I get sent to a new place

What sound is that? Wait! Is that...  It couldn't be!

I open my eyes and see... brown. A brown tree pressed against my nose. "Ouch." I lean back and start to rub, when I notice something strange. Where my hand should be a hoof is. A colored hoof.

Well that's new. Before I let out a scream I hear that sound again and look around. First thing I notice is more trees, and colored horses coming closer. No not horses, they're too short. Whatever, there is definitely six of them racing towards me trying to say something. The extremely pink one reaches me first and starts speaking gibberish. Literally!  Not a single word is coming out of her mouth that I understand.

"Pinkie, give the poor thing a chance to talk," said the white one with curly purple hair. She (I am assuming at this point by the way it sounds) trots up to me and asks, "Are you alright, dearie?" To which I can only nod at this point.

I take a look at the rest of them and notice their major differences. The next to reach me is orange colored with yellow hair and a cowboy hat. She talks to the white one and I notice a southern accent. Cool! Another southern gal! Next comes the blue one. She has every color of the rainbow in her hair and apparently she can fly. Strange. Now the the yellow creature behind blue. She has pink hair. And seems to be very shy.

"What are you doing in the Everfree? Don't you realize how dangerous it is here?!" says purple with purple and pink hair.

"Is that a horn!?" I ask her

"Don't change the subject! Come on, we need to get out of here fast. It's almost nighttime." She said.

" It's not changing the subject if you weren't talking in the first place."
