The Past I Once Lived

Derpy woke up aching from muzzle to hoof. I've got to get out of here she thought.  She tried standing on her hooves wobbling from side to side. She collapsed on the ground not able to stand. She rubbed her face trying to get some of the grime off but failed with no avail. She looked towards the dirtied window. "Worth a shot" She whispered. She wobbled towards the window and looked up at it. She lifted her hooves and put them on the window sill. She tried pushing herself up but had not one bit of strength in her body. She fell to the ground landing with a soft oof. She looked up at the ceiling as she felt the dread seep through her. Was she ever going to get out? She shut her eyes and let the truth seep in... she wasn't getting out. As she slept she dreamed. She was running through a forest from...from what.

"STOP" Boomed a voice above her.

"P-Princess Luna" Derpy said.

"Derpy, tell me before it's to late where are you?"

"I-I don't know I'm locked away.. in a room somewhere please help me"

"Do you know who you are with"

"Yes, Ace"

"Ace? I never thought he would do something like this. What in Equestria possessed him to do such a thing"

"Please Luna save me" Derpy said before waking up. Her heart bounced feeling as though she had some sort of chance to escape this filthy prison."

The Doctor was pacing the study as a guard was a knocking on the door. He opened the door "Yes?".

"The Princess wants you" The Guard said eyeing the Doctor, "She says its urgent" The doctor looked surprised and followed the guard wanting to go faster. He walked into the throne room and bowed.

"You needed to tell me something urgent?"

"Yes I got some information from Derpy"

"What?" The Doctor exclaimed in shock his eyes lit up. "D-Derpy is coming home!"

"Now don't get to excited" Luna said with a smile. "I have a few guards going to the suspects house we'll have her back soon"

Ace jumped out of his chair when he heard a knock at the door. "Who could that be" he mumbled tiredly he couldn't sleep at all the night before. He opened the door and saw a guards face. His eyes widened slightly but other than that he didn't show any other reaction. "Oh hello mister why could I help you with today on this lovely day!" Ace exclaimed with an overly excited voice.

"Ace cut the small talk where's Derpy?" the guard ask as another appeared behind him.

"Nothing around the shed sir" The guard told to what seemed to be the leader of the two.

"Derpy? Who's that?" Ace questioned making a puzzled face at the guard.

"Don't play dumb with me you know exactly who Derpy is" The guard said glaring at Ace.

"I seriously have no idea what you're talking about," Ace said in a confused tone.

"Fine then I'll have to take you in for questioning," The guard said giving Ace an icy look.

"Ok" Ace said almost smirking as the guards took him from his house.

Derpy sat confused because Ace hadn't come down with her daily meal Maybe he forgot about me, but I'm getting awfully hungry Derpy thought as she sat and stared at the wall. She was feeling a bit better than before. She got up and started pacing the room. What if he doesn't bring me any food or water at all She thought nervously. What if he just leave me here to die She looked around helplessly as she felt the dread through her veins. Well I'll just have to wait and see she thought trying get a little more hopeful.

Ace sat uncomfortably in the chair as the guards paced the room. "So where'd you take her Ace?" The guard asked slamming his hoof on the ground.

Ace smiled "I don't know what you're talking about"

The guard glared at Ace "Derpy where did you take Derpy?"

"Oh this is about Derpy?" Ace said a look of question in his eyes "I don't know Derpy"

The guard looked frustrated with Ace "Just cooperate and we might be able to make you a deal we can try and let go free you don't have to go to jail" the guard looked at Ace.

"Sounds pretty tempting but I won't tell you where she is" Ace said with a smirk.

"Just tell us Ace we don't have time for this crap that you're giving us" The guard said with anger in his eyes.

"No I won't tell you" Ace said

"Fine we'll just have to lock you away then won't we?" The guard grabbed Ace and walked him over to a cell he pushed Ace in then shut and locked the door. "Men head out we are going to find this pony no matter how long it takes."
