After the first 2 fallen countries (UK and Pakistan) governments unite to stop the R.M.G, a German based millita, becoming a full scale army.

Everything started with some prototype tech, virtualization to realisation, bringing any 2D to 3D object into the world, of course at the of trending it was expensive, paying for something could be as little as ten cents, or as big as a billion dollars, and being unable to keep up with the payments would result in being put to death penalty, or fines that are triple the price.

The real deal was to keep the virtualization use up to one per person, meaning being caught using it twice would be a lifetime in jail, why all these harsh punishments?

the army was planning to use it to make safer UAVs or lighter weapons for infantry, seeming it was planned, it is going be used for more brutal things than just 'lighter' weapons and 'safer' UAVs

Many cartoons, virtual characters where bought to the real world, mainly for cosplayplay events and entertainment.

50 years after a major study in population, it was found the whole earth is over populated, some wealthy people took off the Mars in permanent accommodation, but the world is still dense place.

A few months after many virtual characters where sent to reality, it was decided by the Eurozone to fund a school for the virtual to learn real life, and help with the big transition from virtual to real life.
