The remainder of the shadow fell down to his icy prison, that the two sisters hoped would never be opened. "It's finally over...Sombra's gone..." Princess Luna said, she herself couldn't believe it. ''Not quite yet, we need to look for any crystal ponies inside the castle and get them out." Her sister complied. Luna nodded, and flew into the crystalized castle, trying not to get distracted by its beauty and focus on the mission ahead. She touched down, her hooves clanking on the crystal flooring, setting off an echo throughout the hallway. "Hello?" Luna called, setting off another echo. No answer. Luna was ready to leave onto the next floor, when a small whinny could be heard. It happened again, this time a little louder, and the princess could tell it was coming from the bedroom. The regal door was opened a crack, and Luna pushed it open with a creak and walked through. The room was giant, with black crystals covering the floor and walls, and coming out of the floor, there was some sort of crib in the middle of the floor.
Luna trotted over to the makeshift crib and looked into it's surprisingly soft interior, and gasped. Curled up in a blanket was a small Philly, no older then 1 month old, sniffing the air around it. The only thing that made Luna feel very uneasy was it's striking similarities to King Sombra. It, or should I say He, had a dark black coat with green eyes and a unicorn horn...with a tinge of red on top. Could this possibly be.... Luna thought. ....Sombra's son?
