"Vinyl, I have something very special I want to do for you today!" Octavia announced with utter delight.
"What is it?" I asked, not taking my eyes away from my lava lamp.
"Well..." Octavia's face began to turn a deep shade of red.
I turned and looked at her with confusion, "What?"
"Well, you remember what you've been asking me for for the longest time now?"
"Yes, what about it? You've already said no a the first hundred times, I think I get the message now," I said, turning back to stare at my lava lamp.
"Well, actually I thought I'd do it for you as a special gift today," Octavia said quietly, her face turning a deeper red.
"REALLY?!?!" I exclaimed, my voice nearly reaching ear shattering volume with my excitement.
