Twilight sparkle had never been on a date before.
Frankly, the princess was never very appealing to the opposite sex. Or at least as far as she was concerned.
It was no secret to her what colt's typically found appealing.
They usually liked mare's with long flowing manes, a thin figure,
Big sparkly eyes, and very feminine. Well maybe not too feminine. She figured out that a lot of
Colts liked mares who could talk about guy stuff and horse around with them.
Like her friends applejack and rainbowdash.
The two of them surprisingly had colts flocking towards them all the time. Secretly, twilight was a little jealous.
She wished That would happen to her. But it didn't matter at the moment.
Flash sentry was in town and at the moment, he was with twilight.
They had been wandering around ponyville for awhile. It was a warm summer night with only a bit of a breeze.
"This is a really nice town" said flash. "I've never been here before" he said.
"yeah, I like it here a lot" said twilight. "It's small, but it's a great place to live." She said again, looking into flash's giant
Bright blue eyes. They were hypnotizing to her. It was like looking into the ocean.
She could easily get lost in them. "Did you Have dinner yet?" She asked him. "Oh shoot! I did! I'm sorry twilight, I didn't know you were planning on us getting something."
" oh no, that's okay, I wasn't cause I already had dinner too." She said.
They were in the center of the town now. There were ponies everywhere.
A lot of them seemed to be keeping there eyes on the two of them. There seemed to be a lot of whispering and giggling amongst the people. At first, twilight thought that they were making fun of them.
But then it dawned on her. Seeing a princess with another stallion potentially mean that there may be....a prince. Yes, a prince. They must be thinking that in a few years time, another royal wedding would be held and eventually, a baby would be on the way.
But twilight wasn't ready to take it that far yet. She was much to young.
Twilight was in deep thought when flash interrupted it. " wow! They just came out with another daring do book!" Said flash. Twilight paused. "You like daring do?!" She said. "Of course I do!" Said flash. "I love comic books!" He said.
Twilight was very confused. Flash seemed like more of a jock rather than a geek. "That's so awesome!!" Said twilight. She was absolutely thrilled. A big Smile grew across her face. Same thing for flash.
They just stared at each other for a moment. Lost in each others eyes. Twilight let out a big yawn. "I think I need to go home flash." Said twilight. "I have a lot of stuff to do tomorrow" she said.
"Ok, but can I walk you home?" He asked her. "Aww! Sure! That's so sweet of you!" She said. And they stared to walk towards her house.
"Oh where are they?!" Said rarity nervously. Rarity, pinkie, and spike were waiting on the very top of the tree house. They were having a stakeout session. they were very anxious to know how twilights date would go . They new that they were in for a long night and they had things like sleeping bags, food, and beverages.
"Spike? Can you hand me the cheese crackers?" Said rarity. "We are out of crackers rarity." Said spike. "Pinkie ate them all..." He told her.
"Pinkie!" Said rarity. "Wait! Here they come!" Said pinkie. The three of them started to giggle like little
School girls. Down below twilight and flash started to say their goodbyes.
" I had fun tonight." said twilight. "Me too." said flash with a smile. "Bye" said twilight with a grin. "Wait! Said flash. "Come here." Said flash. Twilight was a little confused. Flash slowly leaned in, kissed twilights cheek, and nuzzled her. Twilights face turned pink. Squeals of delight from twilights friends could be heard from on top of the house. " goodnight" he said with a smile, and he spread his wings and flew away. Twilight watched him until she could no longer see him.
