Luna has gone too far, but this time it isn't because of Nightmare Moon. During the years. she has gotten sick of taking the backseat to Celestia's rule. Instead of talking it over with her sister, she framed Celestia for a string of murders. Celestia was banished, and Luna stripped Twilight of her princess identity, saying she may be an apprentice to the murders. This left the throne to Luna, but little does she know, that a secret group plans to get rid of her and put Twilight on the throne.

But, this group has no one to assassinate the ponies in their way. Until they find someone to wield a mysterious weapon.
