Fluttershy and her friends were getting ready for the gala like any girl would be doing, squealing, doing each other's hair and make-up and getting into there new gowns, rainbowdash wasn't there because she was finally asked to join the wonderbolts, but rd said she would make sure she was there.
They all looked absolutely dashing, but the most beautiful girl was fluttershy.
She had a green strapless dress on with butterfly earrings to match.
But they all looked very beautiful.
"OMG I AM SO NERVOUSCITED" pinkie squealed, while jumping up and down that the mad girl she was.
"Pinkie pie again that isn't even a real word" applejack stated, then chuckled a little seeing fluttershy gazing out the window.
Aj walked over to the young girl and sat by her to get fluttershy's attention
"Anything you wanna talk about sugarcube?" Applejack asked, concerned about her shy friend
Fluttershy looked at Aj and smiled sweetly,
"Im fine don't worry... just nervous" fluttershy said looking bk out the window with a nervous look on her face
Applejack knew fluttershy was nervous because discord was going to be there and its a masquerade gala so she wouldn't recognize him only if he took of his mask.
There was a knock at the door and a loud 'YEAH' at the door princess twilight went to open the door but rarity stepped in her way
"HE CANNOT COME IN WE'RE GETTING READY" rarity shouted with anger
"Rarity we're already done" twilight stated in a calm tone and opened the door. All the girls put on there masks and went outside and into the carriage, then headed there way to the canterlot masquerade, with fluttershy hoping to see her masked prince there and tell him how she felt.

As they arrived Fluttershy asked if she could go find Discord, her friends giggled and wished her good luck, so they all went on there ways.
Fluttershy tried to push past the crowd looking for discord hoping he would find her, she known he was somewhere but got lost in the crowd of masked jesters laughing and dancing

Discord searched for his masked angel pushing through the crowds, he saw a man with blonde hair and a white tuxedo it was blueblood talking to someone.
It was his Fluttershy, she looked beautiful with her green dress and the mask that covered her face was hiding beauty of its kind,
She also looked uncomfortable so Discord teleported to his room and dressed as none other than Red death, a phantom who would win the heart of the most passionate, beautiful and kindest creature he's ever laid eyes on and teleported bk to the masquerade but teleported near his fluttershy and that pervert.

Discord walked to them both held out his hand for Fluttershy and asked "would you care for a dance my angel"
Blueblood was to frightened to talk back so he backed away and went to flirt with other girls.
Fluttershy looked up at the phantom and saw his amber eyes staring down at her
Fluttershy put her hand in his and Discord walked Fluttershy to the dance floor.
Discord led Fluttershy through a waltz like everyone else on the dance floor, but they were different so everyone gazed at there wondrous dance.
Fluttershy gazed up at this man, she known who those amber eyes belonged to, she and the other women gasped as discord dipped fluttershy and whispered "I knew it was you my dear Fluttershy"
This made Fluttershy gasp with surprise again but calmed down and carried on with the waltz.
Discord twirled her carefully and looked at her friends who giggled uncontrollably, he grinned and looked back at fluttershy who was more beautiful than chaos itself.
As they finished there dance with a dip, once they were finished everyone started applauding and cheering.
Fluttershy pulled him into canterlot gardens and hugged him never wanting to let go
"Oh Discord it's so good to see you again, it's been so long" Fluttershy squealed
Discord smiled and returned the hug
"I've missed you more than you missed me" Discord chuckled, breathing in the beautiful rose scent of her hair
They locked stares, they felt a spark one they found each others stares.
"Discord I have a confession to make" Fluttershy whispered shyly while fiddling with her hair
"Me too fluttershy" Discord smiled nervously, while rubbing the back of his knock
They both sighed "come on you can do it just be brave and believe in yourself, you can do it" they both thought
"I'm in love with you and always have been" they both said in unison.
They both realised that they both said the same thing.
The other mane 5 were watching them oh also Spike...

Discord and Fluttershy looked at each other suprised at what they both said.
"You really..." Fluttershy gasped with tears in her eyes

Their stares locked and their lips were inches away from each other
"OMC ARE REALLY GONNA-"Pinkie squealed, before she could finnish the others shushed her even rd who was discords pranking buddy
By that second Discord and Fluttershy kissed for the very first time of their lives.
They smiled when they stopped kissing and Discord smiled sweetly
He clicked his fingers and a little box appeared
The mane 5 were shocked about this but Fluttershy had a tear of happiness in her eyes
"Fluttershy I love you and want to be the God and man to be there for you, I want to start a family with you and live a happy life together" discord got on his knee and opened the box showing a proposal ring inside.
"Fluttershy will you do the honour of being my bride" Discord choked, tears rolling down his cheeks.
Suddenly Fluttershy came hugging him tight, Discord sighed and returned the hug, she cried "YES" and discord put the engagement ring on her finger and picked her up bridal style, then teleported back to his castle in the everfree forest, well by his castle I mean celestias and lunas old castle that discord fixed and furnished. You get the picture.
Discord and Fluttershy appeared in front of his room, Discord still holding her bridal style and went in slammed the door behind him and teleported a do NOT disturb sign on the door.
Oh Celestias sake that's gross...
But Discord's gonna get lucky tonight if you know what I mean heh heh heh.
