A Stunt To Realityby CreamyShadow48ChaptersSparking An IdeaIt Is TimeProving Ponyville WrongHospital Recovery & DramaSparking An IdeaIt was a dark midnight in Ponyville, as the Cutie Mark Crusaders were up in the tree house setting up their new Ponycube they found buried in the ground. "So, I guess this wire goes into here?" question Sweetie Belle, trying to untangle two of the wires. "No stop, you're doing it wrong!" exclaimed Scootaloo, pushing Sweetie Belle's hoofs away from the cords. "Hey, I'm trying to help you know!" Sweetie Belle pushing Scootaloo away, with a pout. "Just get away!" Scootaloo yelled, failing to untangle the cords, which are now wrapped around her hooves. Soon a massive push fight broke out, as Apple Bloom was just starring at them with a disappointed look. Apple Bloom couldn't believe that her two best friends were fighting over how to set up a gaming device, using the cords provided with it. However, she decided to take action. "Stop it, all of you!" yelled Apple Bloom. After that shout, the two fillies immediately stopped, looking at Apple Bloom with cords tangled all over them. "You guys, it's midnight. We should be sleeping instead of fighting over something that's probably broken," Apple Bloom suggested. "I mean, we found it underground, and it was covered in dirt," Apple Bloom continued. After that, the two tangled fillies then took a glance at the scratched up Ponycube, which was lying on the wooden floor right next to them. Scootaloo's eyelids began to dim, as she gives out a long sigh. "Yeah...I guess so.." Scootaloo calmly said, as she slowly tries to untangle herself. Sweetie Belle does the same: dimming her eye lids, giving out a sigh, and gradually gets out of the tangle she got herself into. Apple Bloom gives out a yawn, stretching her hind legs back. "I'm tired crusaders, I think we should all head back home. Applejack is probably wonderin' where I am right now," Apple Bloom giving out a second yawn. "Yeah...Rarity is probably worried sick of where I am," Sweetie Belle as she escaped the tangle. Apple Bloom takes a last glance at the Ponycube, before she turns around facing the door. She then trots to the door, as Sweetie Belle catches up to her. They make it to the door, as Scootaloo finally untangles herself, being late from Sweetie Belle. The door opens, as the two exiting crusaders go down the creaking tree house steps. "Well, I'll see you tomorrow, crusaders," Apple Bloom said, splitting to the opposite direction Sweetie Belle was going, after they went down the steps. "See ya," replied Sweetie Belle. Scootaloo was now alone in the tree house, but was now trotting to the door, with a dropped head. When she trotted too three inches away from the door, she turned her head back to the Ponycube. "I guess I'll throw it away tomorrow..." sadly said Scootaloo, as she turns her head back and trots through the door. *** It was an hour after midnight, as Scootaloo was trotting through the cold ground of Ponyville. She still had her head dropped, seeing all the leaves, dirt, rocks nature has left behind. She also saw soda cans, candy wrappers, and bubble gum left from the ponies that were too lazy to throw away their garbage and decided to litter. Obviously, she wasn't looking where she was going. Instead of going home, she forgot to take a turn and went to the other side of Ponyville. As she went further down the wrong path, the ground got more dirtier and more litter was being found. Scootaloo didn't mind, as she pushed the litter away before she was able to step on them. "Well, what am I going to do now? I couldn't even get the wires to untangle, before Apple Bloom was going to yell at me. I should've let Sweetie Belle sort it out...also, I think that would've been my chance to earn my cutie mark as a gamer pony," Scootaloo whispered to herself, in depression. Her thoughts got her distracted, as she didn't notice the empty spray cans and the leftover cigarette butts on the ground. After two minutes of trotting and thinking, she bumped into something metal, that it knocked her to the ground. However, she got up and shook her head, raising it up to see what she bumped into? She noticed that she bumped into a metal bar, which was standing up with the support of the welding to the ground. "Huh....what is this?" Scootaloo questioned, poking the bar with her hoof. The bar made a *tink* sound every time she poked it. "I never noticed this before! What's going on?" exclaimed Scootaloo, as she scratched her head. However, that metal bar wasn't the only inanimate object on the wrong path. Scootaloo looked behind the metal bar, seeing metal tubes, wooden planks, bolts, and ripped up pieces of paper all over the grassy ground. "What is all this stuff doing here?" wondered the filly, as she trots towards the debris. As she was able to take a closer look by squinting her eyes, the debris was all dusty and looked very archaic up close. "H-how long was this here for?" The filly kicking the metal tubes away, making a clank sound as they roll around. She kept trotting, scratching her head in confusion, until she step on a piece a paper that wasn't ripped up like the rest of the paper. She points her head down, as she picks up the paper, reading what the words say. "Dear Diary. Today is the day where our ramp is going to be taken down. I remember the times when my friends and I always used to hang around under this good ol' ramp. We'd always used to make jokes, slide down it, and even make lots of noise during the night....but that's why it's going to be taken down. We took multiple warnings from ponies that live here to keep it down. Unfortunately, that didn't work. They kept telling us and telling us, until they got sick of it and called out Royal Guards from Canterlot. ROYAL GUARDS FROM CANTERLOT. I mean, I was scared when the Royal Guards told us to move away, or they would take the ramp down. Even that, we still made noise and refused to move away. I'm going to be honest here, I was probably the quietest one here. Infact, I'm one of the ponies that rarely talk, just hang out. But we refused to stay quite and they're going to take it down now. Apparently, they aren't going to clean up the mess after it's going to be taken down. They said that we think we're going to still hang around here, but make us more depressed and quite. Actually, we're moving away from here. I kind of got bored of this place anyway. I just don't want to see this ramp get taken down. It was a huge ramp that could probably jump almost half of Ponyville. And it's weird that it was in the middle of nowhere. This place is dirty, and it'll probably be the same in the future. But this concludes my story for today. -Crystal Gloom" After Scootaloo was done reading, she read it again but only played the quote from the diary in her mind "It was a huge ramp that could probably jump almost half of Ponyville." It played back three times in her mind, until she hatched an idea. She raised her hoof in excitement, dropping the page of the diary. "I know what to do now! This plan will be perfect to get my cutie mark!" exclaimed Scootaloo. "I'll remake the ramp and try to jump a really tall building...like the Town Hall!" Her idea wasn't really organized yet. Scootaloo took a look around and saw all the scattered materials needed to re-build the ramp. It was a bit too much for one filly to carry back all in one trip. "Hmm, how am I going to bring back all this stuff?" Scootaloo questioned herself, as she rubbed her chin. *** A dim lighted sun was shining through the window of Apple Bloom's room as the rooster did his famous wake up call known as "Cock a doodle doo." Apple Bloom slowly opened her eyes, stretching her front legs and giving out a big yawn. She pushes the blanket away and lands on the floor on her four hooves. "Apple Bloom, breakfast is ready! Also, your friend Sweetie Belle is here!" Applejack notifying Apple Bloom. "Sweetie Belle? I thought we were going to meet at the Tree house," Apple Bloom said to herself. As she stretched herself, she then proceeded out of her room and downstairs. There, she saw Sweetie Belle, sitting on the chair, next to the table, with an oat burger in front of her. "Sweetie Belle, I thought we were going to meet at the tree house," said Apple Bloom, as she takes her seat. "You just said tomorrow so-" "Okay never mind. What day is it?" Apple Bloom cutting off with a question. "It's Saturday," answering the filly Unicorn. "Oh...have you seen Scootaloo anywhere?" asked the filly Earth Pony. "I think she's at the tree house. Should we check on her?" replied Sweetie Belle "Sure, after breakfast," quoted Apple Bloom *** The fillies were now at the tree house, knocking on the door. There was a lot of noise going on and there was wooden planks sticking out of the window. "Scootaloo let us in! What's going on in there?" asked Apple Bloom. There was no response afterwards; just the sound of a drill. Apple Bloom then kicked the door open with her hind legs and noticed that there was metal tubes, wooden planks, bolts, and a metal bar scattered all over the tree house décor and floor. At the end of the room was Scootaloo with a drill, drilling a hole into one of the wooden planks. "HEY!" yelled Sweetie Belle. The yell was able to get Scootaloo's attention, as she turns around seeing her two crusader friends. "Oh...hey there!" Scootaloo giving a nervous look. "What are you doing?" asked Sweetie Belle "Well, it's just ummm...." Scootaloo was wordless. It Is TimeScootaloo was still thinking of something to say, biting her lower lip in worry. Her friends were still clenching their eyes at her, trying to make Scootaloo tell the truth. But finally, Scootaloo gave up, making her face more relaxed. "Alright, I was just trying to make a ramp that would try to jump over Ponyville's Town Hall," said Scootaloo, as she gives out a big sigh. Her friends also got more relaxed as well, as they approached the filly Pegasus. "Really? This looks like this is going to take a long time," said Apple Bloom, turning her head, seeing materials for the ramp everywhere. "Well, with your help it's not!" proudly said Scootaloo, as she wrapped her front leg around Apple Bloom's neck. Apple Bloom pushed her friends front leg away, and took another glance around the room. "Well....I don't know Scoots. This ramp is probably really big, looking at all the stuff that's in here." quoted the filly Earth Pony. "Awww come on, it'll be just like when we built the two floats for the Summer Harvest Festival!" exclaimed Scoots, giving a bright smile. "Besides, that's not all of the stuff, the rest of the materials and tools are under the tree house," told Scoots. Before Apple Bloom was going to say anything, Scootaloo grabbed Apple Bloom's front leg and rushed her outside, regarding the metal tubes that were scattered on the ground. When they got out of the tree house, they went down the steps, as Scootaloo guided her right under the tree house. Apple Bloom's eyes widen, seeing all the same materials stacked together, along with a welder, screwdriver, tape, wrench, and tape. "This is not all the tools, I'll get them later," said Scootaloo. Apple Bloom was still shocked with all this material to put together and the tools required to make it. "Ummm, how long is this going to take?" Apple Bloom biting her lower lip. "It should take about-" Scootaloo was cut off from Sweetie Belle jumping down behind her, making the ground shake. "Girls!" yelled Sweetie Belle. The two fillies turned their heads around, pointing at Sweetie Belle. "Where's the Ponycube?" asked Sweetie Belle. "I looked all over the tree house and I couldn't find it," continued the filly Unicorn. Scootaloo rubbed the back of her head, "Oh well I was ummmm-" she became wordless again, as the filly Unicorn face hoofs. "What happened to it?" the Unicorn asks again. "Okay, I was going to throw it away but instead-" *** Meanwhile in an underground science lab in Manehattan, a terrorist attack was in progress. Two terrorist ponies were about to plant the bomb in the lower levels, where all the data from the computers were saved...or so they think. "Dammit, where's the C-4?" said terrorist pony 1, searching his bag for the bomb. Soon after, police radio chatter was being heard from a distance, sounding like they were going to push in. "Hurry up, we don't have much time!" Said the terrorist pony 2, loading his AK-47. "Be lucky they didn't send out the Royal Guards from Canterlot to get us," As soon as terrorist pony 1 said that, he pulled out something from the bag that looked square. "Hey, this isn't the C-4!" noticed terrorist pony 1, as a scratched up Ponycube was in his hooves. However, it was too late as pony SWAT teams surrounded the two ponies, pointing there M4A1s at them. "Don't move a muscle or you'll be shot," said one of the SWAT ponies. However, terrorist pony 2 sidestepped over to his partner anyway, and went close to his ear. "You know, I think just one small C-4 wouldn't have blew up this place anyway," whispered number 2. Unfortunately, after that sentence, the SWAT team open fire, eliminating the two unfortunate ponies. *** "And that's how I got this C-4," Scootaloo raising the small green rectangular explosive in front of her friends, with her hooves. Obviously, Sweetie Belle had a speechless look, knowing that Scootaloo was able to sneak in an explosive to the tree house. She didn't really know what to say, except play along with it and be calm. Apple Bloom had also the same expression as Sweetie Belle, but decided to play calm with her Unicorn friend also. "Oh that's cool!" the filly Unicorn making a fake smile. Scootaloo then put the C-4 back under the wooden planks under the tree house, where she originally hid it. "So anyways, you guys want to help me build the ramp?" asked Scoots, as she faced her friends. Apple Bloom was rubbing her chin, thinking if this big project was worth it, but she made her decision after six seconds on thinking. "Okay, I'll do it!" Apple Bloom exclaimed, giving out a real smile. "Me too!" Sweetie Belle said, as she calmed herself down. "Alright let's get to work!" commanded the purple mane Pegasus. *** It was four hours after the decision and the Cutie Mark Crusaders were just a quarter of a way done of the ramp. Even though it's only a quarter of the way done, the ramp is already four times their size. The ramp was just outside the tree house, knowing that the ramp wouldn't fit in the tree house anyway. During the construction, Sweetie Belle was using the hammer in her mouth to hammer the bolts into the wooden plank, Apple Bloom was measuring the metal tubes with measuring tape, and Scootaloo was welding metal tubes together. Sweetie Belle kept hammering, until a question popped up in her mind, making her drop the hammer onto the ground. She trotted up to Scoots and tapped her shoulder, lightly. "Hey, if this is supposed to get your cutie mark, then how are we going to get ours?" asked the Unicorn. Scoots stopped welding and took her welding mask off, as she turned to her friend. "I was thinking that once we get my cutie mark, we could move on to see who gets their cutie mark first," explained Scootaloo. "Besides, it was my idea to build the ramp anyway," the Pegasus putting her mask back on and back to welding the tubes. "Well, I supposed so," concluded the Unicorn as she slowly drifts back to her working spot. "I guess we'll try to get mine, after we get yours," Sweetie Belle putting the hammer back into her mouth. "We'll have a group vote, after we get mine," said Scootaloo. "Sounds good," agreed Rarity's sister. They then continued to construct the ramp, making it a very long and busy day for the Cutie Mark Crusaders. *** After lots of hard work of hammering, welding, taping, gluing, and etcetera; the Cutie Mark Crusaders are quarter and a half way done, as the time is now 7:00PM. They were exhausted as they were sweating over the heat, and tired of the repetitive movement. Meanwhile, they were sitting in a small circle, where the grass was very wet. "How did we do all of this in almost a day?" panting Sweetie Belle as her back hits the ground. "We worked as a team. Just a little more to go and we're finished," said Apple Bloom. All of them could barely talk and just wanted to rest for awhile. *** Meanwhile up in the clouds, Rainbow Dash was on night patrol, clearing out the clouds for the night. She kicked the last cloud near Town Hall, as the last cloud blew into thin air. "That's all the clouds in town hall! Time to clear the clouds near Applejack's barn," Rainbow Dash proudly exclaimed to herself. She then flew to the clouds right above the Cute Mark Crusader's tree house. When she got there, she noticed that the Cutie Mark Crusaders seemed to be very tired and worn out. Instead of clearing the clouds, she flew down and went right next to Scootaloo. "Hey sport!" exclaimed Rainbow Dash. Scootaloo turned around and smiled. "Rainbow Dash!" Scooty pounced on Rainbow Dash, giving her a big hug. "What's up?" Dashie asked, petting Scootaloo's mane. "We're building this huge ramp to jump over Town Hall, and finally get my cutie mark!" the filly Pegasus replied. Scootaloo got off, letting Rainbow fly up and inspect the ramp. Rainbow clenched her eyes, tapping her chin at the same time, until she thought of an idea, and flew back to the orange filly. "You know what, I'm on night duty tonight, but I can probably get the clouds later. Want me to help build the ramp?" asked Rainbow Dash. The two other filled up with energy to work, knowing that they have a helping hoof. "SURE!" yelled the three fillies. "Alright, but can you keep it down please?" Rainbow Dash asked? "Sure," the three fillies whispered. "Alright show me where the tools are," Rainbow Dash requested. *** It is now midnight as the four ponies are finally done the ramp. The ramp was as big as Town Hall, with a very straight wooden diagonal line. The metal tubes and bolts were supporting it to stand up and make the slope as diagonal as it is. "Well, we're done. I think I'll call it a night," Scootaloo yawned. "Yeah, I still have to clear these clouds," Rainbow Dash as she flew up to the clouds. "I guess we'll move this next to the river. I'll see you crusaders tomorrow," Apple Bloom as she trots away. *** It was a Sunday morning, as the ramp was put into place, and a massive slingshot was put just behind the ramp. Scootaloo had her scooter and helmet put on, and the entire crowd on Ponyville was looking at the ramp. Scootaloo was pushed back on the slingshot, while her two friends had it pulled back. "UGH, THAT RAMP WEIGHED A MILLION POUNDS!" yelled the filly Unicorn. "Pushing makes you stronger," reminded Scoots. Meanwhile, the crowd of Ponyville was going crazy, as Scootaloo was going to launch at any moment. In the crowd was the mane six but they had mixed feelings about this event. "Rainbow Dash, what were you thinking?!" asked Twilight the Alicorn. "Well, what if she DOES get her cutie mark?" aggressively asked Rainbow. "What if she seriously hurts herself?" replied Twilight. "I must say, she better not land my boutique," quoted Rarity, flipping her hair. "That's not the point you guys! The point is that the ramp is big enough to hurt somepony that size. Actually, anypony can be injured by that ramp," "Oooo, Scootaloo is going to jump so high, nopony is going to be able to catch her!" Pinkie doing her hyper jumps. At the other side of the ramp, it seems like the crusaders were ready. "Alright are we ready?" yelled Scootaloo, ready to do the jump. "YEAH!" yelled her two friends in excitement. Before the Pegasus was about to give the signal, she gave a dry gulp and gave out the signal. "GO!" signaled Scootaloo, as her friends let go of the rubber band, sending Scootaloo flying through the ramp. The G-Force was rushing to Scoots' face, as the crowd was going wild. She went a little faster with the help of her wings, as she flew off the ramp and saw the whole crowd cheering for her. The crowd was stomping their hooves, but she noticed that the mane six was biting their hooves, and Fluttershy curling up in a ball and shaking. Scootaloo got distracted of where she was going, as she starred at the mane six. Sweetie Belle squint her eyes at her friend, noticing that she was going to hit the glass window of Town Hall. Sweetie Belle's heart rate went up, as she pointed her hoof at the window. "LOOK OUT!" yelled Sweetie Belle. However, it was to late for the filly Pegasus. The second she gained her focus back, she crashed right through the glass window, face first. The crowd imminently switched from cheering to shock. "NO!" yelled Rainbow Dash, as she flew away from the cloud. "Dash wait!" demanded Twilight. Rainbow ignored her as she flew into the broken glass window, seeing glass shards all over her young friend's body. Scoot was in pain as the glass shard injuries start to bleed. Rainbow Dash grabbed Scootaloo with her two front legs and shook her lightly. "Oh no, this is all my fault," Dash starting to tear a little. "Did....did I get my cutie mark yet?" Scootaloo can barely talk. "Please, just don't talk!" Rainbow Dash was tearing up even more. "Did I impress you Da-Das...." the wounded pony fell into unconsciousness, as Rainbow Dash finally starts to cry. Proving Ponyville WrongToday is now Sunday. The day when Scootaloo is recovered and is ready to leave the hospital. It's been an entire week with Scootaloo in the hospital and the two remaining crusaders still in trouble. Rainbow Dash was still at home looking out the window, hoping for Scootaloo's return. Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle on the other hand was at the tree house seeming unusually bored. It was unusual because they knew their friend was coming back today. Sweetie Belle was dragging her entire body on the ground, only using her hind legs, while Apple Bloom was laying on her back, facing the ceiling. "Uaagh, I'm so bored!" cried Sweetie Belle, as she kept dragging herself around. "Well, we did do nothing for the past week," include Apple Bloom to the ceiling. Sweetie Belle collided to Apple Bloom's head, making her stand up and trot normally. Sweetie Belle was trotting around in a circle, until she popped up an idea. She raised her hoof and pivot towards Apple Bloom. "Hey Apple Bloom, remember that C-4 Scootaloo hid under the tree house?" "Yeah, why?" Apple Bloom replied as she stands back up? Sweetie Belle was rubbing her hooves together, biting her lower lip. "It's just that I think that ramp should go. I mean, I'm surprised nopony else took it down; just left it there," said Sweetie Belle. "Yeah...Applejack told us to take it away anyway," Apple Bloom added in. The two fillies, made their way for the door, to finally take down the ramp. *** Scootaloo was in the hospital lobby, standing on her scooter ready to go. She raced out of the hospital, pushing the door open, with the speed and support of her wings. "Okay so I'll get to the tree house and say that I'm going to do the jump again," Scootaloo said to herself, as she went faster on her Scooter. *** Meanwhile, the cutie mark crusaders were trotting down to the ramp, with Sweetie Belle carrying the explosive on her back. "Do you think this was all a mistake?" asked the filly Unicorn. "Yeah, I just wish we didn't waste all that time building something that was only going to get us in trouble," Apple Bloom responded. "Or get our friend hurt," Sweetie Belle added in. It was all but over, as the two fillies have reached their destination. Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom went beside the ramp's tubes, as Sweetie Belle grabbed the C-4 with her hooves. *** Scootaloo has just entered Ponyville, seeing her two friends at the ramp, in a distance. "What are those two doing?" Scootaloo squinting her eyes to get a clearer view. She then noticed that they were going to blow up the ramp with the C-4 she found. She gave out in shock, and scooted to her friends as fast as she could. "Wait how do you even use this thing?" Sweetie Belle said in confusion. "Do I just stick it he-" Scootaloo dashed beside Sweetie Belle, grabbing the C-4 out of her hooves. Scootaloo did a rough turn, facing her friends, with the C-4 in her hooves. Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle were shocked to see their friend all of a sudden. "Scootaloo, you're back!" Sweetie Belle cheered. "Yes, bnd I'm jumping this again," aggressively said Scootaloo. Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle's heart rates suddenly went up, as their faces turned white. "P-please tell me you're not serious," innocently asked Apple Bloom. "Nope, I'm being dead serious and first thing I'm going to do is get Ponyville's attention," Scootaloo clenching her teeth. "How?" The two crusaders with blank faces. Scootaloo with no hesitation threw the explosive in the air, as the explosive exploded on random command. This made the two crusaders jump and scream a little, as Ponyville's population gradually started to meet at the end of the ramp again. "SCOOTALOO, YOU'RE CRAZY!" Sweetie Belle cried. "Go tell everypony that I'm going to make it this time," Scootaloo demanded, as she made her way towards the slingshot. The two fillies ran screaming, trying to find help. *** It had been minutes later, as Rainbow Dash was on her bed, looking up at the ceiling. She was waiting for Scootaloo's safe return back from the hospital. However, all of a sudden, a knock on Rainbow Dash's door was heard, making Rainbow Dash lift her head up. She got out of her bed, flying down the stairs and opening the door. The pony behind the door was Twilight, with a somewhat worried look. "What's wrong, Twi? You look worried," notified Rainbow. "Scootaloo came back, but she's going to jump again," said Twilight. "What?!" Rainbow's heart rate going up. "She's going to jump the ramp again, when she JUST healed up. Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle already told the others. Hurry we have no time," Twilight flying towards the distant crowd. Rainbow follows behind her, worrying about her biggest fan. *** Meanwhile at the ramp, Scootaloo was backing up at the slingshot, as Apple Bloom, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Fluttershy were in the crowd. "Please tell me this isn't happening, please tell me this isn't happening," Rarity repeating herself. "Oh nelly, I think this is going to be the end," Applejack losing her balance. "I still don't understand how Scootaloo was able to set that C-4 off," said Sweetie Belle. Soon after, Twilight and Rainbow Dash flew towards the rest of the mane six and crusaders. "Is Scootaloo actually going to jump again?" asked Rainbow Dash in worry. "Yeah, we tried to go back up to the ramp, but crowd was blocking the way. Even Fluttershy is to scared to fly up right now," Sweetie Belle pointing at Fluttershy, who was curled up shivering. Rainbow Dash flew right to Scootaloo, leaving Twilight in the crowd. When Rainbow Dash got to her, she looked at her with worry. "Scootaloo, are you sure you want to do this. You're my biggest fan and you care for me a lot...and...I care for you too," Rainbow Dash begged. Scootaloo looked at Rainbow, feeling pity and anxiety at the same time. She was getting mixed feelings that if she doesn't launch, she would be a failure, but if she does launch she might lose Rainbow Dash's trust. She didn't know what to pick and only had to choose one. It took her time to think, until she finally made her decision. "No Rainbow, I'm doing this," Scootaloo admonished. Scootaloo ignored everything, as she stopped putting force onto the slingshot, flinging her across the ramp. Her heart rate was way up, as she sped up with her wings. Rainbow Dash closed her eyes, not using her common sense to save Scootaloo. Even Twilight Sparkle was too busy panicking to use her common sense. The whole crowd was going wild, as Scootaloo was only paying attention to the altitude she was in. She could see the boarded up window, as that was where Scootaloo last crashed. Since she was paying attention, she wasn't as low as before. Her wings began to cramp, as she was pushing it too hard. However, she took deep breathes, relaxing the wings, and making the jump more stable. Now it was the final chance. She was going to hit the tip of Town Hall. She flapped her wings so fast, brining her an extra inches higher. The crowd was screaming, as the mane six were almost going to faint. Scootaloo missed the tip, completely going over Town Hall. Now however, she was falling very swift but as she landed, she landed right on her Scooter. This lead her to complete the jump, as she was able to completely jump over Town Hall. The crowd was dead quite as Scootaloo took off her helmet. "I DID IT!" yelled Scootaloo, raising her hoof. All of a sudden, the crowd went wild in cheer. Also, instead of the Mane Six and Cutie Mark Crusaders going in panic, they were in amaze. The Mane Six and Cutie Mark Crusaders ran towards Scootaloo, with tons of relief. "Oh my gosh, did you see how fast you were going?" Pinkie asked with her hyper motive. Rainbow Dash flew and hugged Scootaloo. "Wow sport, you actually made it this time. I'm so proud of you!" Rainbow Dash said in joy. "Scootaloo!" scolded Twilight with a frown. Rainbow and Scootaloo turned around, glancing at Twilight. "I never knew you would actually make it...but you did!" Twilight said in relief. "Well, I thought that if I didn't do the jump again, I thought everypony would think I'm a failure," Scootaloo explained. Rainbow turned her head to Scootaloo, grabbing her attention. "What makes you think that failing something would make you a failure? Just because you flunked one thing doesn't mean your life is over. I failed lots of times and that didn't stop be from being the fastest Pegasus in Equestria now did it?" proudly asked Dash. "Well, I guess," Scootaloo chuckled and blush. Scootaloo quickly turned her head to Twilight. "And Twilight, I'm so sorry for doing this. I just had to get this all out of my head," Scootaloo apologized. Twilight chuckled, as she was surprisingly not mad at all. "You don't have to be sorry for anything. You seemed that you had a lot of anxieties going on in your head, and you had to let it out somehow. I am still pretty stressed about you jumping again. However, you actually made and I remember saying long time ago if you did make it 'everypony wouldn't be so stressed out, instead amazed.' However, you actually did make it and it looks like you wouldn't have to be going to the hospital again." Twilight repeated and smiled, as the rest of the mane six were relieved. Scootaloo wasn't done yet, as she had one more thing in her mind. "Wait, did I earn my cutie mark,?" Scootaloo asked, as Rainbow Dash let go of her. She turned to her flank, to see if it was there. Unfortunately, she was still a blank flank, leading her to a depressing moment. "It's alright Scooty. One day you'll get your cutie mark and be happy like me!" Pinkie Pie said. "I guess so..." Scootaloo a little cheered up. She looked up at the sky, ignoring the noise the crowd was still making. "One day....one day..." Scootaloo said. Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle went beside Scootaloo. "Hey want to go back to the tree house for more cutie mark crusading?" asked Sweetie Belle. Scootaloo immediately smiled. "Sure," replied Scootaloo. "CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS MEET-UP AT THE TREE HOUSE, YAY! as the crusaders sprinted away and towards the tree house. ~end Author's Note I had something very important, in the upcoming week; leading why this chapter may seem a little rushed. Hospital Recovery & DramaIt was pitch dark in Scootaloo's eyes, but a Electrocardiograph was slowly beeping in an echo. To add to that, voices were being heard in the background. "Everypony, we have the results in. She's going to be just fine," said a mysterious stallion voice. "Are you sure doctor? That crash was pretty compact," Twilight's voice echoed. "Yes she did break some bones in her body, but nothing major. Her lacerations should heal up before her bones do," the doctor informed. As the conversation went on, Scootaloo began to slowly open her eyes, seeing nothing but blur. "Hey, she's waking up!" cried Sweetie Belle, who was facing Scootaloo. Everypony then immediately turned towards the awaking filly, as Twilight cuts the conversation to see her wounded friend. Scootaloo blinked twice, before fully opening her eyes, clearing up the blur and getting her normal vision back. She was in a hospital bed in Ponyville's hospital, in a hospital room. However, Scootaloo noticed that everypony was in sorrow, especially Rainbow Dash, who dropped her head in shame. "Oh darling, all you alright?" Rarity asked, putting her hoof on Scootaloo's forehead. "Whe-where am I?" the Pegasus filly, turning her head around the room. Rarity took her hoof off of the filly's head, knowing that Scootaloo is at normal temperature. "You're in the hospital. You crashed into Town Hall's window, remember?" reminded Twilight, with a disappointed look. Scootaloo had to think for a few seconds, until she got a flashback of what happened. "Yeah...I remember," Scootaloo said in a quite voice. "I tried to warn you...I'm sorry," apologized Sweetie Belle, as she drops her head in shame. "Scootaloo, what were you thinking of jumping that thing?" asked Applejack. "I just thought it was going to earn my cutie mark and-" "You destroyed one of Town Hall's window and gave almost half of Ponyville a heart attack!" scolded Twilight, cutting off Scootaloo. "But I thought I was going to earn my cutie mark," explained Scootaloo. "Yeah, well let me tell you. Broken bones and lacerations isn't worth a cutie mark," budging in the doctor. "Well, how long am I going to stay here for?" asked Scootaloo in a worried voice. "I'd say about a week," replied the doctor. The response was Scootaloo moaning in boredom, knowing that she can't go anywhere for a week. "Well think before you act next time," Twilight scolding again. "Twi is right. You would've got killed in that stunt," Applejack added. "I know I just..." Scootaloo with no answer. The mane six were still worried and disappointed at Scoots at the same time. Judging by the fact that Scootaloo could've died easily there, they wanted to make sure that she would never do that again. However, there was no time left, as the visiting ponies had to leave. "Sorry everypony, but Scootaloo here needs to get some rest," announced the doctor. The mane six and the two Cutie Mark Crusaders started to head out the door (Except Pinkie and Rainbow Dash, who had to say something.) "Please get better. Just for me?" Pinkie smiled. "I will," Scootaloo replied, giving out a sigh. Pinkie caught up with the leaving ponies, exiting out the door with them. Rainbow Dash approached Scootaloo, putting her hoof on her mane. "I'm-I'm so sorry for all of this. This is just all my fault," despairingly said Rainbow Dash. That didn't make Scootaloo frown, as she smiled knowing that Rainbow Dash cared so much for her biggest fan. Meanwhile, Twilight noticed Rainbow Dash wasn't coming, so she went back to the door, poking her head out, seeing Rainbow Dash still in the room. "Let's go! Also I'll have a word with you, when we get back to the library Dash," informed Twilight. "I'm going to have a word with you too, Applebloom," Applejack in the background. "Same with you, Sweetie Belle," Rarity also in the background. Rainbow took her hoof away and pointed herself toward the door. She trots out of the door, looking back at Scootaloo with a sorry look. Twilight closed the door behind her, leaving Scootaloo and the doctor alone. Scootaloo was so ashamed of herself, for doing something so risky to get the thing she always wanted. "This was all a mistake..." Scootaloo whispered too herself in despair. "Don't worry, kid. It's only going to be a week," said the doctor as he looks at the X-ray picture. The doctor turns around, giving Scootaloo a smile. "Besides, you're a filly and fillies tend to heal up faster than grown ponies," the doctor edified. Scootaloo wasn't really cheered up, as she cared more about her friends than her injuries. She let out a big sigh, as she closed her eyes to rest, pulling up the blanket before her. *** Meanwhile, Apple Bloom was in her room with Applejack, having a scolding conversation. "Why did you even help her build such a thing?" Applejack cried. "Because we thought it would be a good idea!" replied Apple Bloom. "A good idea to what? Crash into Town Hall's window and almost get killed? You really think that was a good idea?" Applejack asking multiple questions. "It....it was just a..." Apple Bloom was wordless, as she jumped onto the bed and started to cover her eyes with her hooves. She soon started to cry, as the tears leaked through her hooves. "I just thought Scootaloo was going to finally earn something she worked so hard for," sobbed Applejack's sister. Applejack felt that she was a bit to hard on her sister, seeing her break down in front of her. Now she started to feel sorry, as she jumped onto the bed beside her, putting her front leg around her. "Apple Bloom, sometimes you can't just take things so high to get something every filly wants," calmly criticized Applejack, as she stroked her sister back, vertically. "If you're patient enough, everything will probably end up good. But doing something like that could scare a lot of ponies and will probably end up being bad. Do you understand what I'm saying, Apple Bloom?" asked Applejack. "Y-yes," Apple Bloom wiping her tears. "I know, you, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle are fillies and all but sometimes you need to think before you do something like that. Can you promise your sister to not do something so dangerous like that again?" kindly requested Applejack? "I-I-I guess' shuttered Apple Bloom, still covered in tears. "That's my sister," Applejack proceeding to hug Apple Bloom. *** Meantime at Rarity's Boutique, Sweetie Belle and her sister were just done their little conversation. "GO TO YOUR ROOM!" yelled Rarity, as she points her hoof towards the stairs. "Ugh, it isn't my fault!" exclaimed Sweetie Belle. "Yes it was, now do what I say!" Rarity stressing out. Sweetie Belle stomped upstairs, muttering mean words under her breath. She arrived at her room, kicking her door open and slammed it close, as she pouts and sits right beside the door. "Stupid Rarity, I didn't do anything wrong," Sweetie Belle muttered under her breath. *** At Twilight's library, Rainbow Dash and Twilight was just starting their discussion. "Rainbow, you're older than all three of them, and decided to do something only an idiot would do," criticized Twilight. "I know I should've told her that it would've killed her, for the thousandth time," sarcastically replied Rainbow Dash, as she was flying just beside Twilight. "You would've been charged, if Scootaloo died in that stunt. You'd probably be in Celestia's dungeon for a long time," informed the purple Alicorn. "Well, what if she DID make the jump and got her cutie mark?" asked Rainbow Dash. "Then everypony wouldn't be so stressed out, instead amazed," Twilight informed. "But honestly, I think you should stay away from Scootaloo," the Alicorn suggested. That plan didn't really work out, as Dash's face went blank? "Wha-what do you mean?" shuttered Rainbow. "I mean you should stay away from Scootaloo for a long time," repeated Twilight Sparkle. Rainbow went into tears as she flew to a shelf and threw nine book to the ground. "Dash!" 'YOU'RE NOT MY FUCKING MOM!" the blue Pegasus screamed, as she charged out of the library's door and into the sky. "Dash wait!" Twilight trotting out of the door and looking into the sky. Rainbow Dash was to far to be seen for she is heading back to her cloud-house. *** It took her twenty seconds to get to her own house. She rushed through her door and into her room, landing on her bed. She was facing the blanket, letting the blanket soak in all of her tears. "I don't care what Twilight says, I'm not abandoning my number one fan," Rainbow Dash clinging onto the blanket. "I just hope Scoots gets better soon," hoping the crying Pegasus. *** Six days have passed, as of this Saturday night is Scootaloo's last day in the hospital. The doctor was in-front of Scootaloo, talking to her. "Well, you've made great progress. Your cuts are all healed up and your bones are restored," informed the doctor. "So, I'll be able to leave tomorrow morning?" asked the filly. "That's right, and we have your scooter in lockup too. Sorry I couldn't tell you earlier, I was a bit busy with other patients," the doctor giving out a light chuckle. Scootaloo smiled for she knew she was finally going to be back with her friends tomorrow. "Well, it's time to go to bed. Lights out," the doctor notified. The doctor flicked the light switch right next to him, as he leaves the room, closing the door behind him. The filly closes her eyes, thinking she's going to sleep well. However, it wasn't going to be like she thought it would be: a good night. All of a sudden, she started getting anxieties and voices in her mind. She clenched her eyes shut, trying to get some sleep. It didn't work, but made it even worse. She started getting thoughts of her being useless and a failure. Thoughts of never going to get her cutie mark and her friends laughing at her face. Scootaloo started to squirm a little, trying to get the thoughts out of her head. It still didn't work as her thoughts got worse. Soon she jumped up screaming, seeing nothing but pitch black. "Ugh, I can't take this anymore! I'm not going down with out a fight. I'm going back the that ramp and finishing the job," violently said Scoots as she punches the pillow and falls back onto the bed.
Sparking An IdeaIt was a dark midnight in Ponyville, as the Cutie Mark Crusaders were up in the tree house setting up their new Ponycube they found buried in the ground.
