formal.
Sam said. RD agreed with Sam, for she was dressed in a rainbow dress similar to the one she had worn to the gala. She and Sam went into the bathroom and RD came out a few minutes later wearing blue jeans and a purple shirt with the words "potato slime" on the front. A grown man who the six friends assumed was Spencer was in the kitchen.
Hey Carly. Are spaghetti tacos okay for... that's a lot of people.
he said.
Spencer, this is Twilight, Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie, Rainbow, and Fluttershy. Girls this is Spencer. Spens, they said they have nowhere to stay. Could they sleep here for the night? I'll help them get an apartment of there own tomorrow
Carly asked. Spencer agreed. They had a delicious meal and by the time the went to sleep, Carly and Sam had told the others all they needed to know to about Seattle.

Wake up sleepyheads! It's almost time to go to the Cheesecake Warehouse for breakfast!
Sam said as she awoke the others. Spencer had told her they would leave as soon as it opened and they only had a few minutes to get ready. Rainbow, Pinkie and Carly had no trouble getting up, but Sam had to beg and beg for the others to awaken. When they where all finally dressed and ready, Spencer drove them to the Cheesecake Warehouse. Spike sadly stayed at home
This food is simply magnificent! Nothing like I have ever encountered back in Ponyville.
Rarity complimented. After that, there was much silence while they ate.
How do they make this food so good?
Sam said with a full mouth, breaking the silence.
Manners, please.
Rarity told her, obviously disgusted.
Why?
Rainbow Dash asked. Sam and Rainbow laughed, while Rarity just sighed like a mother with a double load of laundry. Rainbow and Sam talked excitedly, while the others finished there breakfast is silence.
That afternoon, they went to the next place on the list; the Groovy Smoothie. Spike had to stay home again.
We'll take three blueberry blitz smoothies and seven strawberry splat.
Sam ordered once they got there. T-Bo, an employee at the Groovy Smoothie and a close friend to Carly, Sam, and Spencer, started making the smoothies.
I've never seen you before. Are you new to the town? I'm T-Bo.
He said excitedly.
Yes, we are new.
Twilight said, taking the hint that everyone in the town came here. They sat down once there smoothies were done.
This tastes better than Chimmy Cherry Changas covered in orange juice and lemon sauce!
Pinkie Pie said, so fast no one could hear her.
What did she...
Carly started, but was interrupted by T-Bo.
Do you wanna buy an apple?
He said, holding up a stick of apples.
No!
all nine shouted together. They all chatted while they drank.
The last place they went was Build-a-Bra. Carly and Sam taught them how to use the bra making boxes.
U-um c-c can you make them p- pink?
Fluttershy asked.
Shore you can! Just press this color doohiky over here, than press this thing to lighten the red, than click okay, and done!
Carly informed her. There finished products where outrageous! They walked out of the, big, crowded building, each holding a new bra.
The next day, Carly and Sam told there new found friends about there web show, iCarly.
Would y'all mind if we're on your fancy tech show?
Applejack asked. They all agreed, and it was decided that the six friends would be on the show, being called the "Mane 6", because before being educated by Carly and Sam, they acted much like horses. It was time for the show. Freddie, the technical producer of iCarly, arrived.
In 5, 4, 3, 2
he said, and than the show went on air. After a few jokes , it was time for the Mane 6's segment.
We'd like to introduce some friends of ours. Here they are, the Mane 6! C'mon out guys! We found them on the ground!
Carly and Sam said together.
Now, to end the show,
Carly said. Sam pressed a button on a blue remote. A voice called out
Random dancing!
, and after that the show went off air.
It had been almost a week since the ponies had arrived in Seattle. By now, they had become very close with Carly and Sam.
You know who you remind me of? There's this girly-girl little kid show that's like, really famous. You remind me of the main characters.
Sam said.
Later that day, they sat down to watch "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic". The new humans sat in awe as they watched themselves on TV.
That... is... us...
Pinkie Pie stammered, breaking a long session of sitting and watching. Carly and Sam sat emotionlessly, with a little sliver of wonder in there eyes. Twilight told them the whole story.
We have to get you home.
Carly said finally. That night, they packed food and water in an old backpack and went to sleep. The next morning, they went off on there adventure.
The 8 friends, plus Spike, said good-bye to Spencer and went on there journey. It wasn't long when they had entered a forest. Fluttershy fainted, so Rainbow Dash and Sam had to take turns carrying her on there backs. Twilight led the way, because of her great sense of direction. They went to sleep ten hours after dark.
They awoke to the sound of Sam's yells in there faces. After the friends had some breakfast, they went on journeying again. After five minutes, they saw something glowing.
The portal!
Carly called. They got closer and closer to the light, and saw that it was only the flickering headlights of a wrecked car.
Hours and hours went on, until they bumped into a light that looked like the animated world of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
This is it. Good-bye Carly and Sam, and thank you for all you have done.
Twilight said to her newfound friends. Only 7 went into the portal, slowly turning into ponies. Everypony in Ponyville were grouping around Twilight and her friends. The 7 would miss Carly and Sam, but they where home now.
