My Little Pinkie: Reversed Roles
You wake up in your bed and yawn. Groggy, you go into the bathroom, do your business, and wash your hooves and face. You are now wide awake. After walking out of the bathroom, a delicious aroma attacks your muzzle. You walk downstairs. Walking into the kitchen, you see your marefriend, Pinkie Pie, pulling vanilla cupcakes out of the oven. You smile as you sit down at the table. Pinkie sets the cupcakes on the stove, walks over to the table, and sits in your lap. She's still in her foal attire and her diaper is slightly wet.
"Gooooooooooooooood Morning!!!!!!", Pinkie says, placing her head under your neck. You smile as you rest your head on top of her's.
"Good morning, Pinkie", you say, kissing the top of her head. You then look over at the delicious cupcakes on the stove. "What's with the cupcakes?"
"I wanted to eat some with you, since you took care of me last night".
"Don't you think it's a little too early for cupcakes?"
"No, Silly! There's always a good time for cupcakes! Plus, it's 2:00 in the afternoon". You look over at the clock on the wall. Sure enough, it is.
"Must have overslept", you say.
"Yep-yep-yep! You were sleeping like a baby! Like I was last night!"
"So... can we get some?"
"Sure! But..."
"Yes?"
"Can you change me first? I'm a little wet".
"Sure".
A few minutes later, you finish changing Pinkie and put her pajamas back on her.
"Better?", you say, rubbing her stomach with your hoof.
"Much better", Pinkie says, standing up.
You two walk into the kitchen again. You sit down at the table while Pinkie gets the now cool tray of cupcakes and sets it on the table next to a container of chocolate icing. She starts to frost the cupcakes. You wait patiently as she does. It's very hard to do, since you're very hungry. Plus, vanilla with chocolate frosting is your favorite. You have to try everything you can to not snatch one up. Luckily, Pinkie soon finishes frosting the cupcakes and sets the rest of the icing aside.
"Take as many as you want", she says, "I always have more!"
Without hesitation, you grab about six cupcakes and start eating them. The thick, moist cake and very sweet frosting is very delicious. Pinkie then grabs about ten of them and ravenously starts wolfing them down. In the middle of eating, Pinkie looks up from her cupcakes and starts talking.
"So...", she says, licking chocolate frosting from her muzzle.
"So what?", you say, swallowing a bite of cupcake.
"I really liked the 'playtime' we had last night. I felt like such a foal".
"Well... I did too. I've never experienced a time like that before". Pinkie smiles, but then looks serious.
"I wanna ask you something", she says, licking the frosting off of a cupcake.
"What is it?", you say, wiping some frosting from your muzzle.
"How did it feel to take care of an adult foal?"
"Well... It felt like taking care of a regular foal, but a whole lot different".
"Really?"
"Yeah. Why do you ask?"
"Well... I..." You rub her back to help her say it. "I wanna experience it, too".
"What do you mean? Didn't you get what you wanted last night?"
"What I wanted last night was you to take care of me while I was dressed as I foal. What I want now is... to take care of an adult foal".
"You want to take care of yourself?"
"No... I..." She looks at you, hoping you would get it.
"Yes?"
"Fine! I wanna take care of YOU while YOU'RE dressed as a foal!" You start coughing on a cupcake, very surprised at what she just said.
"Wh... WHAT?!?!?!?!", you say, recovering from the coughing.
"Y... yes".
"But, Pinkie, I'm not an adult foal".
"I know, but... can you just act like one, just for one night?"
"Pinkie... I don't know if I can. It just seems so... immature".
"I understand. I'll be OK".
Pinkie's mane deflates to it's completely straight form and she looks down to the floor with a look of disappointment. You look at her and start to feel down. You don't like seeing her sad, but is acting like a foal really worth it? Taking care of an adult foal is one thing, but acting like one is another. But, as you look at Pinkie again, you see tears form in her eyes. You decide to do the right thing... for Pinkie.
"Pinks", you say.
"*sniffle* Yes?"
"I'll... do it". Her ears perk up.
"Really?!"
"Yes. Anything for you".
Once again, she pulls you into a bone-crippling hug and you gasp for air.
"THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!" She notices your blue face and let's you go. "Sorry".
"No problem, Pinkie. So... when do you wanna start this?"
"I have to go! There's something I need to do first! I'll be back at 8:00, OK?"
"Sure".
"Okie Dokie Lokie!" She kisses your cheek and dashes out the front door, taking her saddlebag with her.

8:00 PM...
The doorbell rings and you answer the door. Pinkie Pie is standing outside, smiling.
"I'm baaaaaaack!", she says, walking in your house.
"I can see that", you say, closing the door.
"So... I'm ready!", Pinkie says, eager to get started. You walk over to the rug and sit down.
"OK... how do you want to do this?", you say.
"Lay on your back!" You do. You look up at Pinkie, who pulls out a thick diaper that's the same color of your coat out of her saddlebag. You immediately notice what it is.
"Is that a diaper?", you say.
"Yep!", Pinkie says, "And you're gonna wear it!"
"Do I have to?"
"It'll feel good. I Pinkie promise. Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!"
After using her hoof to imitate the movements of her signature promise, she places the back of the diaper under your flank. After putting some rash cream and foal powder on your private area, she pulls the front of the diaper up and tapes it up. You look down at the diaper hugging your waist and covering your private area. You have to admit, it does feel a little good. It's very soft, like a cloud.
"Now", Pinkie says, "The pajamas!" You look up at her.
"Pajamas?" , you ask. Pinkie smiles and pulls out a pair of hoofie pajamas that has the same color of your coat. They look like they're for a little colt. Even though you really want to resist, you let her do her work. You're already wearing a diaper, and wearing something to cover it is a little better than just being in a diaper.
Soon, you're dressed up and ready. Pinkie smiles as she admires her work.
"You look sooooooooo cute!", she says, making you blush lightly. You look over at your mirror. You look like a little foal, just bigger.
"I look like a foal", you say.
"Well duh!", Pinkie says, giggling, "That's the point. Now, let your Auntie Pinkie Pie get you some toys to play with!"
"Pinkie... I'm *number of years* older than you".
"Not tonight! You're my colt tonight!" She reaches into her saddlebag and pulls out several plushies and puts them in front of you. You look at the plushies, dumbfounded.
"You want me to play with these?", you say.
"Nope! I want US to play with them!", Pinkie says, sitting down on the rug next to you. She picks up a plushie and starts to play with it. "Go on".
A little reluctant, you pick up a plushie and start to play with it. You start to feel good. Playing with the plushies becomes fun and you start playing with adventurous imaginations. Pinkie smiles as you two play together.
After about an hour of playtime, your stomach growls loudly. Pinkie smiles.
"Looks like you're ready for num-nums!", she says. You rub your stomach.
"I guess I could go for something", you say. Pinkie reaches into her saddlebag and pulls out a small jar of Pureed Banana, a plastic spoon, and a bib.
You look at the yellow mush in the jar. It looks like vomit. Pinkie ties the bib around your neck and opens the jar. She scoops some of the mush onto the spoon and holds it out to you. You refuse to open your mouth and turn your head. Pinkie giggles, thinking your faking it.
"Open up!", Pinkie says, "It's good!" She pokes your lips with the spoon, trying to get you to open your mouth.
"Mmm-mm!", you say. Pinkie then realizes that your being serious.
"Do it for me, pleeeeeeaaaase?" She shoots you with massive puppy-dog eyes.
You sigh and roll your eyes. You finally open your mouth and Pinkie puts the spoonful of mush into your mouth. You take a while to let the taste marinate with your taste buds.
You can't believe it. It actually tastes good. It's sweet and thick, like a smoothie. You smile as you swallow the sweet mush.
"Mmm", you say. Pinkie smiles again.
"See?", she says, "It's good".
Pinkie continues to feed you spoonful after spoonful of the delicious mush. Most of it makes it into your mouth, some of it falls onto the bib. You really enjoy the very sweet flavor. After a while, Pinkie feeds the last spoonful to you and allows you to lick the jar clean. After cleaning the jar, Pinkie throws the empty jar in the trash.
"Full?", she asks you. You nod as you lick the mush from your muzzle. Pinkie giggles. "Aww... you made a messy. Let me clean you!" You blush as you notice the sweet mush on your face. Pinkie uses the clean parts of the bib to clean the mush from your face. "There we go! All clean!" Pinkie sets the bib aside. "So... wanna play with some crayons?"
"I guess", you say.
Pinkie grabs some paper and several crayons out of her saddlebag. She sets then on the floor and starts drawing random things, as do you. You smile as your brain hatches an idea. You use several different colors to draw a little something for Pinkie. You kiss your picture before giving it to her.
Pinkie gasps loudly at what you drew her. It shows a pink pony cuddling with a pony with your coat and mane color. Next to the pony the pink one is kissing is a quote bubble that says, "I love you, Pinkie". Pinkie hugs you tight.
"I love you too!", she says, kissing your muzzle. Then, another loud growl from your stomach interrupts the heartwarming scene. Pinkie smiles again. "Hungry again?"
You nod and Pinkie grabs a foal bottle from her saddlebag. She walks into the kitchen and soon comes back with the bottle full of warm milk. You kinda saw this coming. Pinkie smiles as she sits down again. She pulls you onto her lap so that you're laying on your back, in her lap. You blush as she holds you in her hooves and holds the foal bottle in your mouth. You start suckling slowly, since it feels awkward. Then, it becomes easier. Pinkie smiles as she begins to cradle you the best she can. You continue to drink from the bottle until it's empty. Pinkie takes the empty foal bottle and sets it aside. She leans down and plants a kiss on your forehead.
"I love you".
"I love you too". You two cuddle together. Suddenly, your stomach starts to rumble and you feel something dreading you inside.
"Huh?", Pinkie says, "I just fed you. Why is your belly making noises again?" Your face goes completely red as you speak.
"Pinkie... I..."
"Yes?"
"I kinda... hear nature calling".
"Oh, do you have to-?" You place your hoof over her mouth before she can finish.
"Yes. Both of them".
"Well go ahead. You're wearing a diaper".
"I know but... it still feels awkward".
"It'll be OK. I've done it tons of times".
"Well you're used to it, Pinkie. I've never done it one time". Your stomach growls again and your groan lightly as the pressure turns into pain. Pinkie rubs your stomach.
"Shh... just go", she whispers into your ear, "You're a foal. Foals use their diapers. I'll change you afterwards, OK?"
You look down at the floor, trying to think about what to do. Pinkie really wants you to use your diaper like a foal AND she wants to change you. She's really taking this whole "adult foal" thing very seriously. She padded you, dressed you, fed you, played with you, and now she wants to change you? It's just downright gross, using a diaper. Wearing one is one thing, but using one? No way! But then, Pinkie starts to whistle a tune in your ear, trying to get you to relax. This is something she really wants. You sigh.
"Only for you, Pinkie", you say, letting yourself go fully. It all happens at the same time. You start wetting and messing your diaper, simultaneously. A small moan of relief escapes you as the pressure turns into relief. Still, it feels gross. Good thing this is only for one time. You grunt lightly, trying harder to force the mess out of your rear, trying to quickly end this. Soon, you finish going and sigh, panting lightly. Pinkie smiles once you finish.
"There we go. Isn't that better?", she says You look up at Pinkie with a look of severe discomfort.
"Pinkie...", you say, "Please get me out of this thing".
"OK".
Pinkie lays you on the floor and get the supplies and a new diaper. She takes your pajamas off so that your only in your soiled diaper. She untapes your diaper and opens it. Thinking it would be funny, Pinkie makes a joke.
"Whoo-wee!", she says, fanning her muzzle with her hoof, "You're one stinky baby!"
"Pinkie~~~!", you whine, feeling very embarrassed.
"I'm just joking. I'm used to it. I foalsit twins, you know".
She starts wiping you clean with some wipes with very slow strokes, trying not to make you feel uncomfortable. After wiping, she puts the cream and powder on your private area. She puts the new diaper and pajamas on you and pats your bottom.
"There we go", she says, "You all clean now!" She starts tickling your stomach, making you laugh heavily.
"P-Pinkie! OK OK OK!", you say, trying to get her to stop tickling you. She soon does.
"You're also a very ticklish baby", Pinkie says.
"So are you", you say, tacking her and tickling her back. She laughs and snorts loudly.
"OK OK! I'm am! Hehe!!", she says. You stop tickling her and she recovers from her laughing. She plants a kiss on your muzzle. "I love you".
"I love you too", you say, hugging her. Then, your eyes start to feel heavy and you yawn. "Pinkie..."
"Yes?"
"Can I go to sleep now?"
Pinkie smiles and pulls you into her lap again. She reaches into her saddlebag and pulls out a pink pacifier with her cutie mark on it. She points it toward your mouth, looking at you for approval. You open your mouth and accept the pacifier. You start suckling slowly. The suckling actually feels good and relaxing. You sigh loudly as you suckle at a normal pace. Pinkie cradles you slowly. The suckling and the cradling is very relaxing. You snuggle into Pinkie's coat and instantly fall asleep. Pinkie smiles as she carries you up to your room, only stopping to grab a wool blanket out of her saddlebag. She goes into your room and lays you on the bed. Before covering you up, she checks your diaper.
"Aww... you wet yourself. Better get you changed before you get a rash".
She walks downstairs, gets the supplies and a new diaper, and walks back upstairs. She changes your wet diaper and throws it in the trashcan next to the bed. She then lays next to you and tucks you and herself. She cuddles you and pets your mane. You have to admit, acting like a foal isn't so bad. It's kinda... fun. No wonder Pinkie likes to do it. Pinkie really enjoyed herself, and so did you. After a bit of cuddling, Pinkie's eyes start to feel heavy and she yawns.
"Thank you for letting me take care of you", she says, "I really liked it". She cuddles you and says one last thing before falling asleep:
"Night-night, *name*, I love you".
