In all honesty I never thought it would end until... "AHHHHH!!!!" several high pitched screams woke me up and not even half a minute later I herd a perfect soprano to the left to me and a neon green unicorn with book and quill as a mark rolling on the ground, holding himself in pain. I looked over and saw what looked like a perfect cross of bat and pony. From what I could see he had fangs, the wings of a bat, bat ears with the patch of fur on them, I could also see that he had fangs in his mouth and I could see his eyes were a dark blue and a slit. Believe it or not I somehow know them they were my friends and they had become their OC's Shadow Fall and Dicton. I even knew what we had to do and why we were here to. "Come on guys, get up we have to go. Get up." I said as I got up off the ground. After I said that Shadow Fall looked my way and I saw his face and he had a look of confusion and then understanding. I looked at Dicton and helped him up and all this time I was amazed at how easy walking like this was. After Dicton got up and shot a glare at Shadow Fall, he in turn smirked at Dicton. I shook my head and rolled my eyes at the two of them and we began to walk toward the source of the screams. As we began to walk i noticed that I could see in the dark, well everything looked less dark, like if you turned off a rooms light in the day time. As we got closer to the river we could see that the girls, the mane six were crossing on the back of the sea serpent. I pulled the other two over to a bank of the river. I decided to get a look at myself since I had no idea what I looked like, and I looked like a normal changeling, well except my eyes were normal eyes, and red. I looked over to Shadow and Dicton, told them to wait and jumped into the river, as I slipped deeper into the water I pictured my self, but with a serpent tail, a fin from the base of my neck to the end of my back, wide webbed fins with fingers, gills, and eyes that would make it easy to see in water. After I had the image in my mind I saw red flames surround me and looked at my body and saw that it had worked. After I took a breath and found I could breath normally I swam upward to get the other two. When I got up there and poked my head up I found Shadow had flown over to the other side. I shook my head and had a smile on my face as I swam over to Dicton and he got in the water and held my neck as I swam over to Shadow and Dicton got out of the water and stood by him. As I got out I switched out of my form and walked over. As we walked we saw that we were catching up to the girls. After Rainbow dash had brought the bridge over and fix it, the girls crossed. After they crossed Shadow and I flew Dicton as he walked over to the other side. After we crossed we found the tracks of the girls. "Hay guys they went this way, come on." Dicton said. shadow cleared his throat and pointed to the old castle of Celestia and Luna. I passed them laughing at their antics Dicton had a sour look and Shadow had one of satisfaction as we walked to the castle. When we got there we hid behind the castle doors. A little after we hid Twilight tried to light the Elements of Harmony with just magic with out the reason she needs to use: Friendship. Just after she thought she had done it she realized that she was in a mini twister of purple energy. When the girls saw this they ran and tried to help, but it was too late. After the girls ran around to try and find where Twilight disappeared to it was Pinkie Pie that found a tower with light blazing from it, as they all ran to find Twilight, we waited a few minutes before we followed them to make sure they could not hear us coming. When we got there and hid behind the door again, and what we saw was shocking to say the least the girls elements were powering up and fired a blast of rainbow energy at Nightmare Moon. Also just like in the show she showed fear. But this is where things got bad after the girls passed out after using the power of the elements for the first time, Nightmare walked out smirking but she had no armor and her hair and tail were normal hair, but other than that she was the same. She began to laugh at the victory she thought she had but that was NOT GONNA HAPPEN. I smirked at Shadow and Dicton and they got the message, I moved a way from the door and pictured a rat in my mind and was again surrounded by red flames and the would looked much bigger and saw Shadow fly up and hid in the dark roof, Dicton used his magic to make himself invisible and crept in the room, I scurried into the room. All that happened as the mare was still laughing, my god what is up with her. After she finely stopped she was now chuckling and in her state of ignorance and arrogance I ran forward, jumped and changed in mid air giving her a right hook to the left side of her face. After I landed saw her face in a state of shock and disbelief at what just happened. I looked up and saw Shadow fly down and implant her face into the ground. After she got up and had a look that said she was pissed. Just then Dicton deactivated his spell in front of her and delivered left and right one after the other in a frenzy of blows, pushing her back. I don't know if I really did see it but i swear I saw blood come from her nose and mouth. Author's Note Sorry guys but I am new at this type of thing so please give me a break OK. I don't own Shadow Fall and Dicton if you want to now his back story then so to his page here on FIMficton. Also what did you think of the form change I thought it would work.

After Shadow saw that he growled became a blur as he charged at her, but it was not gonna work the way he wanted. After he got close enough to slam his hoof into her she vanished and slammed her hind hoofs into him making him slam into the wall and fall next to Dicton. I had had enough of this I ran toward her on all four legs and half way there I changed and became a humanoid creature 8 ft tall with fists and arms like tree trunks, feet and legs the same, and a barrel like chest. As I ran toward her with a speed that did not correspond with my size, I gave an animal like roar as I slammed my massive fist into the ground creating a small crater. When I looked at where I had hit she was gone, 'where did she go?' I thought as I looked around with confusion. My answer came with a huge rock being smashed into my back and slamming into the was, mid flight I changed back into the same wall Shadow did and landed next to him and Dicton. "HAHAHAHA did you honestly think that you could defeat me, the elements could not so what chance did you have, you foals." she said with triumphant tone of voice. I could see Dicton and Shadow try to get up. Nightmare saw us try to get up and had a look of anger at our defiance. "Why, why do you keep fighting when you know it is lost,why?" As I got up I spit out some blood that got into my mouth when i bit my lip when I hit the wall and growled at her. "Because," Shadow said "no matter what you will not win." then Shadow began to change, he got a gold chest plate with a black jewel in the middle in the form of his mark, his eyes had black energy flowing from his eyes, wings, and front hooves. He then said "but there is more to DARKNESS then evil." Dicton had a golden chest plate like Shadow, but his had a neon jewel with his mark in the middle, his eyes glowed and his magic skyrocketed. "And with knowing that KNOWLEDGE has power for good or evil. How it is used is up to the one that has it." "You could never understand Nightmare, you may have power and I admire you DETERMINATION but you can't win compared to MINE!" I said as a golden chest plate with a red jewel in the form of a shield and crossed swords. When I looked at her I had a look of pure animal malice, Shadow then ran at her and controlled the darkness around him, slamming his shadow covered hoof into her and after the initial force of the slam a shock wave arouse and after that all you could hear was a scream. After she got up Both Shadow and Dicton shot dark and green beams out of hoof and horn. She put up a shield and hid behind it as she shot rocks at us. Shadow only smiled and put a sense of murder behind it and a ball of shadow came to him and turned into a sword with a skull at the end of the hilt and the blade was jagged and insured that it would cause massive injuries. As he ran another one came out and changed into a shield with a skull with spikes and it flew to Shadow to use. When Nightmare looked over her shield she had a look of fear at the creature of sure death. she screamed as he cut her shield and cut her from chest to her left shoulder thanks to my night sight I could see that the area he cut turned light blue. Shadow must have seen this too because he jumped back to me and Dicton, his shield and sword become smoke and vanished. Nightmare then went on the offensive and shot energy beam after beam at us and due to the fear her aim was the worst as it has probably ever been. All we had to do was lean to the side to doge, I ran forward and covered my hoof in red fire, slamming into Nightmare. Off behind us we herd the girls stir and now with that the tables turned. With a smirk she shot a fire ball at them after they slowly became aware and screamed in fear of the flames coming their way. using my new speed given by my element I became a blur followed by the other two and before the fireball hit the girls I used the power of my element I formed an large golden shield and blocked the fireball. "You girls okay? you should be more careful." Dicton said with humor in his voice humor that was not reflected on the girls. Rainbow dash was the first to speak "Who are you guys and what are you two?" she asked. "Names Fang, this is green guy is Dicton, and the bat is Shadow Fall." Behind us we herd Nightmare laugh and it was starting to get on my nerves. "Girl you should really get that laugh checked out, your getting really painful to hear." Dicton said. I looked over at Shadow and Dicton. I began to concentrate my elements power with Shadow and Dictons as we began to float in the air. Nightmare moon began to walk back words, but it was too late our elements were at there peak three beams red, black, and neon green flew at Nightmare, she was surrounded by a twister of energy from elements. The world began to fade as the screams of Nightmare rang out as she was defeat. Well Time To Tell Funny darkness is what I woke up to in this world... aaaand it's back, hello my friend long time no see. It also appears that my mind is awake but not my body. Not even a second after I herd a voice. "Princess Celestia I have been wondering what are those two one looks like a bat and the other a... bug?" I herd and I am willing to bet that that was twilight sparkle. "Well you are right Twilight Sparkle, my faithful student. The one you speak of is, in fact, a bat pony. The other is in fact a changeling..." A pause was herd in her voice, but then continued "and from the looks of this one he appears to be one far from the normal ones." If she means my eyes okay, but other then that I have no Idea what she could mean by that guess we'll have to find out later when I have time. On the right and left I could feel Shadow and Dicton's minds awake as well. 'Hey guy's what's up? How you holding up?' i asked mentally. 'how are we doing this?' Dicton asked back. I thought about it and answered back: 'Well my friend, that is an easy one. How is because of our elements. They are deeper, more in tune with who we are, more that just friendship like the elements of harmony.' I explained with hope that they would agree with the explanation...how I knew that I had no idea. 'Hey guy's have you noticed that-' Shadow was thinking before I interrupted him with. 'Yeah I have I think Celestia is trying to get in to our minds to find out about us.' After I told them that I made sure to keep her out and then I went to check out hers, but not let her know we are in her mind. When I got in to her mind I relay it to them. 'Where did they come from, how did they even get here, and why can't I get in to their minds!!!' She thought with frustration and slight anger at not getting in our minds. 'Well Princess the reason is because we don't want you in our mind's...bye-bye.' I said in her mind as I felt the other two fade in to sleep. As I felt my mind sleep I left hers and the last thing I herd before I sleep was her high pitched scream and the sound of multiple hooves running then I was out. It felt like minuets before I fully awoke. As I sat up I felt slight pain in my shoulders and back. when I opened my eyes I noticed that I had something other then my eyes that no changeling had: I had actual hair and when I looked back I saw that my wings had been transformed in to wings like Shadows. When I closed my eyes and rubbed my shoulder my eyes shot open when I herd a gasp and the sound of a clipboard slamming on a tilled floor, When I looked at the source and found that a white earth pony nurse that I found was Nurse Redheart and Princess Celestia herself had come to the door to probably check on us. "Hay, how you doing...um if it's okay could I we probably get some water?" I asked and right after she was gone. After she left I heard Shadow groan followed by Dicton. I looked over to Dicton, he was rubbing his head with one eye open. When I looked at Shadow it took all I had not to laugh, I could see that Dicton and Celestia were doing the same. "What...what are you guys laughing at?" Shadow asked and at that moment Dicton and Celestia both lost it, both falling down and laughing like hyenas and the reason was because his hair was smoothed back, clean, and was brushed to be the complete opposite of what his normally was suppose to be. When they laughed I lost It and used my magic to levitate a mirror to him what made us stop laughing was the sound of the mirror being shattered into nothing in Shadow's hooves and a felling of murder in the air. Being a changeling that is nothing like the normal one's I could feel all emotion and even taste it with it I could feel my soreness and back pain go away. The feeling was amusement from Celestia. After Shadow calmed down he messed up his mane and the three of us got out of bed. "If my guess is correct then you wish to know who we are and what we are doing here. As for being here we have no idea, but as for who we are then will tell you." I told the sun princess as we all calmed down and Shadow and Dicton stood by me. "You see princess we are from another would humans and before you ask and freak out humans are omnivorous beings but we never ate ponies and never would." Dicton said in complete seriousness. "So you are like griffons, well Shadow and Fang are I'm guessing. You Dicton you must be like normal ponies." She said with a smile. "You are taking this with a surprising well, why and I take it you must know a lot of griffons." "Yes I do we even have a menu made special for meat eating visiting dignatary's such as griffons and dragons." She said with a smile and nod. When she finished with her expilation the nurse came back with a platter with four glasses of water and a pitcher. Celestia, Dicton, and Shadow each took a glass, I however did not I took the whole pitcher and guzzled down the who thing...what I was really thirsty okay.
