Five humans are selected for a project to preserve the past better than the ones before them. Frozen in time they wait to be unthawed to reveal more of the past. They awake to a world not known to them. A world where the human race no longer rule and their past no longer matters.
The experiment that held a completely different meaning now takes a new turn. The new test of the experiment is how well with humans survive in a world no longer ruled by them and how well they can adjust.
