I woke up with a yawn and rolled over on my bed... onto the floor. But if didn't matter. I brushed my teeth and coughed some onto the floor. But I didn't care. I could do anything I wanted, for today is my BIRTHDAY!
I spit the minty foam out of my mouth into the sink and, after brushing my mane, I ran outside. What a glorious day too! The sun was so beautiful today. The fresh morning air blew gently in my face and I inhaled the wonderful scent of nature around me. Today is just as glorious as I.
Not wasting much time, I ran to one of Canterlot's many malls with bits in my saddle bag. I'd saved up all year for this. As I walked inside I saw friendly smiles greet me. I smiled too, andlooked around for dresses and jewelry. Luckily, I found a lot I absolutely loved. And they were on sale!
After spending my bits on clothes, jewelry, etc., I went up to a fancy restaurant. I still had a fair amount of bits in my saddle bag, and I intended to spend it all! I sat at a table alone near the back and ordered a hay steak with potatoes and mushrooms. I got a few judging glances (It was 59 bits but was one of the cheapest meals), but I gave a smile and happily munched on my overpriced food. After paying the bill and leaving a tip, I walked out to see what else I wanted to do. It was already 3:45 PM and 5 hours later it'd be night already. My head flinched upwards as a light bulb appeared inside it. I could go to the spa of course! I smilled and trotted quickly to the Sunny Day Spa. Oh how relaxing it was! I got a wonderful mud bath, a dazzling hooficure, a nice time in the sauna, and I felt like the freshest pony in Equestria. That masseuse really meant buisness today! I walked toward my trailer to find something else to do until I saw...

"Trixie? Is that you?" A familiar voice called to me.
"Yes it is most definitely Trixie. What do you want Sparkle?" I replied back.
"Oh, nothing. I was just walking and recognized you." she replied.
"Hm,you don't look very busy, Sparkle. Wanna hang?" I asked with a small smirk on my face.
Twilight looked surprised for a moment, but quickly agreed to the idea. It was really no surprise what with her cherishing friendship and all. I invited her into my traveling home, and the was amazed at how clean and wonderful it looked.
"Nice place you've got here, Trixie." She complimented.
"It's expected as always Sparkle. Thank you for the praise." I thanked her.
"Hm, so what should we do first?" I wondered aloud.
"I dunno, but I'm getting thirsty. You have something to drink Trixie?" Twilight asked.
"Of course I've got a bottle of water..." I said and went into my mini-fridge to get her some water.
I came back and as I gave her the beverage, I thought of a great idea.
"Hey Sparkle? I've got an awesome idea..."
"And... and then... umm... the stallion says... uh... I f-forgehh?"
"HahahahHAHAHAH! Ish... is... is STILL funnheheheheheeee!"
"You... gonna eash shommore pisah?"
Twilight and I were on the floor laughing our flanks off fighting for the last slice of pizza... I think? I don't know, it might have been the last entire pizza.Twilight had climbed over me in attempt to grab the box, but she easily lost her balance. She was drunk.
I was drunk.
We had gotten into any alcohol I had in my wagon and Twilight had a few bottles of Hard Applejack Cider with her. Turns out it was her birthday too, and she'd left her friend's party that was in Celestia's castle to take a walk, until she found me. I think she told me what happened there. Something that has something to do with Rarity not knowing who her real friends were or something. I didn't really listen anyways, I just pretended to be interested while I wanted to go to sleep the whole time. After that we played a couple games and just fooled around doing whatever really. We were having so much fun!
"W-wanna play a game?" I asked the mare who's probably one of my best friends now.
"Sureh... what did yoouou have in mihnd?" She slurred questioningly.
"S-sp... Shipin the... um... bottle! Yeah! Spin the... bottle!" I answered trying to remember how the game went.
"Ah... I coulda sworn that... that game took moreh than t-two players." She said, stumbling over the words.
"Whateva."
So we ended up taking turns spinning the hard cider bottle on the floor, kissing the same mare over and over again. It really made no sense and was a repetitive process, but we still got surprised, laughed, and had fun. Because nothing else really mattered that night. Just two friends hanging out, doing whatever we want on our birthday. We didn't have to to worry, work, stress, or really do anything. Just enjoy the night that Luna provided us with and go crazy for all we care!
So we were fooling around (invading our personal space a bit much, but neither of us cared) to the point I ended up in a drunken tickle war with Twilight on my bed. I had absolutely no idea who was winning, but I'm sure it was me. We were on the edge of the bed getting ready to fall off when...
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!
Somepony knocked on my door. I fell, with Twilight still in my grasp, and walked over to the door. When I opened it I saw the rest of Twilight's friends. I opened the door for them to come in and looked over to Twilight.
"Twihhlight! Yer friends areh here!" I called to her.
She let out an 'oof' and walked over to the middle of the wagon that they'd just walked into.
"Oh heeey girlsh! I... wuh are you doing here?" she said, her slurring receding a little bit.
"Um, we were worried about you, darling, when you were out too long. We wanted to see if you were alright and we heard you laughing in here. And also, um, are you alright dear? You look a little..." Rarity tailed off worriedly.
"Drunk." Rainbow Dash finished.
"Oh! I'm okay, really! It turned out to bee Trixshie's birthday too sho we deshided to celebrate together!" She exclaimed, only really slurring on the letter 's' now.
"W-wanna join?" I offered.
It took a little bit of persuading, but they eventually agreed to join in the celebration. We played a proper game of spin the bottle and, after dancing and drinking some more, everypony blacked out at some point and I was the only one woke.This is the best Birthday ever! I thought as I hopped on my bed and fell asleep.

Was it a dream? I looked around and confirmed my suspicions. Yes, it was a dream. But guess what?
