The Past I Once Lived

The Doctor woke up seeing that Derpy was not in bed. Why is she up so early? he thought, Maybe she's just cooking breakfast for me. He went to the kitchen and saw that Derpy wasn't in the kitchen either. He called her name a couple of times and decided to go outside and look for her she wasn't in the garden or the backyard either. It's OK he thought she's probably walking around town and decided eat something from tow . He got to town which today was covered in flowers. He saw Applejack at her stall selling some apples to Bon Bon. He walked up to her and asked if she saw Derpy.

"Nope, if she came down here she would have asked for a apple muffin," Applejack said with a frown, "Why isn't she home?"

"No," fretted Dr. Whooves "I can't find her, I thought she would be down here!"

"Really?" Applejack said unhappily "Well I'll keep my eyes peeled, If I see her I'll tell her you were looking for her."

"Thank you Applejack," Dr. Whooves said running off to look for Derpy a little more.

Derpy woke up dazed and in a dark room with musty smell, and her front hooves chained to the wall.

"Huh," she whispered before yanking at the chains frantically "Ugh," she groaned before giving up.

"Oh you finally woke up," a person in the shadows cackled.

"Wh-Who are you," said Derpy

"Don't you recognize me Derpy," the stallion asked her. He stepped out of the shadows and Derpy saw it was her ex-boyfriend from high school. She broke up with him after him and his friends made fun of her because of her eyes. Ace the one who had girls piling up on him. Ace the Aqua blue stallion with beautiful purple eyes had chained her to a wall.

"Ace?" Derpy questioned "Wha-What do y-you want from me."

"I want you to say sorry!" he yelled.

"For what?" she asked.

"Don't play dumb with me I've seen you with that stallion," he growled angerly  "What's his name oh yes Doctor Whooves."

"I- I thought you didn't love me you hurt my feelings!" Derpy cried out. "I found someone who cares about me!"

Doctor Whooves walked home slowly no luck in finding Derpy, maybe she just went home and is waiting for me. When he walked into the house Derpy was nowhere in sight. He called her name but she never answered. He finally decided to go ask Pinkie she always had the scoop. He left the house and walked to Sugar Cube Corner and walked in to see Pinkie talking to Fluttershy it seemed like they were laughing.

"Hi Pinkie, Hi Fluttershy" Doctor Whooves said quickly.

"Hello Doctor" Pinkie said with a wide smile.

"Have you two seen Derpy," the Doctor asked "I haven't seen her all day".

"Nope," they both said in unison.

"Well can you keep an eye out for her please," the Doctor said worried.

"Sure," the two said in unison... again. In defeat the Doctor left disappointed. It was getting dark so the Doctor walked home and fretted around the house. He was hungry but he didn't care all he could care about right now was where Derpy went. Bad thoughts flooded his mind as he paced the house he couldn't sleep all night as he worried through the night he worried until the morning when he finally lay down to rest, tired and stressed.

Derpy was bruised and bloody from the kicks and puches of her ex-boyfriend. She was thrown a muffin to eat but couldn't get it for her hooves were chained.

"Eat up," she heard from across the room before the door slammed shut. She pulled her neck forward trying to reach the muffin but failed miserably as the chains felt like they would pull her hooves off the muffin was too far away if she didn't die of abuse she would die of starvation and thirst. She would try screaming but her captor would just beat her up some more. She was tired so she tried sleeping but only to wake up screaming from her nightmares. Hearing her screams her captor came down gave her kicks and punches, when he was finally done he picked up the muffin from the ground and stuffed it in the crying mares mouth.

Doctor Whooves woke up sweating from a nightmare of Derpy getting hurt my a bigger stallion. I can't this anymore he thought. He ran to the library and asked spike if he could send a note to Celestia.

Dear Princess Celesita,

My wife Derpy Whooves has been missing for about a day. If I may ask I want to come

to the castle to discuss this situation.

Yours Truly,

Doctor Whooves

Spike sent the note and Doctor Whooves paced the room until Princess Celesita sent a note back it said:

Dear Doctor Whooves,

Yes you may come to my castle tommorow

See you then

Sincerely,

Princess Celesita

Doctor Whooves galloped to his house and packed for the next day.

The next morning Dr. Whooves jumped on the first train to canterlot. It was his first time to Canterlot so he was very excited though he was still worrying about Derpy. When he got off he was breathless with all the hustle bustle and everyone wearing fancy clothing like they were all going to a ball.

He walked towards the castle looking at everything as he went. There were restaurants and people just so much to take the beauty of this city was unbelievable he wished he could share it with Derpy. He got to the castle and the guards let him in and told wait in a big hallway on a big seat. The hallway was kind of balnd just a few flowerpots here and there. Finally a guard came to get and bring him to Celestia.
