Chapter 1 View OnlineChaos Still RemainsChapter 1 Author's Note This is my First Fan Fic, that I'm posting so if you have any idea's on how I could make my Fanfic better I'd love to hear! ^_^ thanks for reading I'll try to upload as much as I can :) Chapter 1 Fluttershy hummed to herself as she walked around her yard doing her daily feedings to the animals. She was thinking deeply about the events that happened just a few days ago; Princess Celestia had given her a duty to reform Discord. It had been a stressful and slightly difficult task because he had played around with her, pretending to be “reformed” when in reality he was his old self but after she had gotten mad at him and said if he didn’t return everything back to normal she wouldn’t be his friend. That had seemed to slap some sense into him and he did as she said. She glanced at him lying back in a hammock; with his mismatched arms behind his head looking like he didn’t have a care in the world. She smiled and trotted around the side of the cottage, to finish feeding the animals. Discord peeked open his eye and smirked to himself as he watched the yellow mare disappear. He let out an evil chuckle. Did she really believe the lord of chaos was reformed? Honestly was she really that naïve? He sat up and stretched, he did like having a friend but he loved chaos more. Now what shall my next move be? He thought to himself. Maybe I could turn all of her animals into plushies! No perhaps not, I’ll have to come up with a plan, one where she won’t even suspect a thing. I’ll make her trust me even more; yes that’s what I’ll do. He thought a bit more before he thought of the most evil plan he had ever thought of! Oh it made even him cringe at the mere thought of it. But it was so good! He laughed evilly, his laughter echoing across the yard. He would make Fluttershy fall in love with him and then he would make her unable to use her elements of harmony against him and then she would hurt her friends! Oh yes it would be a good plan! But now how to make her fall for me? Should be a bit easier now that I’m “reformed.” He grinned and slid out of the hammock. He looked around for her and finally found her inside her cottage feeding Angel bunny. “Fluttershy?” She looked up at him with her gentle smile “Hello Discord, finally awake from your nap?” she asked. He chuckled “Yeah sorry about dozing off on you. That wasn’t fair of me to let you do all the work.” She shook her head and said “Oh no, that’s alright. I’m used to not getting a lot of help anyways. I’m so used to being on my own.” Discord smiled at her “Well, I feel better now. Hey you know what we should do?” She tilted her head “No what?” she asked curiously “We should go out on a nice picnic, to celebrate you changing me into good and for us being friends.” He said. She looked down and said shyly “Um...Well I kind of promised Twilight I would go over and help her. Spike isn’t feeling that well and she’s not sure how to help him.” She glanced up and said worriedly “Oh but you aren’t mad are you? I’d hate to make you upset… I really want to, but it’s just I promised her before…” Discord waved his claw and said “Not a problem at all, Fluttershy. We can always go later in the day anyways. I’ll just relax here for the day while you are out.” He cursed in his mind. Stupid Twilight Speckle ruining my plans like always. I’ll teach her. Fluttershy gave him a big smile “Thank you for understanding. We can go later when I get back!” she said gratefully. He nodded and she trotted off in the direction of the library. He sighed and paced across the floor thinking more about his plan. ……………….. Fluttershy reached Twilights and she knocked lightly on the door. Twilight answered the door on the first knock. Her normally straight mane was ruffled and slightly shinged. “Fluttershy! Thank god you’re here!” she cried and pulled her inside. She lead Fluttershy to Spike’s bed he was sending out bursts of green flame every few seconds and his normally purple scales had turned bluish. Fluttershy gave him a glance before turning to Twilight who was rubbing her hooves together worriedly. “When did he start looking like this?” she asked “Since last night, when I was talking to you. But he didn’t look this bad!” She replied “What’s wrong with him?” “Did he over eat on anything or eat anything poisonous?” Fluttershy asked “I noticed he was overeating on gems, but he normally does that anyways! But he was near a plant” She said nearly chomping down on her hooves. “What did it look like?” she asked calmly “It had five petals and they were black, yellow, green, blue, and red at least I think so.” She said. Fluttershy’s eyes widened “Oh no I need to go into the Everfree forest right away then! The plant you’re describing is poisonous to dragons!” She exclaimed. “You stay here with spike and try and keep his temperature normal. Keep trying to cool him down he is boiling right now. I won’t be too long!” She turned and hurried away. Twilight cried “Wait! I could get you somepony else to go with you!” Fluttershy called be “Can’t need to go now!” She bolted out of the library and across town. if she didn’t hurry back within 4 hours spike would be…. She shook her head No I can’t think like that right now I need to get the antidote! She ran deep into the everfree forest, not even remotely frightened for once. She remembered seeing one close to the castle of the two sisters. She ran so fast she didn’t even notice the giant yellow eyes staring at her through the darkness. /......................... Discord kept glancing towards the darkness that was the Everfree forest. No matter what he did he couldn’t shake the bad feeling he had. He sighed than glanced back over at it for the hundredth time. Maybe I should go check it out, it wouldn’t hurt. He set off towards the darkness. Fluttershy smiled in triumph as she found the flower that would cure Spike. She picked some and placed into her saddle bag and she trotted off not nearly as fast as before because she was very tired from running all the way there. She shuttered as the wind got chillier and she suddenly felt like something was behind her. She glanced behind and instantly regretted doing so. Behind her was an enormous green dragon with yellow eyes. She shuddered in fear as she noticed his teeth were gleaming with saliva. “Well… hello, uh Mr. Dragon, What’s wr-rong?” she stammered He roared in response and stomped towards her. Fluttershy took that as her cue to run for the hills. Adrenaline kicked in and she ran faster than she ever had before. “Don’t worry! Your friends will be here to help you right?” She said to herself trying to calm down. “But they don’t know I’m here do they? Only Twilight.” She gasped for air as she ran “But I’m close to the exit I’m sure!” Sure enough the trees were thinning out and it was easier to see. “Yes!” she cried only to be followed by a “Oh god no!” she had reached a large ravine with nowhere to go to. The Dragon stomped forth closer and closer Fluttershy was frozen she couldn’t even breathe. She brought her hands up to her face to face the end. Discord appeared behind the dragon. “What a small little dragon causing so much chaos! But scaring Fluttershy like that, that’s a deal breaker!” He transformed into a towering dragon easily 20 more feet taller than the green dragon. “No buzz off!” he roared. The green dragon took one look at him and flew away whimpering. “Now that that’s taken care of, I’ll…” Discord broke off as Fluttershy cried and hugged him tighter than he had ever been hugged before, which wasn’t a lot of course. He looked down at her in surprise. “T-tha-ank you for Sa-vving me!” she cried and snuggled into him. Discord was getting a little hot in the face. “No problem, Fluttershy, uh…why were you out here anyways?” “I-I was getting an antidote for S-spike.” She stuttered. “H-he’s so si-ick” He shook his head and chuckled “always one for being kind. Come one let’s go drop that off at Twilight’s.” He glanced down at Fluttershy and smiled once more before snapping his fingers and the two of them disappeared from the forest.
Chapter 2View OnlineChaos Still RemainsChapter 2Discord and Fluttershy appeared in front of Twilight's. "Um Discord? Could you put me down please?" Fluttershy asked, shyly looking up at him with doe eyes. Discord put her down and felt his face get hot again. "oh yeah.. right! Sorry, my dear." Great now I look like an idiot. Fluttershy smiled at him appreciatively and knocked on the door with her hoof. There was a clatter inside as Twilight rushed to the door and swung it open. "I got the antidote!" Fluttershy said showing Twilight the flower and rushed in. She ran upstairs to where Spike was now laying on Twilight's bed. She approached him and shook him awake gently "Spike, I need you to open your mouth and eat this ok?" He nodded weakly and opened his mouth with difficulty and Fluttershy placed the flower in his mouth. Spike chewed on it slowly and his coloring started to turn back to normal and his breathing stabilized. Fluttershy placed a hoof on his forehead and smiled "His temperature is going back to normal, he'll be ok now Twilight. He'll just need lots of bed rest." Twilight breathed a sigh of relief and threw her hooves around Fluttershy hugging her friend tightly. "Thank Celestia! You are amazing Fluttershy. I don't know what I would have done if I had lost him." Fluttershy smiled and hugged her back. "I'm glad I was able to help. You should get some rest too, Twilight. You...um.. look exhausted, if you don't mind me saying." Twilight nodded "I am exhausted. I-" "Well as touching as this all is, we should go home Fluttershy." Discord interrupted as he leaned against the wall. Twilight glared at him. She hated being cut off! Fluttershy frowned at him and turned to Twilight "Sorry about that, someone is a little grumpy." Discord rolled his eyes and lost himself in his thoughts as the two still continued talking. Do these ponies ever stop talking? He glanced over at Fluttershy. He was secretly impressed with her saving Spike's life but he would never tell her that! It's a wonder she's not still a whimpy pegasus after the whole dragon situation, she was buried in my arms ten minutes ago crying and now she's smiling and acting like nothing happened. He froze as that thought crossed his mind. Buried in my arms. He shook that thought from his head. Bad Discord stop thinking like that! Don't actually get attached! He sighed. At least that's a sure way to making my plan succeed. Fluttershy's voice cut through his thoughts. "Let's go home Discord.Twilight should get some rest." "Well it's about time!" He stated and picked up Fluttershy. She frowned at him and looked apologetically at Twilight before Discord snapped them away. ………..……………. They appeared in Fluttershy's cottage and she hopped down. "You didn't have to be so rude at Twilight's, Discord. She's had a horrible night and you weren't helping by being rude." She said glaring up at him. He sighed and said " yes, yes I know. I'm sorry, I'm not accustomed to the 'rules of friendship'" he added quotations and rolled his extra set of eyes that had appeared on the back of his head. Her eyes softened " oh...yes I'm sorry of course you wouldn't know better." A silence passed between them and then Fluttershy said shyly "Thank you again for saving me in the forest. No one has ever saved me like that. I... c-can't believe you saved me. You… made me feel so safe and I… I'm forever grateful." She glanced down her face beat red. Time to strike! He thought. Discord smiled and took her face in his paw and cupped it. "Of course I saved you, Fluttershy. You are the most important pony in my life and I don't know what I'd do if I lost you." Her face turned even redder "Oh-hh my, I n-never knew that. I s-suposed you are also one of the most important c-creatures in my life." She stumbled over her words. He smiled and ran his claw along her face and brushed a few strands of her mane out of the way. She started leaning into his touch and smiled at him. He felt her pulse quicken at his touch though it may have just been because she was embarrassed. I think it's working! He thought. Now you ol stud you. Go in for the kill! "Um Fluttershy, I must be honest with you." "Yes Discord?" "This is hard for me to admit, I didn't get reformed simply because of your friendship." She looked at him confused "you didn't?" "No, I started falling for you. After you treated me with such kindness, I couldn't get you out of my head. Your smile, your voice, your eyes - just everything made me want to be near you and I selfishly thought I could do whatever I wanted with that promise you made me to never use your element. I was wrong and I felt horrible making you mad like that." He paused looking at her. She was wide eyed. " After that I vowed I would do anything to make you happy and I guess what I'm trying to say is...I love you Fluttershy." She blinked and swallowed "I don't know what to say…" She studied his hopeful face. "I mean nopony has ever looked my way before." Quick Discord save this! "I don't know how anypony hasn't my dear Fluttershy. You are the most amazing pony and stallions are idiots if they don't see it " She took a breath and said "I think I may be falling for you too. The way you rushed to my rescue and how much you care about me." He smiled and said "Then Fluttershy, would you be my special somepony?" She nodded. He squee'd and pulled her close. She snuggled in and sighed happily, breathing in his scent. He leaned down and closed the gap between them and kissed her gently. She kissed him back and smiled into the kiss. He pulled away a few minutes later for air and he smiled at her. "T-that was a-amazing." Fluttershy stammered a dazed look on her face. He nodded back. "We should probably get to bed though. It's quite late." "Ok, goodnight my dear Fluttershy." He took his place on the couch. "Goodnight, Discord " She smiled and flew off to her room. Discord lay on his back with a grin on his face. Yes, she fell for that hookline and sinker. Now to get her to fall so deeply in love with me that she turns on her friends. He cackled in his mind. And flipped over, not even noticing the warmth he felt from tonight filling his chest.

Chapter 4View OnlineChaos Still RemainsChapter 4Discord appeared in a field that was surrounded by trees. It was perfect for anypony who wanted to have a date and not be interrupted or seen. I have her in my grasp now! He rubbed his claw and paw together and chuckled. Now to just make a perfect setting for our date. He stopped and shook that thought from his mind. I can't think like that, wouldn't want to actually get attached to her, that would put a damper on my plan….Still though, it's a nice feeling having somepony care about me for the first time. Now what does Fluttershy love most? A lightbulb appeared and he snapped his claw and summoned rabbits of all sorts; lion head,Flemish Giants, Holland lops. They surrounded the area. He snapped repeatedly and summoned a checkered blanket, birds,a giant picnic basket full of cucumber sandwiches, lemonade, tea, cupcakes and all of the plates and teaset. He arranged everything perfectly and summoned fairy lights and lanterns overhead. With one last final thought he snapped a violin that played by itself and a dozen roses into reality. He looked over his creation and smirked. There that should make her weak in the knees. He slicked back his black mane. Looking good you ol stud, you. He heard Fluttershy call him and he snapped back to the cottage. She smelled lovely like fresh strawberries and cream. She smiled at him and said "I'm ready now if you are." "I am, come here my dear." She trotted to him and he picked her up gently and held her close. "Now forgive me but I'm going to blindfold you." She looked shyly at him "ok, why?" She asked. "It's a surprise, I don't want you peeking." He said winking at her and she smiled and nodded. He placed a silk bandana over her eyes. Making sure she could not see anything he whisked them away. They appeared back at the field and he set her down gently. He lead her over to the picnic blanket and picked up the roses. "You can take off the blindfold, dearest." She removed it and she gazed in awe at the setup around her. Bunnies hopped over and snuggled against her leg, the violin was playing a gentle tune and Discord was in front of her with a bouquet of roses. He handed them to her and said "a dozen roses for the most beautiful pony in Equestria." She blushed and smelled them. "Thank you, they are lovely. Oh Discord…. I don't even know what to say...this is so beautiful and perfect." He grinned "Anything for my marefriend." He curled his body around hers and felt her move against him. He felt that familiar warmth spread through his chest again and he handed her the plate of cucumber sandwiches. They ate slowly, Discord making jokes and performing crazy antics and Fluttershy giggling at them. Time passed and soon it was late in the afternoon. Fluttershy gazed at Discord and said "this afternoon was perfect Discord, I've never been so happy." He nodded in agreement.Me too, I haven't been this content in a few thousand years. Fluttershy snuggled closer to himand he felt his heart pick up speed. What is going on with me? He looked at her doe eyes and how the sun glistened through her mane almost like she had a heavenly aura around her. She's breathtaking… Snap out of it!! She's just a whimpy pegasus man! You're getting too caught up in this! Discord closed his eyes for a second and breathed out. He felt a warmth and a gentle pressure on his lips. His eyes shot open in surprise. Fluttershy was kissing him! It felt nice. He closed his eyes and pulled his claw and paw against her and pulled her so close they fell backwards so she was laying on his chest. She moaned slightly in response and Discord's tongue went to her lips asking for entrance. She let him in and they kissed deeply. This is incredible, way better than chocolate milk rain. The fact that she was kissing him willingly made his heart nearly burst out of his chest. He pulled away reluctantly from her for air and looked at her. Her hair had fallen into her face and she was gasping for air cutely and looking at him with her beautiful teal eyes, a smile across her face. "S-sorry I got a little carried away, I just felt an urge to kiss you " she said quietly. "I hope you didn't mind " He shook his head fast. "Fluttershy never apologize for that, that was better than any chaos I could have made." You fool! Why did you say that?! She smiled cutely at him and nuzzled him. "I'm glad to hear." He pulled her close and snuggled with her, feeling her warmth against his chest. She really smelled good. Calm down tiger, don't get so worked up.Stick to the plan! It was proving to be hard to do just that with the mare in his arms. He actually felt incredibly happy. She pulled away a few moment later and he grumbled a little. "Sorry but I think we should call this short. I should probably check on Twilight and see how Spike is doing now." He rolled his eyes and sighed "yes I suppose you should." Stupid Twilight Speckle and her pet dragon. "I'm sorry, I loved every minute with you. If I could I would want to be here forever with you." He smirked at her "we could do just that! I could freeze time and we could be together in this moment." She blushed and shook her head. "Discord…" "I'm kidding!....Mostly" he grinned at her. "I'm sorry my dear but you are too irresistible to give up. " He brushed her mane out of her face and gazed at her. She smiled at that and said "see you at home?" He nodded and kissed her once more. She kissed him back and pulled away. "Thank you Discord." She smiled and then trotted away. Discord stared at her disappering backside and lay back on the blanket. I think...I may be actually falling for her… he thought gazing up at the blue sky. A goofy smile on his face. Crap. Author's Note Hope you enjoyed! Until the next chapter 😉
